Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian terhadap nilai moral dan fungsi cerita Tima dan Nima cerita rakyat Dayak Keninjal Kabupaten Melawi merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang nilai moral dan fungsi dari cerita tersebut. Nilai moral dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari nilai moral religius, nilai moral individual, dan nilai moral sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan penelitian ini berbentuk kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan moral.Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara dan perekaman. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah informan cerita TN. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kutipan dalam bentuk kata, frasa, dan kalimat dalam cerita TN. Hasil deskripsi data dan analisis data disimpulkan terdapat 17 nilai moral yang meliputi: Pertama: nilai moral religius 1 bagian. Kedua, nilai moral individual 12 bagian. Ketiga, nilai moral sosial 4 bagian. Fungsi cerita TN yaitu, sebagai alat pendidikan dan alat pengendali sosial. Kata Kunci: Nilai moral, fungsi cerita, Tima dan Nima Abstrack: Research on moral values ​​and functions Tima stories and folklore Dayak Nima Keninjal Melawi a study that aims to obtain a description of the moral values ​​and the function of the story. Abstract

AbstractThe general problem of this research was the analysis of the value of character education in the novel Anak Rantau by Ahmad Fuadi. Novel Anak Rantau tells the story of a child named Hepi who was abandoned by his father in Tanjung Durian village and lived with his grandparents. The problems of this research are: (1) the value of honest character education, (2) the value of hard work character education, (3) the value of sincere character education. The purpose of this research is to describe the value of character education and reader responses. This study uses a description method with qualitative research forms. Data from this study are sentences that show the value of honest character education, hard work, and sincerity. The technique used in this study is documentary study, and the data collection tool is the researcher himself as a key instrument. Based on the results of data analysis there are 36 data values of honest character education, 22 data on the value of character hard work education, and 35 data on the value of sincere character education.Keywords: Value of Character Education, Anak Rantau

Abstract

AbstrackThe general problem of this research was the analysis of moral values in a collection of Melawi District folklores. It was delimited into five sub issues related to (1) the moral values associated with the God, (2) the moral values associated with others, (3) the moral values associated with own self, (4) the moral values associated with the nature, and (5) the implementation plan at school. The aim of this research was to describe the moral values associated with the God, others, own self, the nature and the implementation plan at school. This research used the descriptive method in the form of qualitative research. The data source was the collection of Melawi District folklores in the form of speeches which had moral values. The technique used in this research was documenter study, and the tool of data collection was the researcher herself as the key instrument. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that there were 7 data related to the moral values associated with the God, 38 data related to the moral values associated with others, 20 data related to the moral values associated with own self, 16 data related to the moral values associated with the nature.Keywords: values, moral, folklore.

Abstract

 AbstractThe general problem of this research is the conflict analysis of the main character in the novel Dear Nathan by Erisca Febriani tells the story of a child with all kinds of problems he faces both internal conflicts and external conflicts in his family and also his school environment.The problems in this study were: (1) the main conflict of the main character, (2) the external conflict of the main character, (3) the implementation of literary learning about internal and external conflicts. The purpose of this study was to describe the internal conflict and external conflict of the main character. This study uses a description method with qualitative research. The data from this study are sentences that indicate the internal and external conflicts of the main character. The technique used in this study is documentary study, and the data collection tool is the researcher itself as a key instrument. Based on the results of data analysis there are 58 internal conflict data and 8 external conflict data. Keywords: conflict. character, novel

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the low score of students 'achievement caused by the lack of interest and the students' ability in expressing ideas in written form. In classroom teaching practice, researchers are more active than students. Classes tend to be passive, information tends to be from teacher to student. The focus of this research is to improve the ability to produce review text about the film using a scientific approach with audio-visual media. This research uses a descriptive method. The form of research is classroom action research which is carried out in three cycles. This research applied to students of class XI MIPA 2 SMA Gembala Baik Pontianak as many as 41 students. Instrument used is observation sheet and test of learning result for observation of student and teacher activity.The results of the discussion of data obtained, it appears that the increase in the value of writing skill skills on the film about the film on students starting from prasiklus s.d. cycle III. The overall percentage of mastery increases from 39% to 44% in cycle I, again in cycle II to 70%, and cycle III increases to 90%. At the end of the cycle there are 4 unfinished students based on the KKM score. Keywords: producing, review movie text, scientific

