This research discusses the value of human resource management in facing the era of society 5.0. This research is a literature research with descriptive analysis approach. The object of this research is human resource management, while the data sources used are all literature on human resource management and the development of the era of society 5.0. The data is then collected and processed into study results. Data validity is carried out by triangulating sources, namely comparing data obtained from various sources. This research shows that human resource management is needed in facing the society 5.0 era. The idea of the society 5.0 era as the next movement after the industrial revolution 4.0 era requires humans to always be ready for all its challenges. This is because humans will be the center of all civilization in the era of society 5.0. Things that need to be prepared to welcome the era of society 5.0 include knowing the challenges of the era of society 5.0, carrying out good management of human resources, knowing the stages of HR planning, and knowing the developments that must be carried out to improve the quality of human resources.

Conflict in the world of education is an unavoidable phenomenon and can have a significant impact on learning success. Therefore, conflict management is a critical aspect in creating a positive and effective learning environment. This research discusses the sources of conflict as well as the basic concepts of conflict management and applies them in an educational context. This research uses a library method by collecting sources from journals and scientific papers. One solution that is quite efficient for increasing productivity in educational institutions is to manage conflict. The ability of educational institution leaders to handle conflict well depends on their ability to combine various existing approaches, such as validating incoming news, discussions, negotiations, looking for mediators (judges), making peace, and others. Therefore, to ensure that efforts to improve the quality of work continue to be implemented optimally, leaders of educational institutions should always strive to continue to improve their skills, knowledge and innovation in managing conflict.

This article aims to show the role of universities in increasing the competitiveness of human resources in the era of society 5.0. A university is an organization that has a mission to educate the nation. Higher education plays an important role in producing the nation's next generation, therefore a quality university is capable of producing a superior generation. In reality, the competitiveness of higher education institutions in Indonesia is still low. The research used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results of the research show that the competitiveness of higher education institutions is still low compared to other countries, and the quantity and quality of human resource development is still low. Therefore, the role of the Human Resources development division at the university is important. There is a need to improve the management system as in the other countries which can be emulated to produce quality higher education resources.

In an era of globalization that continues to develop with increasingly fierce competition, the teaching and academic profession has become a key element in ensuring the sustainability of a country's educational aspects. Teachers and academics in the field of education are individuals who have a big responsibility to lead educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, in providing education to students from generation to generation. The balance between work and personal life, often referred to as work-life balance, has become an increasingly important topic in discussions about workplace well-being. This research aims to deepen the analysis of teachers and academics in their efforts to achieve balance between demanding work lives and diverse personal lives. Through a phenomenological approach, we will explore the world of teachers and academics from their own perspective, understanding their feelings, thoughts and experiences in facing these challenges. Based on the results of this research, it shows that work life balance in the teaching profession and academics who work in the educational environment can be achieved with various supporting and inhibiting factors. Primarily, the biggest supporting factor in achieving work-life balance is determined by self-management in dividing needs in the world of work and in the personal world such as home and family. This self-management certainly cannot be measured by the same standards because of the similarities between the teaching and academic professions, between one individual and another individual who has different backgrounds, positions and responsibilities. Therefore, the work life balance expected for each individual is certainly different from one individual to another.

This research aims to determine the role of Values, Attitudes and Job Satisfaction in organizations. This research is a literature study with a descriptive analysis approach. Meanwhile, the data source used is all literature regarding the role of values, attitudes and job satisfaction in the organizational context. The data is then collected and processed into research results. Data validity is carried out by source triangulation, namely comparing data obtained from various sources. This research shows that the role of values, attitudes and job satisfaction is proven to have a significant dominant influence. The results of this research indicate an increase in satisfaction among organizational members, which can be achieved by encouraging strong work motivation and strengthening commitment to the organization based on organizational cultural values. This effort can be started by creating a conducive work environment; The organization is able to provide all facilities that support the smooth running of learning and teaching. To improve the quality of human resources, apart from effective management, high discipline is required from all members of the organization.

