Abstract

Verbal stigmatization is part of the linguistic phenomenon. The effects of stigmatization can be felt in the near term and the future. However, stigmatization can negatively impact victims, so this phenomenon must be ended immediately. This study attempts to dissect the stigmatizing speech of highly educated women using Fairclough's AWK framework. The results of this study at the textual level found three types of speech: regulating, degrading, and cornering. The lingual form of stigmatization is found in the speech form ah, free, what, if, just, only, and only. In addition, it was also found that lingual expressions reflect stigmatization, namely in free speech “percuma dong” and “sayang banget”. The function of using the lingual form, based on the context of stigmatizing speech above, is to bring down mentally, influence negative thoughts, limit progress, and prohibit certain things. Furthermore, at the level of discursive practice from the five data above, there is an intertextuality between the discourse from the views of patriarchal and non-patriarchal societies. It shows that the stigmatization of highly educated women reflects patriarchal cultural thinking.

Abstract

Kurangnya informasi terakait keanekaragaman kupu-kupu di area Air Terjun Dlundung Trwasa Mojokerto, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan mengetahui kenekaragaman kupu-kupu di kawasan Air Terjun Dlundung Trawas, Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. Metode pengamatan menggunakan Visual Day Flaying dengan mengikuti jalan setapak pada kawasan, data yang diperoleh dari pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan analisis indeks keanekaragaman dan Kelimpahan Relatif. Didapatkan sebanyak 22 spesies dengan nilai H’= 2.61 dan FR paling tinggi yaitu Libythea myrrha, Letopsia nina, Taencia palguna, dan Papilio memnon. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diketahuia bahwa keanekaragaman kupu-kupu di kawasan dalam kategori sedang karena adanya dukungan faktor biotik dan abiotik.

Abstract

Jakarta State University has created a learning management system that aligns with the new educational paradigm in the digital age. The UNJ LMS enables lecturers and students to engage in asynchronous distance learning. To enhance the utilization of the UNJ LMS in the Education Management Study Program at the Faculty of Education, Jakarta State University, current research is focused on increasing its usage. The method used for this research is a case study, expert discussions, and interviews. Fishbone analysis, APKL analysis, and SWOT analysis were used for data analysis. The low utilization of LMS is caused by several factors, such as a lack of policy that mandates LMS usage by lecturers, suboptimal coordination among various parties, absence of an assistance team for the Study Program LMS, and low motivation to use LMS. The proposed solution to this issue is to establish a mentoring team for the Education Management Study Program lecturers to use LMS. Creative activities using the SWOT Analysis are also proposed, including consultations with the Study Program Chair and LMS Central Team regarding usage mechanisms, formation of an Assistance Team for LMS usage, socialization and delegation of tasks for the Assistance Team, creating a guidebook and video tutorials for LMS usage, providing LMS assistance, and monitoring and evaluating the results of LMS mentoring.

Abstract

Inclusive-based Islamic religious education is an innovative and strategic approach to preventing religious radicalism. Inclusive Islamic religious education is also a form of Islamic education reform that emphasizes anti-discrimination, tolerance and mutual respect. This study aims to determine inclusive-based Islamic religious education in preventing religious radicalism in Indonesia. A qualitative method with the type of library research, examines a variety of related data, originating from the main data sources as well as supporting data sources that have a direct link with the research. The data obtained were then analyzed by conducting content analysis. The results of this study are in the form of findings relating to the implementation of inclusive-based Islamic religious education in preventing religious radicalism, namely it is found that (a) the goals of religious education are ideological-absolusistic or oriented towards pluralist-inclusive (b) the curriculum of religious education is more oriented towards rigid laws and exclusive into a love-oriented curriculum that is inclusive (c) normative- textual material becomes normative-contextual (d) exclusive- doctrinaire educators become inclusive-moderate educators (tawasuth). (e) The textualist-scripturalist learning strategy becomes an objective-positive approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the context, input, process, and product of the interest and talent development program for students at SD Yasporbi 1. The research method was descriptive qualitative. This type of research is the CIPP model evaluation research. The focus of this research is the interest and talent development program for students at SD Yasporbi 1. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that (1) the context aspect is by the Extracurricular and P5 Technical Guidelines in Elementary Schools, namely the background of the extracurricular program, which is to facilitate and develop the potential, talents, and interests of students, as well as to grow the mentality and foster students' self-confidence. (2) The input aspect which includes planning, (3) The process aspect, the implementation of the extracurricular program includes program mechanisms, program implementation, management of infrastructure, manpower, and financing, (4) product aspect.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of social capital in the context of village head leadership using the social capital theory framework proposed by Robert D. Putnam. This social capital includes three main elements: trust, social norms, and social networks. This study is a case study involving several villages in order to understand how social capital influences the leadership quality of village heads. Data was collected through interviews with village heads, community members and local stakeholders. Data analysis was carried out by identifying and evaluating the level of trust in society, the social norms that guide the village head's behavior, and the social networks built by the village head in carrying out his duties. The research results show that social capital has a significant impact on the leadership quality of village heads. Village heads who can build and maintain a high level of trust in their community tend to be more effective in carrying out their duties. In addition, social norms that value integrity and transparency in leadership have a positive influence on leadership quality. Strong social networks also help village heads access the resources and support needed to overcome challenges This study provides in-depth insight into how social capital plays a role in the context of village head leadership and has important implications for the development of more effective leadership policies and practices at the village level. Future research could delve deeper into specific aspects of social capital that have a significant impact in the context of village leadership.

