Abstract

Rendahnya produksi bawang merah di Indonesia disebabkan salah satunya oleh penyakit moler (Fusarium oxysporum). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk hayati dan pupuk kandang terhadap intensitas penyakit moler, mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk hayati dan pupuk kandang terhadap produksi bawang merah, dan mengetahui interaksi dari pupuk hayati dan pupuk kandang terhadap intensitas penyakit moler dan produksi bawang merah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Ilmu Penyakit Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian dan Laboratorium Lapang Terpadu Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lampung pada November 2019 sampai dengan Februari 2020. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 8 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Delapan perlakuan tersebut adalah tanpa pupuk hayati dan tanpa pupuk kandang (P0K0), tanpa pupuk hayati+pupuk kandang ayam (P0K1), tanpa pupuk hayati+pupuk kandang kambing (P0K2), tanpa pupuk hayati+pupuk kandang sapi(P0K3), pupuk hayati 10 ml/l+tanpa pupuk kandang (P1K0), pupuk hayati 10 ml/l+pupuk kandang ayam (P1K1), pupuk hayati 10 ml/l+pupuk kandang kambing (P1K2), dan pupuk hayati 10 ml/l+pupuk kandang sapi (P1K3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk hayati dan pupuk kandang mampu menekan intensitas penyakit moler dengan P1K2 36% pada 4 MST dan 5,3% pada 6 MST pada keterjadian penyakit sedangkan pada keparahan penyakit P1K2 7,2% pada 4 MST dan 1,1% pada 6 MST. Pemberian pupuk hayati dan pupuk kandang menunjukkan bahwa tidak berbeda nyata pada variabel bobot tanaman umbi basah dan kering angin. Hal tersebut diduga karena tanaman tidak maksimal menyerap unsur hara dan tidak ada pemberian pupuk kimia.

Abstract

Limbah kulit buah kakao yang dibiarkan membusuk di kebun menimbulkan masalah sanitasi kebun kakao. Pisang merupakan tanaman tumpangsari utama di perkebunan kakao di Lampung dan bonggolnya merupakan limbah pada penjarangan tanaman pisang. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam pembuatan dan pemanfaatan kompos limbah kulit buah kakao dan bonggol pisang di perkebunan kakao. Kegiatan ini yang dilaksanakan di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Air Naningan, menerapkan metode sekolah lapangan sehingga memerlukan jadwal pertemuan sesuai dengan topik yang disepakati. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah terlaksana dengan lancar, mendapat dukungan petani, dan menawarkan soluasi terkait dengan sanitasi kebun kakao, pemanfaatan limbah buah kakao dan bonggol pisang, dan penyediaan bahan organik untuk mengkonservasi kesuburan tanah dan kesehatan agroekosistem. Kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani terkait topik pembuatan dan pemanfaatan kompos. Hasil post-test wawancara menunjukkan 90-100% peserta mampu menjawab pertanyaan. Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Internal Universitas Halu Oleo (PKMI-UHO) merupakan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang diharapkan memberikan model untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah dengan memberikan solusi terutama pengelolaan sumber daya alam menjadi produk bernilai jual tinggi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sederhana. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang pengolahan kelapa menjadi keripik kepada masyarakat Kelurahan Petoahaa. Meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat melalui transfer pengetahuan dalam mengelolah potensi lokal tanaman kelapa menjadi keunggulan lokal melalui produksi olahan kripik kelapa dan membantu menambah sumber pendapatan dalam mencapai taraf kehidupan yang lebih baik. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan dengan cara edukasi dan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat terutama dari ibu-ibu rumah tangga mitra kerja memperoleh keterampilan dalam membuat keripik kelapa yang bernilai jual dan memasarkaan produk keripik kelapa agar dikenali oleh masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Cockroaches, houseflies and green locusts are three types of insects that are available around us, and even their presence tends to be a carrier of disease (host) and pests in agriculture. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to conduct an initial study of the potential bioactive compounds contained in the three types of insects, especially steroid and protein content as candidates for ˜ecdysteroids for crab moulting stimulants, as well as their social and economic potential. This research is qualitative with the following stages: i) insect collection using traps, ii) insect extraction, iii) chemical compound testing of insect extracts, and iv) proximate testing. The results showed that the insect animals tested were cockroaches, flies, and adult grasshoppers, and they were positive for steroid compounds tested using the Liebermann-Burchard method. From the results of the proximate test, the three insect animals have crude protein (%) 32.5 for cockroaches, 33.5 for flies, and 30.5 for grasshoppers. From a social perspective, utilising these animals will reduce disease-carrying hosts in the community. Economically, it will impact the emergence of a business chain in the supplier segment.Keywords: Aquaculture; Insects; Moulting; Protein; Steroid

Abstract

The experiments were carried out using Te-TiO2/Ti as working electrodes, prepared by the simple anodization technique and dip coating method, on Ti substrates (TiO2/Ti). The measurements were performed in an electrochemical cell using a three-electrode system, with Te-TiO2/Ti as the working electrode, Ag/AgCl as the reference electrode and pt as the auxiliary electrode. A flow system for determining the profile and photocurrent response of reactive orange 84 was developed using Linear Sweep Voltammetry (LSV) and Multi-Pulse Amperometry (MPA). The physicochemical properties of Te-TiO2/Ti electrodes have been studied using UVvis DRS analysis techniques and compared with un-doped TiO2/Ti electrodes. The UVvis DRS showed that the TiO2/Ti doped Te functionally decreases bandgap to 3.0 eV. The results showed that the photocurrent of reactive orange 84 was observed in the concentration range (1-5 M), with a linear response between concentration and charge.

