Abstract

Technology and information have developed rapidly since entering the 20th century. In the world of industrial engineering, one of the technological developments that emerged was the use of software in drawing designs, by utilizing computerization. One of the popular software in the world of engineering is AutoCAD which displays 2D and 3D object representations. High school students need to be introduced to AutoCAD to spark their interest. This training was held at Rumah Belajar Bangkit Persada Nusantara, implemented online and attended by 10 students. The materials provided included 2D, 3D, and engineering drawings. The results of the activity showed that students were interested in studying AutoCAD. It is hoped that similar activities can be held for more advanced materials and carried out offline to be more interactive and optimal.

Abstract

Law enforcement in Indonesia faces a range of challenges, including corrupt practices, social injustice, and weak capacity of law enforcement officials, which hinder the achievement of a safe, orderly, just, and prosperous society. This research aims to analyze the historical, socio-political, and cultural dynamics that affect law enforcement in Indonesia, as well as to identify solutions to strengthen a just legal system. The method used is literature research with a qualitative approach, collecting data from related literature and analyzing relevant legal concepts and social dynamics. The findings of the study show that fair enforcement of the law is essential to ensure justice not only in terms of legal, but also social and moral, considering the influence of religious, customary, and state laws. In addition, the politicization of the law is a big challenge. The implications of this research are the need for legal system reform, strengthening the capacity of law enforcement officials, increasing access to justice, and the use of technology to increase transparency and efficiency. Collaboration between the government, law enforcement, and the public is also key to creating a more responsive and fair legal system in Indonesia.

Abstract

The values of Pancasila are important to be practiced in the life of society, nation and state by every citizen of Indonesia. Until now, strong religious values have become the moral foundation of the life of the Indonesia nation. Human nature is highly respected and placed according to nature as a Created Creature of God Almighty. With its plurality, the Indonesia nation has a very heterogeneous cultural wealth. In Indonesia, the subject of Pancasila Moral Education (PMP) was once known, then changed to Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn), and is currently known as Civic Education (PKn) in schools. In Higher Education, it is known that there are Pancasila Education and Civic Education courses. The learning model of Pancasila education in schools and universities has significant differences. The development of awareness of national and state life based on Pancasila values needs to be built and continue to be internalized to all Indonesia citizens because the challenges faced today, both domestically and abroad, are getting higher. It is important to pay attention to aspects of the educational process for the younger generation in fostering awareness of the values contained in Pancasila that are embraced so that they are not forgotten.

Abstract

This article discusses the nature, instrumentation and practice of Pancasila democracy for accounting students. Pancasila Democracy is a democratic system based on the values ​​of Pancasila, namely Belief in One Almighty God, Just and Civilized Humanity, Indonesian Unity, Democracy Led by the Wisdom of Wisdom in Deliberation/Representation, and Social Justice for All Indonesian People. Accounting students as agents of change have an important role in realizing Pancasila democracy. They need to understand the essence of Pancasila democracy, the instruments used to make it happen, and how to practice it in everyday life. This article aims to: 1). Analyzing the nature of Pancasila democracy 2). Identifying Pancasila democratic instruments 3). Studying the democratic practices of Pancasila for accounting students. The research method used is literature study by collecting opinions from various students. The research results show that Pancasila democracy is a unique democratic system and is in accordance with the cultural values ​​of the Indonesian nation. Pancasila's democratic instrumentation includes the constitution, laws and state institutions. Accounting students can practice Pancasila democracy in everyday life by: 1). Participate in political and social activities, 2). Maintaining tolerance and harmony between religious communities, 3). Preserving Indonesian culture, 4). Building a just and prosperous society. Knowledge and understanding of Pancasila democracy for accounting study program students is very important to create a democratic, just and prosperous Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the role of Citizenship Education in social life and building national character in early childhood. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data in the research are the results of interviews from residents of Bakti Pertiwi Kindergarten, Geger Hamlet, Balongwangi Village, Tikung Lamongan District. The results show that at Bakti Pertiwi Kindergarten, citizenship education has been implemented in daily learning, this has had an impact on socialization and character formation. early childhood at Bakti Pertiwi Kindergarten.

Abstract

Civic education has a crucial role in shaping children's character as part of nation building. This study aims to describe how civic education is applied in Nusa Indah Bedingin Sugio Lamongan Kindergarten and its impact on the formation of children's character. The research method used was participatory observation and interviews with teachers and school staff. The results of the study show that civic education in kindergarten is not only limited to the formal curriculum, but also integrated in daily activities and examples given by teachers. Children are taught to appreciate moral values, understand the government system, and actively participate in the life of the nation. The implication of this study is the importance of civic education as a foundation for the formation of a responsible and caring national character for its social environment.

Abstract

Pancasila as a state ideology has a fundamental role in shaping the character of students as agents of change in society. This research aims to examine the application of Pancasila values in campus life and its impact on the formation of student character. The method used is literature study, by collecting and analyzing relevant literature, such as books, journals, articles, and documents related to Pancasila and higher education. The results of the study show that the application of the principles of equality, justice, and respect for diversity in the campus environment creates an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, encouraging students to respect differences, work together, and actively participate in decision-making. The values of cooperation, democracy, and appreciation for diversity are the basis for students to contribute to social development. In conclusion, strengthening the Pancasila ideology on campus not only strengthens the character of students, but also encourages them to play an active role in sustainable development and social change, while maintaining Indonesian national identity.

Abstract

Pancasila education in higher education has an important role in shaping noble moral character among students. By understanding and applying the values of Pancasila, it is hoped that students can develop strong character, responsibility, and integrity. The purpose of the research is to gain an in-depth understanding of the role of Pancasila education in shaping student character and building solid morals. This research is qualitative research through literature. Literature collection by collecting relevant sources such as scientific journals, books, articles and other relevant documents. The main source of this research is scientific articles published on Google Scholar. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of data analysis show that Pancasila education does need to be used as a foundation to develop strong ethics and morals, where activities in the university environment include habits that can encourage students to behave according to behavior based on Pancasila values.

Abstract

Technological developments and globalization have had a significant impact on civic education, so education policies need to be updated to be in line with the needs of modern society. This research aims to examine in depth the concepts, meanings, strategies, and insights of civic education in higher education through a philosophical approach to the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution in the context of the 21st century. The research was conducted using a descriptive method that utilizes observation, documentation, and literature studies that are comprehensively analyzed. The results of the study show that civic education based on a philosophical study of the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution can increase students' understanding of civic values in the context of contemporary Indonesia. This education is also a means of strengthening students' understanding of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution as the basis of the state, with an emphasis on democracy, human rights, diversity, and national unity. In addition, this approach also underscores the importance of real practices, such as student participation in social and political activities, and the development of communication and leadership skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of trust, facilities and transaction speed on customer satisfaction The method used is a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The types of analysis used are descriptive analysis and verifiable analysis. This research was conducted on Bank Syarikat Madani Batam customers with a sample of 100 respondents. The nonprobability sampling method with the purposive sampling technique is the sampling technique used in this study. The findings in this study show that trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The Facility variable has a t calculation of 19,853 > 1,984 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that Facility has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the Transaction speed variable has a t calculation of 38,793> 1,984 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that Transaction speed has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
