Abstract

The implementation of inclusive education has many roles contained in it. Each role supports each other in order to create inclusive education for students. This research aims to find out how implementation of inclusive education in inclusive junior high school level in Padang City. Type of research carried out qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through direct interviews with Special Assistant Teachers (GPK) and supported by data obtained during field observations. Based on research that has been carried out, it was found that there are 4 types of Children with Special Needs (ABK) at this school for the 2022/2023 academic year, including blind, low vision, learning difficulties, and autism. This junior high school uses the regular (national) curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum and the Independent Curriculum which has not been modified according to the needs and characteristics of students with special needs. In its implementation at this school there is an Individual Learning Program (PPI). Apart from that, this school also has a Special Assistant Teacher (GPK) in the learning process. The assessment techniques used are the same between ABK and regular students. In terms of School facilities and infrastructure already exist but are not yet optimal. Abstract

Perusahaan X, adalah salah satu penyuplai alat kesehatan ke setiap rumah sakit atau klinik yang ada di Kota Palembang. Untuk meningkatkan layanan dan kepercayaan kepada customer dari perusahaan x ini. Karena berkaitan dengan barang yang banyak terkadang staff terjadi kesalahan penginputan atau pun komunikasi antar staff dan customer oleh karena itu dilakukan lah pengembangan berupa app untuk memonitoring barang masuk dan keluar pada perusahaan X tersebut. Penerapan teknologi ini dilakukan untuk membuat datawarehouse barang bisa dipantau dan bisa ditinjau. Applikasi ini berbasis web dan monitoring dapat dilakukan secara real time

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the round robin brainstorming type cooperative learning model on the geography learning outcomes of students in class X E 4 MAN Fifty Cities. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design method of the Nonequivalent Control Group Design type. Sample selection was carried out through a purposive sampling technique with certain criteria, so that the experimental class X E 4 (19 students) and the control class X E 1 (19 students) were obtained. Data is collected through tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The instruments used include tests of 20 objective questions and questionnaires with 20 statements. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results showed that the average posttest score in the experimental class was 80, with an increase in learning outcomes of 0.54 which was in the medium category. Meanwhile, the control class had an average posttest score of 67.63, with an increase in learning outcomes of 0.12 which was in the low category. The magnitude of the influence of variable X (round robin brainstorming type cooperative learning model) on variable Y (learning outcomes) reached 60.9%, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that there is a significant and positive influence of the application of the round robin brainstorming type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Delinquent behavior in academic libraries poses a serious challenge to the optimization of libraries as centers of learning. Issues such as overdue book returns, mutilation of library materials, and vandalism of facilities are prevalent, causing significant disruption to library operations and other users. This study aims to identify the types of delinquent behaviors, their contributing factors, and potential solutions to mitigate these issues at the Academic Library X in Padang. Using a quantitative approach, the study surveyed 50 library users through structured questionnaires, with data analyzed descriptively. The findings reveal that 90% of respondents reported overdue book returns as the most common delinquent act, followed by concealing library materials (75%), mutilation of materials (60%), and vandalism of facilities (45%). The primary contributing factors include insufficient copies of library materials (85%), limited photocopying services (70%), high academic pressure (65%), and inadequate library security measures (60%). Proposed solutions include increasing the number of library material copies, improving photocopying services, strengthening security systems, and implementing user orientation programs for new students. Collaboration between the library and faculty is also recommended to enhance students' awareness of the importance of preserving library facilities and adhering to established rules. This study provides valuable insights for improving the sustainability of library services in academic environments.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a measurement model with a variety of indicators that can be used to evaluate online sales kit at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan Bangka Belitung, Tbk. As the basis to build the measurement model, concept of IT Balanced Scorecard are being used to find relevant indicators in 4 dimensions, namely Business Contribution, User Orientation, Operational Excellence and Future Orientation. From the results of the literature research and journals that have been done previously, 18 indicators are found to define the factors on each dimension of IT Balanced Scorecard. By confirmatory factor analysis, it has been found that only 14 indicator are proven to be valid and significant. With this analysis, the measurement model which has been constructed has proven to be a valid measurement model to evaluate system for the company

Abstract

Goodday Garden merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dibidang pertanian. Permasalahan yang terjadi di UMKM ini adalah pelayanan penjualan yang masih menggunakan sistem manual. Penelitian ini mengkaji penggunaan React native sebagai solusi untuk pengembangan aplikasi mobile lintas platform pada UMKM Goodday Garden Palembang. Keterbatasan aplikasi native yang hanya berjalan pada satu platform mendorong kebutuhan akan pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel dan efisien. Dengan menggunakan metode prototipe, penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi penjualan sambil mengevaluasi kemudahan pembelajaran, kesederhanaan struktur kode, dan kemampuan lintas platform dari React native. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa React native memungkinkan proses pengembangan yang lebih cepat dan efisien, dengan aplikasi yang berjalan pada sistem operasi Android. Pengujian black box dan Robustness Test menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang tinggi, menegaskan potensi React native sebagai alat pengembangan aplikasi mobile yang andal. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang pengembangan aplikasi mobile yang lebih adaptif dan ekonomis

