Abstract

Catatan sejarah membuktikan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan Islam, khususnya di Indonesia mengalami pasang surut, tergantung siapa yang mempunyai peran dalam menentukan kebijakan tersebut. Kajian yang bersifat literistik ini berupaya menyajikan dinamika politik pendidikan Islam di Indonesia, mulai masa praKemerdekaan sampai dengan masa Reformasi. Dalam hal pengembangan sumber daya manusia, pendidikan memiliki nilai strategis dan mempunyai peran penting sebagai suatu investasi umat di masa depan. Karena secara teoretis, pendidikan adalah dasar dari pertumbuhan ekonomi, dasar dari perkembangan sains dan teknologi, mengurangi kemiskinan dan ketimpangan dalam pendapatan, dan peningkatan kesejahteraan serta kualitas peradaban manusia pada umumnya. Nilai strategis pendidikan yang umum ini, menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan menyimpan kekuatan luar biasa untuk menciptakan keseluruhan aspek lingkungan hidup dan dapat memberikan informasi paling berharga mengenai pegangan hidup di masa depan serta membantu anak didik mempersiapkan kebutuhan hidup yang esensial untuk menghadapi perubahan.

Abstract

This research is Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model developed by Lee & Owens. With data analysis techniques, namely qualitative and quantitative data obtained from product quality assessment questionnaires and hypothesis testing using one-way ANOVA. This research shows the level of suitability of the iSpring Suite 9 learning media in the subject of Islamic Religious Education, the average assessment by material experts is 4.61 indicating the "Very Appropriate" category, while the average score by media experts is 4.71, which is included in the "Very Appropriate" category. Very Worth It.” As for eligibility, teachers obtained an average of 4.57 in the "Very Appropriate" category, namely in the range 4.2 – 5.0. The results of hypothesis testing show results with a significance level of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. So, Ho is rejected and there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who use the iSpring Suite 9 learning media and those who do not use the iSpring Suite 9 learning media in Islamic Religious Education subjects in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to know the problems experienced by deaf learners in learning English writing skills and to find out how the writing skills of a deaf learner in learning English. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data of this study were grouped into two, namely main data consisting of introduction and documentation. Direct observation, administering tests in the form of questionnaires and English writing ability tests. Involved observation and collection of physical artifacts in the form of questionnaire results, English writing ability test results and lesson plans. The results of this study show that deaf learners can write words, phrases and sentences using a vocabulary list in English. Deaf learners can fix incomplete English sentences with the sensitivity to know the words that can be used to complete the sentence. Deaf learners are unable to make complex sentences, passive sentences and compound sentences due to the complexity of these sentences and the limitations of the research object in terms of language processing senses. Deaf learners can create simple paragraphs and create two simple coherent paragraphs using vocabulary lists and simulations of fixing incomplete sentences. Deaf learners have difficulty processing complex grammatical content. In general, paragraphs contain complex topics that are not relevant to the learning environment of the research object. Deaf learners can use the 5Ws and process consistent and coherent paragraphs using the formulas that have been discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the professionalism of Islamic education teachers in improving the learning process at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kurnia Jambi City. The main problem discussed is why the professionalism of Islamic Religious education teachers in improving the learning process at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kurnia Jambi City is not optimal. As a qualitative-descriptive research, data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. While the determination of research subjects using snowball sampling technique. The results of the study show that regarding their professionalism, teachers lack insight in planning lessons. In addition, the problem of discipline and inadequate teacher work experience also adds to the problem of teacher professionalism. An issue that is no less important is that in an effort to improve the learning process, teachers have not paid attention to learning according to content and process standards. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji profesionalitas guru pendidikan Agama Islam dalam peningkatan proses pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kurnia Kota Jambi. Permasalahan utama yang dibahas adalah mengapa profesionalitas guru pendidikan Agama Islam dalam peningkatan proses pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kurnia Kota Jambi belum optimal. Sebagai penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terkait profesionalitasnya, guru kurang memiliki wawasan dalam merencanakan pembelajaran. Selain itu, persoalan disiplin dan pengalaman bekerja guru yang belum memadai juga menambah persoalan profesionalitas guru. Persoalan yang tidak kalah pentingnya adalah bahwa dalam upaya peningkatan proses pembelajaran, guru belum memperhatikan pembelajaran sesuai standar isi dan proses.

Abstract

This study examines the strategies applied by Aqidah Akhlak Teachers in developing the noble character of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Indragiri Hilir, with the following problem formulation: 1. What are the noble character of SMA Negeri 1 Indragiri Hilir students 2. What are the strategies applied by the teacher in fostering noble character students at SMA Negeri 1 Indragiri Hilir 3? What is the form of fostering noble character in Indragiri Hilir State Islamic High School 1? The method used by the author in collecting data includes observation, interviews, and documentation. By using this method, it is hoped that concrete data will be obtained that is by the needs of the authors in research at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Indragiri Hilir. The collected data were then analyzed through descriptive methods for qualitative data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded: first, exemplary, lectures, discussion advice, and punishment; second, activities to check rules and parent-teacher meetings; third, the supporting and inhibiting factors of the teacher's belief in implementing noble character development strategies for students. The supporting factors are the existence of school traditions, student awareness, teacher cooperation in fostering students' noble character, as well as parental support and motivation. While the inhibiting factors are the background of less supportive students and the social environment (association) that is less supportive.

