Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of YouTube as a learning media to improve the learning interest of third-grade students in the subject of Science and Social Studies (IPAS) at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). YouTube was chosen as a learning media due to its ability to present material in a visual and interactive way, which can capture students' attention. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with an experimental design. Data were collected through questionnaires given to students to measure their learning interest before and after the use of YouTube as a media. The results of the study indicate a significant increase in students' learning interest after the implementation of YouTube, as shown by higher questionnaire scores. Therefore, YouTube as a learning media can be considered an effective alternative in enhancing students' learning interest in the subject of IPAS at MI.

Abstract

Trademarks are part of intellectual property rights, for this reason, there is a need for legal protection over trademarks. The current phenomenon is that there is a lot of counterfeiting or piracy of brands which of course has violated the law carried out by producers of goods and/or services that do not have good faith. Based on the case, this research aims to find out the legal policies related to brands in the intellectual property legal order in Indonesia and to determine the effects of brand piracy on the Indonesian economy. This research is doctrinal research using normative legal research methods. The approach used is the legislation approach and conceptual approach by prioritizing primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials such as binding regulations, books, and journals of legal research related to brands. This study shows that brand-related policies are regulated in Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications and their implementing regulations. The rights to the mark are granted by the state through the registration mechanism which must be carried out by the owner. The registration is mandatory so that if rights are not registered the trademark will not be protected. Then the economic impact on brand piracy is the loss of brand owners, consumers, and the state. Brand owners suffer losses because their products cannot compete with pirated brands whose prices are relatively cheaper. Whereas the state does not get income from sales tax. In the case of taxation, it is a significant source of state revenue to finance development. As a result of brand piracy also caused capital flight abroad (capital flight), which affected the number of unemployed.

Abstract

A teacher, not just having the main activities and duties but as a teacher, also has another task that is no less important, known as a student of knowledge. Teaching is a routine activity and is normal for a teacher, but as a student of knowledge, a teacher is required to always improve his knowledge and abilities through writing a scientific paper. Writing scientific papers has several stages that must be passed, especially those used to raise the school's brand image. The Community Service Program which was carried out at the Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership propaganda building in Probolinggo City was attended by 20 participants who were teachers who taught at Muhammadiyah schools ranging from elementary schools to high schools throughout the city of Probolinggo. The method used in this service is through seminars, namely by providing knowledge through lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The results of the seminars conducted showed that there was an increase in understanding, insight, and knowledge in planning, implementing and preparing materials for writing scientific papers. To write scientific papers, a teacher really needs to do plan management, time management, and evaluation management so that they can deal with busy teaching and various other additional tasks.

