Abstract

Penelitian ini berorientasi untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat Financial Distress pada perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terindeks di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan mengimplementasikan pendekatan Altman Z-Score dan Springate S-Score. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup 24 perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terindeks di BEI sepanjang periode 2019–2022, menghasilkan total 44 data observasi sebagai sampel. Hasil analisis dengan pendekatan Altman Z-Score menampilkan jika dari total sampel, 14 perusahaan menempati situasi distress, 6 perusahaan menempati di grey area, dan 24 perusahaan tidak menghadapi Financial Distress. Sementara itu, analisis mengimplementasikan pendekatan Springate S-Score menampilkan 13 perusahaan menempati situasi distress, sementara 31 perusahaan tidak menghadapi Financial Distress.

Abstract: Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) as a financial institution in the economic realm This is a breath of fresh air for people who are starting to worry about the many practices of usury in conventional banking, especially in the microeconomic community. Institution. Sharia-based finance can be an alternative for people who avoid financial economy based on usury on conventional financial institutions. BMT is included in cooperative legal entity that is subject to Law no. 25 of 1992 About Cooperatives, PP RI No. 9 of 1995 concerning the Implementation of Savings and Loan Business Activities by cooperatives, Decree of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises No 91/Kep/M. KUKM/IX/2004 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Service Cooperative Business Activities Sharia Finance, and Regulation of the State Minister for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises The purpose of this study is to find out about the implementation of financing and use qualitative methods knowing the solution path taken if BMT members do a problem The approach method used in this research is qualitative approach that conducts primary data research in the field. The juridical approach to researching regulations regarding the implementation of waqf and empirical not only as a set of rules, but as behavior in society The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of financing murabaha, BMT must be flexible with caution with 5C ratings on members who propose financing, preventive and preventive actions as well as kinship is prioritized in overcoming defaults committed by BMT customers. The judicial route can be one of the alternative solutions for defaults that occur carried out by customers and to protect assets from BMT and provide protection and legal certainty. Abstract

The life of the Malay community in Lingga District cannot be separated from the very close interaction with the natural resources around it, namely interactions related to the use of plants and animals. The knowledge of the Malay community in the Lingga sub-district in the use of plants and animals is important to be studied and documented so that the knowledge of the community can be sustainable for posterity. This study aimed to identify and describe the ethnobioprospecting of plant and animal species based on utilization by the Malay community in Lingga District. Data were collected using in-depth interviews, analysis of vegetation to determine the potential of plants, and field observations using exploratory surveys to determine the potential of animals. The number of plant species from the results of vegetation analysis in several forest ecosystems in Lingga District was obtained as many as 110 species from 60 families. The utilization of plants by the Malay community in the Lingga sub-district can be categorized into 11 categories with the most species, namely plants as food (111 species) with the most families, namely Fabaceae (36 species). The use of animals can be categorized into six categories, most of which are food sources. Thus, the utilization of plants and animals by the Malay Community in the Lingga Subdistrict has been fulfilled from their natural resources. Key words: animals, Malay society, plants, utilization

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengelolaan lingkungan belajar yang diintegrasikan dengan pendidikan karakter di SD Negeri 30 Waylima, Kabupaten Pesawaran. Pengelolaan ini penting karena implementasi nilai karakter melalui pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya menjadi fokus utama sekolah. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi terkait perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi pengelolaan kelas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, dilengkapi triangulasi teknik, sumber, dan waktu untuk validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan lingkungan belajar mencakup perencanaan strategis, pengorganisasian kelas berbasis kolaborasi, pelaksanaan pembelajaran partisipatif, dan evaluasi yang komprehensif. Guru mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter seperti kerja sama, tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan toleransi melalui Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), pengaturan tempat duduk berbasis kelompok, dan kegiatan pembelajaran aktif. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan formatif, sumatif, dan reflektif, dengan indikator berupa perubahan perilaku positif siswa, keaktifan mereka dalam kegiatan karakter, serta umpan balik dari siswa dan orang tua. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan lingkungan belajar yang efektif tidak hanya mendukung capaian akademik, tetapi juga membentuk karakter siswa secara menyeluruh. Implementasi model ini direkomendasikan untuk sekolah lain yang ingin mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter secara sistematis melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi berbasis kolaborasi.

Abstract

Abstract Murabaha is one of the transactions contained in the Islamic economic system. Murabaha is defined as someone who sells an item by asserting the purchase price to the buyer and the buyer pays it at a higher price as profit. The contract is a consumptive contract, meaning that transactions are only carried out for temporary agreements, such as agreements to purchase vehicles, electronic devices, and so on. However, over time there are many Islamic economic institutions that use the contract for the purposes of long-term transactions. This is something new and unknown in transactions murabaha in classical fiqh books. Apart from that, there are some new things regarding murabaha transactions. This paper will discuss some of the implementation/implementation of murabahah in Islamic financial institutions. Writing method This paper uses a book survey technique (library research) regarding the literature related to the implementation of murabaha. Keywords: Murabahah, Productive , Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil Abstrak Murabahah merupakan salah satu transaksi yang terdapat dalam sistem ekonomi Islam. Murabahah diartikan sebagai seseorang yang menjual suatu barang dengan menegaskan harga belinya kepada pembeli dan pembeli membayarnya dengan harga yang lebih sebagai laba. Akad tersebut merupakan akad konsumtif, artinya transaksi yang hanya di dilakukan untuk perjanjian sesaat, seperti perjanjian membeli kendaraan, alat elektronik, dan lain sebagainya. Namun demikian, seiring dengan berjalanya waktu terdapat banyak lembaga ekonomi syariah yang menggunakan akad tersebut untuk keperluan transaksi berjangka panjang. Hal ini merupakan sesuatu yang baru dan belum dikenal dalam transaksi murabahah pada kitab fiqih klasik. Selain hal tersebut, terdapat beberapa hal baru berkenaan dengan transaksi murabahah. Makalah ini akan membahas mengenai beberapa pelaksanaan/implementasi murabahah di lembaga keuangan syariah. Metode penulisan makalah ini menggunakan teknik book survey (library research) mengenai literatur-literatur yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan murabahah. Abstract