Abstract

The new composite material Al(III)-TiO2 has been synthesized and applied as a modifier of graphene paste electrode for the determination of fipronil pesticide by cyclic voltammetry. The methods were to synthesis of Aluminum-Titanium dioxide (AT), preparation of graphene paste electrode with mass varied Al(III)-TiO2 (GAT) (0.05 g, 0.1 g, 0.2 g), and fipronil electroanalytic respons. Addition of Al(III)-TiO2 to the graphene paste electrode shows redox properties which are well characterized by a fast electron transfer process. Based on the results of measurements in a solution containing fipronil, it is known that fipronil is oxidized at a potential value of 0.26 V. Furthermore, the fipronil oxidation process on the GAT surface is influenced by diffusion control, this is powered by R2 value 0.91 when plotted between peak oxidation currents (Ipa) vs. root scan rate. Other results show that measurement linearity is in the range 0.01 to 0.09 g/L with a limit of detection (LOD) value of 0.0164 g/L. Moreover, GAT shows good stability in the determination of fipronil with% RSD equal to 5%.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) through the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) is a government program offered in the form of direct education financing to students (6-21 years). KIP is an improvement part of the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) program since the end of 2014. The target of PIP at SMP PGRI 1 Cilacap is still not well targeted, due to the lack of criteria for KKS recipients. Therefore, the author added criteria for KKS recipients in the research. This research was created based on previously existing data, namely 100 training data and 9 test data using the Naïve Bayes data mining method and with 6 attributes, namely parents' occupation, number of dependents, parents' income, KIP recipients, KPS recipients, KKS recipients. The accuracy test results obtained were 88.89% and the Recall calculation was 85.71%.

Abstract

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Barokah Way Pios (WP) merupakan salah satu kelompok tani aktif di Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu Raya, Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu, yang berkontribusi dalam menopang perekonomian masyarakat melalui kegiatan pertanian, peternakan, dan perikanan. Dalam praktik budidaya tanaman sayuran, KWT Barokah WP cenderung menggunakan pupuk dan pestisida kimia, yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan dan lingkungan. Permasalahan ini menjadi latar belakang pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Selain itu, keterbatasan pengetahuan anggota KWT Barokah WP serta minimnya sosialisasi terkait pemanfaatan Trichoderma sp. sebagai agen hayati untuk peningkatan kualitas pupuk menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi. Oleh karena itu, pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan pemanfaatan Trichoderma sp. sebagai enrichment pupuk dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil budidaya tanaman. Kegiatan pengabdian di KWT Barokah WP berjalan dengan lancar dan kondusif. Para peserta menunjukkan antusiasme dan dukungan yang tinggi selama rangkaian kegiatan berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, terjadi peningkatan wawasan peserta, dengan rata-rata peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 83,28% setelah mengikuti kegiatan. Hasil ini menunjukkan keberhasilan penyuluhan mengenai peran Trichoderma sp. dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman sayuran baik secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif.

Abstract

NMRS method has been used in the past 10 years with success in various geological context and groundwater exploration. This method has indeed the ability of directly detecting the presence of water through the excitation of the hydrogen protons of water molecules. The frequency to which the H protons react depends on the magnitude of the Earth magnetic field, while the intensity of the excitation determines the depth of investigation. The amplitude of the magnetic field generated in return by the water of a layer is proportional to the porosity of this layer, and the time constant of the relaxation curve is linked to the mean pore size of the material, that is to say tightly related to its hydraulic permeability. A field cases such as illustrate NMRS application that is taken from measurement at Mauritania. NMRS measurement results in dry areas indicate the time-relaxation amplitude is low (10 A-ms) and water content is 1%. While the results of the aquifer region NMRS measurements showed -relaxation-time amplitude is quite large (270 A-ms) and water content is 12-30%.

Abstract

Banten NPP site is located in Kramatwatu-Bojonegara district, Serang, it has a surface fault indication in volcanic rock it known that to Northwest-Southeast trending. Indications of the satellite imagery analysis maps confirm the straightness (lineament) at Bojonegara-1 fault. A lineament as fault structures to be necessary to prove existence of magnetic method in order to determine the continuity of Bojonegara-1 fault in the subsurface. The purpose of the study is to know the Bojonegara fault in the subsurface. Through on interpretation and analysis of the earth's magnetic field on the scale of an object to be caused a variety of sources it can be detected by intensity magnetic as a total magnetic moment of unity volume to study the condition of the deformed rocks. The study used are G856-AX Proton Magnetometer precession magnetometer (PPM) over a stretch of 300 m and 10 m intervals for the fault lineament. The measurement system uses two sensors and observations, corrected magnetic field strength is ideal as a reference for the total magnetic field anomalies. Preliminary results show that the fault lineament is indicated at the observation point with a depth to unknown so that it still need more detailed. Magnetic method is very good for an early review of fault structures with fast and simple.
