Abstract

Teachers' skills in opening and closing lessons have an important role in creating an effective and conducive learning atmosphere, especially in supporting the development of children's creativity. Opening the lesson in an interesting way can arouse students' curiosity, motivate them, and prepare their minds to receive the material being taught. Meanwhile, closing lessons creatively provides opportunities for students to reflect on learning, strengthen understanding, and develop innovative new ideas. Teachers can use various strategies in both stages, such as the use of interactive media, exploration-based activities, and reflective approaches. Opening lessons that are relevant and contextual helps create a closer connection between students and the learning material. In addition, creative closure encourages children to think critically, analyze information, and produce creative solutions to various problems. Thus, the skills of opening and closing a lesson serve not only as a technical element in teaching, but also as a way to develop students' overall creative potential. Teachers who are skilled in this aspect are able to create interesting, interactive and meaningful learning experiences, thus supporting the development of children's creativity to face future challenges.

Abstract

Di era industri 4.0 perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat, sehingga berdampak positif bagi penggunayang dapat memudahkan untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan. Salah satu yang dapat meningkatkankualitas pelayanan kesehatan yaitu sistem rekam medis elektronik. Sistem pendataan bencana banjirberbasis webbase merupakan salah satu penerapan rekam medis elektronik. Sistem pendataan bencanabanjir di Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Cirebon masih menggunakan media manual.Dengan hal tersebut sistem pendataan perlu dikembangkan menjadi media elektronik untukmemudahkan petugas agar lebih efektif dan efisien dalam pendataan korban, salah satunya membuatsistem pendataan berbasis webbase dengan menerapkan formulir elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk melakukan perancangan prototipe sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik pada pelayananposko kesehatan kegawatdaruratan bencana banjir di Kota Cirebon. Pada penelitian ini menggunakanjenis metode Research & Development. Pengembangan sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakanmetode waterfall. Untuk pengumpulan data peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara (interview), dandokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini sistem yang sudah dibuat berjalan sesuai dengan apa yangdiharapkan oleh peneliti, semua fitur berjalan dengan baik yang dapat menunjang efektivitas danefisiensi pendataan korban. Sistem berhasil di uji coba terhadap petugas BPBD dan tenaga kesehatandi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Menurut Zakian Daradjat, tujuan utama pendidikan Islam adalah menciptakan manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Allah. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain adalah adanya pemisahan antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum serta ketidakpercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam. Dengan memadukan ilmu pengetahuan dengan agama dan menggunakan gagasan "Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan", penelitian ini berupaya untuk menciptakan generasi manusia yang cerdas dan bermoral. Metodologi penelitian ini memadukan kajian deskriptif terhadap literatur yang relevan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Kajian pustaka dari berbagai sumber terkait digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, tujuan memadukan ilmu pengetahuan dan agama adalah untuk menciptakan generasi yang berakhlak mulia, cerdas, dan Islami. Gagasan "Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan" bertujuan untuk menyelaraskan ilmu pengetahuan kontemporer dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Penting untuk mengimplementasikan keterkaitan antara sains dan agama di lembaga pendidikan melalui model, kurikulum, dan desain pembelajaran. Peningkatan kualitas instruktur, peningkatan sinkronisasi, dan penyesuaian kurikulum dapat membantu mengatasi kendala seperti pemahaman, kemajuan teknologi, dan perbedaan pendapat. Untuk menciptakan generasi yang cerdas, bermoral, dan memiliki perspektif integratif tentang agama dan sains, maka integrasi sains dan agama di sekolah dapat dilakukan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the arrangements for determining suspects in National Police Chief Regulation Number 6 of 2019 concerning Criminal Investigations are in accordance with the provisions in the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP). This research uses normative research methods with a prescriptive approach. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from library materials, such as books, journals and statutory regulations. The results of the research show that "the beginning of evidence" in National Police Chief Regulation Number 6 of 2019 do have several differences with the provisions in the Criminal Procedure Code who have been perfected by the ruling of the constitutional court number 21 / puu-xii / 2014. that there must be 2 sufficient tools of evidence and the investigator's objective conviction to satisfy the establishment of a suspect. But, contrary to the regulations of the 6/2019 capture, there was an SPDP that contained the identity of the suspect. This would be a conflict of norms, but the stipulations of the 6/2019 capture should be consistent with the requirements of KUHAP.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Islamic economics offers a framework based on the values of justice, balance, and sustainability, which is a solution for sustainability-oriented national economic development. This article examines the main contributions of Islamic economics through the approach of Islamic financial systems, wealth redistribution based on zakat, infaq and waqf (ZISWAF), and the application of justice and ethical principles in economic activities. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method with secondary data to explain how the implementation of Islamic economics can support sustainable development goals. The results of the study show that the principles of Islamic economics make a significant contribution in creating economic equity, supporting environmental sustainability, and improving financial stability and inclusion.   ABSTRAK Ekonomi Islam menawarkan kerangka kerja yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai keadilan, keseimbangan, dan keberlanjutan, yang menjadi solusi bagi pembangunan ekonomi nasional yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan. Artikel ini mengkaji kontribusi utama ekonomi Islam melalui pendekatan sistem keuangan syariah, redistribusi kekayaan berbasis zakat, infaq, dan wakaf (ZISWAF), serta penerapan prinsip keadilan dan etika dalam kegiatan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis dengan data sekunder untuk menjelaskan bagaimana implementasi ekonomi Islam dapat mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan pemerataan ekonomi, mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan, serta meningkatkan stabilitas dan inklusi keuangan. .

