Abstract

ABSTRAKPangan pokok seringkali diidentikkan dengan beras, padahal ada juga masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi bahan pangan pokok lain seperti jagung, sagu, umbi-umbian dan gandum. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pangan pokok berbasis kearifan lokal di rumah tanggapra sejahtera Jawa Tengah. Desain penelitian menggunakan riset eksploratori. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei sedangkan metode pendekataannya menggunakan cross sectional study. Dari 35 kabupaten dan kota di Jawa Tengah diambil tiga kabupaten secara purposive dengan pertimbangan kabupaten yang memiliki proporsi rumah tangga pra sejahtera terbesar  yaitu Kabupaten Grobogan, Rembang, dan Blora. Untuk menganalisis tujuan penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi pangan pokok  rumah tangga pra sejahtera di Jawa Tengah menurut jenis pangan pokok sebesar 75,56 persen rumah tangga pra sejahtera mengkonsumsi beras saja sebagai pangan pokok dan 12,22 persen mengkonsumsi nasi jagung. Cara budidaya yang dilakukan dalam setahun 2 – 3 kali pola tanam dimana tanaman yang sering dibudidayakan adalah padi dan jagung. Cara budidaya masih konvensional dan zero tillage dilakukan untuk budidaya kacang hijau. Panen dan pengelolaan pasca panen dilakukan oleh petani menyimpan gabah antara 30 – 90 persen dari total panen dimana sebagian besar petani menyimpan 50 persen dari total panennya. Distribusi dan kelembagaan pangan pokok berbasis kearifan lokal di tingkat rumah tangga petani sudah ada pengelolaan cadangan pangan sedangkan di tingkat rukun tetangga maupun desa tidak ada lumbung pangan. ABSTRACTStaple food is oftentimes identical with rice, although there are also peoples consumes other staple food such as corn, sago, tubers and wheat.  Specific purpose of this study was identifying staple food by local wisdom base on poor households in Central Java.  The design of this research used exploratory research. The method used was survey method while approach method used cross sectional study. Three districts were choosen among 35 regencies and cities in Central Java purposively considering proportion of households that have greatest pre-prosperous category, there are Grobogan, Rembang, and Blora. Research purpose analysis used descriptive. The results showed that identification of staple food in pre-prosperous household in Central Java according to the type of staple food are 75.56 percent of pre-prosperous households consume rice as staple food and only 12.22 per cent consumed rice- corn. The way of cultivation is done 2-3 times a year with most pattern use is rice and corn. Cultivation was conducted still in conventional and zero tillage was done for cultivation of green beans. Harvest and post-harvest grained by farmers to save between 30-90 percent of total harvest while most farmers keep 50 percent of total harvest. There are food reserves managements in distribution and institutional wisdom-based of staple food at the household level farmers, while there is nobarns at the level of neighborhood or village.

Abstract

The objective of research is to fi nd out the determinant factor of Student Entrepreneurship Intention inSebelas Maret University (UNS) and how such the factors interrelated, so that it is expected that from thisresearch there will be found further development of entrepreneurship education program toward the creationof entrepreneur from the campus that in turn will encourage the nation’s progress and competitiveness. Thenumber of sample was determined by individual faculties consisting of 35 respondents, with the total sample of315 respondents, so that it met the data feasibility minimum criteria with structural equation model (SEM).The result of research shows that the subjective norm (family or friend), positive attitude to entrepreneurshipand UNS’s institutional support are the determinant factors supporting the UNS’s student intention to haveentrepreneurship. The implication of research in the future is that there should be classifi cation among thebusiness and non-business students; and geographical coverage expansion between the university withinindustrial area and that far from industrial area.Keywords: Subjective norm, attitude, intention, having entrepreneurship, students

Abstract

Sold in the market is the key to the primary purpose of business making and development of products, which can be done with improved packaging, as with packaging that attract potential customers in turn will have an impact on the purchase decision of the product concerned. This service activities has the objective to increase the market share of processed products of beans through improved packaging, primarily on design and welding technology label packaging. The results of the banking activities is known that the welding design and packaging is done on two targets SMEs were able to improve the image of the products that have an impact on increasing the added value and the market share of products in the market.

