Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan supervisi akademik dan budaya sekolah dengan motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Jati Asih Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 110 guru SMP Negeri dari tiga sekolah di Kecamatan Jati Asih Kota Bekasi, yaitu SMP Negeri 9 Kota Bekasi, SMP Negeri 30 Kota Bekasi, dan SMP Negeri 39 Kota Bekasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi parsial dan berganda, serta teknik regresi linear sederhana dan regresi berganda. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, terdapat hubungan positif antara supervisi akademik (X1) dengan motivasi kerja guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0,652 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 42,5%. Kedua, terdapat hubungan positif antara budaya sekolah (X2) dengan motivasi kerja guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi ry2 = 0,613 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 37,6%. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan positif antara supervisi akademik (X1) dan budaya sekolah (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan motivasi kerja guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi jamak Ry.123 = 0,743 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,2%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik dan budaya sekolah dengan motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Jati Asih Kota Bekasi, artinya motivasi kerja guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan supervisi akademik dan budaya sekolah. Abstract The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the relationship between academic supervision and school culture with the work motivation of state junior high school teachers in Jati Asih District, Bekasi City. The research method used is a survey with a correlational approach. The research sample consisted of 110 state junior high school teachers from three schools in Jati Asih sub-district, Bekasi city, namely SMP Negeri 9 Bekasi City, SMP Negeri 30 Bekasi City, and SMP Negeri 39 Bekasi City. The data collection technique used a structured questionnaire. Data analysis used partial and multiple correlation techniques, as well as simple linear regression and multiple regression techniques. The findings of this study are: First, there is a positive relationship between academic supervision (X1) and teacher work motivation (Y) with a correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.652 and a determination coefficient of 42.5%. Second, there is a positive relationship between school culture (X2) and teacher work motivation (Y) with a correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.613 and a coefficient of determination of 37.6%. Third, there is a positive relationship between academic supervision (X1) and school culture (X2) together with teacher work motivation (Y) with multiple correlation coefficient Ry123 = 0.743 and coefficient of determination of 55.2%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between academic supervision and school culture with the work motivation of state junior high school teachers in Jati Asih District, Bekasi City, this means that teacher work motivation can be increased by increasing academic supervision and school culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Number Head Together model on students' critical thinking skills. This type of research is a meta-analysis. The research sample came from 9 national and international journals. The process of searching for data sources through Google Scholar, Plos ONE, Eric, and Wiley. The data source selection method is the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) method. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation. Inclusion criteria are national and international journals published in 2015-2023; The type of research must be experimental or quasi-experimental; Data has a relationship with research variables; and Research has the value of t, F and Standard deviation test results. Data analysis used quantitative statistical data analysis by calculating the effect size value with the help of the Comprehensive meta-analysis (CMA) application. The results concluded that the average effect size value of 0.863 was high criteria and the average value of the experimental class was 82.67 while the control class was 70.52 These findings indicate that the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model has a positive effect on students' critical thinking skills

Abstract

A person's personality affects their performance, with appropriate placement of talents and potential to increase work productivity. Employees who stand alone are organizational organizations in the framework of competition. Competition in organizations is usually in the form of new ideas, fast service, and accurate decisions. To support this, adequate Human Resources (HR) and satisfying services are needed. To support these services, employees who have a personality and motivation that reflect attitudes are needed. The company in carrying out its activities is supported by human resources, namely employees who excel with a constructive attitude and character, have high responsiveness and are creative. Such as those who run Subekhi and Mohammad (2012: 16), namely in large organizations, large capital, sophisticated technology, natural resources that are impossible to use without adequate human resources, have the ability and competence to utilize environmental resources. Likewise, in the field of work personality, it contributes to work. This is related to personality factors which also determine the suitability of a person's job. There are several types of work according to the type of personality.

