Abstract

This study aims to develop a product and determine the feasibility of a product and be able to find out student responses to scientific-based animated video media with the Canva application. This research also uses the Research and Development development model with the ADDIE model. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire given to material expert validators, media experts, teachers and students. This research uses five stages, (1) Analysis stage, namely analyzing needs, media and material. (2) design stage, namely designing media according to needs. (3) development stage, which is making media according to the material that has been analyzed. The subjects in the study were material expert validators and media expert validators. Based on the results of the validation test, a percentage value of 95% from material experts and 88% from media experts was obtained. Which is where the percentage can be declared very valid / very feasible. (4). The implementation stage, namely testing the media directly to schools to get responses from teachers and students during learning. Based on the results of the data obtained from the teacher's response, the percentage score of 87% is categorized as very valid / very feasible and the student response of 19 students is at a percentage of 84% including in the feasible / valid category. While 6 other students are at a percentage of 16% included in the very valid category. These results state that scientific-based animated video learning media can provide new information, make it easier for students to understand the material, increase motivation, make it fun, and are easy to use. (5). The evaluation stage, at this stage it can be concluded that this scientific-based animated video media has very good quality and is feasible, so it can be used by teachers and students for learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia di kelas V SD Negeri 106163 Bandar Klippa, yang disebabkan oleh model pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS), khususnya pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment tipe nonequivalent control group design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 43 orang, terdiri dari 21 siswa kelas kontrol dan 22 siswa kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar berupa pre-test dan post-test. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji-t untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kedua kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan pada kelas yang menggunakan model PjBL. Rata-rata nilai post-test siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 82,50, sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya mencapai 68,09. Berdasarkan uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model PjBL terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop a Truth or Dare card game as a learning medium for the IPAS subject on the topic "Let's Get to Know Animals Around Us," to be used in the learning process and to assess the improvement in student interest in the IPAS subject, specifically in third-grade elementary school students. This research was a development study using the R&D approach with the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The instruments used for data collection included validation questionnaires provided by media experts, subject matter experts, instructional practitioners, and student response questionnaires. The total score obtained from media expert validation was 88%, from subject matter expert validation was 80%, from teacher response questionnaires was 88%, and from student response questionnaires was 97%. Based on these scores, it can be concluded that the developed Truth or Dare card game for the "Let's Get to Know Animals Around Us" topic was categorized as "Very Feasible" for use in the IPAS learning process for third-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes using mind mapping in grade IV students of SD Negeri 064970 in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), The design of this study uses the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The subjects of this study were grade IV students of SD Negeri 064970 consisting of 25 students. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The results of the study showed an increase in student learning outcomes, namely in cycle I by 72.60% (good category), then in cycle II it increased to 83.80% (very good category). This means that there was an increase of 11.20%. Thus, the use of Canva-Based Mind Mapping as a Learning Media can improve learning outcomes in Grade IV Science, My Indonesia is Rich in Culture, at SD Negeri 064970.

Abstract

This research is a research and development (R&D) that aims to (1) validate the development of interactive learning media assisted by WordWall for Pancasila education subjects on Indonesian cultural diversity. (2) the practicality of interactive learning media assisted by WordWall and (3) determine the improvement in student learning outcomes after using interactive learning media assisted by WordWall. This research procedure adapts the ADDIE Branch development model, namely development consisting of five stages including (analysis), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). The results of this study are in the form of learning media assisted by WordWall which are validated by media experts and material experts, practical as seen from teacher responses and improvement in student learning outcomes as seen from answer scores. The average result of validation by material experts is 84% ​​with the criteria of "very valid" so that the media can be used for learning activities in the classroom. The average practicality score was 92%, with the criteria being "very practical," suggesting that the learning media can be used during learning. Furthermore, student learning outcomes averaged 94%, with the criteria being "very good," suggesting that the WordWall-assisted learning media can be used and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to improve student learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) through the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The subjects were fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 060923 Medan Amplas. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR), implemented in two cycles, each consisting of three meetings. Each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques included learning outcome tests, observation of student activities, and documentation. The results showed that the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model can improve students’ learning outcomes. This is evident in the increase in the average student learning achievement score from 45% in the pre-cycle to 65% in the cycle I and then to 89% in the II cycle. Thus, the implementation of Problem-Based Learning has proven effective in improving the science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 060923 Medan Amplas.
