Abstract

The purpose of this research was to knowWhether there is a relationship between the power of arm muscles and shoulder with accuracy of Smash onPendor volleyball team University of Riau,?Whether there is a relationship between the Power of leg muscles against accuracy of Smash on Pendor volleyball team University of Riau?, Whether there is a relationship between the flexibility of wrist against the accuracy of Smash on Pendor volleyball team University of Riau?, Whether there is a relationship between the power of arm muscles and shoulder, power of leg and flexibility of wrist against the accuracy of the Smash on Pendor volleyball team University of Riau?,The research was conducted using a correlation research that aims to find out how far the variables on a factor which is related to other factors. The population of research was the son athlete volleyball team Pendor University of riau as many as 16 people, Thevariable research includes free variable consists of an explosive power of leg muscles, arm muscles, flexibility of wrist and variables are bound is the result of smash accuracy.The results of analysing of data obtained calculation of explosive power of leg muscles, strength of arm muscles, flexibility of wrist with normal smash results known F count each of 18.02 (X 1), 34.56 (X 2), and (X 3) 21,88 > F table 4.60 so the hypothesis is accepted. This means that there is a relationship of explosive power of leg muscles, strength of arm muscles, and flexibility of wrist with the results normal smash onpendorVolleyball Team University of Riau.

Abstract

Abstract : This study was conducted to investigate the ability of basic football skills at SSB Bina Bakat Pekanbaru. This kind of research is descriptive research, in which this research is generally carried out with the main aim of systematically describing the facts and characteristics of objects or subjects that are carefully examined. The population in this study was all players of SSB Bina Bakat Pekanbaru a total of 20 people. This sampling technique is based on the total sampling technique. The sample used in this study was the SSB Bina Bakat Pekanbaru player with a total of 20 people. The results of the analysis show that the average value of the T-score skills of the Bina Bakat Pekanbaru SSB players is 46,55, which is in the range of 46-52 which means Medium.Keywords: Basic Football Technical Skills

Abstract

Abstract : Based on the observation of the authors on O2SN students of ANNUR Junior High School Pekanbaru, the authors found some problems in the O2SN athletes of SMP ANNUR Pekanbaru City showed that the result of the short 100 meter sprint obtained by the students is still not good, it may be due to the physical condition of the less trained students to move quickly. This study aims to determine the Relationship of Limb Muscle Power to Running Short Distance 100 Meter Student Son O2SN SMP ANNUR Pekanbaru City. The sample of this research is O2SN Student of Junior High School ANNUR Pekanbaru City which is 7 people. The sampling technique was taken by (total sampling) or sampling technique in full of O2SN Student of Junior High School ANNUR Pekanbaru City which amounted to 7 people. Result of correlation of O2SN Student Student of Junior High School of ANNUR Pekanbaru City where analysis between Limb Muscle Power (X1) with 100 meter Short Run Distance where rtab at significant level α (0,05) = 0,811, mean rhitung (0,944)> rtab (0,811). meaning the hypothesis is accepted and there is a strong relationship between Limb Muscle Power with Running Distance Short 100 meters Student Son O2SN SMP ANNUR Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Limb Muscle Power, Running Short Distance.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between the power of muscle limbs and the coordination of eyes and feet with gastric passing in soccer games in SSB Rumbai FC junior. The sample from this study was the 16-member Junior High School FC Tassel School Team. The sampling technique was taken in total (total sampling) or the full sampling technique of the Team of Tassel SSB School FC junior, which amounted to 16 people. The results of the correlation of the SSB Rumbai FC School Team where the first analysis between leg muscle power X1 and Y where rtab at a significant level ɑ (0.05) = rhitung 0,880) >rtabel (0.514), means that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a strong relationship between leg muscle power to Junior SSB Rumbai School Team's long passing ability. From the calculation of the analysis of both X2 and Y, where at a significant level ɑ (0.05) = berarti rhitung (0,630) > rtabel (0.514), it means that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a strong relationship between eye and foot coordination on the junior passing ability of the FC SSB Rumbai School Team. The third analysis of the relationship of leg muscle power (X1) eye and foot coordination (X2) with gastric passing results (Y) where rtab at a significant level ɑ (0.05) = rhitung 0,868) > rtabel (0.514), it can be concluded that the relationship between (X1) and (X2) with (Y) or the relationship of leg muscle power and eye and foot coordination with the results of hull passing at a strong interpretation.Key Words: Muscle Power, Gastric Coordination and Passing.

