Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi guru tentang 1) pemahaman dan penerapan Standar Proses; dan 2) pemahaman dan penerapan Standar Penilaian Pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui diskusi kelompok terpumpun. Analisis data menerapkan model analisis interaktif Milles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) semua guru telah mengetahui dan membaca peraturan baru tentang Standar Proses, namun demikian hanya sebagian kecil yang memahami isinya, bahkan mayoritas belum melaksanakan evaluasi prosespembelajaran; 2) semua guru telah mengetahui dan membaca peraturan baru tentang Standar Penilaian, namun sebagian besar guru belum mampu mengimplementasikan Standar Penilaian Pendidikan dan penilaian capaian pembelajaran (formatif dan sumatif) dengan baik. Mengacu hasil tersebut disarankan untuk dilakukan program pendampinganyang terstruktur dan intensif bagi guru agar diperoleh standardisasi pemahaman Standar Proses dan Standar Penilaian Pendidikan. Dengan demikian diharapkan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dan penilaian capaian pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan benar dan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Geometry is one of the contents that students must master during the math learning process, so research on this topic is widely done. This study aims to determine the trend of geometry research research themes that can be used as research topics in the future. This study uses bibliometric analysis, which uses a maximum limit of 200 articles throughout 2017-2023, google scholar is used to search data with geometry keywords through Harzing's Publish or Perish program, then narrowed down to get 171 articles. The results of this study indicate that the trend of publications with geometry research themes has increased in 2018 - 2019. While the theme of geometry research topics that have the opportunity to be used as research in the future there are two keywords namely LKPD and exploration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh karakteristik berpikir terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta yang terdiri dari 6 kelas dengan jumlah keseluruhan 178 siswa dan diambil sampel untuk penelitian dengan jumlah 114 orang. Data diperoleh dari angket dan nilai prestasi belajar siswa. Angket dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari butir-butir pertanyaan dari karakteristik berpikir. Analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan analisis vasiansi satu jalan sel tak sama dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa hasil pengujian F hitung > F tabel maka Ho ditolak, sehingga hipotesis (Ha) menyatakan terdapat pengaruh karakteristik berpikir terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah prestasi belajar matematika siswa dengan karakteristik berpikir tipe SA lebih baik daripada siswa dengan karakteristik berpikir tipe SK, siswa tipe AK, maupun siswa tipe AA, prestasi belajar matematika siswa dengan karakteristik berpikir tipe SK sama baiknya dibandingkarakteristik berpikir tipe AK maupun siswa tipe AA, sedangkan karakteristik berpikir tipe AK sama baiknya dibanding karakteristik berpikir tipe AA pada kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses berpikir kreatif siswa kelas XI AP-4 SMK Negeri 2 Madiun yang mempunyai motivasi belajar tinggi dan sedang dalam pengajuan masalah matematika. Pengambilan subjek penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Berdasarkan skor akhir angket motivasi belajar siswa diambil tiga siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi, dan tiga siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar sedang. Selanjutnya subjek terpilih diberikan tes pengajuan masalah matematika (TPMM) untuk mengetahui proses berpikir kreatif siswa dalam mengajukan masalah matematika. Teknik keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini digunakan triangulasi waktu. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan melakukan pengumpulan data dari TPMM dan wawancara dengan subjek penelitian kemudian menyusun deskripsi pengajuan masalah matematika siswa dalam bentuk uraian singkat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: siswa dengan motivasi belajar tinggi mampu mengajukan masalah hanya dengan membaca sekali petunjuk dan informasi yang diberikan. Kemudian menuliskan masalah tersebut pada lembar jawab dan menjelaskan prosedur penyelesaian masalah yang diajukan serta menyelesaikan pemecahan masalah tersebut. Siswa dengan motivasi belajar sedang perlu membaca kembali petunjuk dan informasi yang diberikan supaya dapat mengajukan masalah. . Siswa terlihat kurang tenang dan dalam menuliskan masalah yang diajukan beberapa kali terdiam. Kemudian menjelaskan prosedur penyelesaian masalah dan menyelesaian pemecahan masalah tersebut pada lembar jawab.

Abstract

Indonesia's participation in PISA is less satisfactory, particularly in mathematics. Uncertainty and data are two of the PISA content areas being evaluated. Therefore the aim of this study is to analyze students' abilities to solve mathematical problems such as PISA on uncertainty and data content to map student readiness for PISA. This study is kind of qualitative study used a case study design. The sample in this study was 84 students of grade IX junior high school who were selected with a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method employs both test and non-test instruments. The data analysis technique used in this study consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results showed that 689 students scored out of 1344, representing 51.41%. These results show that students' ability to solve math problems such as PISA on uncertainty and data content is in the moderate category. While each material, namely statistics and opportunities, is in the high and low categories. This condition is based on learning that has yet to lead students to contextual problems. With these results, it is hoped that there will be efforts to improve the learning process by involving problems such as PISA as habituation.

