Abstract

This study aims to examine efforts to develop character education for Generation Z in the digital era, marked by rapid technological advancement. Generation Z, born and raised in a digital environment, exhibits characteristics and behavior patterns different from previous generations and is vulnerable to various challenges, such as negative content, cyberbullying, and individualism. Character education is essential in building strong ethics, morality, and personality amidst the dynamics of the digital era. This research employs a literature review method, analyzing various literature on character education in the digital age, particularly focusing on the needs of Generation Z. The study's findings indicate that effective character education for Generation Z must be adapted to technological developments and their unique characteristics. The implementation of digital-based character education strategies involving families, schools, and communities synergistically is a preventive measure to prepare Generation Z to face the challenges of the digital era with a strong and principled character.

Abstract

This article discusses an institution that has long existed and has a very important role in Pontianak. Beginning with the study conducted at the home of H. Arif until the establishment of an institution called "Islamic University". Islamic educational institutions are institutions or places where the educational process takes place with the aim to change the behavior of individuals for the better through interaction with the surrounding environment. The change in question is certainly based on Islamic values. This study uses a qualitative method with a narrative approach that narrates and interprets the role of an Islamic educational institution from its foundation. Research Findings show that Islamic schools experience development and progress as Islamic education institutions in Pontianak and have challenges in dealing with invaders. Keywords: Perguruan Islamiyah, Institutions, Islamic Education

