Abstract

The expert’s study about integrated marketing communications for promotion and sales strategies ineffective business activities is the main objective of this study. We address the core gap here through a literature review that addresses integrated marketing communications in sales and promotions in every business. We found data from more than 50 articles on the economics of marketing and business communications in sales and promotion. After we found the data, we studied it comprehensively under the phenomenological approach to finding findings or answers that were valid and believed to be valid. Because this study was carried out during the implementation of public mobility restrictions, we tried secondary data with a search system with the help of Google Scholar on several scientific publications such as Google book, Taylor, Sagepub, and Elsevier. Based on the existing data and discussion of the results, we conclude that a successful integrated marketing communication will establish a core message, emphasize the competitive advantage, address the right target market, and adapt the message to suit supporting media channels. The message is essentially the same across platforms, but the delivery mechanism varies.

Abstract

This paper examines several economic business science literature papers related to halal labels in global business practices by studying several papers published in many well-known publications such as Emerald, Sagepub, Google Books, and Taylor & France. We obtained data through online searches, considering that this study was conducted during the implementation of the mass restriction policy to respond to the termination of the Covid-19 chain. Next, we examine the data by involving systems, coding, and evaluation. Before concluding, an in-depth interpretation is carried out so that the data findings correctly answer the problem. So we can conclude that the problem of halal labeling in business practice is that halal label certification is an issue that ensures the features and quality of a product that is recommended by Islamic rules through the Council of Ulama or Islamic scholars who allow the use of the Halal label. It is mainly applied to meat and other products such as milk, canned food, cosmetics, snack, and additives.

Abstract

Cases of theft of company assets by unscrupulous employees are a criminal offense. Theft of company assets with entry permit facilities causes losses for the company, not only loss of assets, but also other legal consequences in the form of administrative sanctions from the government for the loss of goods with entry permit facilities. This research aims to understand the legal consequences for companies that are victims of criminal acts committed by unscrupulous employees considering that the goods stolen are imported goods with import duties exemption facilities which are the company's responsibility to the government authority that provides these facilities (for example: the Investment Coordinating Board and Directorate General of Customs and Excise). Next, examine whether administrative sanctions for the loss of company assets with import duty facilities fulfill the principles of justice for companies that are victims of theft by unscrupulous employees. This research is a Normative Juridical research with a legal approach and the concept of examining laws, research results and books to find legal theories, principles and views in the process of obtaining answers which are the main subject of this research.
