Abstract

Panda village is a village that is rich in vegetable resource, so we are interested in doing data collection related to what things can build the potential of the village, there are so many things that must be developed in the panda village because of the potential that is owned by this, we provide information so that more people can know and can even see what potential the panda village has. This seaweed management activity as a regional specialty was carried out during the MBKM KKN-T activity for the Business Cooperative Management And UMKM in Panda Village. The aim of this service activity is to help create product innovations from local potential to help increase the income of the Panda Village community. Seaweed itself is one of the superior products of the local area which still lacks processing and knowledge of the benefits of seaweed itself. Seeing the existing opportunities, we developed seaweed such as seaweed sticks and conducted training on making attractive packaging with the aim of helping develop regional potential and increasing community creative businesses. collaborate with various parties.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Dividend Per Share (DPS) on the share price of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. The research method used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research is all of PT's financial reports. Indo Tambang Raya Mega Tbk. Since being listed on the IDX from 2007 to 2023, which is 17 years. The sample used in this research uses financial report data from PT. Indo Tambang Raya Mega Tbk. in the form of reports of net income, dividends and share prices, for 12 years from 2010 to 2021, the technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that (1) Earning Per Share (EPS) does not have a partially significant effect on share prices at PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. (2) Dividend Per Share (DPS) has a partially significant effect on share prices at PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. (3) Earning Per Share (EPS) and Dividend Per Share (DPS) simultaneously have a significant effect on share prices at PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk..

Abstract

In Javanese, sendiko means "I obey" or "according to", while dawuh can be interpreted as telling someone else to do an order. So, the meaning of sendiko dawuh is to obey or comply with orders from people who are respected because of their rank or knowledge. This research aims to: 1. Explaining the concept of sendiko dawuh in Ma'hadut Tholabah boarding school.  2. Explaining how to solve problems about sendiko dawuh. This research is an explanatory descriptive research with the method of presenting data, namely the method of listening (observation). Listening and observation here are carried out with the technique of simak bebas libat cakap (SBLC). Then the data is analyzed using qualitative methods with interview techniques. The results of data analysis are presented formally and informally. The results of the research show that there are various concepts of sendiko dawuh. Sendiko dawuh is not only to kyai, but also to people we respect such as parents, teachers, etc.

Abstract

Indonesia's ranking in the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) is always decreasing and the problem in the world of Indonesian education is that teachers have not been able to choose, maximize and implement learning models as adaptive learning techniques wisely. This learning pattern must be changed to focus on students (student center). This research aims to determine the effect of the flipped class learning model on the cognitive learning outcomes of students at SMAN 44 Jakarta. The method used is quantitative with an experimental approach. Data collection at SMAN 44 Jakarta, with students at class XI level. For class XI IPS 1 as an experimental class using the flipped class learning model and class XI IPS 3 as a control class using a conventional learning model. The data obtained came from pre-test and post-test scores with a data collection period of 3 meetings. Test the pre-requisites for data analysis using normality and homogeneity tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Independent Sample T-Test. The results show that there is a significant influence on the average learning outcomes of students in the experimental class from 39.44 to 75.27, while for the control class the score was 38.47 to 63.47. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence in using the flipped class learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of 3D Hologram Pyramid learning media on students' interest in learning about volcanism in class X at SMAN 54 Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, specifically a one-group pre-test post-test design. The sampling technique employed is random sampling, ensuring that all members of the population have an equal chance of being selected. The sample for this study consists of 36 students from class X-F. Data collection was conducted using a learning interest questionnaire administered before and after the treatment. The research instruments were found to be valid and reliable, and the data was determined to be normal and homogeneous. Based on the research results, the average score of the questionnaire after the treatment for the experimental class was 81%, categorized as "Excellent." Data analysis using the Paired Sample T-test revealed a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho) and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Therefore, the use of 3D Hologram Pyramid learning media has a significant effect on students' interest in learning in class X at SMAN 54 Jakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan PKM ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa Madrasah Aliyah Laboratorium tentang pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang aman, bersih, dan nyaman. Kegiatan melibatkan kolaborasi antara dosen dan mahasiswa FTK UIN STS Jambi dengan kepala madrasah/wakil kesiswaan serta 15-20 siswa. Kegiatan terdiri dari tiga tahapan: (1) penyampaian materi tentang pengertian, pentingnya, dan manfaat pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana, (2) sesi tanya jawab dengan siswa, dan (3) pemberian reward kepada siswa. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak siswa yang perlu lebih memahami cara yang baik untuk memelihara sarana dan prasarana di Laboratorium Madrasah Aliyah, terlihat antusiasme siswa dan peningkatan pemahaman yang baik setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini.

