Abstract

This study aims to determine the business development strategy for the Malino pine forest tourism, Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation, and analyzed using SWOT analysis techniques. This research was conducted at the Department of Tourism and Culture, Gowa Regency. The instrument used in this study was the researcher himself (Human Instrument). Checking the validity of the data used to determine the level of confidence in the research results, namelyTriangulation andMemberCheck. From the results of the SWOT analysis, the main strategy used by the Gowa Regency Tourism and Culture Office is the strategy as a plan. As for the implementation of the identified development strategy, namely the aspect of Attraction, it is still being developed. in terms of transportation, tourist information centers, money processors, theaters, as well as several roads that still need to be repaired so that tourists visiting the Malino pine forest tour feel comfortable. This means that the strategy used by the Gowa Regency Tourism Office in business development for the Malino pine forest tourist destination is to first carry out planning starting from the management system, developing human resources, facilities and infrastructure planned from the start. For further development, cooperate with the marketing sector to carry out promotions.   Keywords:Strategy, Business Development.

Abstract

Paylater services have grown significantly in Indonesia as a practical payment alternative in the digital era. However, along with its growth, various challenges related to consumer protection have emerged, especially in terms of transparency of fees, interest, and personal data management. This research aims to analyze the aspects of consumer protection in paylater services in Indonesia, as well as identify legal gaps that exist in applicable regulations, including the Consumer Protection Law, Electronic Information and Transactions law, and Financial Services Authority Regulations. The method used is a normative approach with analysis of laws and regulations and related literature. The results show that current regulations have not specifically regulated paylater services, resulting in a legal vacuum in consumer protection, including a lack of cost transparency and adequate supervision. This research is relevant to encourage regulatory improvements, stricter supervision by financial services authorities, and consumer education about their rights so that paylater services can operate with the principles of fairness and better protection.                       Keywords: Paylater Service, Consumer Protection, Legal Regulation

Abstract

This community service activity is in the form of a socialization targeting Business Administration students at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. The purpose of this service is to increase students' knowledge about the role of academic advisors and students' interest in conducting mentoring with their respective academic advisors. In addition, to provide understanding to students that mentoring activities with academic advisors are important activities within the university. The location of this service is carried out in one of the Business Administration Study Program classrooms and is also carried out online through the zoom application. The method used is by giving a lecture in the first session, then the second session of discussion with questions and answers, then the last session of evaluation. The results of this socialization activity increase the understanding of Business Administration students at Makassar State University regarding the role of academic advisors so that students will be active in meeting and communicating in terms of academic guidance or consultation.

Abstract

This community service activity takes the form of socialization, education and counseling targeting inmates at the Class IIB Takalar Prison. This community service aims to provide knowledge and understanding to residents of the Class IIB Takalar Prison regarding the use of digital marketing. The location of this service was carried out at the Class IIB Takalar Prison. The method used is to give a lecture in the first session, then the second session is a discussion with questions and answers, then the last session is an evaluation. The evaluation results obtained were by brain color tests from 20 prison inmates. The evaluation results showed that 7 people met the criteria for the yellow brain type, 2 people met the criteria for the blue brain type, 4 people met the criteria for the green brain type, and 7 people met the criteria for the orange brain type. This test shows the personality type related to entrepreneurial character based on thought patterns and ways of acting. By knowing the multi-faceted nature of personality, it allows people to accept, respect and appreciate others more easily. The result of this service activity is to increase the understanding of the inmates of Class IIB Takalar Prison regarding the use of digital marketing so that they can produce output and master digital marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan bisnis wisata Rumede Kabupaten Polman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri (Human Instrumen). Pengecekan keabsahan data yang digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat kepercayaan terhadap hasil penelitian yaitu Triangunlasi dan Member Check. Dari hasil Analisis SWOT, startegi utama yang di gunakan Kabupaten Polman dalam pengembangan yang teridentifikasi dilakukan yakni aspek Atraksi masih terus dilakukan pengembangan ketersediaan aspek Aksebilitas, Amenitas, Anciliary Sevice sudah cukup mendukung, namun perlu dikembangkan dalam hal tranportasi, pusat informasi wisata, tempat parkir umu, serta beberapa rusa jalan masih perlu diperbaiki, sehingga wisatawan mendapatkan perasaan nyaman dalam berkunjung. Hal ini berarti strategi yang digunakan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Polman dalam pengembangan bisnis destinasi wisata Rumede yaitu melakukan perencanaan mulai dari system pengelolaan, pembinaan SDM, hingga sarana dan prasaran. Dalam pengembangannya pula dibutuhkan adanya system promosi wisata.