Decision making is a human cognitive process that results in selecting beliefs or actions among several available alternative options, either rationally or irrationally. In organizations, decision making is a factor that really determines the success of the organization in achieving its stated goals. Decision making is also one of the functions of a leader, therefore every leader must be aware of his strategic position and at the same time strive to be able to make every decision correctly and with quality. Apart from having to master various decision-making techniques, he must also be able to implement them correctly. Because in the end it is the subordinates who will implement every decision taken, the involvement of subordinates in every decision-making process must always be sought. In reality, the color of the decisions taken by a leader will really depend on the style he adopts, but every leader needs to realize that the situation faced is not always the same for everyone. This is where a leader is important in making decisions.

This research aims to determine and analyze the role of school principals in improving teacher professionality, the obstacles faced by school principals in increasing teacher professionality, what efforts the principal makes to increase teacher professionality at Al Azhar 4 Islamic High School Kemang Pratama. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative research. This research was written by describing or describing what the researcher saw and found. The subjects in this research were school principals, curriculum representatives, teachers and students. The results of this research show that the role of the principal in increasing the professionality of teachers at Al Azhar 4 Islamic High School Kemang Pratama Bekasi is The principal plays a role as a leader in directing and providing direction to teachers. They are responsible for designing professional development strategies, providing training, and providing support to improve teachers' skills and knowledge. The principal also plays a role in creating a school environment that supports professional growth. Obstacles occur due to limited resources, resistance to change from some teachers, heavy workload demands, time constraints, lack of support from the education center. Techniques for increasing the professional competence of School Principals include regular training, individual approaches in developing teacher professionality, collaboration between teachers for the exchange of experiences.

The advancement towards Society 5.0 and the rapid development of technologies, exemplified by generative AI systems like ChatGPT, highlight significant changes in various domains, including education. This evolution in artificial intelligence (AI) presents both opportunities and challenges, particularly in the realm of Islamic education.ChatGPT, developed by OpenAI, represents a sophisticated AI tool capable of generating human-like text through advanced algorithms and natural language processing. While its ability to provide quick and accurate information has revolutionized many fields, its impact on Islamic education necessitates careful consideration, given the traditional reliance on qath'i (definitive) sources for religious knowledge.Despite the extensive capabilities of AI tools like ChatGPT, there is limited empirical research on their application and implications within Islamic educational contexts, particularly concerning the adherence to traditional scholarly methods and the preservation of sanad (chain of transmission) in Islamic knowledge.This study aims to explore the integration of ChatGPT in Islamic education, focusing on its potential benefits and limitations. It evaluates how AI tools can be effectively utilized while maintaining the integrity of Islamic educational principles and ethical standards.

The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge and skills to prospective teachers of Islamic Religious Education at STIT NU Al Faraby Pangandaran in applying the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning method. The implementation of this service uses training and simulation methods including the provision of material, demonstrations, exercises, and simulations. Evaluation is carried out to determine the understanding and skills of trainees by comparing the results of the pre-test and post-test then analyzed quantitatively with the calculation of N-Gain. The results of this service show that prospective teachers who are students of the PIAUD STIT NU Al Faraby Study Program can apply the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning method with all learning steps well. With this activity, it is hoped that in the future prospective PIAUD teacher students can apply the PBL method directly in teaching practice (Teaching Internship Activities) besides that it can also directly increase confidence in carrying out their teaching duties after graduating at their respective workplaces.

Islamic religious education or PAI is important to be given from an early age so that children grow up with noble character and practice the teachings of Islam from its main source, namely the holy book Al-Qur'an and Sunnah. For that, every child is expected to study it seriously. This earnest effort begins with a positive motivation or encouragement from students to want to learn. This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher creativity and parenting activities with students' motivation to learn Islam. The research is quantitative associative with survey method and correlation design. This research was conducted in four IT Elementary Schools (SD) in three clusters of North Tambun, Bekasi. The four IT Elementary Schools are Ibnu Rusyd IT Elementary, Insan Mulia IT Elementary, IT Iskandar Muda Elementary School and IT Hasani Elementary School. The sample in this study were students in grades four and five, namely one hundred and fifty four students obtained by random cluster sampling technique. The study results show a positive and significant relationship between students' perceptions of teacher creativity and parenting activities and students' PAI learning motivation.
