Abstract

Sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah (Perda) No. 1 Tahun 2016 melalui kegiatan Rembug Desa adalah salah satu cara yang efektif untuk memastikan bahwa masyarakat di tingkat desa memahami isi dan tujuan dari peraturan tersebut. Perda No. 1 Tahun 2016 bisa saja terkait dengan berbagai kebijakan seperti tata kelola desa, pembangunan infrastruktur, atau program lain yang mendukung kesejahteraan dan kemajuan desa. Dengan melakukan sosialisasi dalam bentuk rembug desa, warga dan aparat desa dapat berdialog langsung, menyampaikan pendapat, serta bertanya mengenai penerapan Perda tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: 1) memberikan pemahaman tentang isi perda Nomor 1 tahun 2016. 2) memberikan wawasan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya rebug desa dalam penyelesaian setiap konflik atau permasalahan yang terjadi dan 3) show penguatan peran DPD dalam mendukung sinergitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Dalam pelaksanaanya pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Plan pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu : persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi diakhir kegiatan. Melalui Sosialisasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman masyarakat akan pentingnya musyawarah untuk mencapai mufakat dalam menyelesaikan pencegahan konflik yang terjadi dan mencari solusi yang terbaik dalam menyelesaikan setiap konflik yang terjadi di Masyarakat, saling menghargai perbedaan pendapatan, perbedaan adat, budaya dan agama sehingga tercipta kerukunan hidup dalam bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the risk factors that can cause Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) beginning with the formation of atherosclerotic plaques that can cause arterial stenosis can be assessed using the gensini score. This study aims to determine the relationship between hypertension and gensini scores of stable coronary heart disease patients at Dr. M. Djamil Padang Hospital in 2021-2022. This type of research is a cross-sectional approach using medical record data. An affordable population of research is stable coronary heart disease patients who underwent coronary angiography at Dr. M. Djamil Padang Hospital in 2021-2022 with 52 samples using consecutive sampling techniques. Univariate analysis is displayed in the frequency distribution and average distributions while bivariate analysis is performed using the rank spearman test. The results showed that most coronary artery disease patients are men ≥ 45 years (53.8%) and women ≥ 55 years (26.9%), the majority of patients are men (59.6%), 67.3% of patients do not have a family history, the average systolic blood pressure is 152.42 mmHg, the average diastolic blood pressure is 85.98 mmHg, the average gensini score is 63.33. There is a significant correlation between systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure with gensini score. (p<0.05).

Abstract

Background: Grape seeds are one part of the grape plant known to have antibacterial properties because they contain secondary metabolite compounds such as tannins and flavonoids. Previous studies have shown that grape seed extract has antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus mutans, Propionibacterium acnes, and Staphylococcus epidermidis. However, testing for Enterococcus faecalis from 70% ethanol extract and n-hexane has not been found. This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of n-hexane and 70% ethanol extract from grape seeds against E. faecalis bacteria. Methods: Extraction was carried out using the maceration method using two solvents: n-hexane and 70% ethanol. The antibacterial activity test used the disc diffusion method to determine the Diameter Inhibitory Power (DDH) value at extract concentrations of 5%, 10%, 20%, and 40%. Results: The results obtained showed that grape seed extract had antibacterial activity against E. faecalis, with the DDH value of n-hexane extract respectively being 9.70 mm, 10.36mm, 10.55mm, and 11.31 mm at concentrations of 5%, 10%, 20%, and 40%. The DDH value of the 70% ethanol extract was 11.20 mm, 12.34mm, 13.63mm, and 15.49 mm at concentrations of 5%, 10%, 20%, and 40%, respectively. Conclusions: These results indicate that n-hexane and 70% ethanol extract from grape seeds have antibacterial potential against E. faecalis.

