Emas menjadi salah satu pilihan investasi yang semakin diminati masyarakat, terutama melalui program cicilan yang ditawarkan oleh Pegadaian Cabang Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, pendapatan, dan preferensi risiko terhadap minat dalam berinvestasi emas secara cicilan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan uji F, serta pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 27. Data diperoleh dari 120 responden yang merupakan nasabah aktif layanan cicilan emas, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi cicilan emas, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemahaman finansial, kestabilan kondisi ekonomi individu, serta kecenderungan dalam menghadapi risiko berperan penting dalam membentuk niat dan keputusan investasi. Ketiganya saling melengkapi dalam mendorong minat masyarakat untuk berinvestasi emas secara lebih terencana, aman, dan berkelanjutan melalui skema cicilan di Pegadaian Cabang Jember

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga, kepercayaan konsumen, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan kunjungan parsial Glen Coffee & Resto Glenmore Banyuwangi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori manajemen pemasaran, teori persepsi harga, kepercayaan konsumen, dan teori kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan pelanggan. Riset dilakukan oleh konsumen Glen Coffee & Resto Glenmore Banyuwangi. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 90 responden. Sifat penelitian ini adalah penjelasan. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan software SPSS versi 20.00. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Persepsi harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung, Kepercayaan konsumen secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung, Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung ke Glen Coffe & Resto Glenmore Banyuwangi.

Persaingan yang semakin ketat dalam hal kualitas layanan mendorong setiap bank untuk mempertahankan atau menarik nasabah baru. Kepuasan pelanggan tercermin dari persepsi mereka terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan, dibandingkan dengan ekspektasi yang mereka miliki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan nasabah terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Bank BRI Umbulsari Jember. Metode analisis data yang digunakan Analisis Deskriptif Kuantitatif, CSI (Costumer Satisfaction Index). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Nasabah Bank BRI Umbulsari Jember. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan didatanya menggunakan tungkat kinerja serta harapan atau kepentingan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sebagian besar responden yang merupakan nasabah Bank BRI Umbulsari Jember dapat dikatakan puas, hal ini terlihat dari hasil pegukuran CSI sebesar 75,20%. Dalam penilaian CSI ada 4 indicator yang dianggap penting bagi pelanggan namun kinerjanya masih kurang baik, indicator tersebut antara lain: Tempat duduk yang nyaman, Fasilitas ATM mesin setoran tunai, Memberikan pelayanan secara cepat kepada nasabah, Pegawai kurang ramah. hasil penelitian ini memberikan panduan konkret bagi Bank BRI Umbulsari Jember dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan, khususnya pada aspek fasilitas, kecepatan layanan, dan keramahan staf. Jika implikasi ini diimplementasikan secara efektif, BRI Umbulsari tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah tetapi juga memperkuat daya saing di tengah persaingan industri perbankan yang ketat.

The legal provisions regarding alimony between husband and wife as stipulated in the laws and regulations of Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam, and Tunisia represent a spectrum of different approaches in adopting and implementing Islamic family law in their national legal systems.Indonesia is known for its dualistic legal system, where Islamic law is applied in the private sphere (religious courts) alongside the national legal system, which is rooted in colonial legal heritage. Brunei Darussalam, as an Islamic monarchy, applies Islamic law more comprehensively and consistently within its Sharia court system, particularly in matters of family and marriage.Tunisia has pursued family law reform with a modernist-secular approach that retains the values of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah as the basis for ethics and morality in legislation, without explicitly referring to classical fiqh.The method used in this study is a legal-normative method with a comparative approach, aiming to explore how each legal system formulates and interprets the obligation of maintenance between husband and wife.Tunisia has pursued family law reform with a modernist-secular approach that retains the values of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah as the basis for ethics and morality in legislation, without explicitly referring to classical fiqh. The method used in this study is a legal-normative method with a comparative approach, aiming to explore how each legal system formulates and interprets the obligation of maintenance between husband and wife.The research findings indicate that differences in maintenance provisions between husbands and wives in the three countries are significantly influenced by the fiqh school of thought adopted, the ideological orientation of the state, and local socio-political dynamics.

Retail business development shows strong potential in the current era. The retail industry delivers products and services while adding value to fulfill the needs of individuals, families, groups, or end users. Most products sold in retail cater to household requirements. The growing retail industry has made a substantial contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of product quality, price, and layout on consumer purchasing decisions at the Rindang Khatulistiwa store in Jember. This research employs a quantitative approach with a sample size of 100 respondents, using the Non-Probability Sampling Technique combined with purposive sampling and questionnaires as the primary data collection tool. The data analysis process includes instrument validation, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and calculation of determination coefficients. The analysis indicates that product quality, price, and layout each exert a positive and significant partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the Rindang Khatulistiwa store in Jember, contributing 85%.