Abstract

Assessment becomes a self-developing learning instruction and requires a broader focus on feedback interventions, especially learners' responses to feedback and the learning environment in which feedback works. Study of the ability of teachers to reflect on the application of assessment in the learning process in the classroom. The purpose of this study is to analyze Assessment for Learning (AfL) and Assessment as Learning (AaL) in the learning process in the classroom. The research method used is a qualitative research method using an in-depth, focused interview. Data collection techniques in the form of reflective are analyzed using reduction analysis, presentation, and drawing conclusions from the data. The results of the interviews show that assessment is often used as a measure of learning success alone, without regard to the application of constructive feedback to help students improve their achievement competencies in mathematics learning. Assessment is still focused on giving grades or rankings that can result in competition between students, so they have not focused on improving the learning process. It gives stakeholders a clear and unified picture of how educational assessments relate to learning and can help educators assist and design assessment practices. The construct of Assessment for Learning (AfL) and Assessment as Learning (AaL) must be looked at consistently with each other to build an assessment culture that maximizes student learning.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi untuk pembelajaran matematika berkembang dengan pesat. Salah satunya adalah laboratorium virtual yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika. Namun demikian, pemanfaatan laboratorium virtual dalam pembelajaran matematika belum optimal, bahkan beberapa guru matematika belum mengetahui bagaimana penerapan laboratorium virtual dalam pembelajaran matematika. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melatih guru matematika SMP di kota Surakarta untuk dapat memanfaatkan laboratorium virtual, yaitu aplikasi PhET Colorado dan Mathigon dalam pembelajaran matematika. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode pendampingan teknis kepada guru untuk dapat menyusun modul ajar yang terintegrasi dengan laboratorium virtual. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah dapat menyusun modul ajar yang terintegrasi dengan laboratorium virtual PhET Colorado atau Mathigon pada suatu topik matematika tertentu. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang diberikan kepada guru menunjukkan persepsi yang positif terhadap kegiatan pelatihan termasuk juga terhadap penggunaan laboratorium virtual dalam pembelajaran matematika. Namun demikian, guru juga memberikan pandangannya terhadap kesiapan sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan untuk dapat memanfaatkan laboratium virtual.

Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to know the difference of influlence in learning models, creativity, andits interaction toward student’s learning achievement on the subject matter: equations ofa straight line. This research is a quasi experimental research with factorial design of3x3. The population is eight grade students of Junior high School in Madiun. The samplesare taken using stratified cluster random technic. Sample of the research is 283 students.The collecting data instruments is a questionnaire on creativity and learning mathematicsachievement test. The trial test of instrument of the questionnaire includes the contentvalidity, the internal consistency, and realibility. The trial test on the achievement oflearning on mathematics includes the content validity, the difficulty level, thediscrimination power, and realibility coefficient. The Data analysis technique usedconsists of: balance, precondition analysis (Normality and Homogenity). Hypothesisanalysis test uses two-ways variant analysis with different cells.The results of the research are: (1) The students who are learning withcooperative model of STAD have better achievement than the students who are givenconventional learning, and the students who are given cooperative model of STAD havethe same achievement with the students who are given cooperative model of TPS; (2) Thestudents with high creativity have better achievement than the students who have lowercreativity (middle and low), the students with middle creativity have the sameachievement with the students who have low creativity, (3) On students with highcreativity, implementation learning models of STAD, TPS, and conventional give thesame effect; On students with middle creativity, implementation of cooperative learningwith STAD model gives the same effect as good as the TPS model, implementation ofcooperative learning with STAD models provides a better effect than conventionallearning, and implementation of cooperative learning with TPS model gives a bettereffect than conventional learning; On students with low creativity, implementation ofcooperative learning with STAD and TPS models give the same effect, implementation ofcooperative learning with STAD model and conventional learning also provide the sameeffect, and implementation of cooperative learning with TPS model gives a better effectthan conventional learning.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly being integrated into education, offering new opportunities for enhancing learning, especially in challenging subjects like mathematics. However, there is limited research on how students perceive and accept AI in mathematics education, particularly in the context of Indonesian higher education. This study aims to explore mathematics education students’ acceptance and perceptions of AI tools in enhancing their learning experience. Using a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design, the study employed a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) questionnaire for quantitative data and in-depth semi-structured interviews to gather qualitative insights. The participants were 389 mathematic students from several universities in Surakarta municipality, Indonesia based on non-probability sampling technique through sampling quota. The results show that students generally perceive AI as useful and easy to use, with high scores for Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU). AI was appreciated for its ability to provide personalized learning, immediate feedback, and flexibility. However, students' Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU) AI was lower, indicating hesitation toward integrating AI regularly into their learning routines. The findings highlight that while AI has the potential to enhance learning, students still value traditional face-to-face interactions with instructors and are concerned about over-reliance on technology. The study contributes to theoretical framework that AI tools should complement, not replace, traditional teaching methods. Practically, the integration of AI in education should be gradual, with adequate support for both students and instructors. Future research should explore long-term adoption and investigate the role of educational policies in supporting AI integration.
