Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) have an important role in the Indonesian economy, including Roti Sajiyem which has been operating since 1998. Roti Sajiyem customer satisfaction is influenced by product quality, service, price, and trust. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, and price on consumer trust and satisfaction, as well as to test the role of trust in consumer satisfaction. Sampling was conducted using the accidental sampling method with 100 respondents, data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that product quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while service quality and price had no significant effect. Service quality, product quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on consumer confidence. To increase satisfaction, Roti Sajiyem needs to maintain consistency in product quality through clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), improve service quality, and ensure prices are proportional to quality to strengthen consumer trust and satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the archive management system at the Tanjungsari District Office. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject of this research is the archives section which is managed by the general subdivision head. The results of this study indicate that the archive management and storage system at the Tanjungsari District Office has been carried out quite well. This can be reflected by the availability of a special archive room and several available supporting equipment and equipment such as filing cabinets, maps, boxes, and computers as tools. input data. Even though the management of archives at the Tanjungsari District Office has been going quite well, there is no professional archivist position there yet, so archival matters are under the authority of the general subdivision head. As for the advice given, it is hoped that there will soon be a professional archivist position, so that the management of archives at the Tanjungsari District Office will get better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategic plan implemented in the marketing of tempe chips at UMKM in Pedan District, Klaten Regency, and determine the priorities of the marketing strategy of tempe chips at UMKM in Pedan District, Klaten Regency. The basic method used in this research is descriptive, analytic and SWOT-AHP integration methods. Key informants in this study include the owner of UMKM tempeh chips; production; consumer; competitor; marketing intermediary; Pedan District government; and the Klaten UMKM national departmen. The results of this study indicate that the internal factor that is the main strength is the quality of awake tempe chips, while the main weakness of the marketing of tempe chips at UMKM in Pedan District, Klaten Regency is the lack of product innovation. The external factor that becomes the main opportunity of marketing tempe chips at UMKM in Pedan District, Klaten Regency is the demand for tempe chips from consumers is high, while the main threat to market tempe chips is that competitors are more more varied in producing tempe chips products . The priority strategy that can be applied in the marketing of tempe chips is to maintain the price of tempe chips to keep regular customers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine internal and external factors, formulate strategies, and decide the priority of agribusiness MSME sustainability strategies in Sukoharjo Regency in the new normal era. This research uses basic descriptive and analytical methods. A total of 28 key informants were selected purposively. Data collection was completed through in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSP matrices. The research results depict that the most essential strength is the support of experienced human resources with particular specialties and the most significant weakness is the limited business capital. Meanwhile, product diversification becomes the biggest opportunity and a decrease in production due to the COVID-19 pandemic serves as the most challenging threat. The IE matrix demonstrates that the position of agribusiness MSMEs in Sukoharjo Regency is in cell V, which means keeping and maintaining that can be done with product penetration and development strategies. Alternatives to agribusiness MSME sustainability strategies are building synergies to increase market share with online marketing; improving the quality of human resources through training; establishing partnerships with suppliers to suppress raw materials; strengthening quality control to maintain quality; innovating the product; maximizing the ability of human resources and the management of product competitiveness; introducing, promoting, and discounting products; and increasing partnerships with large businesses. In the new normal era, the priority of agribusiness MSME business sustainability strategy in Sukoharjo Regency is building synergies to improve the market with online marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengelolaan e-book sebagai aset digital di aplikasi TelU OpenLib, Telkom University Open Library. Transformasi layanan perpustakaan menuju digitalisasi mendorong perlunya sistem manajemen aset digital yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dan menggunakan kerangka DCC Curation Lifecycle Model, penelitian ini menganalisis empat tahapan strategis pengelolaan e-book: pengadaan, pengunggahan, pelestarian, dan aksesibilitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka, dengan informan dari pengelola e-book dan tim IT Telkom University. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa proses pengadaan dilakukan melalui kurasi kebutuhan akademik dan lisensi yang legal; pengunggahan e-book difasilitasi sistem berbasis metadata terstandar; pelestarian dilakukan dengan backup berkala dan konversi format jangka panjang; sementara aksesibilitas didukung oleh integrasi antarmuka ramah pengguna dan kontrol hak akses yang aman. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori manajemen aset digital di perguruan tinggi serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk optimalisasi layanan perpustakaan digital.

