Abstract

The goal of this investigation is to examine the impact of institutional, technological, social, and economic factors on the long-term viability of independent oil palm plantations in West Kalimantan's Sintang Regency. The data obtained from interviewing 216 respondents, spread across three sub-districts, namely, the Sintang, Kelam Permai, and Binjai Hulu; and used Multi-dimensional Scaling RAPFISH (Rapid Assessment Techniques for Fisheries) to analyze the data. The research results show that the sustainability index values in different aspects are generally favorable, such as the sustainability index value in the economic aspect is 74.36%, the value in the social aspect is 71.28%, the environmental value is 70.59%, the institutional dimension value is 72.34% and the technology dimension value is 70.14%. Considering the sensitive attributes of this research as decisive factors some efforts should be made to sustained the oil palm plantations. Furthermore, governments and policymakers should strengthen their institutional and organizational role in supporting oil palm plantations to make it easier for farmers to access technology, assistance with plantation facilities, and agricultural extension services.

Abstract

The globalization crisis experienced by society today due to the corona virus pandemic has an impact on the industrial and business sectors. This is influenced by people who are more introspective of their daily needs expenditures because they are worried about economic issues related to the recession. As a result, people's buying interest has become sluggish which has resulted in many industries, especially UMKM, which are one of the sources of Indonesia's GDP. This study focuses on knowing the purchasing decisions of traditional food products from UMKM. The method used in this research is descriptive by using survey techniques in taking the sample. The research location is in Surakarta City by determining the sample criteria purposively. The method of determining the sample using 150 samples. The sample criteria using the millennial generation are residents of the city of Surakarta aged 21-41 years. Meanwhile, the data collection method used an online questionnaire distributed through social media. The data analysis method uses SEM which is analyzed with AMOS 22 software. The results of the SEM analysis show that the goodness of fit is relatively good and can be considered to meet the model fit, namely with CMIN/Df = 1.301; TLI= 0.981; CFI= 0.989; NFI= 0.935; IFI= 0.989; RFI= 0.923 and RMSEA= 0.045; GFI = 0.938 while for AGFI it has not fulfilled. The estimation results of the model show that purchasing decisions are not influenced by lifestyle (β = 0.063; cr = 2.556), purchasing decisions are influenced by social class (β = 0.265; cr = 6.03) and consumer personality characteristics (β = 0.316; cr = 6.72) and income also affect purchasing decisions (β= 0.33; cr= 7.043). The relationship between the variables of the structural equation model of this study generally supports the results of previous studies, except for the relationship between purchasing decisions and lifestyle.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan secara langsung. Maka dari itu perlu Adaya evaluasibagi pelayanan agar kebijakan dapat berjalan lancar efektif dan efien sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) Evaluasi dalam pelaksaan budaya pelayanan 5S berjalan sesuai SOP yang berlaku Di Dinas Penanaman Modal Surabaya, (2) Faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan perizinan di dinas penanaman modal Surabaya, (3) Budaya pelayanan 5S berperan penting dalam menunjang mutu pelayanan perizinan di Dinas Penanaman Modal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Evaluasi budaya 5S dalam menunjang mutu layanan publik Di Dinas Penanaman Modal PTSP Kota Surabaya sudah diterapkan dimensi Efektifitas, Kecukupan, Penerapan, Responsibilitas, Ketetapan beserta indikatornya. Faktor pendukung adalah dengan memiliki tenaga teknis untuk mendukung proses pelayanan perizinan, juga dengan semangat dari masing – masing pegawai yang sama- sama saling support agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang prima. faktor penghambat adalah ketika server bermasalah, pembaruan server system online mengalami eror, terkadang pengguna layanan masih bingung dan kurang jelas dengan persyaratannya. tentang mutu layanan publik yaitu apenampilan berpengaruh dalam suatu pelayanan, respon yang baik yang maksimal diberikan untuk pemohon.

