This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics, creativity, and business experience on the success of soybean processing businesses in Ambulu District, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population of this study is all soybean processing business actors in Ambulu District, with a sample of 60 respondents selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the study show that partially, the entrepreneurial characteristics variable does not have a significant effect on business success, while the creativity and business experience variables have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables (entrepreneurial characteristics, creativity, and business experience) significantly affect the success of soybean processing businesses. These findings imply that business actors need to further develop creativity and enrich practical experience as the main factors to improve their business success, while strengthening entrepreneurial characteristics remains important as the foundation of business sustainability. This study is expected to contribute to MSME actors, local governments, and educational institutions in designing coaching programs that focus on strengthening creativity and experience, while still paying attention to the development of adaptive and innovative entrepreneurial characteristics.

Ḥanafī's opinion differs from that of Al-Shāfi’ī in determining the entry of the time for the 'Asr prayer and the time for the Isha prayer. These two different determinations can be easily identified using the contextual method (calculation). The data needed in calculation is the high value of the Sun, so the thought of Ahmad Ghazali, an astronomer from Madura, explained about the height of the Sun based on two schools of thought. This provides a treasure of knowledge to someone in determining the entry of prayer times based on madhhab, just by looking at the clock. The type of method used in this study is qualitative field research with a descriptive approach, the aim is to describe Ahmad Ghazali's thoughts and to analyze in the field the given method. The results of the Anfa’ al-Wasīlah calculation with the addition of 1 in the irtifā’ formula is in accordance with the opinion of Al-Shāfi’ī, and an additional 2 in the irtifā’ formula according to the opinion of Ḥanafī, while from Ahmad Ghazali's opinion it states that the two early determinations of the time for the Asr prayer This is true, but it is more appropriate to use the ‘Aṣr Awwal time, because the ‘Aṣr Awwal opinion is supported by a number of scholars and strong arguments.

This study investigates the impact of business competence and access to capital on student business performance, with marketing strategy creativity serving as a mediating variable within the Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW). Using a quantitative associative approach, data were collected from 120 students representing 57 universities across Indonesia at the 14th KMI Expo, and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WARP PLS 07. The findings reveal that business competence and access to capital significantly influence both marketing strategy creativity and business performance. Furthermore, marketing strategy creativity plays a crucial mediating role, amplifying the effects of both independent variables, with business competence showing the strongest influence. These results underscore the importance of integrating entrepreneurial skills and financial access with innovative marketing strategies to enhance the performance of student-led ventures. The study’s cross-sectional design and lack of demographic analysis pose limitations. Future research should employ longitudinal methods and explore demographic variations to deepen understanding and guide policy for more effective entrepreneurship education.

The authority of the religious courts in Indonesia in cases of domestic violence is limited to the civil sphere as grounds for divorce. Conversely, the District Court is responsible for resolving cases with criminal elements. This legal fragmentation prevents victims from obtaining comprehensive justice due to the lengthy and complex legal process. This research highlights the legal gap by analyzing the need for reconstruction of the absolute authority of the religious court to handle the criminal aspects of domestic violence cases. This research is a normative legal statutory and conceptual approach. Analysis of legal materials is done by qualitative methods. The results of this research are legal reconstruction offered in the form of expansion of the absolute competence of the religious court in handling the criminal aspects of domestic violence with the authority to provide protection orders to victims during the judicial process and impose criminal sanctions on perpetrators of domestic violence. The success of this reconstruction, based on the analysis of Soerjono Soekanto's theory of legal effectiveness, depends on harmonizing regulations, increasing law enforcement's competence, providing adequate facilities, increasing public legal literacy, and cultural transformation that supports justice and equality. This legal reconstruction contributes to the efficient resolution of domestic violence cases in line with the principles of judicial power, namely the achievement of simple, fast, and low-cost justice.

Rice is a staple food that is indispensable for the people of Indonesia. Each family consumes an average of at least 2 kg of rice every day. In distribution, the rice purchased by distributors from rice producers is in the form of one sack with a weight of 25 kg. Rice weighing 25 kg can be sold to consumers. However, there are some people who cannot buy in large quantities, this factor is due to the lack of a person's economy. Therefore, the weight of rice must be adjusted into sizes of 1/2 kg, 1 kg, 2 kg and 5 kg so that rice can be sold to consumers both wholesale and retail. The rice weight conversion process generally uses the manual method, namely the rice is weighed using a traditional scale. The dosing system for selling rice still uses kilos or by using analog scales, where such a system still has drawbacks besides requiring a lot of energy and time. The manual weighing process also has a negative impact that is detrimental to consumers where traders in the market usually commit fraud in trading by modifying the weighing device, so that the weighing results are reduced and do not match the actual dose, in order to make various efforts to obtain unilateral profits, which of course this action can harm consumers. In this study, the Load Cell Sensor was used to determine how much rice was already in the weighing tank, the Servo was used to open and close the rice exit door from the storage to the weighing tank, and Arduino Uno as a microcontroller to process data from the Load Cell and control the Servo. The result of this research is the creation of a system for weighing rice with the amount specified by the user, and with the Load Cell sensor accuracy of 99.05% it can be concluded that the design of this rice serving system has achieved the expected results. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi petani dalam pasca panen padi adalah proses pengeringan. Selama ini, pengeringan gabah secara tradisional dilakukan di bawah sinar matahari. Secara tradisional proses pengeringan mengalami kendala pada saat musim hujan yaitu kurangnya sinar matahari. Pada permasalahan tersebut penulis membuat alat pengering gabah yang diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan pada proses pengeringan gabah. Sistem ini menggunakan Arduino Uno R3 untuk mengontrol suhu, kelembaban dan menggunakan heater, blower dan motor DC. Sistem ini bekerja dengan cara menerima data suhu dan kelembaban dari sensor DHT22. Data dari sensor ini digunakan sebagai parameter untuk menggerakkan aktuator heater, blower, dan stirrer. LCD kemudian menampilkan data tersebut sebagai informasi kondisi kelembaban dan suhu pada ruang pengering. Sehingga diharapkan alat pengering gabah ini dapat diterapkan di kehidupan nyata untuk membantu petani dalam proses pengeringan gabah terutama pada saat musim hujan.