Abstract

Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum) sebagai salah satu komoditas unggulan Kabupaten Bantul yang memberikan kontribusi cukup tinggi terhadap perkembangan ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kondisi rantai pasok bawang merah dan menyusun alternatif skenario sistem manajemen rantai pasok bawang merah di Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian berlangsung pada bulan April – Juli 2019. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif, evaluasi dengan membandingkan aktivitas anggota rantai pasok dengan menggunakan analisis marjin pemasaran, farmer’s share serta analisis AHP. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah snowball sampling, sejumlah 50 petani dan 10 pedagang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 saluran rantai pasok bawang merah di Kabupaten Bantul, saluran I (petani-pedagang besar lokal-pengecer lokal-konsumen), saluran II (petani-pedagang pengumpul-pedagang besar lokal-pengecer lokal-konsumen), saluran III (petani-pedagang pengumpul-pedagang besar non lokal-pengecer non lokal-konsumen). Berdasarkan analisis AHP, dalam membentuk manajemen rantai pasokan bawang merah yang efisien, kriteria meningkatkan kemitraan atau bekerjasama semua pihak menjadi prioritas yang paling berperan penting.

Abstract

Roasted peanuts typically have a unique taste with a distinctive roasted aroma and a savory flavor different from peanuts processed using an oven. To make roasted peanuts, two critical stages should be observed: the sanitation during washing and the roasting technology. The current study focuses on the application of roasting technology in the production of roasted peanuts among the households in Keranggan Village, Setu District, South Tangerang City. It was an issue that the household scale manufacturing of roasted peanuts there did not meet the standard process, relying on manpower to monitor when the roasting process should end even though fatigued workers may produce burnt peanuts up to 19%. Therefore, to reduce the percentage of burnt peanuts, a semi-mechanical roasted fryer was developed for the roasted peanut entrepreneurs in Keranggan Village, Setu District, South Tangerang City. The research team conducted socialization of effective roasting technology, provided assistance, and delivered the semi-mechanical roasters to the community. The team also performed a direct test on the semi-mechanical roaster at both the Indonesian Institute of Technology laboratory and Keranggan Village, in addition to providing assistance on how to use the tool. The semi-mechanical roaster itself is made of stainless steel with a diameter of 100 cm, equipped with a stirrer powered by an electric motor capable of roasting automatically within a certain time limit. This will produce a homogeneous heat transfer with the sand media, which is not changed in line with the original roasting method. The lab and field trials showed that the burnt yield decreased to 5%. Furthermore, when compared to those produced through manual roasting, the sensory test of the products, showed results that were not significantly different even with a sensory value of appearance (i.e., the color) higher than that of manual roasting.

Abstract

Based on Article 53 of Law 9/2004, it is regulated that the basis for a lawsuit against the KTUN is the prevailing laws and regulations and the AUPB. In its development, Law 30/2014 was born which in Article 10 regulates the classification of the AUPB. One of the principles that have just been classified as AUPB in this provision is the principle of accuracy. In fact, this principle of accuracy has often been used as a touchstone by judges against a State Administrative Court. Based on this, the formulation of the problem in this article is First, the general principles of good governance as a touchstone for KTUN and Second, the application of the principle of accuracy as a test stone for KTUN. This research is legal research using statutory approach, conceptual approach, and the case approach. Based on the results of the research in this article, it was found that first, the classification of AUPB as a touchstone against KTUN, namely in the explanation of Article 53 paragraph (2) point b of Law 9/2004, AUPB which is specifically regulated in Law 30/2014, and, AUPB outside of Law 30/2014. As for the application of the Accuracy Principle as a Test Stone for KTUN, before Law 30/2014 came into effect, it had often been used as a test stone for KTUN, for example in the Kupang District Administrative Court Decision Number 5/G/2012/PTUN-KPG, Supreme Court Decision No. 150 K/TUN/1992, Supreme Court Decision No. 213 K/TUN/2007, Supreme Court Decision No. 101 K/TUN/2014, and Decision No. 02/G/2013 /PTUN JKT.