Abstract

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) is a benign enlargement of the prostate gland that often occurs in elderly men due to prostatic stromal and epithelial hyperplasia. The prevalence of BPH increases with age, from 20% in men aged 40 years to 90% at age 80 years, with a global incidence reaching 11.26 million cases in 2019. Clinical symptoms in the form of Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) include irritation such as frequency, urgency, nocturia, and obstruction such as weak stream and hesitancy. Risk factors include age, family history, obesity, diabetes mellitus, and metabolic syndrome. Until now, there has been no data on the profile of BPH patients at Dr. M. Djamil Padang Hospital. Background :This study aims to determine the profile of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients at Dr. M. Djamil Padang General Hospital in 2021-2023. Methode : : This research covers the field of surgery, the type of research used is quantitative descriptive using secondary data. This design was used to view the profile of BPH patients at RSUP DR. M. Djamil Padang 2021 – 2024. Data collection was taken from medical record data. The sampling method was chosen using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis used is univariate analysis. Result : The results of this study indicate that the highest number of BPH cases were found in the age group of 60-74 years as many as 29 people (54.7%), the highest PSA levels with a value of 0-2.5 ng/dl as many as 46 people (86.8%), the highest prostate volume was found 40-70 ml as many as 26 people (49.1%), the most common therapy performed was surgery as many as 51 people (96.2%), BPH patients who had a history of diabetes mellitus as many as 20 people (37.7%). BPH patients who had a history of hypertension as many as 13 people (24.5%) and there were no patients who had a family history of BPH. Kesimpulan : BPH cases are most often found in men aged 60-74 years. The most common therapy is surgery, especially Tranurethral Resection Prostate (TURP).

Abstract

Hypertension is a disease that is a silent killer. A person suffers from hypertension if Systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 mmHg and/or Diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmHg. This disease can increase blood vessel constriction and cause complications in the form of damage to a target organ such as stroke, coronary heart disease,) and other diseases such as diabetes mellitus. The elderly is an advanced stage of a life process characterized by a decrease in the body's ability to adapt to environmental stress and an increase in morbidity due to susceptibility to diseases caused by blood vessels and heart disorders. Method: Counseling, treatment, and healthy diet education about heart and cardiovascular disease by the RSI Siti Rahmah team of heart specialists to the Kuranji Elderly Posyandu Community in Padang City at Rumah Gadang Baiturrahmah / Rumah Bagonjong Baiturrahmah. Results: Counseling, treatment, and education about a healthy diet for heart and cardiovascular disease went smoothly, and more than 50 older adults attended. Before treatment, older people receive an examination in the form of screeningfor blood pressure, blood sugar, uric acid, and cholesterol. Patients who are indicated to be suffering from heart disease will undergo an ECG examination. Conclusion: The importance of screening, treatment, and education on healthy diets for heart and cardiovascular disease to reduce high morbidity and mortality rates in the elderly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of statistical board media on student learning outcomes in data processing material in class V SD Negeri Monsinget Aceh Besar. The approach taken is the quantitative experimental method with the type of research Pre-Experimental Designs with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Place of research at SD Negeri Mosinget Aceh Besar. Samples were taken from all 22 students of class V at SD Negeri Monsinget Aceh Besar. The data collection technique used was a test, while the data analysis technique used hypothesis testing with the Paired Samples Test t-test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 For Windows. The result of testing the hypothesis with the Paired Samples Test statistical t-test obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0,000 0,05. Where the decision-making criteria are Ha accepted or Ho rejected. So, it can be concluded that there is an influence of statistical board media on student learning outcomes in data processing material in class V SD Negeri Monsinget Aceh Besar.

Abstract

The quick advancement of innovation in the current period of globalization has given many advantages underway in different social angles. The utilization of innovation by people in assisting with finishing work is an unquestionable requirement throughout everyday life. This innovative improvement should likewise be trailed by advancements in Human Resources (HR).Humans as technology users must be able to take advantage of current technology, as well as develop the technology in the future. How to make an android-based guessing game application, with the guessing game using the can increase the intelligence of the students of SDN 1 Tias Bangun, with the research method of observation, documentation, the Android-based Guessing Game application was built using the Embarcadero Delphi 10.4 software and using a programming language java scripts. Based on the testing of the Android-based Guess Picture application, it can be concluded that the learning media is in the form of an Android-Based Educational Game to Improve Student Learning Outcomes at SDN 1 Tias Bangun.