Abstract

In the era of globalization filled with intense business competition, corporate organizations or businesses have a strong drive to survive. Factors influencing consumer satisfaction, including assessments of product quality, become crucial in efforts to maintain consumer loyalty. An example is "Ledre Asli," a typical Bojonegoro culinary product from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) facing the challenge of insufficient promotion. This study aims to identify factors influencing consumer satisfaction with the product, with emphasis on the relationship between consumer satisfaction and repeat purchase intention. The research method employed is associative, aiming to reveal the relationship between two relevant variables in this context.

Abstract

This study attempts to examine the impact of workers and total sales of SMEs on economic growth in Central Java Province throughout 2009:1 – 2020:4. The ARDL Bound Test is employed. The findings reveal that worker and total sales have a positive, significant, and linear impact on economic growth in the short-run. Total sales also have a positive, significant, and linear impact on economic growth in the long-run. Conversely, there is no evidence of workers' impact on economic growth. In addition, workers and total sales have a long-run cointegration on economic growth. Therefore, the local government of Central Java Province should emphasize the contribution of SME workers and total sales to stimulate economic growth in the long-run.

Abstract

This research explores the commercial value of vegetables, especially in the context of consumers' need for sustainable vegetables, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The main focus is on organic vegetables, which are considered to have higher nutritional value and are free from harmful chemicals. Using the Theory of Planned Behavior approach, this study shows that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptions of behavioral control influence the intention to repurchase organic vegetable consumers in Surakarta City. Other variables analyzed involve perceived value and customer satisfaction. This research method is quantitative associative, involving 130 respondents aged 20-60 years who have bought organic vegetable products in Surakarta City. Analysis of data utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through smartPLS 3.0 revealed positive influences of attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, and customer satisfaction on the intention to make repeat purchases. Perceived value and customer satisfaction also influence positive attitudes towards organic vegetables. However, the findings showed that perceived value did not have a positive influence on repurchase intent. Based on the results of the study, practical suggestions include increasing public information about the benefits of organic vegetables, expanding availability in markets or supermarkets, and actively promoting the health and environmental advantages of organic vegetable consumption. This effort is expected to strengthen consumer confidence and encourage the intention to repurchase organic vegetables in Surakarta City.

Abstract

Secara geografis, Kecamatan Wonosalam merupakan dataran tinggi dengan kondisi hutan lestari yang cocok untuk pengembangan budi daya lebah madu hutan. Salah satu upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat desa yang dapat diusahakan adalah dengan meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengelola potensi desanya, sehingga masyarakat dapat lebih produktif tanpa merusak alam tempat tinggalnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali masyarakan setempat dengan ketrampilan alam agar dapat lebih produktif tanpa merusak alam. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan ketrampilan kepada masyarakat dalam budidaya lebah madu hutan. Melalui kegiatan ini petani pedesaan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatannya tanpa merusak lingkungan. Bahkan dengan ketrampilannya dalam membudidayakan lebah hutan, diharapkan masyarakat setempat dapat menjadikan desa tempat tinggal mereka sebagai desa wisata berbasis pendidikan lingkungan.