Abstract

Secara geoekologi Kecamatan Wonosalam merupakan bagian dari kawasan pegunungan Anjasmoro-Welirang-Arjuno-Lalijiwo yang memberi dukungan bagi penyediaan sumberdaya produksi pertanian.   Sebagian kawasan ini merupakan perkebunan sengon milik rakyat dan instansi.  Kawasan ini didominasi oleh masyarakat tani yang sebagian besar merupakan petani gurem dan buruh tani.  Permasalah yang dialami oleh masyarakat setempat adalah:  (1) Melimpahnya limbah pertanian termasuk serbuk gergaji kayu dari kebun sengon yang terbuang dan menjadi sampah;   (2) Rendahnya skill petani yang ditunjukkan oleh ketidakmampuannya memanfaatkan limbah panen sengon berupa serbuk gergajian bagi peningkatan produktivitas usaha taninya; (3) Masyarakat belum mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan hasil  panen dan pemanfaatan limbah pertanian  bagi pendukungan status Wonosalam sebagai daerah wisata di Jawa Timur.  Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan itu adalah: (1) Memanfaatkan limbah pertanian dan serbuk kayu gergajian sengon sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilah tambah bagi masyarakat; (2) Meningkatkan skill petani agar dapat memanfaatkan limbah pertanian secara optimal, (3) Menjadikan upaya perbaikan berbasis pemanfaatan sumberdaya produksi pertanian untuk mendukung agroekowisata yang menjadi salah satu ciri Wonosalam.  Metode dalam melaksanakan solusi  adalah program diseminasi dan implementasi teknologi budidaya dan pengelolaan panen jamur tiram organik berbasis pada pemanfaatan limbah pertanian kebun sengon dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan.   Pelatihan  yang dilakukan  dalam empat tahap termasuk  pemagangan usaha pengelolaan pascapanen Warung Serba Jamur. Hasil pelaksanaan program berupa pencapaian target penguasaan: teknologi dan skill budidaya jamur organik, skill dalam pengolahan anek produk jamur tiram, skill dalam menajemen pemasaran dan keuangan,  skill dalam mengelola warung aneka  menu makanan berbahan jamur.  Luaran yang dihasilkan: produk aneka olahan jamur, usaha kuliner jamur, peningkatan pendapatan rata-rata petani hingga 200%, penyerapan tenaga kerja lokal 30%, dan kunjungan wisata meningkat hingga 30%.  Untuk menjamin kelangsungan program, maka melalui mekanisme partisipasif telah terbentuk kelembagaan petani usaha budidaya dan pengelolaan jamur tiram  organik yang memiliki jejaring dengan berbagai lembaga narasumber, agensi agroekowisata regional dan nasional, dan kelompok-kelompok masyarakat pengguna

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor bauran pemasaran yang dipertimbangkan konsumen serta variabel yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam pembelian produk minuman kopi pada Banaran 9 Coffee and Tea Colomadu, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 22 variabel. Metode dasar penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan analitis. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel ditetapkan lima kali jumlah variabel. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini mengambil sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 110 orang Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 22 variabel dan tercakup dalam tujuh faktor utama yang membentuk keputusan pembelian. Faktor tersebut berdasarkan prioritasnya adalah faktor produk 24,042%; faktor promosi 10,507%; faktor proses  9,913; faktor orang 8,845%; faktor bukti fisik 5,815%; faktor tempat 5,815% dan faktor harga 4,916%. Sedangkan variabel yang paling dipertimbangkan dengan melihat nilai factor loading tertinggi yaitu variabel rasa dengan nilai factor loading 0,929.