Abstract

Divia Unpad TV merupakan sebuah stasiun televisi kampus yang berada di bawah naungan Laboratorium Media Center, Fikom Unpad. Divia Unpad TV saat ini belum memiliki sebuah tempat diseminasi informasi resmi dalam bentuk portal informasi. Bentuk informasi yang disebarkan terdiri dari informasi tekstual serta audiovisual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang arsitektur informasi untuk portal diseminasi informasi. Rancangan arsitektur informasi pada penelitian ini berlandaskan empat komponen utama dan didukung dengan keberadaan wireframe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian tindakan. Data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan focus group discussion. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis tematik menggunakan NVivo. Hasil temuan didapatkan setelah melalui tahapan penggalian data, pemetaan masalah, perancangan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan sistem organisasi, sistem pelabelan dan navigasi, sistem pencarian kontekstual, serta wireframe dari masing-masing halaman terkait. Seluruh rancangan arsitektur informasi sudah dianggap memenuhi kebutuhan Divia Unpad TV dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi.

Abstract

This community service activities aim to introduce continuous band sealer machine technology to improve the quality of butterfly pea flower tea product packaging from Idako Sukses Mandiri MSMEs. The implementation of this community service uses participatory and mentoring methods. Activities are evaluated using before-after evaluation and descriptive analysis. The results of the service show that the Continous Band Sealer Machine has a positive impact on business sustainability. The Continous Band Sealer Machine can overcome the problems of MSMEs with limited production equipment in terms of packaging. Idako Sukses Mandiri MSMEs can use the machine well, and they will be more experienced and skilled. The positive impact can be seen from the quality of the packaging sealing; the sealing time becomes faster with a large amount, so the time used becomes efficient.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of Shaqiri SME workers by introducing appropriate technology, such as cassava chopper machines. The community service activities were carried out with a participatory approach, involving collaboration between the community service team from academia and SMEs as partners. The service team also conducted monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of service activities. The community service team conducted an evaluation using a pre-post intervention approach with evaluation instruments that included sheets and questionnaires, structured interviews, photos, and video documentation. The data was analyzed descriptively and comparatively, focusing on quantitative and qualitative changes. The results showed that the introduction of a cassava chopper machine provided benefits to Shaqiri SMEs in the production process. The cassava chopping process, which previously took a long time, became faster, the thickness of the slices became consistent, and it was less tiring for workers.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pendidikan non formal merupakan salah satu unsur terpenting dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan berbangsa dan benrnegara, karena muatan ajarannya sejalan dengan semangat Pancasila dan nilai-religius. Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Nurul Qalbi merupakan lembaga non formal yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan Al-Qur’an dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di lingkungan kelurahan Pulo Gebang, kecamatan Cakung, kota Jakarta Timur. Tujuan Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kurikulum Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar PAI disekolah dasar khususnya di lingkungan kelurahan Pulo gebang, mulai dari proses pembelajaran di TPQ Metode Kurikulum TPQ serta prestasi belajar PAI di sekolah dasar Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum TPQ berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar PAI disekolah dasar, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai yang diperoleh anak yang ikut belajar di TPQ cenderung mendapat nilai yang tinggi dibanding dengan anak yang tidak ikut belajar di TPQ. Kesimpulan Kurikulum Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an memiliki kontribusi yang sangat besar dalam menunjang pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar baik di SDN maupun SDS, hal ini dapat dilihat pada prestasi belajar siswa dimana terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan bagi mereka yang ikut belajar di TPQ dan yang tidak ikut belajar di TPQ.

Abstract

The high prevalence of stunting in Sungai Penuh City makes it necessary to identify the causes of stunting in a local context by looking at the classification of residence. Stunting that is not resolved will have an impact on the Lost Generation in the future. This cross-sectional study with data from the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey in 2022 aims to analyze the prevalence and risk factors for stunting in toddlers in rural and urban areas, so that the problem of chronic malnutrition can be resolved according to the conditions where toddlers live. Data collection was conducted in August-September 2022, while data requests were made in January 2024. The sample was 395 toddlers living in Sungai Penuh City. To see the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable, the Chi-square test was performed and to see the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable simultaneously, the Logistic Regression test was performed using the IBM SPSS statistics version 25 application software. The results of this study show that the prevalence of stunting in urban areas is higher than in rural areas, but there are no differences in risk factors for stunting, and overall rural-urban in Sungai Penuh City on the variable of birth length with OR (95% CI) 2.30 and maternal education with OR (95% CI) 2.22 shows the risk of having stunted children (p-value <0.005). This study concludes that there are differences in prevalence between rural and urban areas, but there are no differences in the risk factors that cause stunting in toddlers.