Abstract

Pengembangan singkong Jarak Towo meningkatkan ketersediaan bahan baku olahan pangan dan pendapatan petani. Hal ini karena keunggulan rasa dan tekstur halus dengan harga mencapai 3 sampai 4 kali lipat dari varietas lain. Sebagai bahan baku industri pengolahan pangan, harus didukung dengan kandungan gizi yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas, parameter pertumbuhan, kandungan gizi singkong Jarak Towo dengan perlakuan dosis pupuk P dan K serta ketinggian tempat yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan percobaan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap dengan faktorial kombinasi dosis pupuk P dan K. Dosis pupuk P tiga level berupa SP36 yaitu 0 kg ha-1, 100 kg ha-1, dan 200 kg ha-1, sedangkan dosis pupuk K berupa KCl tiga level yaitu 0 kg ha-1, 150 kg ha-1, 300 kg ha-1 sehingga diperoleh sembilan kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang di tiga lokasi yaitu Desa Kemuning, Sepanjang, dan Wonorejo pada ketinggian 700 mdpl, 927 mdpl, and 1034 mdpl. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa singkong Jarak Towo yang dibudidayakan di Desa Kemuning memiliki kadar air dan lemak tertinggi 54,28 ± 2,76% dan 0,78 ± 0,21%. Kandungan karbohidrat dan protein tertinggi diperoleh di Desa Wonorejo 15,74 ± 4,25% dan 2,42 ± 0,23%. Perlakuan pupuk P dan K tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap parameter pertumbuhan, produktivitas dan nutrisi dalam singkong Jarak Towo.ABSTRACTThe development of Jarak Towo cassava increases the availability of processed food raw materials and farmers' income. This is because of the superiority of taste and smooth texture with prices reaching 3 to 4 times that of other varieties. As a raw material for the food processing industry, it must be supported by quality nutritional content. This study aimed to determine productivity, the growth parameters, nutritional content of Jarak Towo cassava with different doses of P and K fertilizers and altitudes. This research used a completely randomized block design trial with a factorial combination of P and K fertilizer doses. The dose of P fertilizer at three levels in the form of SP36 was 0 kg ha-1, 100 kg ha-1, and 200kg ha-1, while the dose of K fertilizer in the form of KCl 3 levels was 0 kg ha-1, 150 kg ha-1, 300 kg ha-1 in order to obtain nine treatment combinations repeated in three locations, namely Kemuning, Sepanjang, and Wonorejo Villages at an altitude of 700 masl, 927 masl, and 1034 masl. The results showed that Jarak Towo cassava cultivated in Kemuning Village had the highest water content and fat content of 54.28 ± 2.76% and 0.78 ± 0.21%. The highest carbohydrate and protein content were obtained in Wonorejo Village 15.74 ± 4.25% and 2.42 ± 0.23%. The treatment of P and K fertilizers had no significant effect on the growth parameters, productivity and nutrition in Jarak Towo cassava.

Abstract

Pengeboran sumur di Dusun Brukan, Desa Kalisat, Kecamatan Rembang, Kabupaten Pasuruan, merupakan langkah penting untuk menyediakan air bersih guna kebutuhan pertanian dan rumah tangga. Dengan kondisi iklim yang sering berubah, terutama saat musim kemarau, akses ke sumber air yang dapat diandalkan sangat penting bagi para petani. Pengeboran sumur dapat memberikan pasokan air yang cukup untuk irigasi, mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman, dan meningkatkan hasil pertanian, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada ketahanan pangan lokal. Selain itu, kebutuhan akan air bersih untuk rumah tangga juga menjadi fokus utama. Dengan adanya sumur bor, masyarakat Dusun Brukan dapat memperoleh air yang lebih bersih dan aman, sehingga mengurangi risiko kesehatan yang muncul dari penggunaan sumber air yang tercemar. Ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas hidup, tetapi juga mendukung kesehatan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Namun, pelaksanaan pengeboran sumur perlu mempertimbangkan aspek keberlanjutan dan dampak lingkungan. Pengelolaan sumber daya air yang bijaksana dan penerapan praktik konservasi sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa sumur yang dibor tidak menurunkan kualitas air atau merusak ekosistem.

Abstract

Kecamatan Kapas merupakan kecamatan dengan peserta Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) tertinggi di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Studi ini mengkaji tingkat peran serta dan faktorfaktor yang memengaruhi peran serta petani dalam Program AUTP di Kecamatan Kapas. Responden berjumlah 50 petani peserta AUTP, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, data dianalisis menggunakan Imetode Ideskriptif kuantitatif. Untuk mengetahui tingkat peran serta petani dalam Program AUTP menggunakan Skala Likert, sedangkan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi peran serta petani dalam Program AUTP menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat peran serta petani dalam tahap sosialisasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi Program AUTP masuk dalam kategori sangat sering, yaitu sebesar 83,40%. Peran serta petani tertinggi berada pada tahap pelaksanaan, yaitu sebesar 85,60%. Terdapat tiga faktor yang memengaruhi peran serta petani dalam Program AUTP yaitu lama menempuh pendidikan formal, pengalaman usaha tani padi dan intensitas keikutsertaan penyuluhan. Faktor paling memengaruhi peran serta petani dalam Program AUTP adalah intensitas keikutsetaan penyuluhan.