Abstract

Social media currently plays a significant role in everyday life, facilitating the sharing of information, including sensitive issues such as Domestic Violence (DV). Uploading videos as evidence of DV is often used as an attempt to seek public support or demand justice. However, this practice poses legal risks, particularly related to defamation, especially if the identity of the affected party is revealed. In Indonesia, defamation is regulated under the Criminal Code (KUHP) and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law), particularly Article 27, paragraph (3), which is frequently applied in social media-related cases. The dilemma arises in balancing the victim's right to disclose their experience of violence with the perpetrator's right to protect their reputation. These cases highlight the challenges of law enforcement in the digital era, where victims often turn to social media due to a lack of trust in formal legal systems, while others may use the law to defend their reputation. Data from the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo) and the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan) show an increase in such cases, indicating the need for legal revisions that are more just and responsive to technological advancements and social dynamics.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam di era kontemporer menghadapi beragam tantangan dan peluang yang menuntut transformasi menyeluruh baik secara konseptual maupun praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis teori, konsep, dan isu-isu strategis yang mempengaruhi keberlangsungan pendidikan Islam modern, mulai dari pergeseran paradigma pendidikan, transformasi kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran, peningkatan kualitas pendidik, hingga strategi manajerial lembaga pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam perlu melakukan rekontekstualisasi nilai dan inovasi sistem untuk tetap relevan dan kompetitif di tengah arus globalisasi, digitalisasi, dan kompleksitas sosial. Integrasi antara nilai-nilai Islam dan pendekatan modern seperti literasi digital, kepemimpinan transformatif, dan pembelajaran berbasis karakter menjadi kebutuhan mendesak. Dengan demikian, pendidikan Islam diharapkan dapat menjadi sistem yang adaptif, progresif, dan berdampak bagi kemajuan umat secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan dan menguji validitas dari inovasi pembelajaran ilmu tafsir berbasis Google Sites pada materi asbābun nuzūl. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D dengan model ADDIE. Data penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari angket uji kelayakan media pembelajaran oleh  ahli dan respon peserta didik terhadap media yang dikembangkan. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket tertutup dengan menggunakan skala likert. Uji coba dilakukan dalam skala kecil dengan melibatkan 5 peserta didik kelas XI SMA IT Baitul Qurro sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pembelajaran tafsir pada media pembelajaran berbasis Google Sites dikategorikan valid dan sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan perolehan presentasi dari ahli sebesar 100% yang dikategorikan valid dan respon peserta didik  memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 93% dari total responden. Sehingga inovasi pembelajaran ilmu tafsir berbasis Google Sites ini dapat dikatakan valid dan dapat menjadi alternatif atau solusi dalam membantu menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif yang selaras dengan tuntutan pendidikan Islam di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to read the Qur'an of early childhood children in Usman Al-Farsy Plus Kindergarten through the application of the Wafa book method. This method uses the Quantum Teaching approach that integrates multisensory-based learning, such as songs, movements, and visual aids. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) model with the Kemmis and Taggart design, involving 22 children in group A as research subjects. The results showed a significant increase in the ability to read the Qur'an after the application of the Wafa book method. In the pre-cycle, only 27% of children reached the "Developing According to Expectations" (BSH) category. This figure increased to 50% in cycle I and reached 73% in cycle II. A gradual approach, the use of Hijaz songs, and cooperation with parents are key factors for success. This study recommends the Wafa book method as an effective alternative to improve Qur'an reading skills at the early childhood education level.

Abstract

This study explores the significance of ethics education at SMPN 16 Krui, Pesisir Barat, with a particular focus on the implementation of values derived from Surah Al-Isra' verses 23–24, which emphasize respect for parents and other core Islamic ethical principles. The background of the study highlights behavioral challenges among students, such as a lack of respect toward teachers and low moral awareness. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that ethics education is implemented through both formal instruction and non-formal activities, including a "Character Week" program and daily routines such as queuing culture and congregational prayers. Interactive methods like group discussions and role-playing have proven effective in helping students internalize ethical values. The values embodied in Surah Al-Isra’ verses 23–24—such as compassion, humility, and patience—are highly relevant to contemporary educational contexts and are integrated into students' daily activities. Challenges in implementation include students’ low awareness, limited parental support, inadequate facilities, and a lack of teacher training. Nevertheless, regular evaluations and strong collaboration between schools and parents serve to enhance the program’s effectiveness. This study makes a tangible contribution to the development of character education based on Qur’anic values, particularly at SMPN 16 Krui, and presents a model that can be adapted by other schools.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of maqâshid contained in Rasail Nur by Badiuzzaman Said Nursi through a literature approach. The Qur'an, as a guideline for the life of Muslims, covers various aspects of life. The maqâshid approach in interpretation aims to achieve human welfare. Maqâshid means the goal or principle desired by the shari'a in establishing laws for the good of humanity. The history of maqâshid began with Imam al-Tirmidzi in the 3rd century AH and continued to develop until the modern era with scholars such as Muhammad Abduh and Sa'id Nursi who expanded the study of maqâshid to various aspects of life. This article explains how Said Nursi applied the concept of maqâshid to understand and apply the teachings of the Qur'an according to the demands of the times.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemerolehan kosakata siswa melalui metode Total Physical Response (TPR) di kelas VII SMP IT Bunayya di Pekanbaru. Metode TPR dipilih karena menggabungkan aktivitas fisik dengan pembelajaran bahasa, sehingga menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi untuk memahami pengalaman guru dan siswa secara mendalam. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode TPR secara signifikan meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata siswa, membuat siswa lebih aktif, memahami kosakata lebih baik, dan menikmati proses pembelajaran.
