Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of online service quality which consists of dimensions (ease of use, web design, responsiveness, customization and assurance) on customer satisfaction in Berrybenka e-commerce. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS version 20. This study shows that ease of use has a significant effect on Berrybenka e-commerce customer satisfaction, web design has a significant effect on Berrybenka e-commerce customer satisfaction, responsiveness has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Berrybenka ecommerce customer, customization has a significant effect on Berrybenka e-commerce customer satisfaction and assurance has a significant effect on Berrybenka e-commerce customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, ease of use, web design, responsiveness, customization and assurance have a significant effect on Berrybenka's e-commerce customer satisfaction

Abstract

Pembentukan merupakan proses yang ditempuh untuk melakukan perubahan yang diinginkan. Proses tersebut akan terbentuk melalui beberapa cara agar tercapai sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Menurut Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) kata pembentukan mempunyai arti proses, cara, dan perbuatan membentuk. Pembentukan adalah suatu usaha yang dilakukan secara sadar dan terarah yang menghasilkan suatu kebaikan dan kesempurnaan dalam bertindak. Karakter merupakan suatu sifat yang khas melekat pada diri seseorang yang dapat membedakan dirinya dengan yang lain. Menurut Suyanto, karakter ditinjau dari makna lesikal berarti sifat bawaan, suara hati, pancaran jiwa, jati diri kepribadian, budi pekerti, perilaku, personalitas, sifat, tabiat, tempermen, atau watak. Menurut Rianawati, karakter sering dihubungkan dengan istilah akhlak. Sehingga karakter merupakan nilainilai perilaku manusia yang universal yang meliputi seluruh aktivitas manusia, baik dalam rangka berhubungan dengan Tuhan, dengan diri sendiri, dengan sesama manusia, maupun dengan lingkungan, yang terwujud dalam pikiran, sikap, perasaan perkataan, dan perbuatanberdasarkan norma-norma agama, hukum, tata krama, budaya, dan adat istiadat. Penulis berpendapat bahwa pembentukan karakter religius adalah hasil suatu usaha atau proses yang dilakukan secara sadar untuk membentuk ciri khas anak yang baik berdasarkan agama Islam. Pendidikan dan pembentukan karakter mempunyai hubungan yang erat. Melakukan pendidikan terutama dalam pembentukan karakter anak adalah usaha bersama antara keluarga, sekolah/yayasan,  dan masyarakat. Ketiga lembaga tersebut harus sejalan secara terpadu untuk memajukan satu tujuan yang bersifat saling melengkapi antara lainnya. Disini penulis akan menjelaskan bagaimana cara agar pendidikan islam dapat membentuk karakter religius pada anak.

Abstract

Originating from the nickname "Kampung Kasih Sayang," the Assembly of Fardu Ain Taklim is a village that harmonizes togetherness and equality in the values ​​of Islam and the Pancasila ideology. The esteemed Tuwan Imam leads this Village. Therefore, the research aims to understand the leadership qualities of Tuwan Imam in preserving the existence of Kampung Kasih Sayang. The research method employed is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques involve participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary studies. Data analysis follows Miles and Huberman's approach, encompassing data reduction, display, and verification. The ATLAS assists the entire analytical process software (Archive of Technology, Life-World, and Everyday Language). The research findings reveal that Tuwan Imam's leadership journey exemplifies sacrifice, love for the nation, religion, and moral values. Tuwan Imam provides nine requirements for joining the Village, along with five obligations and five prohibitions to be adhered to while living in Kampung Kasih Sayang. Tuwan Imam also implements three social concepts, including social structure, functional integrity, and social groups, fostering a communal life based on togetherness, equality, and mutual support. This gives rise to the principles of patience, gratitude, and sharing in Kampung Kasih Sayang. Tuwan Imam leadership reflects the principles of "Ing Ngarsa Sang Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani".

Abstract

Stunting merupakan sesuatu yang berbahaya pada manusia karena dapat menyebabkan terjadinya hambatan pertumbuhan serta perkembangan organ lainnya termasuk otak, jantung dan ginjal. Meningkatnya kasus stunting pada balita memerlukan suatu upaya dalam penanganan dan pencegahan secara dini. Terdapat 17 atribut pada data stunting yang harus diperhatikan, dengan banyaknya atribut tersebut menyebabkan sulitnya menemukan atribut yang paling berpengaruh dalam memprediksi stunting. Pada penelitian ini diterapkan seleksi fitur menggunakan Chi Square dan menerapkan Algoritma Naïve Bayes untuk menemukan atribut yang harus diprioritaskan dalam memprediksi stunting. Hasil prediksi dengan menggunakan Naive bayes saja pada penelitian ini didapatkan nilai akurasi sebesar 94,3 %, nilai recall sebesar 93,9 % dan nilai precision sebesar 93,93% dengan waktu 0,07 detik. Sedangkan dengan menerapkan seleksi fitur Chi square pada penelitian ini diperoleh 5 atribut yang paling berpengaruh terhadap prediksi stunting yang dapat meningkatkan kecepatan pembentukkan model Algoritma Naiva Bayes dengan waktu 0,01 detik, namun tidak dapat meningkatkan akurasi, recall dan presisi. Harapannya instansi terkait dapat lebih memperhatikan dan memprioritaskan ke-5 atribut tersebut sebagai pemantauan prediksi stunting di Kota Dumai.

