Abstract

Remaja saat ini tengah mengalami pola hidup yang permissive (serba boleh), maka derdampak pada kebebasan remaja dalam memilih pergaulan. Banyak sisi negatif dari hal ini, yaitu ikhtilat, premanisme, narkoba, westernisasi. Sehingga sekarang ini  banyak berlangsung kejadian-kejadian tindak kenakalan remaja. Bermacam-macam perbuatan negatif  yang menyimpang dilakukan oleh remaja dan mereka mengira hal  yang dilakukan adalah hal yang wajar dan  biasa-biasa saja, bahkan ada yang menganggapnya sebagai sesuatu kebanggaan. Padahal, masyarakat beranggapan perilaku tersebut sebagai suatu sikap yang amat memprihatinkan bagi kalangan remaja di Indonesia.Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan program dakwah rohani Islam tingkat SMA/Sederajat. Pengembangan program ini difokuskan pada pemikiran Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas tentang dakwah pada remaja. dan program kegiatan rohis (Sun Three) di MAN 2 Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kepustakaan (libraby reseach) serta dipadukan dengan penelitian lapangan (field research).Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan program dakwah rohani Islam yang dapat menjadi acuan di setiap SMA/Sederajat dalam melaksanakan kegiatan rohani Islam. Program-program ini terukur atas kecemasan Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas mengenai berkurangnya adab pada remaja, westernisasi, hingga krisis identitas. Sehingga peneliti menjadikan MAN 2 Bogor sebagai standar tersusunnya pengembangan program ini.

Abstract

This research focuses on the background of morals decline in early childhood caused by lack of attention or supervision of parents and schools towards them. Morals in Islamic civilization is a fence that limits both at the same time the upright foundation upon which the glory of Islam. The basic values of Islam and morals are included in every rule of life, various kinds of differences and their development, both individually, as well as society, politics and economics. This research was formulated to describe the various methods of moral education that are applied at SDIT Ummul Quro. This research is a type of qualitative research  with a field research approach, aims to explore various methods of moral education through primary and secondary literature relating to the object of research, then integrated with field research in an effort to produce products to be implemented in other institutions. This research resulted in the method of elementary school morals education at the institution, namely: (1) the exemplary method of an educator figure (2) the habituation method was more emphasized to students as recipient subjects (3) the reward and funishment method (reward and sanctions), in the form gift giving and sanctions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pertama mengetahui bagaimana proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung di Sekolah SDIT Al-Ikhlas, kedua menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan bahan atau media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran fiqh. Penelitian yang terdapat dalam artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian analisa deskriptif. Metode penelitian kualitatif. Proses pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dengan cara wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa kebutuhan yang telah dilakukan terdapat masalah yang dialami guru dalam proses pembelajatn yaitu guru sering mengalami kurangnya kefokusan peserta didik sehingga suasana kelas tidak kondusif.Oleh sebab itu peneliti menyarankan untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis e-komik.

Abstract

This study analyzes the concept of leadership and decision making of the headmaster of MTs. Darul Ihya Ciomas by using qualitative methods and interview approaches as techniques in data collection. The results obtained from this study indicate that the headmaster of MTs. Darul Ihya Ciomas has a unique and servant leadership type that focuses on protection and tends to prioritize the needs and interests of school community. In the decision-making process, the headmaster always consistently uses the family principle and mutual cooperation in order to create an inclusive and collaborative environment. These principles not only increase the sense of belonging and full responsibility among educators and education personnel but involve a more comprehensive collaboration for the achievement of effective and efficient educational goals.