As we know, in the Hijri calendar, a day starting from sunset local time, and the determination of the beginning of the month (calendar) depending on the sighting of the new moon / month. Therefore, the Islamic calendar month can be aged 29 days or 30 days. Rukyat visibility of the new moon is observed activity, namely sighting the crescent first appears after the ijtimak. Rukyat can be done with the naked eye, or with optical aids such as telescopes. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh perusahaan yang harus terus memiliki karyawan dengan tingkat kepemimpinan dan loyalitas yang baik untuk dapat membantu perusahaan agar bisa mengolah manajemen perusahaan dengan baik. Adanya perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang dilakukan oleh karyawan tidak lepas dari loyalitas yang dimilikinya. Loyalitas karyawan berhubungan dengan kesetiaan. Semakin banyakkaryawan yang memiliki loyalitas tinggi, semakin banyak pula karyawan yang melakukan OCB sehingga lebih mudah bagi perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan employee engagement dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap OCB di PELTEKPG. Jatiroto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan yang terdapat di PELTEK PG. Jatiroto dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 80 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 21.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya kepemimpian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB pada karyawan PELTEK PG. Jatiroto (2) Employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB pada karyawan PELTEK PG Jatiroto (3) loyalitas karyawan berpengaruh signifikanterhadap OCB pada karyawan PELTEK PG. Jatiroto.

Perubahan bisnis kini makin menjalani pergerakan rivalitas menuju persaingan untuk mendapatkan pangsa pasar yang besar. Dalam menciptakan suatu produk yang berkualitas tinggi harus menerapkan metode pembuatan yang efektif dan dalam menciptakan suatu produk harus tetap selalu memperhatikan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Metode Penelitian survey assosiatif menggunakan pengujian analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Populasi yang digunakan pegawai UMKM Elly Bakery yang bertugas di bagian pengadaan bahan baku, proses produksi kue dan pengendalian. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 orang yang diambil dengan Teknik Total Sampling. Hasil: Uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan variabel kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan produksi dan pengendalian kualitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat keberhasilan produksi. Kesimpulan: Penelitan ini dapat meberikan masukan untuk perusahaan untuk lebih berkembang dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi agar produk yang dihasilkan lebih maksimal.

Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) merupakan identitas resmi yang digunakan dalam berbagai proses administratif seperti pendaftaran layanan publik, transaksi perbankan, dan klaim asuransi. Namun, proses pengelolaan data KTP seringkali menemui kendala, terutama dalam hal penyalinan dan pencatatan manual oleh operator yang memakan waktu dan rawan kesalahan. Pada tiap KTP elektronik (KTP-el) memiliki chip yang memuat data dari KTP itu sendiri, tetapi tidak semua instansi mendapat izin untuk mendapatkan akses module pembaca chip tersebut. Teknologi seperti Optical Character Recognition (OCR) berbasis template matching telah diterapkan untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut, tetapi tingkat akurasinya masih rendah dan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan sistem untuk identifikasi data KTP menggunakan algoritma You Only Look Once versi ke-5 (YOLOv5) dan Tesseract OCR yang dijalankan pada perangkat Raspberry Pi 4B. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mendeteksi objek KTP pada gambar serta mengenali teks dalam integrasi sistem yang portabel. YOLOv5 dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam deteksi objek yang cepat dan akurat, sementara Tesseract OCR mendukung pengenalan karakter dalam berbagai bahasa. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem mampu mencapai akurasi deteksi sebesar 100% dan akurasi pengenalan teks sebesar 97,75%, dengan waktu komputasi rata-rata 3,179 detik per identifikasi. Hasil pengujian yang lain menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata penggunaan memori mencapai 12,805%, sementara rata-rata penggunaan CPU berada pada angka 74,965%. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa kombinasi YOLOv5 dan Tesseract OCR dalam sistem identifikasi data KTP menunjukkan kinerja yang optimal untuk implementasi pada perangkat embedded system. Selain itu, sistem ini memiliki potensi yang besar untuk diimplementasikan dalam layanan publik secara real-time.