Abstract

This Study aims to determine the effect of using learning media (audio visual) on learning outcomes in Pancasila courses in students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Stud Program at Gorontalo State University. This research uses a pre-experimental design wich only includes one group or class that will be given tratmen, with one group pretest posttest design conducted on one group without a control or comparison group. The subjects in this study were students of the Elemntary School Teacher Education Study Program at Gorontalo State University who were programming Pancasila courses. Data were collected through pretest and posttest using objective test intruments (multipel choice) wich had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical techniquest to find out the average pretest and posttest learning outcomes of the experimental class and inferetial statistics to test the hypothesis, namely the research resaults test. Shows that the use of learning media (audio-visual) significantly influences students understanding and mastery of the Pancasila course.

Abstract

This research aims to analyses the role of teachers in managing student learning outcomes at SDN 8 Dungaliyo, Gorontalo. Using a qualitative and phenomenological approach, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations, significantly contribute to the improvement of student learning outcomes. The use of formative and summative assessments helps teachers provide constructive feedback to enhance students' understanding. Furthermore, effective classroom management and a positive learning environment increase student engagement. Parental involvement and the utilization of technology also prove to be important in supporting the learning process. This study concludes that collaboration among teachers and a differentiated approach in identifying students' learning needs can enhance the quality of education. However, the challenges of managing diverse student abilities require special attention from educators to ensure that each student can achieve their maximum potential.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on Ahaslides at SDN 5 Mootilango, Gorontalo, using the Research and Development (R&D) methodology. The development process follows the 4-D model, which consists of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. In the define stage, the researcher identifies the needs for effective learning media. During the design stage, the researcher creates 20 slides covering the general definition of norms, religious norms, politeness, indecency, and law, as well as interactive videos and quizzes. The develop stage involves creating and testing the media to ensure its functionality, while the disseminate stage focuses on distributing and utilizing the media among teachers and students. Evaluation results indicate that this interactive learning media allows teachers to monitor student participation in real-time. From the feasibility validation conducted by three expert validators in the fields of content, media, and psychology, the Ahaslides media received an average score of 95.56%, indicating that it is highly suitable for use. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of interactive and effective teaching methods, offering innovative solutions to enhance student engagement in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the EDUCARD (Education Uno Card) learning media that meets the criteria of feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in Civic Education (PKn) to improve student learning outcomes on the meaning and values of Pancasila in grade IV at SDN 13 Tilamuta. This research is a development study using the ADDIE development research model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The feasibility of the EDUCARD media was tested through validation by a team of experts. The validation results indicate that this media received an average percentage of 96.80%, categorized as very feasible for use by teachers and students in elementary schools. To test practicality, the researcher used a teacher observation sheet, which showed a total score of 39 out of a maximum score of 40, with an average practicality percentage reaching 97.5%, falling into the very practical category. In terms of effectiveness, the application of the media in grade IV at SDN 13 Tilamuta was measured through pretest and posttest scores. The results showed that the average pretest score of 42.27% increased to 83.63% in the posttest, with a difference of improvement of 48.2%. The effectiveness level of the EDUCARD media, based on calculations, reached 70.40%, indicating that the EDUCARD media is categorized as effective. Based on these results, the EDUCARD media has been proven effective in improving student learning outcomes and is suitable for use in elementary school learning.

Abstract

This study develops Moraya learning media (Cultural Diversity Monopoly) for fourth-grade students at SDN 5 Kwandang, Gorontalo. The background of this research is the difficulties students face in understanding cultural diversity material due to the minimal use of concrete-based media. Using the ADDIE development model, this research includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The Moraya media is designed to combine elements of the classic Monopoly game with interactive learning material, allowing students to explore and understand various aspects of Indonesian culture. The validation results indicate that this media is very feasible to use, with an average score of 99.30%. A limited trial on 14 students showed a significant improvement in student understanding, with the average pre-test score rising from 32.85% to 85.71% on the post-test, and an N-Gain Score of 0.78 indicating the medium's effectiveness. Observations during implementation showed that students were very enthusiastic and able to collaborate, creating a fun and interactive learning atmosphere. The Moraya media not only enhances students' understanding of cultural diversity but also instills values of tolerance and mutual respect. Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Social Sciences (IPS) learning in class V of SDN 08 Tilamuta, Boalemo Regency. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. The subjects of the study were fifth-grade students at the school. The results showed that in cycle I, only 7 students achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) with a percentage of 41%. However, in cycle II, there was a significant increase, where 15 students managed to achieve KKM with a percentage of 88%. The conclusion of this study shows that the implementation of the Monopoly of Diversity media can effectively improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 08 Tilamuta, Boalemo Regency. This study suggests the use of innovative learning media to improve student motivation and learning outcomes in the future.