Abstract

Bahaya narkoba sudah menjadi ancaman bagi Bangsa Indonesia karena hasil survey yang dilakukan oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) bekerjasama dengan pusat penelitian kesehatan Universitas Indonesia menunjukkan penyalahgunaan narkoba di 34 provinsi di Indonesia sebesar 1,77 persen dari total penduduk Indonesia yang berjumlah 3,376,115 orang pada kelompok usia 10-59 tahun. Pihak BNNK menjelaskan, berdasarkan hasil survey tersebut jika kita hitung terdapat 12.000 orang meninggal dunia sia-sia setiap tahunya akibat penyalahgunaan narkoba atau rata-rata 32 orang setiap harinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pertama, membuat model program pendidikan adab untuk panti rehabilitasi narkoba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi research and development dengan model ADDIE yaitu: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Langkah awal dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisa kebutuhan program pendidikan adab di panti rehabilitasi narkoba rumah singgah peka, panti rehabilitasi narkoba sekar mawar dan panti rehabilitasi inabah pondok pesantren suryalaya. Langkah kedua adalah membuat design program pendidikan adab untuk panti rehabilitasi narkoba yang mengacu pada teori PH Combs dengan 12 komponen pendidikan yaitu: tujuan dan prioritas, peserta didik, manajemen atau pengelolaan, struktur dan jadwal waktu, isi dan bahan pengajaran, guru dan pelaksanaan, alat bantu belajar, fasilitas, teknologi, pengawasan, penelitian dan biaya. Langkah ketiga adalah development yaitu pengembangan dengan uji validasi terhadap prototype awal kepada para ahli seperti ahli pendidikan, ahli adab dan ahli bahasa sehingga dihasilkan desain program prototype kedua. langkah keempat adalah Implementation yaitu uji coba terbatas kepada user panti rehabilitasi narkoba dengan melaksanakan focus group discussion dan langkah terakhir adalah evaluation dengan melakukan revisi terhadap prototype kedua berdasarkan masukan dari pengguna sehingga dihasilkan desain program prototype akhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah program pendidikan adab untuk panti rehabilitasi narkoba dengan konsep adab terhadap Allah, adab terhadap Rasulullah dan adab terhadap sesama makhluk Allah yang diharapkan dapat diterapkan dibeberapa panti rehabilitasi narkoba yang ada di Indonesia untuk membantu persoalan penyalahgunaan narkoba.

Abstract

The variety of systems and policies offered by educational institutions in Indonesia shows that there are innovative practitioners in terms of education in Indonesia. Some of these institutions have been established classically and traditionally, one of which is the pesantren. The orientation of Islamic boarding schools in building the character strength of generations based on spiritual qualities is an offer that is much needed in the current era of globalization. The purpose of writing this thesis is to be able to find out how the practice of implementing academic supervision for salafiyah Islamic boarding schools at Nurul Hidayah Sadeng Islamic Boarding School, Central Bogor, the academic supervision model applied to salafiyah Islamic boarding schools, and formulate what methods are good and good to use at salafiyah Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative approach. In the form of research that produces descriptive data in the form of categories, characteristics, or certain characteristics. Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Pusat is one of the largest and leading salaf-based Islamic educational institutions in West Bogor. The Islamic boarding school founded by KH. Uqon Bulqoeny in 1959M is located on Jl. KH. Mama Bakry Kp. Sadeng Kaum Rt.05/02 Des.Sadeng Kec. Leuwisadeng Regency. Bogor. The academic supervision method used by the principal at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah uses a collaborative approach, namely direct and indirect approaches. The supervision technique used uses two techniques, namely individual techniques and group techniques. Individual techniques include: class visits, individual observations and meetings. Group techniques by holding teacher meetings and training to improve teacher competence. In supervising the head of the madrasah or the leadership of the pesantren, it is better to apply more varied, efficient and innovative academic supervision methods and techniques so that they can be used to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities in Islamic boarding schools in particular.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership of the principal as a leader and manager in schools at SDN 01 Pagi, Central Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The participant in this research is the principal of the school. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that the principal in carrying out his duties and functions uses a democratic leadership style. As a leader and manager, the principal is able to create a conducive atmosphere between teachers who have different school origins, build cooperation with parents in participating in maintaining and developing schools, providing facilities to improve information technology capabilities for their subordinates.