Abstract

In reality, Organization Citizenship Behavior in an institution is not as expected. However, the contrary occurred at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Bekasi Regency that teachers and staff have a spectrum of abilities and the potential to advance the institution. This research identified and analyzed (1) the role of the principal in improving teachers behavior through transformational leadership, and (2) the inhibiting and supporting factors in improving good teachers behavior and attitudes at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Bekasi Regency, Indonesia. The research used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The principal, representatives, and teachers were informants to obtain the necessary data. The findings showed that the implemented Organizational Citizenship Behavior embodied sincerity, mutual help, brotherhood, and seriousness. However, it still needed improvement to achieve maximum teachers performance in carrying out the task of educating, guiding, training, and directing the students. One of the obstacles in implementing transformational leadership was that several teachers underestimated this program. This research has an implication that Organizational Citizenship Behavior in an institution can be realized if a leader implements a transformational leadership system.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically altered people’s lives, including university education. COVID-19 has significantly impacted the transition from offline to online learning. Furthermore, education in Indonesia must be able to accelerate education 4.0. The learning system is carried out remotely using information technology. There will be numerous major challenges in implementing the online learning model. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Universitas Islam 45 needed to assess student satisfaction with online learning to maintain service quality. This study aimed to assess student satisfaction during online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic using the Service Quality (Servqual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. Servqual and IPA are methods for measuring customer satisfaction and service quality. According to the Servqual results, all 17 measurements have a negative gap value. This demonstrates a gap between students’ perceptions and expectations of online learning. The IPA Matrix indicates the priority of improving online-based learning, which includes responding quickly and efficiently to students’ needs in online-based learning, encouraging students’ motivation throughout the learning process, and understanding students’ impediments during the process of online-based learning.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the education system has used technology to assist the learning process. Technology-based learning makes it easy for students and teachers to carry out learning activities. However, teachers have not been able to optimally develop students' potential, low student learning outcomes and low problem-solving abilities in students. Problem solving ability is very important for a student in learning science. Problem-solving skills in science learning are the main key to training students' scientific thinking in solving phenomena in science. So, it is necessary for a teacher to improve the learning model for those who are able to develop students' problem solving abilities. Problem solving learning is a learning model based on problem solving. In addition, the problem solving learning model helps teachers to be more creative in carrying out the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the effect of problem solving learning models on students' problem solving abilities in science learning. The data source for this research comes from an analysis of 30 national or international journals that have been published from 2010-2022. The search for data sources came from the Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Emerald, Eric, Springer, Hindawi, ProQuest, Sage Journal, Wiley and Taylor of Francis databases. Sampling in this study was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. The data that can be used is related to the research variable. Furthermore, the research data search keywords are problem solving learning models, problem solving skills and science learning. Data analysis is a descriptive quantitative analysis technique with the help of the OpenMEE application. The results of the study concluded that the problem solving learning model had a significant influence on students' problem solving abilities in science learning with an effect size of 1.808, an average value of 83 and a standard deviation of 0.45

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan Penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh dan motivasi terhada kinerja karyawan Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpul dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form, dengan melibatkan 80 responden karyawan Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Pusat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin terbukanya peluang untuk mengembangkan pendidikan yang maju sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat dan regulasi pemerintah. Masalahnya adalah belum semua lembaga pendidikan mampu mengikuti perubahan kebutuhan di era manajemen 4.0 sehingga menimbulkan kekhawatiran terhadap sistem layanan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian yang utama adalah menemukan formulasi perencanaan pendidikan bagi institusi pendidikan yang applicable sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat dan regulasi pemerintah. Perencanaan pengembangan atau peningkatan kinerja lembaga pendidikan sebuah proses menuju perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik, proses penjaminan mutu, dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bahkan melampaui batas tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara kepustakaan (library research), mengimpulkan literatur terkait utama dan pendukung sehingga dapat memberikan deskripsi terhadap kondisi terkini sesuai perkembangan bidang pendidikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pembahasan perencanaan pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan kinerja merupakan hal yang sangat menarik, karena proses perencanaan pada lembaga pendidikan merupakan salah satu fungsi dari manajemen, rencana strategis, yang melibatkan rencana operasional, prinsip-prinsip perencanaan dan langkah-langkahnya. Sebuah rencana strategis yang matang di dalamnya mengandung riset berkelanjutan, sehingga semua komponen pendukung pengembangan termasuk pengaturan keuangan dapat tersedia secara baik. Perencanaan merupakan kunci utama dalam melakukan aktifitas pada lembaga pendidikan. Perencanaan merupakan sebuah panduan atau pedoman bagi pelaksanaan pendidikan agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan dengan efektif dan efisien. atau pengendalian dari proses. Meningkatnya mutu pendidikan dimulai dari matangnya perencanaan yang dilakukan.Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Perencanaan, Rencana Strategis dan Rencana Operasional AbstractThis research is motivated by the increasingly open opportunities to develop advanced education according to the needs of the community and government regulations. The problem is that not all educational institutions are able to keep up with changing needs in the 4.0 management era, which raises concerns about the education service system. The main research objective is to find an educational planning formulation for educational institutions that is applicable according to the needs of the community and government regulations. Planning for the development or improvement of the performance of educational institutions is a process towards change for the better, the quality assurance process, in improving the quality of education and even exceeding the set goals. This research was carried out by means of library research, compiling the main and supporting related literature so that it can provide a description of the current conditions according to developments in the field of education. The results of the analysis show that the discussion of educational planning related to performance is very interesting, because the planning process in educational institutions is one of the functions of management, strategic planning, which involves operational plans, planning principles and steps. A mature strategic plan in it contains continuous research, so that all components of development support including financial arrangements can be properly provided. Planning is the main key in carrying out activities in educational institutions. Planning is a guide or guideline for the implementation of education in order to achieve the goals that have been determined effectively and efficiently. or control of the process.
