Abstract

One of the characteristics of the independent learning curriculum is student-centered learning. Students become a reference in finding patterns of learning and mentoring. In this context, teachers are required to seek power and efforts to foster the capability of students (student agency) in leading themselves. One pattern of assistance used by teachers, especially Counseling Guidance teachers is person-centered counseling. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Person-Centered counseling approach pattern in fostering student learning independence. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review. The stages in this method are planning, conducting, and reporting. The locus of this research is the literature research results of several researchers, who examined several schools related to the person-centered counseling approach. The results of this research are an increase in student independence in learning when the teacher applies a person-centered counseling pattern. This has been proven in several studies. On that basis, the application of the person-centered counseling approach model is something that is definitely needed to improve the quality of student learning.

Abstract

The improvement of self-control is a key factor in enhancing academic achievement and the quality of students' lives. Therefore, this research aims to explore strategies for enhancing self-control through the application of self-hypnosis techniques among students. The research employed a random sampling technique by randomly selecting classes as samples. The total number of participants involved in this study was 60 individuals. Statistical analysis was conducted using the ANCOVA method. The results of the study revealed that the application of self-hypnosis techniques significantly increased the level of self-control among students. It was found that the experimental group, which received the self-hypnosis technique, experienced a significant improvement in self-control compared to the control group. This finding remained significant even after controlling for initial variables that may have influenced the results, such as the participants' initial level of self-control before the intervention.The findings indicate that self-hypnosis techniques can be an effective strategy for enhancing self-control among students. By utilizing these techniques, students can develop the ability to regulate themselves, manage their emotions, and overcome distractions that may hinder their academic performance and daily lives. The implications of this study highlight the importance of introducing self-hypnosis techniques as part of personal development programs for students.

Abstract

Instrumen penilaian yang digunakan oleh pihak sekolah cenderung hanya memanfaatkan instrumen penilaian dari sekolah gugus inti, belum adanya instrumen penilaian yang teruji validitas dan reliabilitas menjadikan dasar dilaksanakannya penelitian pengembangan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPA tema 8 Lingkungan Sahabat Kita untuk siswa kelas V SD. Pada penelitian ini, pengembangan yang dilakukan mengadaptasi model ADDIE, (Analisis, Perancangan, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi), tetapi dalam penelitian ini dibatasi hanya sampai pada tahap pengembangan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk menilai hasil belajar IPA yaitu dengan tes objektif pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa uji validitas instrumen hasil belajar sebesar 1,00 dan hasil uji reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 1,00. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian hasil belajar IPA berada pada kriteria “sangat tinggi”. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan instrumen ini sudah tepat dan layak digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi atau penilaian hasil belajar yang akurat pada aspek kognitif hasil belajar IPA siswa.

Abstract

Rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa disebakan karena beberapa faktor baik dari guru maupun siswa. Penerapan model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan media audio visual dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui penggunaan kartu soal dan kartu jawaban serta video pembelajaran. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan media audio visual terhadap motivasi belajar IPA. Penelitian pra-eksperimen ini menggunakan desain static group comparison. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 119 siswa, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 56 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random dan yang di random adalah kelas sebagai intact group. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial (uji-t dan uji d Cohen). Ditemukan perbedaan motivasi belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan media audio visual dengan siswa yang tidak mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan media audio visual dengan (thitung = 8,78 > ttabel = 1,67). Selain itu, ditemukan pengaruh model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan media audio visual terhadap motivasi belajar IPA siswa dengan nilai d = 2,41 sehingga d > 0,8. Perbedaan hasil hitung rata-rata nilai motivasi belajar IPA siswa pada kelompok eksperimen adalah 132,5 dan pada kelompok kontrol adalah 90,53. Hal ini berarti penggunaan model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan media audio visual berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar IPA siswa kelas IV Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020.

Abstract

Currently, the quality of the character is decreasing. In addition, many students still need help understanding learning material. This study aims to develop a media-oriented picture card to strengthen character education on learning outcomes in Balinese for third-grade elementary school students. This research is a type of development research with the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were 2 content experts, 2 learning designs, 2 learning media, and 2 teachers. The product trial subjects were 3 students for individual trials and 9 for small group trials. Data collection methods include document studies, rating scales, and written tests. The data collection instruments are document studies, rating scale sheets, and test questions. The data analysis techniques are descriptive qualitative analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis, and inferential statistical analysis. The study results, namely the assessment by subject content experts, are 0.94 (very high). The assessment results from learning design experts were 0.86 (very high). The results of the assessment of learning media experts are 0.94 (very high). The results of the practicality assessment given by the teacher and students obtained very good qualifications. The results of the effectiveness test show that there is a significant difference before and after using picture card media. It was concluded that picture card media was effectively used in learning Balinese.