Abstract

Children with special needs require special treatment in developing their potential, but parents and educational institutions, including Islamic boarding schools, are not aware of it. This special treatment requires an educational model that can provide comprehensive services to children with special needs. Therefore, the educational model applied by educational institutions will determine the success of education. The accuracy of parents and Islamic boarding schools in understanding children, especially children with special needs, is the main key in determining  curriculum and educational model developed. One of the Islamic boarding schools that maintains and develops the potential of children with special needs is the Ainul Yakin Islamic Boarding School. This boarding school tries to develop the potentials of children with special needs appropriately and efficiently. This paper seeks to reveal and understand why the Ainul Yakin Islamic boarding school manages students from children with special needs?, How does Islamic boarding school classify students from children with special needs? This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Collecting research data by means of documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews. The research data were analyzed using the Miles and Hubberman model. This study shows that the Ainul Yakin Islamic boarding school views children with special needs as special pearls and. Second, Islamic boarding schools classify students into three groups, namely independent students, assisted students, and self-help students. Third, the education model in Islamic boarding schools is a practical-applicative education model, namely by students, from students and for students with the main activity is prayer.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk karakter dan akhlak peserta didik di Indonesia. Namun, dalam upayanya untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, PAI juga menghadapi tantangan untuk tetap relevan dan efektif dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai agama kepada generasi muda. Era digital yang semakin maju telah menghadirkan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) sebagai alat yang potensial untuk meningkatkan efektivitas asesmen pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan asesmen pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) di MTs Darul Jazil, serta mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI menawarkan kemampuan untuk memberikan analisis data yang objektif dan cepat, yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas evaluasi, mengurangi waktu koreksi, dan memberikan umpan balik yang lebih mendalam dan personal kepada peserta didik. Dampak positif ini memungkinkan pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang lebih responsif dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan individu peserta didik dan perubahan dalam pendidikan. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengungkap beberapa tantangan signifikan, seperti masalah etika dan privasi data, kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi, dan kemampuan pendidik untuk menggunakan AI. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, pelatihan guru yang intensif, pengembangan kebijakan privasi dan etika yang ketat, dan investasi dalam infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai sangat direkomendasikan. Dengan pendekatan yang komprehensif ini, MTs Darul Jazil dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan AI dalam penilaian PAI, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan biaya penambangan nikel laterit pada pit Tahisi 1 PT. Sultra Sarana Bumi. Untuk memaksimalkan kegiatan tersebut, maka diperlukan perencanaan biaya pengupasan lapisan penutup dan perolehan bijih agar mengetahui besarnya biaya selama proses penambangan. Data primer yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa waktu edar alat gali muat dan alat angkut berupa waktu penggalian bahan, pemuatan bahan, ayun mengisi , menumpah bahan, ayun Kembali kosong, serta waktu pengangkutan dan kembali kosong menggunakan analisis rimpull. Data sekunder yang digunakan yaitu peta lokasi penelitian, jumlah volume lapisan penutup dan bijih, data target produksi, kepadatan lapisan penutup dan bijih , data sewa alat, data biaya gaji, dan data biaya operasional alat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dimana dalam peleksanaan penelitian ini didukung dengan pengumpulan data dan menganalisis data sebelum dilakukan penulisan kesimpulan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan biaya yang baik serta kombinasai alat mekanis yang tepat dapat memperlancar aktivitas penambangan dan meminimalisir pengeluaran biaya. Total biaya yang digunakan untuk pengupasan overburden yaitu Rp 1.800.259.432 dan total biaya kegiatan ore getting yaitu Rp 7.724.373.984 menggunakan alat gali muat excavator Komatsu PC300 serta alat angkut dump truck Nisan CW260.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes in writing argumentation texts of SMA Negeri 5 Makassar students by using Kahoot gamification. This research is included in class action research. The data collected in the form of process data, including student activities and student argumentation text learning outcomes through the use of the Kahoot platform. The sample of this study were students of class IX.12 SMA Negeri 5 Makassar totalling 38 students.  The instruments used in this study included observation sheets of teacher and student activities, as well as student writing assignments. Data were collected at each stage of the research through tests, observations, and documentation. The data obtained were analysed using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the research in cycle 1 were only 18.4%, namely 7 out of 38 students included in the complete category with a score of 75 and as many as 81.6% or 31 out of 38 students included in the incomplete category. Whereas in cycle II, the percentage of students and the percentage of students who were not complete decreased to 11 students or 19.5% while the percentage of students who were complete increased by 68.9%. This shows that the use of Kahoot gamification succeeded in creating a more interactive, competitive, and fun learning atmosphere. So that it can increase student involvement in learning to write argumentation text.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of higher education services at Politeknik 'Aisyiyah Pontianak, an action plan was developed to close the quality gap between perceived expectations and expectations expected by students, as well as the characteristics of higher education service quality desired by students as service users. The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) model is the method used in this study to determine service attributes using the Servqual model. Three general information regarding students' desires, satisfaction, and expectations of service attributes were included in the distributed questionnaires.  In conclusion, from the data processing of twenty educational service quality attributes, there are six attributes that have gaps in educational service quality. These gaps are fast online and offline academic services, easy access to information related to academics, fast and accurate acquisition of academic information, adequate library facilities (the number of collections in the library), adequate Internet facilities (ease of access, browsing speed), complete and adequate laboratory facilities. The action plan for quality improvement is (1) Improving the Academic Service System, (2) Providing a special portal for access to academic information, (3) Improving Academic Information System Services, (4) Improving Library Facilities by adding amount book collections, e-books, e-journals etc., (5) Improving Internet Facilities by adding Bandwitch, (6) Improving Laboratory Facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan di lakukan Untuk mengetahuiPenerapan Tahlil Menurut Muhammadiyah dalam Sosiologi Agama di RT 001/RW 019 Negeri Batumerah Kota Ambon,dan Untuk mengetahui Upaya merawat Tahlil Menurut Muhammadiyah dalam Sosiologi Agama di RT 001/RW 019 Negeri Batumerah Kota Ambon. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yakni penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil data di lapangan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini di tentukan secara purposive. Informan yang di gunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini berlokasi di RT 001/RW 019 Negeri Batumerah Kota Ambon. Alasan memilih judul ini adalah dikarenakan masih masih banyak masalah dilokasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Penerapan Tahlil Menurut Muhammadiyah dalam Sosiologi Agama di RT 001/RW 019 Negeri Batumerah Kota Ambon yaitu Muhammadiyah tidak melaksakan tahlil yang di Larang itu orang tidak melaksanakan tahlil Sama sekali yang dilarang Muhammadiyah Maluku tahlil itu merepotkan keluarga, masyarakat Muhammadiyah Dari tahlilnya. Yang di larang dalam tahlilan yang dilarang ialah ucapacara yang dikaitkan dengan tujuh hari kematian, atau empat puluh hari atau seratus hari Apalagi harus mengeluarkan biaya besar, yang kadang-kadang harus pinjam kepada tetangga atau saudaranya, sehingga terkesan tabzir berbuat mubazir. Dan Upaya merawat Tahlil Menurut Muhammadiyah dalam Sosiologi Agama di RT 001/RW 019 Negeri Batumerah Kota Ambon yaitu Dalam upaya merawat Tahlil dengan melakukan pengkajian-pengkajian yang membahas tentang tahlil, halini yang di jaga, yang di larang membawa makanan dan berupa lainnya, yang kami jaga itu hanya pengkajian-pengkajian dalam muhamadiyah, dengan bacaan-bacan Al-Qur‟an, zikir-zikir, selawat dan doa.selain itu ayat-ayat tahlilan merupakan suatu penghormatan kepada orang-orang yang terlebih dahulu beriman dari mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI dapat mengikuti model pembelajaran abad 21. Abad 21 menuntut adanya transformasi dalam pembelajaran, termasuk materi ajar PAI guna memenuhi keterampilan yang dibutuhkan. Meteri PAI sangat luwes dan guru PAI memainkan peran penting dalam menyesuaikan dengan model pembelajaran abad 21. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Karena data diperoleh dari sumber bacaan berupa jurnal dan artikel. Hasil dari penelusuran dan pengumpulan data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa keterampilan abad 21 sangat diperlukan untuk kesiapan siswa hidup ditengah masyarakat. keterampilan abad 21 tidak dapat dicapai dengan model pembelajaran konvensional dan tradisional. Namun harus ada perubahan dalam model pembelajaran. Metode kolaboratif dan berpikir kritis, dua model pembelajaran dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran PAI. Model pembelajaran kolaboratif yang dapat digunakan oleh guru sesuai dengan keperluan dalam capaian pembelajaran. Metode kolaboratif juga dapat disandingkan dengan model berpikir kritis. Metode berpikir kritis juga mempunyai beberapa penekanan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru PAI. Terakhir, guru perlu terus berupaya mengembangkan keahlian, potensi dan kompetensi agar bisa suvive pada masa pengetahuan.

Abstract

The transformation of education in Indonesia towards the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045 is crucial in the context of character education, science, and technology within society. This transformation aims to shift the education system from being overly permissive without clear control to one that balances freedom and responsibility, guided by wise oversight. Technological advancements have reshaped learning methods in the digital era, making them more interactive and collaborative. Character education plays a vital role in shaping the nation's identity, emphasizing ethical values that should be taught from an early age through both formal and informal institutions. The Science, Technology, and Society (STS) approach integrates scientific knowledge with social issues, helping students connect learning with real-life situations. The vision of Golden Indonesia 2045 requires the younger generation to be not only intellectually intelligent but also emotionally and spiritually grounded, creating well-rounded and wise individuals. Thus, education is expected to shape a generation capable of facing global challenges and becoming the key to the nation's success in the future.