Abstract

Abstract : This research took place at Pekanbaru SMK LABOR. This research was conducted on July 23, 2018 until September 7, 2018 The research method used by the author in this study was the experimental method. The design of this study was a pre-test posttest one group design which was started by doing a pretest Vertical Jump. After that the sample is given an Alternate leg box baund training program for 16 meetings. After that, the Posttest Vertical Jump is done. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively, then the next research hypothesis was tested which had been submitted according to the problem, namely: "There is the effect of the Alternate leg box baund (X) exercise on the improvement of Leg Muscle Power (Y). Based on the analysis carried out, the value of tcount between the initial test and the final test of the Alternate leg box training on power with t table at a significant level of 0.05 with degrees of freedom N - 1 (9) shows that tcount (9.48)> t table (1,895) thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis states that there is the effect of Alternate leg box baund (X) training on limb muscle power (Y) on Pekanbaru's volleyball team.Keywords: Alternate Leg Box Bound, Leg Muscle Explosive Power

Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this research is "Muscle strength of the PKDP Club volleyball players in Pekanbaru City?", So that players in the future can perform and play much better, and most importantly, after having received a training in limb muscle power, the player advance increases the opponent's game and achieve maximum performance in the future. The form of this research is (Experiment), with a population of club volleyball players in the city of Pekanbaru. The data in this research are all populations of 8 people. The instrument in this research is Vertical Power Jump, with which the endurance is measured. The data were then processed with statistics to test the normality using the liliefors test at a significant level of 0.05 α. The proposed hypothesis is the influence of the Quick Leap (Exerc Leap) exercise on the Force of Leg Muscles, which produces a Tcount of 12.64 and T-Table 1.895 based on the analysis of the t-test. Means Thitung> Ttable On the basis of statistical data analysis there is an average pree test of 18.45 and the average after the test is 20.22, after which the data is distributed normally. For example, there is the Quick Leap Exercise Effect (Quick Leap) on the Muscle Power or Volleyball Players in the PKDP Club in Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Exercise Quick Leap (Quick Leap), Put Muscle Power

