Abstract

The research aimed to test the blended learning model in Indonesian higher education. To this end, a qualitative approach was adopted, employing a case study method to collect data. This method included in-depth interviews, observations, and a thorough document analysis. This research found that blended learning improves flexibility, engagement, and effectiveness. However, this improvement depends on two key elements. First, a good tech infrastructure. Second, lecturers skilled in using tech tools. We must, however, recognize obstacles that limit this approach's full potential. Impediments include, but are not limited to, disparities in internet access and a lack of training for lecturers to use technology. This study's insights can guide effective blended learning in higher education.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan masalah sentral dalam kepengurusan suatu organisasi. Maju mundurnya suatu organisasi, mati hidupnya organisasi, tumbuh kembang organisasi, senang tidaknya bekerja dalam suatu organisasi serta tercapai tidaknya tujuan organisasi sebagian ditentukan oleh tepat tidaknya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan dalam organisasi yang bersangkutan. Dalam dunia pendidikan pemimpin dituntut untuk memiliki tanggung jawab agar bisa menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai leader. Sebagai suatu organisasi dalam dunia pendidikan pemimpin memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan dan cita – cita pendidikan pada umumnya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengevaluasi penerapan digital learning platform untuk meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa di era digital. Di tengah perubahan lanskap pendidikan yang dipengaruhi oleh teknologi, motivasi mahasiswa menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan belajar. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan konsep-konsep dari teori motivasi, teknologi pendidikan, dan metode digital learning platform untuk merancang strategi pembelajaran yang berfokus pada partisipasi aktif mahasiswa. Pendekatan penelitian memadukan untuk memahami dampak penerapan metode digital learning platform terhadap motivasi mahasiswa. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode digital learning platform, seperti pembelajaran berbasis realita virtual, pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi, dan metode pembelajaran simulasi komputer dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi mahasiswa dalam belajar secara signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digital learning platform dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi mahasiswa, termasuk peningkatan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan keterampilan belajar. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara efektif, mahasiswa dapat mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik dan siap menghadapi tantangan di era digital.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to train and provide assistance to elementary school teachers in Pulau Beringin District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District (OKUS) in making web-based interactive learning media (MPI BeWe). Using the Technical Assistance method in the form of Training and Workshops which is carried out by providing training and workshops with steps: socialization, practice, mentoring, and evaluation. One of the obstacles to the development of multimedia learning media is the lack of mastery of ICT-based multimedia learning media development technology by teachers so the development of ICT-based multimedia learning materials is not optimal. Especially elementary school teachers in the Beringin Island District, South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency (OKUS). After carrying out this activity, it can be concluded that elementary school teachers in Pulau Beringin District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan (OKUS) Regency who were participants in the training and mentoring for the creation of BeWe MPI-based learning media (Web-Based Learning Media) succeeded in making learning media in the form of blogs. The implementation of the training has been able to achieve the expected goals, this can be seen from the tasks given to participants which can be completed properly.

Abstract

Evaluation of the improvement of the capability of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) is very important considering that APIP capability has a significant impact on strengthening the effectiveness of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) to realize good governance. The Sukabumi District Inspectorate was chosen as the object of research because it is one of 362 APIPs with a level below Level 3 from the results of the BPKP assessment in 2021. After using the new regulation, the APIP capability of Sukabumi District Inspectorate is at Level 3. This research used qualitative method with evaluation case study type. The evaluation framework refers to the new and old regulations related to APIP capability assessment. Based on the results of the comparative analysis of old and new regulations, it can be concluded that the new regulations on improving APIP capability are clearer and more systematic than the old regulations. From the evaluation results based on the new regulations APIP has not been able to reach level 3 as a result of its self-assessment. There are 3 topics that are not yet appropriate, namely supervisory planning, performance audits and compliance audits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the Yasinan tradition in MIN 4 Batang Hari contributes to instilling character values in students. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained through interviews with teachers and students, direct observation, and documentation of Yasinan's activities. The results of the study show that Yasinan activities are an effective means of shaping students' character, such as discipline, order, and other Islamic values. Teachers play a role model in guiding students, but there are several obstacles, such as lack of parental attention and the influence of social media that can affect student behavior. Therefore, synergy is needed between Madrasah and parents to optimize the formation of student character through sustainable religious activities.

Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the application of precision farming  technology in Tidal Land, Tanjung Baru Village, Muara Padang, Banyuasin. The study uses quantitative and qualitative approaches with field observation and survey methods and in-depth interviews. The population of the study was all farmers who manage agricultural land in Tanjung Baru Village. The research sample was taken purposively, namely farmers who have implemented or tried to implement precision farming. The number of samples was 30 farmers. Data collected included the use of precision farming technology, the obstacles faced and its impact on farmer productivity and welfare. In addition, the experience of farmers in implementing precision farming and identifying proposed solutions was also studied. Results of this study are that the majority of farmers in Tanjung Baru Muara Padang Banyuasin village were aged 41-50 years (46.7 percent), with an even level of education between high school, junior high school, and elementary school graduates. The largest land ownership is 3-5 hectares (53.3 percent). As many as 93.3 percent of respondents have implemented precision farming technology, with tractors and combine harvesters as the most commonly used technology. GIS  technology is used by 23.3 percent of respondents, drones by 10 percent, and plowing tools and machines and GRPS systems by 3.3 percent of respondents each. The main reasons for using technology are to increase farming productivity, reduce costs, and increase farming efficiency. Respondents want easy access to technology (50 percent), technical assistance (26.7 percent), and subsidy and financial assistance (20 percent). As many as 90 percent of respondents stated that they would continue to use precision farming technology in the future. More than 30 percent of respondents suggested assistance with precision farming tools and education and training, while 20 percent suggested the provision of water pumps. This indicates the need for comprehensive and sustainable support to increase the adoption of precision farming technologies.

