Abstract

The politics of performance appraisal has a role in determining the accuracy of the performance appraisal and this can cause problems in organizations. This study aims to determine whether the politics of performance appraisal have an impact on job satisfaction and will ultimately have an impact on the turnover intention. The research was conducted on permanent non-civil servant lecturers in graduate school in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. The sample used was 56 lecturers. The results of the analysis using path analysis found that motivational reasons in performance appraisal politics did not have a significant effect on job satisfaction and the desire to stop working, while punishment reasons in performance appraisal politics had a significant effect on job satisfaction and the desire to stop working.

Abstract

Abstract: One of the advantages that must be maintained by a university is the quality of the lecturers it has. This study seeks to explain the effect of organizational commitment on the intention to change jobs in private college lecturers in Malang City, East Java. The choice of Malang city was done because Malang City is well-known in Indonesia as a student city that has many universities. This study uses a population of 794 lecturers spread over 20 private colleges in Malang City. Samples were taken as many as 89 people in a balanced manner and analyzed by regression analysis. The results from this study showed that there was no significant effect between organizational commitment and the intention to change lecturers' jobs. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai Work-Life Balance atau keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, keseimbangan waktu maupun keseimbangan kepuasan diantara hal yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi seorang karyawan. Analisis literatur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan database Science Direct untuk menyaring artikel yang diterbitkan tahun 2019-2023 melalui studi bibliometrik dan menghasilkan 412 artikel sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan dengan kata kunci yang digunakan seperti work-life balance, well-being. yang selanjutnya menggunakan Vosviewer untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan analisis Co-authorship, Co-occurrence dan juga Citation. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya terkait tema keseimbangan kehidupan kerja atau work-life balance.

Abstract

This study raises environmental and sustainability issues. This research consists of several parts. First, the literature review focuses on green marketing orientation. Second, the research model and propositions developed in this study are based on a literature review of previous studies, such as the relationship between green marketing orientation towards green innovation and green competitive advantage, the relationship between green innovation and green marketing performance and green competitive advantage, and the relationship between excellence. environmentally friendly competitive. Next, environmentally friendly marketing performance is explored and linked to environmentally friendly marketing performance. In the context of a green marketing orientation strategy, an important role of social marketing theory is that organizational awareness in producing environmentally friendly products is very important for building sustainable competitive advantages in the long term. Thus, this research also shows that environmentally friendly product innovation and environmentally friendly competitive advantages are important strategies for reducing environmentally friendly organizational behavior.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the effects of Proactive Working Behavior on the growth of  MSMEs, to analyze the factors that drive or hinder Proactive Works in MSMEs, to provide guidance and recommendations through the contribution to knowledge and scientific literature, and to measure the social and economic impact. Primary data collection is done through observation or observation. Secondary data is collected from scientific literature and research journals related to proactive behavior in developing  MSMEs. The method approach used to make conceptual is the qualitative approach to postpositivism and positivism with the degree of belief that there is a reality that happens to depend on our thinking that can be studied through scientific methods. Critical realism, however, acknowledges that the theory can be modified through proactive behavior in developing  MSMEs.

Abstract

This research discusses strategies to increase the number of visitors to the SME square in Kediri through benchmarking and collaboration between related parties. Kediri Square has undergone significant revitalization and facial changes to increase its appeal. Apart from being a tourist spot, Kediri Square is also used as an educational place. This research also highlights the importance of internal marketing strategies effective promotion, integration of local culture, and cooperation with related parties. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach to alun-alun SMEs Kediri city with observation and interviews. The research results show that developing attractive facilities, effective promotions, increasing security and comfort, and collaborating with related parties can increase the number of visitors. In addition, combining educational activities and promotion of local culture can also be an effective strategy. In its conclusion, this research emphasizes the importance of cooperation between local government, tourism actors and local communities in increasing the number of visitors to Kediri Square.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai penelitian kualitatif sebagai metode yang dipilih. Penelitian menerapkan metode kajian studi literatur, yang diperoleh dari meta data di website Scopus dengan kata kunci "qualitative research" dan "software". Kedua kata kunci diterapkan pada kriteria literatur meliputi rentang tahun 2018-2023, kategori artikel penelitian dan berbahasa Inggris. Hasil telaah pada 26 artikel meliputi perolehan data, program komputer yang digunakan, dan bagaimana tren penelitian kualitatif berdasarkan tahun dan software yang digunakan. Data pada penelitian kualitatif dapat diperoleh melalui Rekaman video, Pertanyaan terbuka, Forum online, Dokumentasi, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Literatur atau meta data, Observasi, dan Wawancara. Berdasarkan program komputer yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data secara kualitatif, diperoleh hasil meliputi Vosviewer, R-Project Program, NVivo, Leximancer, MAXQDA, QDA MINER LITE v 2.0.2, Geographic Information System (GIS), webQDA, CAQDAS, Gephi, dan ATLAS.ti

Abstract

This research aims to find out what leadership styles are applied by multinational companies in the era of globalization. This research method is a systematic literature review, the journal data source was taken from the ScienceDirect and Emerald Insight websites of 12 journals. The research results show that the application of leadership styles in multinational companies, several previous journal studies provide the argument that many companies use or apply a transformational leadership style that always strives to improve the development of the organization globally. Abstract

In the era of globalization with increasing connectivity and interdependence between countries, managing cultural diversity is the key to organizations doing business efficiently. The purpose of this article is to find out the importance of cross-cultural organizations in multinational companies. This research method uses literature review, with sources obtained from books and journals. The results of this study indicate that in the era of globalization there are company activities that involve individual employees who come from various countries with different cultures. This condition causes cross-cultural communication which can be beneficial for achieving the goals of multinational companies, and the importance of cross- culture is also very influential on the growth of companies in utilizing cultural diversity as a force to increase collaboration, innovation, and creative problem solving. Abstract

Advertising constitutes one thing that is important for marketing. Advertising allows a product or firm to be recognized by consumers or society. With advertising, a firm can inform about top products firm products. Social media has also become one of the most popular advertising media today. Almost all companies have advertising content on social media. However, such corporations shall also have care in advertising that will be publicized. The firm shall have moral accountability for its advertising. Ethics requires it in advertising that constitutes fringes for corporations. Ethics is about fairness and deciding what is right or wrong, about defining the practices and rules that underpin responsible conduct between individuals and groups. In the presence of ethics in advertising, a firm has a reputation in society that eventually will be impacted by the product or service that is marketed.
