Abstract

This study looks at how innovation and green marketing work together to drive economic and environmental sustainability. Companies face enormous challenges to maintain their competitiveness and adopt environmentally friendly practices in an environment that increasingly demands sustainability. This research looks at how this synergistic method can add value, reduce environmental impact, and strengthen companies in a market increasingly concerned with sustainability. This research uses a qualitative and descriptive approach. The research results show that despite several barriers, such as greenwashing, high costs, and lack of consumer awareness, this approach can be successful. However, with supportive policies, good consumer education, and increased access to green finance, this approach can be successful. The importance of cooperation between the private sector, government and consumers in creating an ecosystem that supports the transition to a greener and more sustainable economy. Companies can achieve sustainable economic sustainability while contributing to environmental preservation by adopting green and green marketing innovations in an integrated manner.

Abstract

English is a global language for communication, and it's essential to develop four critical skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. In writing, using the right words and sentence structure is crucial. This research analyzed the sentence structures in Stephen Crane's short story A Dark Brown Dog. The study employs a descriptive and qualitative approach to explore the roles of different sentence types within the narrative and their potential applications in writing instruction. The data for this analysis was derived from Stephen Crane's short story A Dark Brown Dog. The results showed that there are four types of sentences in the story. Out of 144 sentences, 69 are simple (47.22%), 11 are compound (7.64%), 51 are complex (35.41%), and 14 are compound-complex (9.72%). These sentence types can help teach writing.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant studies are crucial in scientific research or articles, as they serve to strengthen theories and explain the relationships or influences between variables. This article reviews the factors influencing the interest of applicants for the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) in Batam City. Optimizing applicant interest is highly expected by the organization to recruit high-quality human resources. Several factors influence the interest of applicants for the Indonesian Air Force. The purpose of this article is to identify these factors, and the findings indicate that; 1) Social media influences applicant interest; 2) The image of the Indonesian Air Force affects applicant interest;3) The recruitment process has an impact on applicant interest. This research is a literature study based on previous relevant studies, serving as a reference for future research in the field of human resource management to help organizations determine strategies and policies.

Abstract

The maintenance Depot 10 or what so-called Depohar 10 is a unit having the responsibility to conduct middle and heavy-level maintenance for all of aircraft TNI AU. In recent days, the task implementation, and the professionalism of Depohar personnel still could not be fully achieved as it is expected, so it requires research to study it. The research also describes the condition of the personnel capability, infrastructure and supporting equipment and also the integrity of the Depohar Personnel. Professionalism according to Longman (in Hasanah,2019) can also be interpreted as the behaviour, skills or qualities of a professional person. The research applies the qualitative and SWOT analysis, which has been formulated to be the selected called as diversification strategy as the result to implement the professionalism of the Depohar 10 Personnel. The result of the analysis is Strategy Diversification, meaning that the Depohar 10 organization is in a stable condition but faces a number of formidable challenges, so it is predicted that the institution will experience difficulties in carrying out daily activities if it only sticks to the previous strategy. Therefore Depohar 10 is advised to immediately expand its tactical strategy; so that the strategy will focus on using force to overcome the threats it faces. It is hoped that if this strategy is implemented, the professionalism of Depohar 10 soldiers can be realized soon.

Abstract

The research objectives are as follows to determine whether together the influence of Training and Work Professionalism on the Performance of Soldiers and Civil Servants at the TNI Historical Center. The sampling technique used in this study the author used Total Sampling technique or randomly All soldiers are the population and sampled as a whole. Based on the results of multiple correlation tests, it is known that the magnitude of the relationship between Training (X1), Work Professionalism (X2) simultaneously on the Performance of Soldiers and Civil Servants (Y) calculated by the correlation coefficient is 0.962. This shows a very strong influence. While simultaneously the contribution or contribution of the variables Training (X1), Work Professionalism (X2) to the Performance of Soldiers and Civil Servants (Y) is 92.6% while 7.4% is determined by other variables, not examined in this study. The intercept constant value of 42.983 can be defined that if the Training (X1), Work Professionalism (X2) variable increases by 1 unit, the Soldier and Civil Servant Performance (Y) variable will increase by 42.983. It can also be defined that the intercept constant value of 42.983 describes the performance of Soldiers and Civil Servants (Y) on average if the variables Training (X1) and Work Professionalism (X2) are 0 (zero).