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui pengaruh  metode discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar memahami struktur teks cerpen siswa kelas VIIC SMP Kristen Immanuel 2 Sungai Raya. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian ini adalak kelas VIIC sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VIID sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 soal. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen  15,8, sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas kontrol 14. Berdasarkan uji U Mann-Whitney dengan tarf signifikan  a = 5% menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan metode discovery learning dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran saintifik. Nilai effect size yang diperoleh  sebesar 1,07 dengan lategori sedang dan  memberikan kontribusi sebesar 36,77% artinya metode discovery learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.   Kata Kunci: pengaruh, discovery learning, pemahaman, struktur teks cerpen Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of discovery learning method for learning outcomes to understand the text structure of stories graders VIIC Immanuel Christian SMP 2 Sungai Raya. Form of research is a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. This research sample adalak VIIC class as a class experiment and VIID as the control class. Instruments used in the form of multiple choice tests are 20 questions. The average student learning outcomes experimental class of 15.8, while the average student learning outcomes control class 14. Based on the Mann-Whitney U test with significant and often aloof sphere a = 5% indicates that there is a difference between learning outcomes of the students taught using discovery learning methods with students who are taught using a model of scientific learning. Values obtained effect size of 1.07 with lategori medium and contributed 36.77% means that discovery learning methods influence on student learning outcomes.

AbstractThis research is motivated that the folklore that existed in Padang Tikar community of BatuAmparsubdistrict is considered as something that must be known by the next generation, because they consider it a culture that needs to be preserved. Therefore, this folktale is preserved, for future generations to know the story.The problem in this research is to study, describe the structure of the text and analyze the intrinsic elements of folklore in the village of Padang TikarBatuAmpar Sub-district Kubu Raya RegencyThis research uses descriptive method and qualitative research forms on the text of oral literary stories of the community in the village of Padang TikarKecamatanBatuAmparKabupatenKubu Raya.The results of the analysis show that the 7 Folk Story owned by the community in the village of Padang TikarBatuAmpar Sub-district of Kubu Raya Regency contains intrinsic elements that can be revealed by using qualitative descriptive approach. The aspects studied are the theme, plot, character, background and mandate. The results of this study can be implemented in the Indonesian language learning Curriculum 2013 unit level SMA / MA which refers to the Core Competence and Basic Competence (KI / KD) contained in the syllabus teaching Indonesian Class X Odd Semester. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to obtain information on Improving the Listening Skills News Using Strategistart With A Questions In Grade VII Students of of Junior of Yakhalusti East Pontianak related to the implementation, evaluation and impact of learning to listen to news by using strategy start with a questions.The conclusions in this study are: 1) The application of the method in their learning process which is the strategy of “ Start With a Questions” on the studentof class VII B, Yakhalusti East Pontianak Primary Highscool has been accomplished as wishes. The result is based on the observation of first and second cycle. The shown result is absolutely by the observation that has been accomplished. 2) There are also an evalution  for the learning process by using the strategy of “Start With A Questions” on the student of class VII B, Yakhalusti East Pontianak Primary Highscool has been successfully done exactcly with the evalution aspect before.. The average values of the student’s learning process has increasely twice from the 65,00 to 2,8 and 9,75 in total of 74,75 3) Besidens, the listening learning process by the strategy of “Start With a Questions” on student of class VII B, Yakhalusti East Pontianak Primary Hisghscool has increasely rose up than where obtained from cycle I with yield criteria 62,25% and cycle II. Keywords: improved, capability, news listening, SWQ strategy

Abstract

AbstractThe background  of this research was the low results of student’s writing. Especially summary writting. That was because  of the lack of skill and creativity of the teacher in choosing the good method and media in learning process. To solve that problem, increasing the result of student’s writing is needed by applying the Cooperative  Integrated Reading and Composition. Based on the analysis, the problem of this research was how are the planning, implementation and learning result 0f summary writing by applying the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition. In line with that problem, the purpose of this research was describing the planning, implementation and summary writting learning result by applying the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition. The method of this research was descriptive method in classroom action research in qualitative form. There were three cyrcles in this research which was done in one meeting every cycles. There were four stage in every cycle, they are planning, acting, observing and reflecting in learning activity. The result of summary writting learning through Cooperative Integrade Reading and Composition could be seen in cycle 1,2, and  3. The average score of student in cycle 1 was 73,33 (which was categorized as good enough). The result in cycle 2 was 83,34 (good) then increased in cycle 3 with the average score 86,66 (very good). Keywords : Summary Writting, Cooperative Integrade Reading and        Composition

Abstract

AbstractResearchers aim to present to the readers want to provide fun, fun entertainment. Literature displays interesting stories, invites the reader to fantasize, bring the reader to a life of power, life that feels attached to it, leads to a game of emotion. The role of literature is not limited by time and space, not limited by age. The second virtue is understanding, understanding formed from the exploration of various life forms, the secrets of life, the discovery and disclosure of various human characters. In short it can be said that this second virtue contains life information. Of course all humans desperately need an information in this life. The study of children's literature is done on 12 novels that have been written by Sherina Salsabila. Twelve children's novels by Sherina Salsabila are chosen on the grounds that the novels have a simple level of understanding, so it is easy to understand the meaning. The language used is easy to understand, the storyline is interesting and not boring.