Abstract

The Real Work Lecture (Kuliah Kerja Nyata or KKN) at STIE Bima is a community empowerment activity carried out by students and Field Supervisors (DPL). This KKN program at STIE Bima took place from August 18 to October 18, 2023, in the Kolo Sub-District. It is undeniable that the Kolo Sub-District has natural potential that needs to be developed through tourism and marine resources by promoting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and creative industries to be more innovative. The method used in the implementation of the KKN at STIE Bima is through participatory approaches and community involvement in interactions and data collection with MSME actors at the Kolo Sub-District Office. The results obtained from this KKN program include the enhancement of the local community's knowledge in Kolo Sub-District in improving MSMEs and creative industries, thus creating new job opportunities for the community through the application of digital marketing and providing local tourism needs to attract both domestic and international tourists.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the education and coaching system at the Darul Istiqamah Islamic Boarding School in Makassar, as well as the role of Kiai and teachers in managing students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method involving interviews, observation, and documentation to obtain in-depth data regarding aspects of education in Islamic boarding schools. The research results show that the Darul Istiqamah Islamic Boarding School applies a holistic approach to developing the character and religious knowledge of its students. The role of Kiai and teachers is very significant in directing and guiding students through interactive and participatory teaching methods. In addition, this research identifies the challenges faced in the student admission process and in structuring their social life. The conclusion of this research confirms that the Darul Istiqamah Islamic Boarding School is committed to improving the quality of education while maintaining local religious and cultural values, as well as adapting to current developments. The existence of this Islamic boarding school not only contributes to religious education but also to the formation of the character of students who have noble morals and are ready to make a positive contribution to society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the social changes in the function of the Drop Daruet dance. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, data collection techniques using the stages of observation, interviews and documentation with the aim of examining social changes in the function of the Drop Daruet Dance. This qualitative study can be used to understand social changes in the function of the Drop Daruet Dance. The results of this study indicate that the form of social change in the function of the Drop Daruet dance at the Cut Nyak Dhien Banda Aceh Studio, which was originally a medium of education and a medium of preaching, has changed into a medium of entertainment for dance performances only and the function of previous cultural values ​​has shifted as a meeting of young people but now it is only as a dance performance for entertainment. While the factors that cause social change in the function of the Drop Daruet dance at the Cut Nyak Dhien Banda Aceh Studio are the rapid development of technology in the current era of Globalization, the mindset of society that continues to develop and is critical, and changes in the tastes of the younger generation. Social changes in the function of the Drop Daruet dance, namely as a medium of education and a medium of preaching, have changed into a medium of entertainment and a medium of performance. This has both good and bad impacts on society.

Abstract

:  The Middle East, a region steeped in religious history, is the birthplace of major religions such as Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. Religion profoundly influences the political and social order in this region, with Islam, as the majority religion, playing a crucial role in shaping state policies and political direction. The Iranian Revolution of 1979 was a pivotal event that reinforced the influence of Islam in politics. Subsequently, Islamic movements have impacted political changes, notably during the Arab Spring, which aimed to transition autocratic systems to democracy with varied outcomes. However, the region is also marked by long-standing conflicts driven by religious, ethnic, and economic interests, exacerbated by the discovery of abundant oil resources since the 1930s. Western intervention and local political dynamics have further complicated the geopolitical landscape, resulting in prolonged conflicts with global repercussions. This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, primarily relying on a literature review. The literature review involves analyzing relevant sources such as books, journals, and articles to identify key patterns and themes, providing insight into the region's problems. Historical analysis is also utilized to understand the evolution of theories and concepts over time. The synthesized findings offer a comprehensive understanding and propose alternative solutions to the region's challenges.