Polygamy in the history of Islamic civilization represents one of the most crucial issues in sexual relations and continues to attract attention among Islamic scholars, particularly feminist thinkers. The debate surrounding polygamy is not only related to textual interpretation but also to its social implications and questions of gender justice, which have prompted Muslim-majority countries, including Indonesia, to establish specific regulations. In Indonesia, polygamy is regulated under Law Number 1 of 1974 on Marriage, Government Regulation Number 9 of 1975, and more comprehensively within the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). The KHI outlines several conditions that must be fulfilled, including court authorization, the consent of the existing wife, and the husband’s ability to ensure financial support and justice. This study aims to examine the conformity of these requirements with the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah in the domain of family law, namely the objectives of Islamic law oriented toward justice and public welfare (maṣlaḥah). The research employs a library-based method by analyzing the regulation of polygamy in Indonesian marriage law and comparing it with the principles of the maqāṣid of Islamic marriage law. The findings indicate that the regulation of polygamy in the KHI encompasses the overall objectives of Islamic marriage law as articulated by Jamaluddin Athiyah. These objectives include maintaining harmonious relations between men and women, safeguarding and preserving lineage, fostering families built on sakīnah (tranquility), mawaddah (affection), and raḥmah (compassion), ensuring the clarity of descent, strengthening religiosity within the family, regulating harmonious familial relations, and guaranteeing financial stability. Thus, the stipulations regarding polygamy in the KHI are not designed to promote the practice widely, but rather serve as a restrictive mechanism intended to protect welfare and prevent harm within the institution of marriage.

The presence of a calendar or calendar is the most famous and urgent legacy of human civilization for human survival. One of the indigenous Indonesian tribes has a local calendar that is relatively different from the general calendar, namely the Nias tribe. Traditional Nias people used to not know the clock, the division and naming of their time refers to daily activities such as raising livestock, farming, domestic work and other natural phenomena. The traditional Nias people besides having a daily time reference, they also have a calendar system used for agricultural activities that refers to the circulation of the Orion Star or based on local wisdom the Nias people call it Bintang Sara Wangahalö.

Variation in the number of solar eclipses is one of the number phenomena that occurs every year. Territorially, eclipses can occur and be observed once or twice and globally, solar eclipses can occur in quantities of 2 until 5. There are several literatures that say the minimum-maximum number is different from the data above. With a statistical approach, this paper examines one of the important components of the initial eclipse prediction algorithm, which is the value of the argument of moon’s latitude symbolized by large F and through arithmetic used to find a pattern of variations in a number. There are two interesting findings, the first argument of moon’s latitude value has a regular number pattern on each lunation, which is increased by 30,6705. Second, if in general people have to predict eclipses every month, then this study suffices data from the beginning of the new moon in a year, to be able to find out the eclipse in the months after or before.

Al-Farghani is the author of the book al-harakat al-samawiyah wa jawami ilm al-nujum which contains a summary of astronomy’s sciences. Until now, the book is still being translated into two languages, namely Latin and Arabic. Due to the lack of literature in both English and Indonesian, the author is interested in examining the contents of the book within the scope of Islamic astronomy studies, especially in the first chapter of the book which discusses the calendar system. This study aims to find out how is the study of the calendar system in the book al-harakat al-samawiyah wa jawami ilm al-nujum and how its correlates with modern astronomical knowledge. Library research method with descriptive approach are used in this research. The results of this study indicate that the calendar system contained in the book can be classified into 5 and addopted to 2 systems, namely the Hijri calendar with the lunar system, and Syriac, Roman, Persian and Coptic with a solar system. Each calendar system has a variation in the number of the days and month names. Some of the numbers of days can be correlated with astronomical calculations and some of them are based on culture.

Differences in determining the beginning of Qamariyah months-especially Ramadan, Shawwal, and Dhu al-Hijjah-often lead to socio-religious dynamics in Indonesia. This phenomenon reflects the tension between hisab (astronomical calculation) and rukyat (direct observation), each rooted in distinct theological and epistemological traditions within Islam. This paper aims to explore how the differences between the hisab and rukyat methods can be socially interpreted as a reflection of religious tolerance in the framework of Pancasila ideology. The study employs a qualitative approach using library research and social interpretation analysis of normative texts and social practices. The findings indicate that variations in determining the start of the lunar month should not be seen as a source of conflict but rather as a space for dialogue and respect for religious diversity. Within the context of Pancasila-particularly the third and fifth principles-tolerance toward differing religious interpretations serves as a crucial foundation for social harmony and national integration. Thus, the hisab-rukyat methods possess not only astronomical and religious dimensions but also socio-political values that support cohesion in a pluralistic society.