Abstract

Metro City has a number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) consisting of Muslims and non-Muslims. Muslim consumers are required in their religion to use only halal products, both processed and processed. Therefore, when searching or buying products, Muslim consumers pay attention to halal logos certified by religious authorities in Indonesia. With the need for halal products, business actors who are sensitive to halal business are also needed so as to affect consumer buying interest. With this, it is felt necessary to dedicate myself to my business to educate the understanding and awareness of business actors in Metro City. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods in community service with data collection techniques with questionnaires and interviews with Muslim, non-Muslim MSME business actors and the PSMTI (Paguyuban Sosial Marga Tionghoa Indonesia) community in Metro City. The result of this community service is that MSME actors and the PSMTI community are aware and understand something that is prioritized in determining behavior towards what they eat, drink and use. Halal awareness of products is not only limited to understanding the products contained in choosing raw materials, production processes, production cleanliness and knowledge of the products that will be produced by MSME actors are very important. MSME business actors are very aware and understand 45%, aware and understand 48% and 7% are not aware and understand. The level of awareness and understanding of halal certificates for Muslim MSME actors is very dominant, although there are some who do not understand halal certificates because of ignorance from MSME business actors about the importance of halal certificates. Non-Muslim business actors and the PSMTI Community are also aware and understand the existing halal products

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of halal labels, halal brand image, halal lifestyle, halal product quality, and halal awareness on purchasing decisions for MS Glow products. The population in this study are all consumers who buy MS Glow products. This research is included in explanatory research. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were 192 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results show that halal labels affect purchasing decisions, halal brand image influences purchasing decisions, halal lifestyle influences purchasing decisions, halal product quality influences purchasing decisions purchases, halal awareness affects purchasing decisions. The halal product quality variable has the most dominant influence in determining purchasing decisions for MS Glow products, therefore, companies are required to maintain and improve overall product quality in order to maintain and add consumers amidst very tight competition.

Abstract

Masalah lingkungan adalah berbicara tentang kelangsungan hidup (manusia dan alam). Melestarikan lingkungan sama maknanya dengan menjamin kelangsungan hidup manusia dan segala yang ada di alam dan sekitarnya. Pelestarian lingkungan hidup merupakan upaya sistematis dan terpadu yang harus dilakukan untuk melestarikan fungsi lingkungan hidup dan mencegah terjadinya pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan hidup seperti perencanaan, pemanfaatan, pengendalian, pemeliharaan, pengawasan, dan penegakan hukum. Tulisan ini bermaksud mengelaborasi pelestarian lingkungan dari sudut pandang hukum Islam dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Tulisan ini dimaksudkan sebagai upaya pengembangan wawasan keilmuan dan memberikan pemahaman terhadap masyarakat akan arti penting melestarikan ekologi untuk kebrlangsungan ekologi secara keseluruhan. Secara keseluruhan, tulisan ini akan mengurai tentang aspek hukum atas pelestarian lingkungan hidup, yang menitikberatkan pada kajian eksploratif; yaitu mengurai secara lengkap tentang pelestarian lingkungan hidup dilihat dari dua aspek yakni hukum Islam dan aspek yuridis (undang-undang). Data tulisan ini adalah data kepustakaan yang berkaitan pelestarian lingkungan, baik dalam perspektif hukum Islam maupun hukum positif. Pendekaan yang digunakan dalah pendekatan normative-empiris Berdasarkan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam perspektif hukum positif ditegaskan bahwapelestarian lingkungan hidup diadopsi dalam asas tanggung jawab negara. Negara menjamin hak warga Negara atas lingkungan hidup yang baik dan sehat. Hal ini menimbulkan konsekuensi bahwa setiap orang berkewajiban memelihara kelestarian fungsi lingkungan hidup serta mengendalikan pencemaran dan/atau kerusakan lingkungan hidup. Sementara dalam perspektif hukum Islam terdapat konsep-konsep pelestarian lingkungan hidup yang bertitik tolak dari landasan teoritis fiqh, yaitu teori ushul al-fiqh yang sudah direvitalisasi, yang menuntut manusia untuk menjaga dan melestarikan lingkungan.Environmental issue deals with life sustainability of human and nature. Preserving the environment means keeping the life sustainability of human and nature. Environmental preservation is a systematic and integrated effort to maintain the function of the environment as well as to prevent its contamination and damage. This could be reached through a good planning, utilization, controlling, maintaining, preserving, supervising, and penalization. This writing elaborates the discussion of environmental preservation viewed from Islamic jurisprudence and Indonesian legal system. This writing also aims at increasing the insight and understanding in order to preserve the ecology holistically. Above all, this writing provides the legal aspect of environmental preservation emphasizing the explorative study. That is to explore the environmental preservation from twoperspectives namely Islamic jurisprudence and legal law. This writing is a library research in nature. The approach used is emprical-normative one. The result of the researh shows that positive legal law states that the govenrment is responsible for the environmental preservation. The state assures the right of every citizen to have a good and healthy environment. Consequently, everyone has to preserve the environment and control its contamination and damage. Moreover, Islamic jurisprudence also calls for the revitalization and preservation of the environment.

Abstract

Salah satu syari`at islam yang diperintakan oleh Allah kepada manusia adalah perintah menikah, Pernikahan adalah suatu persekutuan hidup demi pengesaan hubungan seksual serta untuk mendapatkan keturuan atau anak dengan cara yang telah di syari`atkan di dalam islam. Pelatihan pra nikah merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan peneliti dari pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan potensi siswa-siswi dalam memahami pernikahan. Metode pembelajaran yang telah dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) yang didasarkan pada fakta dan data yang diperoleh di lapangan.
