Abstract

‘Urf or customary law is a law that lives, develops, and is implemented by society. In the practice of marital disputes, people tend to implement customary law, or 'urf, first before resolving them through formal mechanisms regulated in statutory regulations. This research aims to analyze 'urf or customary law in marriage disputes from the living law aspect. This research is normative legal research that prioritizes conceptual and statutory approaches. The research results confirm that the position and existence of 'urf or customary law in marriage disputes is permissible as long as it does not conflict with Islamic law, guarantees benefits, and contributes to the successful implementation of Islamic law. Legal efforts to resolve marriage disputes through 'urf are viewed from a living law perspective because, as a law that applies and its value is appreciated by society, in marriage disputes, the role of 'urf or customary law is important to bring justice to the parties in dispute. Apart from that, legal efforts to resolve marital disputes through 'urf from a living law perspective can also be the first attempt to resolve marital disputes, and if efforts through 'urf or customary law are not successful, then efforts can be made to resolve them through procedures in the KHI and statutory regulations.

Abstract

Karimata Island is an island about 100 km west of Borneo, causes geographical isolation and generally always shows an impact on the diversity of animal communities that are less, one of the communities affected is herpetofauna. Herpetofauna is very important in an ecosystem so it is necessary to conduct a survey. The survey was conducted from April 1 to April 7, 2023 in Betok Jaya Village, Karimata Island which was divided in 3 observation areas based on habitat type using the Visual Encounter Survey method. Herpetofauna found consisted in 22 species divided into 5 species of amphibians and 17 species of reptiles with a total of 43 individuals. Herpetofauna located adjacent to human areas is vulnerable to various disturbances such as maritime transportation activities, household waste pollution and land clearing, which can be a threat to the herpetofauna community of Karimata Island.

Abstract

Dari perspektif Islam, jumlah transaksi online yang masuk dalam tajuk fiqh muamalah niaga atau jual beli dengan cepat meningkat. Islam memiliki hukum-hukum yang berlaku baik bagi pembeli maupun penjual dalam transaksi jual beli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji elemen dasar dan persyaratan untuk menerapkan kontrak salam dalam transaksi jual beli online yang mematuhi Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Islam PSAK Syariah 103. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan metode studi kasus dilakukan di Toko Online. Informan penelitian ini adalah pedagang dan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para penjual pada umumnya mengetahui rukun dan syarat melakukan jual beli online dalam perspektif Islam. Akad Salam telah dilakukan oleh para pelaku bisnis dengan istilah pre order, para pelaku bisnis belum mengetahui dan menerapkan PSAK Syariah 103. Hasil penelitian dapat bermanfaat bagi pengusaha, akademisi maupun instansi pemerintahan dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Background: People with diabetes mellitus who perform tooth extraction related to the complications that disrupt the process wound healing. Diabetics have persistent inflammatory phase and abnormal angiogenesis in proliferation phase. Treatment for people with diabetes mellitus is done through increase VEGF. Herbal medicine that use extracts from plants have benefits in wound healing processes such as okra fruit extract because it contains flavonoids. Flavonoids in accelerating wound healing in patients diabetes mellitus can through its role as anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. This plays a role in the persistent inflammatory resolution process leading to proliferation by macrophages and immunomodulatory effects of macrophage function in issuing growth factors. Objective: To prove okra fruit extract (Abelmoschus esculentus) influences the increase in VEGF expression in the process of healing wounds from tooth extraction of diabetes mellitus Wistar rats. Method: Laboratory experimental research with randomized post test only The control group used 24 Wistar mice which were divided into two groups namely the control group (STZ induction) and the treatment group (STZ induction by giving okra fruit extract). Tooth extraction is done on the incisors left lower jaw. 4 mice from each group were sacrificed on day 3, 5 and 7 after revocation. A Socket is cut for inspection immunohistochemistry. Results: VEGF expression of the control group compared to the group the treatment showed significant results (p <0.05). Conclusion: Administration of extracts okra (Abelmoschus esculentus) has the effect of increasing expression VEGF in the healing process of wistar tooth extraction wounds with diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence teacher performance in terms of aspects of school organizational climate, work environment and teacher satisfaction factors. This research is a survey using quantitative and associative descriptive methods with the object of research being teachers who work at SMP Negeri Kutablang Bireuen District. Data analysis in the framework of hypothesis testing through statistical inference with multiple regression analysis approach. The results of the study, it was found that; (1). (1). There is a partial significant effect of School Organizational Climate (SO), Work Environment (WE) and Teacher Job Satisfaction (TS) on Teacher Performance (TP), with the regression equation TP = 16.458 + 0.470 SO + 0.518 WE + 0.339 TS. (2). Simultaneously it is proven that the variables of school organizational climate, work environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on performance with a contribution of 40.5%. While the remaining role of variables not examined was 59.5%, including motivation, work discipline, school culture, teacher competence, and others.