Abstract

Abstract The Indonesia National Police must carry out reforms in an effort to provide excellent service to the community, including with a more humane, responsible and fair and transparent approach. One way to reform the police is that it must start from the education system in the police, namely when high-ranking officer candidates undertake education at the Police Science College (STIK). This condition underlines the importance of implementing an internal quality assurance system at the Police Science College (STIK). The implementation of an internal quality assurance system is used as the basis for controlling the quality management of higher education with national standards. There are several important exigencies obtained by the Police Science College (STIK) in the evaluation carried out by the internal quality assurance system which includes: (1) SPMI plays a role as a guarantee of educational quality standards, (2) SPMI plays a role as a guarantee of research quality standards and (3) SPMI acts as a guarantee of quality standards for community service. Abstract

Abstract Minimizing the cost of network service failures requires several additional network devices that can take over the function of the leading network if the device fails. The solution to improve network availability and reliability is using the First Hop Redundancy Protocol (FHRP). This research analyses the FHRP protocol experiment using the Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP), Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP), and Gateway Load Balancing Protocol (GLBP) methods combined with the OSPF and EIGRP dynamic routing protocols, as well as the results of the investigation of implementing the backbone network in the form of a star topology based on the performance of the FHRP protocol management with the test parameters delay, packet loss, throughput. According to the test results conducted by combining the FHRP protocol with EIGRP and OSPF routing, the VRRP method combined with EIGRP routing provides better output parameters than other methods, such as the difference in delay between VRRP and HSRP is 0.16 ms, 0.18 ms with GLBP with a combination of EIGRP routing. While in OSPF routing, the delay difference between VRRP and HSRP is 0.22 ms and 0.24 ms in GLBP. For packet loss testing parameters, when the primary network route is disconnected, there is an increase in packet loss of 1.01% for VRRP, 3.05% for HSRP with a combination of EIGRP routing, and 0.2% for VRRP, 0.4% for HSRP with a combination of OSPF routing. Kata kunci: FHRRP, Routing, EIGRP, OSPF, Parameter   Abstrak Meminimalkan biaya kegagalan layanan jaringan membutuhkan beberapa perangkat jaringan tambahan yang dapat mengambil alih fungsi jaringan utama jika perangkat tersebut gagal. Solusi untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan dan keandalan jaringan adalah dengan menggunakan First Hop Redundancy Protocol (FHRP). Penelitian ini menganalisa percobaan protokol FHRP dengan menggunakan metode Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP), Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP), dan Gateway Load Balancing Protocol (GLBP) yang digabungkan dengan protokol routing dinamis OSPF dan EIGRP, serta hasil investigasi implementasi jaringan backbone berbentuk topologi star berdasarkan performa manajemen protokol FHRP dengan parameter uji delay, packet loss, throughput. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan mengkombinasikan protokol FHRP dengan routing EIGRP dan OSPF, metode VRRP yang dikombinasikan dengan routing EIGRP memberikan parameter output yang lebih baik dibandingkan metode lainnya, seperti selisih delay antara VRRP dengan HSRP sebesar 0.16 ms, 0.18 ms dengan GLBP dengan kombinasi routing EIGRP. Sedangkan pada routing OSPF, selisih delay antara VRRP dan HSRP adalah 0.22 ms dan 0.24 ms pada GLBP. Untuk parameter pengujian packet loss, ketika rute jaringan utama terputus, terjadi peningkatan packet loss sebesar 1.01% untuk VRRP, 3.05% untuk HSRP dengan kombinasi routing EIGRP, dan 0.2% untuk VRRP, 0.4% untuk HSRP dengan kombinasi routing OSPF. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the School Committee in supporting the improvement of education quality at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Kautsar Medan. In the context of Indonesian education, the role of the School Committee as an important partner in school management is increasingly recognized for its significance. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the School Committee plays a strategic role in curriculum development, facility management, and human resource empowerment at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Kautsar Medan. However, there are still several challenges in the implementation of the School Committee's role, such as the lack of active involvement from School Committee members and resource limitations. Therefore, this study also identifies several recommendations to strengthen the role of the School Committee in supporting the improvement of education quality at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Kautsar Medan, including increasing the involvement of School Committee members, improving coordination between the School Committee and the school, and providing training and support to School Committee members. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute positively to the development of strategies and policies to enhance the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Kautsar Medan and other educational institutions.

Abstract

This study evaluates several research results on the Smart Indonesia Card through the smart Indonesia program (PIP), how it is implemented and whether it takes place as expected or not. The method used in analyzing is this research is Mixed studies review / mixed methods review, which refers to any combination of methods where one important component is literature review. The data used in this study was obtained through literature studies by searching, collecting and reading various journals or articles about KIP (Smart Indonesia Card). After conducting a literature study and collecting data, then the data analysis process is carried out by referring to various references that have been used. The results of the research discussion show that the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Card policy in an effort to equalize education has run as it should, but in terms of its implementation in the field, there are still many shortcomings, as seen from indications that there are still many mistargets for students who should not be eligible to hold the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the code of ethics of the notary profession in cooperation with the Bank. The notary profession has the main task of making authentic deeds that serve as written evidence to resolve legal disputes in the future. This is relevant to maintaining the integrity, fairness, and compliance of notaries with the code of ethics in cooperation with banks. The researcher used a qualitative method. The data collection techniques are sourced from journals, books, the internet. The results of his research state that cooperation between notaries and banks continues to occur or maybe notaries become bank subscriptions, several aspects need to be considered. The concept of independence remains valid as long as there is no written provision that regulates otherwise in the cooperation agreement. The independence of a Notary in carrying out his duties lies in the function of notarization or recording in writing and authentically in accordance with the wishes of the confronters. Notaries are not dependent on any party and may not be directed by any party, and must remain neutral towards the parties.