Abstract

Penggunaan media LKS interaktif berbasis komputer, akan membantu peserta didik dalam pembelajaran matematika. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penggunaan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) Interaktif berbasis Komputer dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar tentang persamaan garis singgung, fungsi naik, fungsi turun dan titik stasioner dengan jenis-jenisnya, siswa kelas X1 IPA Plus-02 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar tentang persamaan garis singgung, fungsi naik, fungsi turun dan titik stasioner dengan jenis-jenisnya, siswa kelas X1 IPA Plus-02 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah kelas XI IPA Plus-02 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang semester genap (dua) tahun pelajaran 2008/2009 sebanyak 30 orang. Dalam pelaksanaannya terdiri dari dua siklus yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam dua kali siklus tindakan, penggunaan LKS Interaktif berbasis komputer dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X1 IPA Plus-02 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang semester genap (dua) tahun pelajaran 2008/2009. Peningkatan ini terjadi pada nilai rata-rata 6,33 pada siklus I menjadi 6,90 pada siklus II. Ketuntasan belajar dengan KKM yang ditetapkan 75 % juga meningkat, pada siklus I ketuntasan 73,33% menjadi 76,67 % pada siklus II. Respon siswa terhadap penggunaan LKS Interaktif pada pembelajaran matematika adalah baik. Dari hasil penelitian ini dalam pembelajaran matematika guru diharapkan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang bervariatif, inovatif dan memanfaatkan teknologi sehingga menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis komputer. Abstract

As part of their product marketing strategy, MSMEs receive digital marketing training aimed at expanding market reach and increasing consumer interest in the goods supplied. The limited reach of SME marketing, which needs a broader reach in orders for its products to reach customers, is what drives this study. Training, mentorship, and the use of media, including digital marketing, are therefore required. This study sought to ascertain if digital marketing (X3), mentorship (X2), and training (X1) may impact the growth of small, medium, and very small enterprises (Y) selling halal food goods in Selaparang District, Mataram City. 600 persons make up the population of this quantitative study, and 240 respondents from small, medium, and micro companies that provide halal food goods in Selaparang District, Mataram City, were chosen as samples using the Slovin method. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 25 was used to process the questionnaires that were sent and interview the respondents in order to collect data. The study's findings show that UMKM and UMKM in Selaparang District, Mataram City, significantly impact the growth of halal food items through training, mentorship, and digital marketing, indicating that H4 is acceptable. H1 is rejected because training has a negligible and minor impact on MSMEs' growth, but H2 and H3 are accepted because digital marketing's development and application have a substantial impact on MSMEs' development.

Abstract

Teori belajar merupakan kumpulan prinsip umum yang saling berhubungan dan penjelasan atas sejumlah fakta serta penemuan yang berkaitan dengan peristiwa belajar. Dalam teori belajar Barat, terdapat tiga teori yang populer yang salah satunya adalah teori behavioristik. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana teori belajar behavioristik? Bagaimana pula teori belajar akhlak dalam perspektif Islam? Serta bagaimana perbandingan dan sintesa teori belajar konvensional dengan teori belajar Islam? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Barat yang mempunyai worldviewsekuler-positifistik-materialistik, membatasi teori belajar pada gejala-gejala yang berkaitan dengan peristiwa belajar yang bersifat empiris-rasional-kuantitaif. Hal ini berimplikasi bahwa teori belajar behavioristik mereduksi manusia hanya terbatas pada mekanikal-pragmatis dan menjadikan individu berorientasi pada materi. Sementara teori belajar yang ditawarkan Islam, tidak hanya bersifat rasional-empiris, melainkan juga bersifat normatif-kualitatif. Terdapat teori belajar dalam Islam yang sepadan dengan teori belajar behavioristik, yaitu: 1) teori belajar akhlaq yang menekankan pada pembentukan tingkah laku, yang terdiri dari tiga model; taqlid (imitasi), ta’wid (pembiasaan), dan tajribah wa khata’ (trial and error). Meskipun demikian, tidak semua konsep teori belajar behavioristik itu bersifat destruktif atau bertentangan dengan Islam. Di sisi lain, masih terdapat teori-teori belajar yang tidak bertentangan dengan Islam, sehingga perlu diadakan sintesa. Dari sintesa kedua teori belajar tersebut muncul teori belajar terpadu yang selaras dengan idealisme Islam, yaitu kumpulan dari beberapa prinsip yang berkaitan dengan belajar yang bersumber dari alQur’an, al-Sunah, khazanah pemikiran intelektual muslim, dan mengadopsi teori belajar Barat yang relevan dengan Islam. Teori belajar terpadu ini memberikan implikasi pada proses pembelajaran yang holistik, efektif dan efisien.
