Abstract

Desa Lanjan, Kecamatan Sumowono terletak di lereng gunung Ungaran.  Peternak di Desa Lanjan kebanyakan mengusahakan ternak lebah dan kelinci.  Dari jumlah peternak tersebut mereka membuat kelompok ternak, dimana masing-masing kelompok ternak menaungi beberapa orang yang sudah memulai usaha beternak lebah dan kelinci. Kelompok ternak yang ada diantaranya Kelompok Ternak Madu Manfaat dan Kelompok Ternak Sido Makmur. Namun karena kendala permodalan dan pemasaran, hasilnya  belum dirasakan sebagai peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga.Melihat potensi yang begitu besar, tetapi belum termanfaatkan secara maksimal,Tim IbM STIE Pelita Nusantara telah melakukan: (1)Memberi penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pembinaan kepada peternak mengenai pentingnya / manfaat adanya kelompok ternak sertapengembangan jejaring yang akan dibentuk,(2) Dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam manajemen produksi, tim IBM STIE Pelita Nusantara telah memberikan fasilitas melalui pengadaan peralatan Sarana ternak lebah madu dan ternak kelinci. Peralatan yang telah diberikan kepada kelompok ternak Madu Manfaat adalah Kotak / Rumah lebah beserta isinya (induk lebah) dan alat pengemasan hasil produksi madu berupa cup sealer.Kelompok ternak Sido Makmur memperoleh peralatan berupa kandang kelinci dan bibit kelinci.Pelatihan teknis tentang pengemasan juga telah dilakukanoleh Tim IBM STIE Pelita Nusantara. Dalam Program pemasaran potensi ternak Desa Lanjan, STIE Pelita Nusantara dengan team Student Entrepreneur Program telah membuat dan mengelola pemasaran lewat internet (e-marketing) dengan membuatkan blog bagi kelompok ternak Madu Manfaat dan Sido Mukti. Blog tersebut di beri nama Agro Sumowono. Pelatihan mengenai pemasaran online telah dilakukan oleh Tim IBM STIE Pelita Nusantara. Pelatihan diberikan kepada mitra bagaimana cara memasarkan produk secara online, bagaimana mengupload foto-foto dan bagaimana cara merespon pembeli online. Blog yang dibuat dapat diakses melalui laman www.agrosumowono.besaba.com

Abstract

The advanced society will absolutely prefer to expend much money for education, healthy, and entertainment than for their needs of food. This analysis is expected to know the level of safety and strategy to decrease the society's level of consumption. The analysis result by simple regression approach sho, w : The expending in each capita variable (Y) and level of economic increasement (X1). By another words, the expending factor in each capita is affected by the level of economic increasement in the amount of 72.71%. Meanwhile, the rest is in the amount of 27.29% affected by another factor. The expending of each capita is affected by the level of economic increasement. By this, the amount of R-Square score is 0.7271. If R-Square increases higher, it can be said that the set of problems are better.Keywords: simple regression approach, the expending in each capita, Yogyakarta

Abstract

Kesalahan penggunaan obat (Medication Administration Error, MAE) pada ibu hamil dan anak merupakanjenis kesalahan penggunaan obat yang lazim dijumpai di komunitas. Orang tua berperan pentingdalampemberian obat bagi anak, terutama pada balita. Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) di Indonesia merupakanUpaya Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat (UKBM) yang secara terpadu meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan balita,yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi ketimpangan akses terhadap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan maupun terhadaptenaga kesehatan. Penelitian observasional yang dilaksanakan di Posyandu di Kecamatan Sukolilo secara prospektifini dirancang untuk mengkaji kesalahan penggunaan obat yang mungkin terjadi di masyarakat. Sukolilomerupakan Kecamatan yang unik, karena keragaman di bidang sosioekonomi, maupun kemampuan masyarakatnyauntuk mengakses tenaga kesehatan dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini berlangsung selamabulan Januari sampai Mei 2013, dengan metode wawancara penggunaan obat oleh ibu hamil dan orang tua untukanak balitanya. Hasil penelitian dikelompokkan berdasarkan algoritma dan diagram National CoordinatingCouncil for Medication Error Reporting and Prevention. Terdapat MAE pada penggunaan obat ibu hamil dan balita.Jenis kesalahan penggunaan obat yang tersering adalah “Terjadi kesalahan, tidak membahayakan” kategori“B”, “C”, dan “D”. Selain itu, “Terjadi kesalahan, Membahayakan” kategori “E” dan “F” juga terdapat, namun tidakada “Terjadi Kesalahan, Mematikan”. Jenis MAE tersering adalah “obat tidak diberikan”, dan “dosis dan frekuensiobat tidak tepat”, terutama pada penggunaan antibiotik. Kesalahan ini dapat dicegah melalui pemberian edukasikepada orang tua untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai cara penggunaan obat.

