Abstract

Currently, there are many fields of science that have correlations related to views that can be displayed as a reference. Like sociology, we often know that sociology is concerned with society as a whole. But we can see from the other side such as the sociology of law that the symptoms that occur in society by referring to the rules of law that apply in a region. Sociology is often juxtaposed with anthropology. This type of research uses literature research that takes data through information by obtaining library materials, data techniques that have been obtained by reviewing and analyzing both in the form of books, journals, research results. As well as by using descriptive analysis techniques. Cooperative is a step given by fellow cooperative members to other cooperative members in the context of the welfare of their members. In addition, it is clear that the function of cooperatives is to realize community welfare in order to improve the national economy in accordance with Pancasila and the 1945 constitution. Cooperatives can be seen as a tremendous benefit for their recipients, because cooperatives can touch the lowest layers of society, help, mutual assistance taken by cooperative members indicates that the community cares about each other. When the tremendous blow experienced by cooperatives during Covid-19 made the turnover rate stagnant What is often a problem is the perception that occurs in the community related to cooperatives, often the sociology of anthropology that occurs in the community that in the article Antaranews.com, states that there are still people who are misguided in looking at cooperatives Some people consider cooperatives to be the same as loan sharking businesses that smell of usury. The sociological view of anthropology sees that something that happens in society is caused by a lack of information related to contracts, if the rights and obligations of the parties are fully fulfilled and worked out then the negative related perspective of cooperatives can be eliminated.

Abstract

Perubahan zaman secara cepat dibuktikan dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi yang disebut dengan istilah digitalisasi. Hal ini berdampak positif dan negatif pada seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk aspek Pendidikan Agama Islam. PAI menjadi figur sentral dalam dunia pendidikan. Ia merupakan magnet segala pengetahuan karena mampu membentuk akhlak dan moral yang menjadi tujuan utama Pendidikan yaitu memilik karakter berakhlak mulia. Namun dalam konteks PAI modern saat ini, akhlak menjadi tujuan Pendidikan yang sulit untuk dibuktikan. Peran PAI saat ini telah mengalami pergeseran sebagai simbol keagamaan semata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Isu kontemporer peran PAI diera digitalisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Library Research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berasal dari buku dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui telaah kepustakaan, yaitu mencari data mengenai berupa catatan-catatan, buku, surat kabar, majalah, internet dan sebagainya. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa Era Digitalisasi seharusnya menjadi peluang besar bagi pendidikan Agama Islam untuk dapat mengoptimalkan sumber dayanya dalam melahirkan generasi yang berakhlak mulia dan berkarakter, sehingga PAI diharapkan mampu menunjukkan perannya di tengah peradaban dunia serta mampu menunjukkan eskistensinya dengan menawarkan solusi yang kreatif pada dunia Pendidikan dimasa sekarang dan akan datang.

Abstract

In the development of the construction world in the modern era like today, many studies are trying to find alternative materials both as added ingredients and substitutes for concrete dough mixtures. One of the ingredients that can be used as added material is palm seeds that have dried, because palm seeds have not been widely used and used, and make the population become waste around the community because when the palm fruit is dry it will fall scattered around the palm tree. Therefore, palm seed research is held as an added material for coarse aggregate in concrete, with the hope of reducing palm seed organic waste and also efforts to minimize the use of natural rock materials.This study aims to determine the results of the bending strength of normal concrete blocks with a size of 60cm x 15cm x 15cm with added palm seeds of 1.5% 2.5% 3.5%. And the results of the study are in normal concrete bending strength worth 4.298 Mpa, in the variant of added material 1.5% worth 3.501 Mpa, in the variant 2.5% worth 3.172 and in the variant 3.5% has a value of bending strength 2.961 Mpa. So the result of bending strength can be seen that the higher the percentage of added material palm seeds, the lower the bending strength. And in the percentage of added ingredients of palm seeds 1.5%, 2.5%, and 3.5% there is no increase in strength, palm seeds cannot be used as a substitute for coarse aggregate.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is a period of learning that will take effect to the children’s development and their futures. One of the components that are able to influence the success of achieving goals of the PAUD is the Human Resources or teachers. These study aims to determine the teachers’ pedagogic competence in learning management of kindergarten Alam Muara Bungo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview and documentation. The technique of analysis data is using the Miles and Huberman and Creswell model, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that the learning management of kindergarten Alam Muara Bungo was carried out by models are (1) Planning is the structuring of management in learning implementation, (2) Learning implementation is scientific-based learning that is implemented by concept of moral pillars, leadership pillars, business pillars and logic pillars, (3) Learning assessment that have structured and scheduled. These shows that the teacher’s pedagogic competence of kindergarten Alam Muara Bungo in learning management is categorized that they have a good competence. They also have mastered and implemented the four components of pedagogic competence, namely practice teaching, observation of teaching and learning, theory or theoretical knowledge of teaching and student learning, and planning of teaching. Although the teachers have a good pedagogic competence in learning management, however the head master and human resource manager of the Bungo Master Foundation continue to improve their teachers’ competence by programs are 1) coaching, 2) education and training, and 3) recruitment of qualified teachers.