Abstract

Arsip merupakan rekaman peristiwa masa lalu yang di terima oleh lembaga pemerintah, swasta maupun individu. Tulisan ini berfokus pada urgensi dan integritas arsip dalam konteks kebangsaan dan kesadaran sejarah. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran arsip dari sejarah yang memiliki fungsi sangat kuat dalam konteks kebangsaan dan menyadarkan masyarakat terhadap sejarah nantinya. Pengumpulan data dengan metode studi kepustakaan. Tulisan ini membahas integritas arsip dalam membangun ulang ingatan manusia terhadap rentetan informasi yang berhubungan dengan sejarah bangsa dan mengulas informasi yang memperkuat semangat pemerintah dalam membangun negara. Keberadaan arsip sejarah yang penting untuk diperhatikan tidak bisa terjaga dengan baik jika tidak dikelola oleh pengelola yang profesional. Pentingnya keberadaan profesional arsip dikenal dengan sebutan Arsiparis mulai dirasakan bagi lembaga pemerintah. Arsiparis diharapkan dapat memudahkan pemerintah dan sejarawan dalam merekonstruksi rangkaian sejarah sebagai catatan penting bagi bangsa. Maka dari itu arsiparis sangat berperan dalam membantu negara agar sadar sejarah dan membantu dalam membangun bangsa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the baamboozle game on geography subjects on students' learning interest at SMA Negeri 8 North Bengkulu. This research method uses quantitative research with an experimental type. The sample determination technique uses purposive sampling. The sample size was 68 respondents. Divided into experimental and control groups. Some of the data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include normality tests, homogeneity, n-Gain, and hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis showed that there was an effect of the baambozle game on the learning interest of geography students of SMA Negeri 8 North Bengkulu in studying the subject. The learning interest of students in experimental classes that use baamboole games as a medium is more effective compared to the traditional classroom method (lecture). It shows the influence of the baamboozle game on students' learning interest in the experimental class. The independent sample t-test hypothesis test showed significant values of 0.004 < 0.050. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the baamboozle game on students' interest in learning geography subjects at SMA Negeri 8 North Bengkulu

Abstract

Every human being has the hope of having a bright future, with that, everyone must have ideals or desires to determine life in the next phase. Likewise with the children of the Aisyiyah Bukittinggi orphanage who have the motivation to be able to achieve their ideals. Learning motivation is influenced by the child's attitude towards learning and the learning motivation possessed by the child himself. One way to increase learning motivation is with motivational videos and trees of hope. This study is based on the phenomenon of low learning motivation of children in orphanages. The purpose of the study: 1) To determine the increase in learning motivation in children at the Aisyiyah orphanage through motivational videos, 2) To increase learning motivation in children at the Aisyiyah orphanage through trees of hope. The type of research used in this study is mixed methods. The sample in this study were children at the Aisyiyah orphanage at junior high and senior high school levels. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires and interviews. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using quantitative data analysis techniques: validity test and reliability test, while qualitative data were analyzed using the method developed by Miles and Suherman, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed: 1) There was an increase in the learning motivation of the children at the Aisyiyah orphanage by 30.51 points from an average pretest score of 56.90 points to 87.41 points posttest score, 2) The children at the Aisyiyah orphanage became more motivated to learn after being given an understanding of the tree of hope

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the absence of a search tool in the archives and library services of the province of West Sumatra that can make it easier for users to search for information about Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) articles correctly, the purpose of this study is to create an index as a valid, practical search tool. and effective, so that it can make it easier for users to browse information about Covid-19 articles. This type of research is development research, namely research that is used to produce certain products and can be tested for the effectiveness of these products. The stages that are passed in product development are needs analysis, product design, product development and product evaluation or testing. The results of the study were in the form of an index of newspaper articles with the subject of Covid-19 at the Archives and Library Service of West Sumatra Province. The resulting product is validated by expert validators and tested on a limited basis through individual and group trials. The test results prove that the resulting product is valid because it has been proven with an A value of 96%, effective because it has been tested with a value of 86% and practically proven by a value of 92%. The results of the questionnaire prove that the index of newspaper articles with the subject of Covid-19 can be used and makes it easier for users to search for information about Covid-19 articles.