Abstract

Nowadays, there has been a significant shift in the behavior of elementary school-age children, which tends to get worse due to many factors, including the negative influence of social media, lack of guidance from parents, and an educational and societal environment that is not conducive. This research aims to analyze behavioral education for elementary school children. The research method used is library research, which involves using several references, including books, journals, articles, and newspapers related to the research topic. The results of the research state that behavioral education for elementary school children must use appropriate methods to influence and form good behavior in children. Several methods can be used in behavioral education: First, the exemplary method, which is a very effective method for educators (parents and teachers) in educating behavior, in accordance with the development tasks of elementary school-age children, namely the development of morals, values and conscience. Educators use the exemplary foundation of the Prophet Muhammad as the best example. Second, the coaching method which is a method that educators can use to form children's Aqidah, faith and worship and develop morals based on belief in the truth of revelation. Third, the reward and punishment method is the method most often used in behavioral education, because it provides an understanding of responsibility to children, so that in the future they are expected to become disciplined children in all things.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah: (1) untuk mengetahui bentuk dan teknik program pembinaan wali kelas di SMPIT Nurul Fikri Bogor, (2) untuk mengetahui dampak pembinaan program wai kelas terhadap perkembangan siswa di SMPIT Nurul Fikri Bogor. Informan dari penelitian ini ialah kepala sekolah  koordinator wali kelas, wali kelas. Hasil penelitian ini ialah (1) bentuk program pembinaan wali kelas SMPIT Nurul Fikri Bogor adalah wali kelas dibekai dengan program-program seperti membuat grup diskusi bersama orang tua dan siswa, dalam hal ini bagaimana wali kelas bisa menjalin hubungan yang baik terhadap wai kelas, upgrading wali kelas hal ini seorang wai kelas bersama kepala sekolah, koordinator wali kelas melaksanakan evaluasi atau bisa dikatakan dalam kegiatan ini semua wali kelas mengimformasikan perkembangan siswa-siswanya, welcome drink kelas. (2) dengan terselenggaranya program pembinaan wali kelas maka program tersebut berdampak positif terhadap perkembangan siswa dilihat dari peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. kemandirian serta perkembangan emosional siswa yang baik. penelitan ini menggunakan metode kualitatifKata Kunci: Program Pembinaan, Wali Kelas

Abstract

Gender equality in the history of human civilization, especially in the pre-Islamic context, has been a discourse that continues to be criticized until now, especially by feminists. This gender problem is often associated with the story of the creation of Adam and Eve, which although it has been criticized, is still used as a basis for understanding gender equality. This research aims to critically examine the history of gender equality problems in the perspective of Islamic education. This research uses qualitative, descriptive, and library research methods. The results show that the philosophy of Islamic education, which is based on the Quran and hadith, has brought significant improvements to the condition of women since pre-Islamic times until now. This conclusion contradicts the Western concept of gender equality that often distances humans from their nature. This research emphasizes the importance of the Islamic educational perspective in promoting equality of dignity and opportunities for activities and achievements of women properly and correctly, which places the glory of women as it should be, and according to the dignity and dignity of women in the sight of Allah Ta'ala. Abstrak Kesetaraan gender dalam sejarah peradaban manusia, terutama dalam konteks pra-Islam, telah menjadi diskursus yang terus dikritisi hingga kini, khususnya oleh kaum feminis. Problematika gender ini sering dikaitkan dengan kisah penciptaan Adam dan Hawa, yang meskipun telah dikritisi, masih dijadikan dasar dalam memahami kesetaraan gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara kritis histori problematika kesetaraan gender dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, deskriptif, dan library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa filosofi pendidikan Islam, yang berlandaskan pada Quran dan hadits, telah membawa perbaikan signifikan bagi kondisi perempuan sejak masa pra-Islam hingga kini. Kesimpulan ini bertentangan dengan konsep kesetaraan gender dari Barat yang sering menjauhkan manusia dari fitrahnya. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya perspektif pendidikan Islam dalam mengusung kesetaraan harkat dan kesempatan beraktivitas dan berprestasi para kaum perempuan secara baik dan benar, yang menempatkan kemuliaan perempuan sebagaimana mestinya, dan sesuai harkat dan martabat kewanitaannya di hadapan Allah Ta’ala.