Abstract

Hipertensi adalah tekanan darah persisten dimana saat tekanan darah sistolik diatas 140 mmHg dan tekanan diastoliknya diatas 90 mmHg. Hipertensi diklasifikasikan menjadi 2 jenis yaitu Hipertensi Primer yang penyebabnya tidak diketahui dan Hipertensi Sekunder yang disebabkan oleh beberapa penyakit antara lain penyakit ginjal, penyakit endokrin, dan penyakit jantung. Terkadang Hipertensi tidak ditemukan atau menimbulkan gejala klinis, akan tetapi tekanan darah terus menerus tinggi dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama dan hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan komplikasi. Karena itu, Hipertensi perlu dideteksi sejak dini yaitu dengan adanya pemeriksaan tekanan darah secara berkala. Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) adalah suatu wadah atau tempat yang diperuntukan sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatan yang bersumber daya masyarakat (UKBM) yaitu berfungsi untuk melayani masyarakat bukan hanya unit UKBM yang turut membantu tetapi juga lembaga swadaya masyarakat (LSM), serta lintas sektor pemerintah dan non-pemerintah, bahkan pihak swasta turut serta dalam melakukan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat di Posyandu begitupun dengan organisasi sosial dan lain – lain. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat dengan penyuluhan terkait hipertensi, dapat mencegah sebelum hipertensi menjadi masalah serius dan bahaya hipertensi yang tidak terkontrol yang dapat mengakibatkan komplikasi.Luaran yang sudah dihasilkan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah sudah dipublikasikan di berita lppm dengan link https://lppm.urindo.ac.id/, video kegiatan yang diupload ke youtube urindo dengan link https://youtu.be/RIpp3pHOK2k, Instagram prodi kesmas https://www.instagram.com/reel/CyPtWabPLMn/?igshid=MTc4MmM1YmI2Ng==. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplinkerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja anggota BAIS TNI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode survei dan analisis jalur. Populasi adalah 126 anggota BAIS TNI. Dengan simple random sampling dan rumus Slovin diperoleh 96 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Excell dan SPSS - 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja sebesar0,757; Disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja sebesar 0,182; Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,303; Disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,185. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,512. Implikasi, untuk meningkatkan kinerja anggota BAIS TNI, perlu meningkatkan kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis jalur. Populasi adalah 940 orang konsumen. Dengan teknik simple random sampling diperoleh 91 orang responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan Excell dan SPSS versi 25.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,281; Harga berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,544; Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen sebesar 0,247; Harga berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen sebesar 0,289; Kepuasan berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen sebesar 0,492.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, harga, kepuasan, loyalitas

Abstract

Road access is an important factor in the achievement of coal and OB transport targets. Therefore, transport activities must be accompanied by road conditions that are suitable to be used as production routes in accordance with the standards adopted by Bina marga and AASTHO. The purpose of this study is to determine the geometry of mining road and the supporting factor of smoothness and safety at PT. Jhonlin Baratama. The data used in this study are data of road haul road, radius and superelevation, cross slope and road slope. After this data is obtained then processed using software Minescape 5.7 to obtain the count of road length, road width, and elevation. MS Software. Excel to know the evaluation data of high difference, road grade, cross slope, radius and superelevation. Processed data were analyzed based on standards of Bina marga and international AASTHO to determine the feasibility of road geometry. From the results of study that has been done, it is known that the existing haul road already meets the minimum width requirement for a straight road that is 9 m for Hino 320 and 19 m for HD465-7. On the two-lane haul road and on the bend, for Hino 320 already meets the minimum width standard whereas for HD 465-7 it is necessary to add the width of the bend in segment C, F, G, H and I the width addition is intended to prevent dump truck waiting when passed. There are also some road segments whose slope exceeds the standard, which is 8% and does not have a cross slope that has the potential to cause puddles.

Abstract

The problem that is often faced in mining activities in open pit mines is high rainfall that can hamper mining operations. Mine Dewatering is a handling of mine water problems by removing water that has entered the mining area (by utilizing differences in height and gravitational force) through drainage channels to temporary storage ponds (sump). This system is commonly applied for handling runoff from rainwater. The purpose of this study is to find out the volume of water entering the mining front, analyze the ideal sump volume to hold runoff water and analyze the ability and duration of pumping to slice water that is in the sump. The average rainfall obtained from data for 2019-2022 is 81 mm/day. The calculation of planned rainfall is determined using a gumble distribution, the calculation of planned rainfall based on the repeat period over 2 years is 201,658 mm/day. Based on the results of the study, the average rain time was 11.97 hours, rainfall intensity was 6,572 mm/hour, runoff coefficient was 0.9 and the rain catchment area was 692,000 m2. So that the runoff water discharge that enters the sump is 4,093.04 m3/hour, the total volume of water entering the sump is 98,233 m3/day. The ideal sump volume to hold runoff water is 71,813.36 m3. The pumping discharge is 1,841.62 m3/hour, the length of sump drying time with an estimated pumping time of 20 hours/day is 9 days.