Abstract

Dalam penjualan tentunya diperlukan pendataan untuk mengontrol pendapatan pertahunnya, dan pendataan yang ada saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga akan menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama, dan informasi mengenai stok dan penjualannya pun mengalami tumpang tindih, sehingga kesulitan untuk mencarinya, dan pemilik toko juga pun tidak mengetahui pendapatan bulan ini lebih meningkat atau menurun. Prediksi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah barang yang akan disediakan pada bulan selanjutnya pada Doni Sport Malang yang bertempat di Jalan Sawahan, ngijo, Karangploso, Malang. Dari permasalahan tersebut, digunakanlah metode Least Square untuk prediksi penjualan pada Doni Sport Malang dengan masa periode setiap bulan dari tahun 2017 sampai 2019. Metode peramalan (forecasting) kuadrat terkecil atau yang biasa disebut sebagai metode least square adalah metode peramalan yang menggunakan persamaan linear untuk menemukan garis paling sesuai untuk kumpulan data lampau guna meramalkan data di masa depan. (Noegroho Boedijoewono, 2007:231). Berdasarkan pengujian Black Box fungsional sitem dapat berjalan sesuai desain perancangan, dan berdasarkan pengujian data penjulan sepatu Adidas Predator pada januari-desember 2017 mendapatkan hasil 145unit dan memiliki selisih 20unit dari data asli januari 2018

Abstract

This study critically assesses the integrated technical training program for the juvenile criminal justice system, conducted by the national police education and training institute in Indonesia. The research employs a mixed-method approach, utilizing an explanatory sequential design and applying the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, involving 62 participants. Content validity is maintained through expert input, with the Aiken v formula employed for result analysis. Credibility is affirmed through a focus group discussion. The study aims to evaluate the program’s impact on the rights of Indonesian children in legal conflicts. Findings indicate participants’ satisfaction and high motivation at level 1 (reaction), while levels 2, 3, and 4 reveal a positive impact on protecting the rights of children involved in legal conflicts. The research highlights the need for a larger sample size and a more extended measurement period for future investigations. Objectives encompass assessing program impact, learning outcomes, behavioral changes, external organizational impact, and examining the program’s practical contribution to educational research and evaluation, guiding recommendations for future improvements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of children's education in the perspective of the Koran. In this context, the essence of the meaning of the term tarbiyah becomes the basic foundation of research. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data collection and analysis was carried out using scientific reference materials, including scientific articles, books, proceedings and final assignments (thesis, theses, dissertations) which were tracked via the internet on the google scholar indexer, DOAJ, science direct, and scimago JR. The results of this study found that the concept of child education in the Qur'an contains an element of "love" like parental education for children in the concept of tarbiyah. The elements of the concept of education for children in the perspective of the Qur'an describe learning obligations, educational goals, the role of educators, educational objects, educational methods, and educational materials for children. Thus, the education given to children is comprehensively based on the worldview of monotheism in realizing human beings (perfect).