Abstract

The presence of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere has triggered global warming and climate change. An effective approach to overcome these issues is to convert greenhouse gases into syngas. In this study, Ni-Ru/SiO2 catalyst was used to catalyze the dry reforming process of methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2) into syngas. The catalyst was prepared using different synthesis protocols: sol gel-coprecipitation and impregnation methods. Characterization using Brunauer Emmett Teller analysis showed that the catalyst prepared using both methods exhibited comparable pore diameters and high surface areas. The X-ray diffractometer analysis also indicated the presence of different NiO, RuO2, and SiO2 phases. Furthermore, the activity of the catalyst was investigated using a fixed bed reactor. Based on the results, the optimum catalytic activity was obtained from the catalyst prepared via the sol gel-coprecipitation method, with an average CH4 and CO2 conversions of 37% and 50%, respectively. In addition, our catalyst also showed a 114% higher CH4 conversion with an enhanced H2/CO ratio compared to identical catalysts from other studies.

Abstract

The supply chain management as the general tool can be used for supporting and delivering the goods to the villages. The village head is the leader of the village government. The tenure of the village head is 6 years, and can be extended for another one term is expected to run the government with a good performance in providing services to the community. So with the proper use of the supply chain the needs of the villages can be provide by the government. The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method can help decision making in determining the performance index of the village head. This research is conduct by looking for the performance of positive and negative ideal solutions. Applications with the highest V value will occupy the top size in this system. Then the criteria in determining the performance index of the head of the village are: timeliness, discipline, responsibility, leadership, presence, value. The results of the decision-making system resulted in 6 alternative suggested performance indexes of village heads, with the highest score of Sending Agung Village.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the Taqdimul Qisshoh method to increase maharah kalam at the AWKIBA institution, the purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of the Taqdimul Qisshoh method to increase maharah kalam at the AWKIBA institution. This research is a descriptive qualitative and quantitative research. The subject of this study is the Taqdimul Qishoh method which was developed in an institution to train Arabic fluency and improve students' maharah kalam. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, evaluation and also questionnaires. Meanwhile, data analysis follows the analysis process, namely; compilation of data, submission of data and verification or conclusions. And as for the object of this research, the students at the Al-Wafiyah Kitab and Arabic Language Institute (AWKIBA) Islamic boarding school Nrul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. Based on the results of qualitative and quantitative research as follows: 1) the learning process using the Taqdimul Qisshoh method is more effective and has a great influence on students where they can improve speaking skills and develop thinking and imagination skills. 2) the results of the evaluation of 20 students were declared complete 100% in their mastery in storytelling. 3) based on the results of a questionnaire on 20 student responses, namely 95%, 90%, 95%, 100%, 95% and 90% stated "agree" with the implementation of the Taqdimul qishhoh method in improving Maharah Kalam. And the results of this study indicate that the application of the taqdimul qisshoh method at the AWKIBA institution is able to increase the Maharah Kalam of students.

Abstract

ABSTRACTCervical uterine cancer is a deadly tumor attacking the cervix uteri. In Indonesia, cervix uteri cancer constitutes the most aggresive and deadly cancer. Frequently, combinations of several different drugs are used for treating this disease. The purpose of this study was to find out the stastisticts and kind of drug interactions hospitalized in Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang for cervix uteri cancer in 2007. This study was a non-experimental research conducted retrospectively. The research was implemented to the medical records for cervix uteri cancer patients hospitalized in Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang. Data obtained were analysed with descriptive non-analytic method. The result of this study showed that 96 in-patients of cervix uteri cancer, 55 patients (57,29 %) had drug interactions, while 41 patients (42,7 %) had not drug interactions. From a total number of 149 cases, 134 cases (89,93 %) had drug interaction, while 15 cases (10,07 %) had not drug interaction. Based on the types of interactions, 6 patients (4,48%) had pharmakokinetic interactions and the other 128 patients (95,52 %) had unknown mechanism drug interactions. The most drugs producing interactions were midazolam and propofol. Key words : Drug Interactions, Cervix Uteri Cancer, Cer, Dr. Kariadi Hospital.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bussiness development in economic side become more competitive. Facing the competition a company  must be able to read and optimalize the economical resources to increase competitive ther product, be able to set the effective marketing strategy, and alwayscontinuing to develop its strategy. This study aim at analying the effect of brand image, price perception, and service quality toward buying decision at Citra Kendedes Cake & Bakery Jl. MT. Haryono No 173 Malang. the popolation was the consumer of Citra Kendedes Cake & Bakery. Accidental sampling technique were use. While its based on the coming consumer when the research were conducted. The sample were 82 respondents. The data were analyzed using  multiple linier regression method. The result showed (1) brand image has positive influnce and significant on buying decision. (2) price perception has positive influence and significant on buying decision. (3) service quality has positive influence and significant on buying decision. Keyword : Brand Image, Price Perception, Service Quality, and Buying Decision