Abstract

Game yang merupakan salah satu industri besar di dunia saat ini, menawarkan banyak peluang dalam industrinya, yang salah satunya adalah perancangan Game Logic. Saat ini tercatat ada sekitar 80 pengembang game aktif yang tersebar di penjuru Indonesia, di antaranya di Bandung, Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Salatiga dan Bali. Pada tahun 2015, Game Tebak Gambar yang merupakan salah satu Game Logic buatan anak bangsa, telah berhasil menduduki peringkat satu dalam google playstore. Yang menjadi sumber penelitian  yaitu bagaimana suatu permainan dapat bermanfaat tidak hanya sebagai media hiburan, melainkan juga sebagai media belajar. Salah satu masalah yang dapat diambil adalah   ketergantungan   seseorang   terhadap   permainan,   terutama   permainan berbasis komputer. Maka dari itu dibuatlah penelitian ini yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah para pecinta Game Logic dalam mengasah kemampuan berfikir secara logika untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah secara cerdas guna menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik lagi dalam berfikir. Diawal game ini dijalankan akan langsung memunculkan puzle menyusun gambar  yang dapat langsung dimainkan sehingga  otak  akan  langsung merespon  untuk  segera berfikir  cepat.  game ini sangat amat sederhana, ringan, dan juga mudah diimplementasikan khususnya pada perangkat komputer berbasis windows. Dan meskipun terlihat sederhana, namun  game ini  dapat  membantu  mengasah  pola fikir dasar seseorang,  yaitu logika.

Abstract

One real system that requires a mobile web-based simulation application is the implementation of an intelligence test. This is because this intelligence test requires high mobility and accurate information distribution and fast service. So far, IQ testing has always been carried out by other institutions at a high cost and the IQ test results are processed very slowly to determine the IQ test results. Making a mobile web-based test simulation application system implemented on Android and oriented with a simple and lightweight concept will certainly make users more comfortable and easier to use. The benefit of this application is that users can carry out intelligence test simulations through different device platforms and operating systems. Users can immediately see the test results at that time too. The implementation of the IQ test can be done at any time from various places as long as it has an android application and is connected to an internet network. This application was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which has development stages covering system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. System analysis is carried out to determine data, information, hardware, and software needs. System design includes model design, database design, and interface design to facilitate implementation. The system is implemented based on the mobile web with HTML, JavaScript, Atom, and Ionic Framework programming languages. The web server uses NodeJs. System testing is done in two ways, namely black box testing and Alpha testing. Based on the results of black box testing and Alpha testing, the developed application meets predetermined specifications, can run properly, is very easy to use, has an attractive appearance, is complete, and has very fast access.

Abstract

Analysis of learning styles can help educators to develop learning strategies that are more effective and in accordance with the needs of students. Relevant surveys and questionnaires to identify student learning styles. Questions in the questionnaire can relate to students' learning preferences, for example, whether they prefer to learn through reading, listening, or participating in physical activities. in-class observation to see how students respond to various teaching methods. Notice if they are more active when looking at pictures, listening to stories, or interacting directly with teachers and classmates. Identify the dominant learning style that is owned by the majority of students. Learning styles are generally divided into three categories: visual (learning through pictures and diagrams), auditory (learning through hearing and oral discussion), and kinesthetic (learning through physical movement and direct interaction). Student involvement always prioritizes student interaction and involvement in learning. By involving students actively, they will be more interested and eager to learn. A diverse and inclusive learning approach will be more effective in achieving successful learning for all students in the class.