Abstract

The problem in the field is the lack of teacher innovation in developing media. It has implications for monotonous media to impact low student learning outcomes. This study aims to develop pop-up media with Balinese culture on the topic of the solar system. This type of research is the development of the ADDIE model. The research subjects were two media experts, two teachers, and three sixth-grade elementary school students. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques are descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis and inferential statistics. The study's results are the assessment of media experts, namely 4.25 (very good). The results of teacher and student responses are 5.00 (very good). The hypothesis test results are 0.000 < 0.05, so there are differences in the results of interest in learning for sixth-grade elementary school students after learning to use pop-up book media. It was concluded that the pop-up book media with Balinese cultural nuances as the background image effectively increased student interest in learning science subjects for sixth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

The low understanding of concepts and the lack of utilization of science (IPA) learning media for fifth-grade students in the learning activities are the main issues addressed in this study. The purpose of this research is to develop a contextual-based digital comic educational media on the topic of the water cycle for fifth-grade students in elementary school. The study employs the 4D development model and involves two media experts, two subject matter experts, one teacher, and six fifth-grade students as participants in the product testing phase. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research findings indicate that the developed digital comic educational media has high validity in terms of content and learning media. The practicality test involving teachers and students shows an achievement level of 94% and 96%, respectively, which indicates excellent criteria. Considering the design, expert validity, and product testing, it can be concluded that the contextual-based digital comic educational media on the water cycle topic for fifth-grade students is considered feasible and can be used as a supporting media in learning activities. Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini waktu masih banyak siswa yang kesulitan dalam belajar IPS. Hal ini berdampak pada pemahaman IPS yang kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis model pembelajaran Listening Team terhadap hasil belajar muatan IPS Siswa Kelas V SD. Jenis Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah non-equivalent post-test only control group design. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Non-equivalent post-test only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 159 siswa kelas V. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu Cluster Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode tes. Instrumen pengumpulan data menngunakan tes objektif. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Listening Team terhadap hasil belajar muatan IPS siswa kelas V. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Listening Team dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa khususnya pada muatan IPS. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu penerapan model pembelajaran Listening Team meningkatkan semangat dan suasana belajar sehingga berdampak pada hasil belajar IPS yang meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran two stay two stray terhadap minat belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV di Gugus II Kecamatan Tejakula Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis peneltian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen semu yang menggunakan post tes only control grup desain. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di Gugus II Kecamatan Tejakula, Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 157 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu di SD N 1 Les sebagai kelas eksperimen dan di SD N 2 Les sebagai kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 52 siswa. Data minat belajar dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen skala minat belajar IPA. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu melalui uji-t. Hasil analisis menunjukan rata-rata skor minat belajar IPA yang menggunakan model pembelajaran two stay two stray sebesar 104,6, sedangkan rata-rata skor minat belajar IPA yang tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran two stay two stray sebesar 58,4. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t menunjukkan thitung = 79,11 lebih besar dari ttabel = 2,021 ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap model pembelajaran two stay two stray. Dihitung menggunakan rumus d dari Cohen’s mendapatkan hasil sebesar 1,06 yang berarti effect size tinggi. Ini berarti terdapat pergaruh yang signifikan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran two stay two stray terhadap minat belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV di Gugus II Kecamatan Tejakula Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Jadi model pembelajaran two stay two stray berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV di Gugus II Kecamatan Tejakula Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Kata Kunci : minat belajar, IPA, two stay two stray This study aims to determine the effect of the model of learning two stay two stray on the interest in learning science in fourth grade students in Cluster II in Tejakula Subdistrict Academic Year 2018/2019. This type of research includes a quasi-experimental study that uses a post test only control design group. The populatian of this study were all students in Cluster II in Tejakula Subdistrict, 2018/2019 Academic Year, totaling 157 students. The sample of this study is in SD N 1 Les as an exsperimental class and SD N 2 Les as a control class totaling 52 students. Learning interest data was collected using an instrument of interest in learning science. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics through t-test. The results of the analysis showed that the avarage score of science learning interest using the two stay two stray learning model was 104,6, while the average science learning interest score that did not use the two stay two stray learning model was 58,4. That results of testing the hypothesis using the t-test shows that tcount = 79,11 is greater than ttable = 2,021 which means that there is a significant influence on the two stay two stray learning model. Calculated using the formula d from Cohen’s gets result of 1,06 which means high effect size. This means that there is a significant influence by using the model of learning two stay two stray on the interest in learning science for fourt grade students in Cluster II in Tejakula Subdistrict 2018/2019 Academic Year. Abstract

The study aims to develop the validity and effectiveness of the cognitive behavioral therapy counseling model guide for mindfulness techniques based on the SI-Counseling website to overcome trauma in adolescent victims of violence. This research is included in development research with the 4D method (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data collection was carried out with an expert validity assessment which was analyzed using the CVR (Content Validity Ratio), CVI (Content Validity Index) and t-test formulas. The results of the CVR analysis show that all statements are on average relevant, the CVI score of 1 is in the very suitable category, and the cognitive behavioral therapy counseling model guide for mindfulness techniques has met the requirements for use. These results state that the development of a cognitive behavioral therapy counseling model guide for mindfulness techniques based on the SI-Counseling website is effective for overcoming trauma in adolescent victims of violence