Abstract. In the independent curriculum related to Pancasila student profiles, there are main dimensions related to Islamic Religious Education. And this is one of the answers to answer the challenges of the times, where even though the times are continuing to occur, religious character education in Indonesia is the main point of all aspects. Because religious character education is the main foundation in Indonesia to create Indonesian citizens who believe, fear God and have noble character. Kemdikbudristek pours character education for the Indonesian people into the independent learning curriculum which has various dimensions in it or commonly known as the Pancasila student profile. The first dimension of the Pancasila student profile has the meaning of character education for students towards their religion which is based on Pancasila which needs to be realized during the learning process. This study aims to determine the program, process, assessment, and supporting factors and obstacles of the independent curriculum related to the profile of Pancasila students in PAI subjects at SMP Negeri 12 Cimahi. The research method used in this research is a case study with a qualitative research approach, and for the process of collecting data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the independent curriculum related to the profile of Pancasila students on the dimension of faith and piety to God Almighty, and having noble character in PAI subjects at SMP Negeri 12 Cimahi has not been realized optimally because activities that apply the profile of Pancasila student dimensions of faith and piety to God Almighty, and Having a noble character has only been realized in intra-curricular activities, extracurricular reading and writing of the Qur'an (BTQ), and the habituation of school culture, while co-curricular activities have not been realized. Even so, educators at SMP Negeri 12 Cimahi continue to maximize the activities that are already in school so that the implementation of the independent curriculum related to the profile of Pancasila students can be realized properly. Dalam kurikulum merdeka terkait profil pelajar pancasila terdapat dimensi utama yang berkaitan dengan Pendidikan Agama Islam. Dan inilah salah satu jawaban untuk menjawab tantangan perkembangan zaman, dimana meskipun perkembangan zaman terus terjadi namun pendidikan karakter keagamaan di negara Indonesia menjadi poin utama dari segala aspek. Sebab pendidikan karakter keagamaan menjadi suatu landasan utama di negara Indonesia untuk menciptakan warga Indonesia yang beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME dan berakhlak mulia. Kemdikbudristek menuangkan pendidikan karakter untuk bangsa Indonesia pada kurikulum merdeka belajar yang memiliki berbagai dimensi didalamnya atau biasa disebut dengan profil pelajar pancasila. Dimensi pertama dari profil pelajar pancasila memiliki makna pendidikan karakter peserta didik terhadap agamanya yang berlandaskan pada Pancasila yang perlu diwujudkan selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program, proses, penilaian, dan faktor pendukung dan hambatan dari kurikulum merdeka terkait profil pelajar pancasila pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 12 Cimahi. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, dan untuk proses pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kurikulum merdeka terkait profil pelajar pancasila dimensi beriman bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, dan berakhlak mulia pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 12 Cimahi belum terealisasi dengan maksimal karena kegiatan yang menerapkan profil pelajar pancasila dimensi beriman bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, dan berakhlak mulia baru terealisasikan pada kegiatan intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler Baca Tulis Al-qur‟an (BTQ), dan pembiasaan budaya sekolah, sedangkan pada kegiatan kokurikuler belum terealisasikan. Meskipun demikian, pendidik di SMP Negeri 12 Cimahi terus memaksimalkan kegiatan yang sudah ada di sekolah agar penerapan kurikulum merdeka terkait profil pelajar pancasila bisa terealisasikan dengan sebagaimana mestinya. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Terkait Profil Pelajar Pancasila, Pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ROA, DER, EPS, company size and company age on initial return. The independent variables used in this study are the factors that affect the initial return. The dependent variable in this study is initial return. This study uses secondary data derived from annual financial statements. The population in this study are all IPO companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and the number of samples is 286 data. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that ROA, DER, and EPS have no significant effect on Initial Return.