Abstract: The problem in this research is the smash skill is still not good, it is seen when the athlete smash, the ball often does not pass the net and do not find the right target and do not generate points for the team. This is due to lack of reach when the athlete to smash because the wrist muscle and explosive muscular tungkainya not maximal .. This study aims to determine whether there is an explosion of muscle limb power and the elaboration of the wrist with smash results on the team volleyball daughter SMAN Sports Riau. This type of research is Correlation to see the level of relationship of different variables. Sampling technique is the total population (total sampling) athlete Ball volleyball SMAN Sports Riau, the sample in this study is athletes daughter Volleyball SMAN Sports Riau amounted to 18 people. The research was conducted at Gor Volleyball SMAN Sports Riau. Instrument used in this research is Vertical Jump Test, Test of Wrist Hands and Spike Test. The result of data in this research is smash. The analysis is done using multiple correlation. Based on data analysis and discussion, proven with Thitung of 0,604 and Ttabel 0,482. Means Thitung> Ttabel.Pada level ɑ = 0.05. Then it can be concluded that there is a relationship of explosive muscle limb power and the elaboration of wrist with smash results on the team volleyball daughter SMAN Sports RiauKey Words: Explosive Muscle Limb Power, Elasticity, Smash.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of observations at the pencak silat Satria Muda Indoesia putra pekanbaru school, it can be seen that athletes are still not maximal in straight kicks, this proves when they practice and compete with the lack of leg muscle strength of athletes so they are not maximal are for straight kicks, straight kicks can still be avoided and read by opponents, this is due to a lack of speed and power when performing a straight kick. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of straight-kick training with the help of the load effect on leg muscle in male university fighter Satria Muda Indonesia Kota Pekanbaru. the population is 12 people, so the author takes everything that should be used as a sample in this study, the determination of the sample using the total sampling method. The instruments used in this study were standing jump tests, data retrieval techniques were obtained from the pre-test and post-test. Before the analysis, the pre-test was performed with an average yield of 204.58. A straight stair exercise was then carried out with a load of 16 meetings about the male hunter of the Indonesian Juvenile Prison Group Pekanbaru, with a total of 12 people and the average after the test 208.25. Based on data analysis pre-test and post-test, there are differences in numbers that increase or increase by 3.67. And based on the t-test analysis, tcount produces 8.33 and t table 1.782. Does not mean> t table. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded as follows: there is an influence between straight kick training using the load (X) on leg muscle strength (Y) on the male hunter of the Pekanbaru Indonesian young satria college.Key Words: Straight Kick, Load, Leg Muscle Power

Abstract

Abstract: based on the author's observations and also information from the coaches, that the player Ososber FC which follow the practice does not yet have a good dribble ability, whether exercise or in the match. This is clearly visible at the time of exercise they did dribble too the eyes focus on the obstacles, so the ball is difficult to control and easy to lose the ball, and then the ball too far away from the legs, seen that coordination is one of the the cause of the low heel. The goal in this is to research the information relationship between speed and the coordination of the eyes and feet with the ability to dribble the ball players in the study Population Ososber FC seluru FC Ososber players who follow the exercises amounted to 17 people. The sample in this study less than a hundred then samples taken (total sampling) or sampling technique in full Ososber FC players that add up to 17 people. Instruments in this research in the form of tests including speed tests by using the test run 30 meters, test the coordination of eye and foot danTes dribble by dribble. Based on the results of research that has been the author of the previous chapters describe, then it can be taken to the following conclusion: there is a relationship between the speed with the ability to dribble the ball, where significant extent on α rtab (0.05) = 0.497 means rhitung (0.736) > rtab (0.497). Then there is the relationship between the coordination of the eyes and feet with the ability to dribble the ball, where significant extent on α rtab (0.05) = 0.497, meaning rhitung (0.553) > rtab (0.497) and there is a relationship together between the speed and coordination of the eyes and walk with the ability to dribble the ball player Ososber FC, where significant extent on α rtab (0.05) = 0.497, meaning Rhitung (0.753) > rtab (0.497).Key Words: Speed, coordination of the eyes and feet, Dribble the ball Ability

Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this research is there are athletes who are the exactness of the service it is still less than maximum. It was seen when athletes doing the game, a the service to strain on the net and sometimes directionless the box the line of the field. The objective in this study is to identify how the power arm muscles and shoulders the coordination of eye- hand against the precision of the service of the club the men Cendana Dumai. The population in this study are all athletes at club, the men Cendana Dumai, amounting to 17 people. The sampling of the whole population (the total sampling). Instrument is used in this study is two hand medicine Ball put, test the coordination of the eye and hand, test service for volley bal. The data obtained in the analysis with using a tehnique the correlation of the double. Based on the results of research and data processing, it can be concluded that for the correlation between variables x1 x2 with variabel and by the value of r=0.726 the rx1x2y > end table (0.726>0.482) the Ha received, in other words there is a power arm muscles and shoulders, eye- hand coordination of the exactness of the service on club the Cendana Dumai.Keywords : Power the shoulder, eye – hand coordination, service for beach volleyball