The authority and responsibility of the government from the perspective of constitutional law, focusing on the relationship between the two in creating an effective and just government. The authority of the government in constitutional law covers various fields, from policy making to management of state resources, which must be carried out by prioritizing the principles of democracy and human rights. The responsibility of the government, on the other hand, demands accountability in every action and decision taken to ensure that the interests of the people and the state are achieved without abuse of power. This study uses a normative approach by analyzing various regulations and relevant literature to explore the legal implications of the authority and responsibility of the government. The findings of this article indicate that a clear understanding of authority and responsibility within the framework of constitutional law is essential to realizing good governance and maintaining political and social stability. The government must always act in accordance with the law, be transparent, and accountable in exercising its authority in order to gain public trust and ensure justice and public welfare.

Abstract

The siyasa approach in understanding the concept of the state offers a comprehensive paradigm, with spiritual and moral dimensions as the main foundation. In this perspective, the state is not just a political entity, but a divine mandate that must be carried out to realize noble goals: upholding justice ('adl) and safeguarding the benefit of the people (maslahah). This article explores the essence, functions and characteristics of an ideal state according to siyasah fiqh, which includes implementing sharia fairly, protecting individual and collective rights, strengthening social justice, and realizing the unity of the people in diversity. By exploring the thoughts of classical scholars such as Al-Mawardi and Ibn Khaldun, this article not only offers historical reflections, but also examines the relevance of the concept of siyasa in facing modern challenges. The dynamics of globalization, secularization and the hegemony of the Western political system are major tests in the application of siyasa values. This research uses a literature study methodology as the main method. For data collection methods from various literature, this study also involves comparative analysis between traditional theories and modern political reality. The conclusion of this study confirms that although the modern world presents new complexities, spiritual and moral values ??in siyasah remain relevant. Therefore, creative and innovative strategies are needed to transform these values ??so that they can be applied effectively in today's global context.

Abstract

Udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Budidaya udang yang semakin pesat sehingga pakan menjadi variabel terbesar dalam biaya produksi yaitu mencapai 50-60, sehingga perlu adanya sebuah teknologi yang dapat mengontrol dalam proses pemberian pakan udang. Automatic feeder adalah mesin pemberi pakan otomatis yang bekerja menggunakan tenaga listrik dan dapat diatur waktu pemberian pakan dan jumlah pakan yang diberikan. Pemeliharaan menggunakan kolam HDPE dengan penebaran 189 ekor/m² dengan dua perlakuan dan tiga ulangan, perlakuan yang dilakuakan yaitu : M (pemberian pakan manual) dan A (menggunakan automatic feeder). Benur yang digunakan PL-10. Pemeliharaan selama 63 hari. Dari hasil  pemeliharaan nilai rata-rata bobot udang dengan perlakuan metode pemberian pakan automatic feeder pada kolam A1 yaitu 17,61 gram, SR 44,1% dan FCR 1,23. Kolam A2 ABW akhir 12,06 gram, SR 68,2% dan FCR 1,27. Kolam A3 ABW akhir 15,94 gram, SR 54% dan FCR 1,21. Pada perlakuan metode pemberian pakan manual ABW akhir pada kolam M1 yaitu 14,16 gram, SR 39,8% dan FCR 1,43. Kolam M2 ABW akhir 9,94, SR 55,1% dan FCR 1,32. Kolam M3 ABW akhir 16,46 gram, SR 21,9% dan FCR 1,55.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of a reverse biofloc system on the water quality, growth, and survival of red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The research method is experimental with a completely randomized design (CRD). The containers used were 13 buckets with a capacity of 100 L, with one control and three treatments, each repeated four times. Each container was filled with 10 red tilapia fish. Treatments included probiotics with doses of 5 mL, 10 mL, and 15 mL. The results showed that the treatment with 15 mL probiotics produced the highest fish weight growth, with an average of 558.75 g and an average length growth of 9.1 cm. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed significant differences in fish weight and length growth, indicating that probiotic concentration influenced fish growth. All treatments' survival rates (SR) reached 100%, indicating that the inverted biofloc system can maintain optimal environmental conditions. Water quality in the reverse biofloc system did not significantly affect fish growth, so other factors, such as microorganism density and nutrient availability, played a role. This study concludes that the reverse biofloc system with the addition of 15 mL probiotics provides the best results in increasing the growth of red tilapia without affecting its survival.