Abstract

Kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh anak semakin marak. Begitu juga residivis anak yang menjadi indikator pidana penjara tidak menjadi sarana efektif bagi beberapa anak dalam perubahan karakternya, sehingga penanaman kesadaran hukum kepada anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum dianggap penting. Pengabdian ini diharapkan menjadi upaya perbaikan karakter anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum melalui peningkatan kesadaran hukum. Kegiatan ini terdiri atas beberapa tahapan yakni, observasi, penyuluhan materi, FGD, Evaluasi. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan nilai posiitif dengan hadirnya pemahaman yang baik dan implementasi  nilai kesadaran hukum di lingkungan Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Klas IIa Maros sehingga diharapkan kedepannya anak menjadi pribadi yang baik dan dapat menjadi agen of change.

Abstract

Kemampuan berbicara didepan umum sangat bemanfaat bagi anak-anak, dalam masa perkembangan anak di usia Sekolah Menengah pertama (SMP). Secara keilmuan, public speaking merupakan bagian dari ilmu komunikasi, kemampuan berbicara didepan public sangat mutlak. Kemampuan berbicara adalah dasar kesuksesan setiap orang. Seorang public speaker dalam perannya memberikan pengaruh dan mafaat bagi orang lain. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalagh untuk memberikan bekal keilmuan dengan membangun kepercayaan diri serta kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi dan memiliki penampilan yang menarik pada saat berbicara bagi sisa SMP Telkom Kota Makassar. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yang dilakuka pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini betujuan agar terciptanya kreativitas dan kemampuan siswa melalui 3 tahapan yaitu : metode pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari penelitian terbukti pada peserta yang telah mencapai kemampuan public speakinh yang memadai; kepercayaan diri yang meningkat; mampu membawakan materi dengan baik, serta dapat mengaplikasikan teknik teknik public speaking.

Abstract

Saat ini, banyak bidang membutuhkan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum. Banyak perusahaan memprioritaskan karyawan yang memiliki kemampuan public speaking yang baik. Namun, banyak remaja, terutama siswa SMK Negeri 5 Makassar, belum memahami bagaimana berbicara di depan umum dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, workshop public speaking ini diharapkan dapat membantu remaja memahami bagaimana berbicara dengan baik di depan umum, terutama dalam hal presentasi. Siswa dan siswi dari sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) Kota Makassar berharap pelatihan ini akan bermanfaat bagi mereka di kemudian hari di perguruan tinggi dan di dunia kerja. Pemaparan materi dibagi menjadi dua bagian. Pada sesi pertama, dibahas pengertian public speaking dan keterampilan presentasi, tahapan presentasi, tujuan, dan jenis presentasi. Agar peserta tidak bosan, sesi game dilakukan sebelum sesi kedua. Pada sesi kedua, dibahas gaya presentasi, keuntungan, dan tip. Setelah sesi kedua, ada sesi game tebak gambar di mana peserta harus memilih salah satu kotak misteri dan secara spontan menceritakan gambar.

Abstract

Women and children are two groups that are particularly susceptible to exploitation and violence. As women and children must be protected from all forms of violence and exploitation and conditioned with education and care so that all of their potential and talents can grow and develop optimally, women must be empowered to be independent and self-reliant without forgetting their nature. In order to enhance performance, this study examines urban planning and metrics of kid-friendly cities. Google Scholar is used to find credible and nationally accredited journals for this literature review, which uses articles from a variety of studies. According to the study, child-friendly cities only became popular in 2018, and very few Indonesian cities—especially Makassar—have adopted these ideas. More studies on social impact, children's autonomous mobility, playgrounds, city planning, safety, community, smart cities, kid-friendly environments, social evolution, health initiatives, transportation, and poverty are needed, according to the study. The study intends to serve as a guide for enhancing performance in cities that are kid-friendly.

Abstract

Aktivitas atau proses menawarkan barang atau jasa kepada orang lain dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan uang atau imbalan lainnya merupakan kegiatan menjual. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk dapat menambah pengetahuan mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis UNM mengenai proses penjualan produk di PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia. Metode penyampaian informasi yang digunakan adalah dengan menambah pengetahuan mahasiswa dengan teori dan praktik di perusahaan melalui kegiatan company visit/kunjungan perusahaan. Dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil terkait pengetahuan mahasiswa mengenai proses penjualan produk yang menunjukkan bahwa proses penjualan produk yang optimal berjalan pada perusahaan yaitu beriklan atau promosi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dapat menambah pengetahuan mahasiswa terkait proses penjualan produk pada sebuah perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan produknya serta mendapat ide-ide baru dan inovasi dalam mewujudkan karakter mahasiswa yang berjiwa kewirausahaan Kata Kunci: Company Visit, Pengetahuan, Proses Penjualan Produk