Abstract

The notion of radicalism and liberalism that widespread in the globalization era make the Islamic boarding schools need to improve the moderate values. The objectives of this research are to explain the teaching, imitation, and the impact of instilling the moderate values through pesantren-based education at PP Hidayatul Mubtadi’ien Ngunut and PP Panggung Tulungagung. The research was field research with qualitative methods. The data collection method was done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this research showed that: (1) The internalization through teaching aswaja values, namely tasamuh, tawasuth, tawazun, and amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, in Islamic boarding schools used the method of recitation, lectures, discussion or bahtsul masail as well as using teaching resources and media in the form of turats. (2) The imitation of aswaja values as a method in the internalization stage is done by Kyai, and teachers in daily activities have been taught and exemplified to the students in the form of refraction in the boarding school. (3) The formation of a moderate attitude of santri is the impact of internalizing the values of tasamuh, tawasuth, tawazun and amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, which are internalized in Islamic boarding schools to know who they are by not taking sides with extreme radical or otherwise liberal understandings.

Abstract

Pengajaran membaca Al-Qur’an sekarang ini tampaknya lebih banyak ditangani oleh Lembaga Pendidikan tertentu. Metode yang digunakan pada Lembaga Pendidikan Al-Qur’an juga mengalami perkembangan dan kemajuan, sehingga saat ini terdapat berbagai macam metode dalam pengajaran membaca Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada salah satu Madarasah Ibtidaiyah yang beralamat di Jalan Karya jaya Gg. Karya 14 Kelurahan Pangkalan Mansyur Kecamatan Medan Johor, yaitu yaitu sebuah Lembaga menerapkan metode Iqro dalam pengajaran al-Quran. Jumlah anggota yang terdaftar sampai saat ini dilaksanakan penelitian adalah sebanyak 420 siswa yeng terdiri dari 16 rombongan belajar. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penetapan sampel adalah teknik random sampling. teknik ini digunakan agar setiap anggota mempunyai peluang yang sama untuk terpilih sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan system metode iqro dalam pengajaran baca tulis Al Qur’an di MIS Al Kautsar dapat berlangsung dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan adanya berbagai faktor pendukung, diantaranya adalah faktor sarana dan fasilitas yang dimiliki serta sumber daya dan sumber dana yang memadai.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam perancangan jaringan, yang terpenting adalah faktor ketersediaan, mengurangi kegagalan, dan mengatasi beban lalu lintas yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi sistem First Hop Redundancy Protocol (FHRP) pada jaringan topologi star dengan menggunakan routing EIGRP. Hasil dari pengujian kinerja rata-rata delay menunjukkan selisih antara router master dan backup pada protokol Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) lebih baik yaitu hanya 0,003 detik, sedangkan pada protokol Gateway Load Balancing Protocol (GLBP) 0,076 detik dan protokol Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) 0,075 detik. Pada pengujian rata-rata packet loss protokol GLBP menunjukkan selisih yang cukup besar antara router master dan backup yaitu 12,07 %, sedangkan pada protokol VRRP 0,07 % dan protokol HSRP 5,06 %. Namun pada hasil pengujian rata-rata throughtput protokol HSRP lebih stabil yaitu 0,60 Kbps pada router master dan 0,90 Kbps pada router backup, sedangkan protokol VRRP paling tidak stabil karena mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan yaitu 0,458 Kbps pada router master dan 1,11 Kbps pada router backup.Kata kunci: FHRP, VRRP, GLBP, HSRP, Routing, EIGRP, Protokol ABSTRACTThere are several important considerations in designing a network, including availability, minimizing failure, and handling high traffic data. The current research aims to implement and evaluate the First Hop Redundancy Protocol (FHRP) system on star topology networks using EIGRP routing. The result shows the average performance difference of the master and the backup router in Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) protocol is 0,003 second, while in Gateway Load Balancing Protocol (GLBP) protocol is 0,076 second, and Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) protocol is 0,075 second. The test in GLBP protocol shows a significant difference in packet loss between master and backup router about 12,07%, while in VRRP protocol is 0,07%, and HSRP protocol is 5,06%. The average throughput in HSRP protocol is stable with 0,60 Kbps in the master router and 0,90 in the backup router, while in VRRP protocol is not stable with 0,458 Kbps in the master router and 1,11 Kbps in the backup router.