Abstract

MSMEs are productive businesses owned by individuals or business entities that have met the criteria as micro-enterprises. As stipulated in the legislation no. 20 of 2008, according to the definition of UMKM, the criteria for MSMEs are distinguished, respectively, including micro, small and medium enterprises. UMKM in Indonesia have become an important part of the economic system in Indonesia. This is because UMKM are business units that are more numerous than large-scale industrial enterprises and have the advantage of absorbing more labor and also being able to accelerate the process of equity as part of development. Based on this fact, UMKM should be protected by laws and regulations related to their operational and development activities. In this activity, the group found the problem of how to provide customer satisfaction for the availability of goods needed in daily needs and can survive in the market even though they have many competitors by giving ideas and suggestions to business owners and as a result, owners increasingly understand how important it is to have a good business strategy. must be done in maintaining the business unit in the midst of the current market conditionsABSTRAKUMKM adalah usaha produktif yang dimiliki perorangan maupun badan usaha yang telah memenuhi kriteria sebagai usaha mikro. Seperti diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan No. 20 tahun 2008, sesuai pengertian UMKM tersebut maka kriteria UMKM dibedakan secara masing-masing meliputi usaha mikro, usaha kecil, dan usaha menengah. UMKM di Indonesia telah menjadi bagian penting dari sistem perekonomian di Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan UMKM merupakan unit-unit usaha yang lebih banyak jumlahnya dibandingkan usaha industri berskala besar dan memiliki keunggulan dalam menyerap tenaga kerja lebih banyak dan juga mampu mempercepat proses pemerataan sebagai bagian dari pembangunan. Berdasarkan kenyataan ini sudah selayaknya UMKM dilindungi dengan UU dan peraturan yang terkait dalam kegiatan operasional dan pengembangannya. Didalam kegiatan ini kelompok menemukan permasalahan bagaimana memberi kepuasan pelanggan atas ketersediaan barang-barang yang dibutuhkan didalam kebutuhan sehari-hari dan dapat bertahan dipasaran walaupun memiliki banyak pesaing dengan cara memberi ide dan saran kepada pemilik usaha dan hasilnya pemilik semakin paham bagaimana pentingnya memiliki strategi bisnis yang harus dilakukan dalam mempertahankan unit usaha di tengah keadaan pasar saat sekarang.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a study board as a learning media for the Belief and Morals subject for grade XII students at Madrasah Aliyah Batusitanduk. This research seeks to identify the study board's needs, design, validity, and practicality as a learning media. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods and collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results indicate that the study board media received a very valid rating from experts (90.8%) and was deemed highly practical by students (97.32%). These findings suggest that the study board effectively teaches beliefs and morals in grade XII.

Abstract

Pada saat ini, seks bebas menjadi suatu hal yang sangat sering dibicarakan di masyarakat dan sudah menjadi hal yang lumrah dikalangan masyarakat, terutama bagi remaja. Seks bebas dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa hal diantaranya kualitas diri remaja, kualitas keluarga, kualitas lingkungan, jenis kelamin, umur, media yang digunakan, lingkungan sekolah dan pengetahuan remaja. Seks bebas juga memberikan dampak buruk bagi pelakunya seperti kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan, infeksi menular seksual, HIV/AIDS, penyimpangan perilaku seksual dan dampak psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi remaja terkait seks bebas agar remaja memiliki pengetahuan tentangnya sehingga diharapkan kedepannya dapat mengurangi terjadinya seks bebas pada remaja. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Penulis mengumpulkan berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal dan laporan penelitian terkait seks bebas lalu menganalisisnya.

Abstract

The increasing use of electric bicycles and motorcycles in Indonesia has opened up significant opportunities for advancements in this type of vehicle, including the utilization of wheel rotation during operation. This research aims to evaluate the performance of a prototype electric power generation system directly installed within the wheels of electric bicycles or motorcycles. Quantitative research data were collected using experimental methods by measuring voltage, electric current, and battery charging time derived from the generated current under varying wheel rotation speeds and the number of stator coil poles. From the system testing results, the highest average voltage and current, along with the shortest battery charging time, which were 11.64 V, 2.29 A, and 20 minutes, respectively were achieved under conditions with the maximum number of stator poles and the highest rotation speed of 12 stator poles and a rotational speed of 1119.8 rpm respectively, which was equivalent to a travel speed of 73.88 km/h. In addition, the effect of addition of poles to the generated electricity power is not as significant as the change of the wheel rotation speed.

Abstract

Di era digital ini, penyebaran nilai-nilai Islami banyak dilakukan melalui media televisi secara masif. Sebagai contoh, serial Islami yang mendapat perhatian publik secara luas adalah adalah Para Pencari Tuhan. Serial ini tayang setiap bulan Ramadhan dan telah mencapai 11 jilid pada tahun 2017. Serial ini menyajikan nilai-nilai Islami dengan kisah-kisah lucu yang diperankan secara unik dan menggelitik. Tulisan ini menganalisa sisi-sisi dari Para Pencari Tuhan jilid 3 episode 2 dalam kaitannya dengan kajian teks Islam serta aspek sosial budaya yang terkait. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggali konten-konten dialog yang diperankan untuk mendapatkan gambaran secara analisis-deskriptif. Salah satu bagian terbesar dalam episode ini adalah adanya otoritas teks terhadap pemahaman keagamaan pelaku dalam konteks keinginan untuk menunaikan ibadah haji. Selain itu, terdapat pula konten percintaan dan kontestasi politik yang dibalut nuansa Islami. Pada akhirnya, tulisan ini akan menyajikan kajian kritis di balik cuplikan-cuplikan adegan tersebut.