Abstract

The development of the globalization era economy in Indonesia today has encouraged very tight competition in the business world. Challenges in business competition do not only come from within the country but have also been visited by competitors from abroad with products that have high competitive quality. If the company does not have a good internal control system, the company will automatically be eliminated, so that it will also have an impact on social economic growth. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Internal Control System in an Effort to Increase Competitiveness at the Tegalsawah Village Grocery Store, East Karawang District. The type of research used is qualitative, with methods in the form of Interviews, Observations and documentation. The data analysis model used is the descriptive analysis method, which is an analysis technique by collecting, classifying, managing, describing data that is relevant to the problem being studied so as to make conclusions. The results of this study indicate that, in the efforts that can be made by grocery store business owners to manage their business optimally, one of them is implementing controlled internal control. The basis for this grocery store owner is to create balance and suitability to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in order to achieve profit.

Abstract

This study compares the labor laws of Indonesia and Singapore with a focus on wages and worker protection. This study uses comparative research methods to analyze the differences and similarities between the Employment Law No. 13 of 2003 in Indonesia and the Employment Act (Cap 91) in Singapore. The results of the study show that Singapore has higher wage standards and more comprehensive worker protection than Indonesia. This study recommends improving labor laws in Indonesia to improve workers' welfare and strengthen their protection.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the public relations strategies that can be used to create a positive image of the company in the eyes of stakeholders. Companies are expected to implement CSR programs, particularly in the Islamic banking sector. For companies in the field of Islamic banking, the implementation of CSR programs becomes increasingly important as it reflects the company's commitment to applying Islamic economic principles based on Islamic values. This research aims to gather and analyze articles related to the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in enhancing the positive image of Islamic banks in society. The research method used is a literature review. The databases Google Scholar and Neliti.com were searched from 2016 to 2023 using keywords such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Company Image / Brand Image. By employing the Literature Review method, the results obtained by the author show that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a crucial role in improving the image of Islamic banking institutions in Indonesia. The implementation of CSR has a positive and significant impact on the public's perception of Islamic banking institutions and represents a long-term investment that ensures sustainable existence for Islamic banks in Indonesia in the future.

Abstract

This training aims to improve Mardhiyah Middle School students' skills in using Canva as a tool to create interesting and informative presentation material. Canva was chosen because of its easy-to-use interface and various graphic design features that can be accessed online. The Service Team carries out training methods including an introduction to basic Canva features, such as using templates, manipulating text, setting layouts, and integrating graphic elements. In addition, this training will focus on developing students' creativity in designing presentations that are aesthetic and easy to understand, taking into account the principles of effective design. The training material also covers color management strategies, information hierarchy, and techniques for arranging content that suits the target audience. It is hoped that after attending this training, students will be more confident in creating quality presentations, using modern technology to express their ideas and information in a visual and professional way. It is hoped that this can also prepare them to face the demands of competence in the current digital era.

Abstract

Tutug Oncom is a small restaurant that sells Tutug Oncom rice in the Bekasi area. This research aims to influence promotions and prices on purchasing decisions for Ayam Penyet Nasi Tutug Oncom via the Gofood application. Using the research method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) quantitative approach via SmartPLS 4.0, data from 100 respondents was analyzed to test the proposed hypothesis. The analysis results show that Gofood promotions, especially through advertising and price discounts, significantly influence purchasing decisions. This shows that effective promotional strategies can increase consumer interest in choosing Ayam Penyet Nasi Tutug Oncom via the Gofood platform. Furthermore, price factors also proved to be important, with price advantages and competitive pricing positively affecting purchase decisions. The managerial implications suggest that companies should consider relevant promotional strategies and competitive pricing to maximize product appeal in the online market. The study also reveals the dominant consumer profile, with the majority of respondents aged 21-25 years, mostly female, and predominantly students. These findings indicate that the younger generation, especially those actively using technology, are the primary target in digital marketing strategies employed by Gofood. This research not only provides insights into the factors influencing purchase decisions in the context of food delivery applications but also offers a foundation for further studies to explore other variables that may affect consumer preferences online.
