Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience, motivation and competence on employee performance at Mee Macau Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative with secondary data. The sample in this study were 40 employees at Mee Macau Surabaya. The sampling technique used a population sample / saturated sample. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between work experience, motivation and competence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. And the calculation of F is known that Fcount = 51.784> F table 2.87 with a significance of 0.000 <alpha 0.05. Partially it is known that the variables work experience, motivation and competence have a significant effect on employee performance. After the t test (partial) work experience variable (X1) has t count 2.246> t table 2.02108 and from the motivation variable (x2) t count = 12.342> 2.02108 and from the competency variable (X3) t count = 2.058> t table 2,0218.

Abstract

Qibla direction is an important issue for Muslims, because facing the Qibla is one of the conditions for the validity of prayer. Scholars agree on the obligation to face the Qiblah. However, they differed in terms of whether what was demanded should be facing the ainul ka'bah (the building) or was it just the direction. In the 12th century H, the famous figure of the Shafi'i School at that time was Sheikh Muhammad bin Sulaiman al-Kurdi (1127-1194 H). He was the main teacher of Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad al-Banjari in the field of fiqh. In 1772 M, when Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad al-Banjari and his three friends returned from Haramain and then stopped by Batavia, he saw the mihrabs there were not facing the Kaaba . He argued that the mihrab should be aligned with the qibla by shifting 25 degrees to the right or north. At that time Sheikh Arsyad changed the Qibla of one of the mosques in Batavia, and then a commotion arose in the people of Jakarta, and received a letter of rebuttal from a sheikh of the congregation at that time Sheikh Abdullah bin Abdul Qohhar al-Jawi. This conflict involved the Governor General of the Dutch East Indies Petrus Albertus van der Parra (1761-1775) and a priest who was an astronomer Johann Mauritz Mohr (1716-1775). And in the end, Sheikh Arsyad's argument was accepted by all parties and the conflict ended peacefully, as documented in his story in the treatise "Mas-alatul Qiblah fil Batawi" written by Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad al-Banjari in 1772 M.

Abstract

Adab menuntut ilmu memiliki peran penting dalam pendidikan Islam, khususnya dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik. Rasulullah SAW menekankan nilai-nilai sopan santun, penghormatan terhadap guru, keikhlasan, dan tanggung jawab dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, tantangan modern seperti materialisme dan pengaruh media sosial sering kali mengaburkan niat tulus siswa dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji relevansi adab menuntut ilmu berdasarkan hadis Nabi dalam pendidikan dasar Islam. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur terhadap teks hadis dan literatur keislaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai adab, seperti penghormatan kepada guru dan keikhlasan, mampu mencetak peserta didik yang berakhlak mulia, cerdas intelektual, dan berintegritas moral. Kesimpulannya, nilai-nilai adab menuntut ilmu yang diintegrasikan dalam pendidikan dasar Islam dapat menjadi landasan strategis untuk menghadapi tantangan modern. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya prioritas pada penguatan adab dalam sistem pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Lansia (lanjut usia) merupakan fase terakhir dalam kehidupan manusia sehingga terjadi penurunan fungsi organ sehingga penyakit tidak menular banyak muncul salah satunya hipertensi. Hipertensi menjadi masalah umum tidak hanya di Indonesia melainkan juga di dunia, karena hipertensi adalah salah satu faktor risiko penyakit seperti jantung, gagal ginjal, diabetes dan stroke. Pengendalian hipertensi pada lanjut usia dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan untuk memahami, menyadari dan bersikap positif serta berperilaku yang tepat terhadap kondisi hipertensi yang dialaminya. Rendahnya pengetahuan lansia mengenai hipertensi dan diet hipertensi merupakan salah satu faktor yang akan berdampak terjadinya komplikasi. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pemberian penyuluhan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia terkait hipertensi dan diet hipertensi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Dukuh Patukan, Desa Ambarketawang yang merupakan wilayah kerja puskesmas Gamping 1. Penyuluhan ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Hasil evaluasi akhir dengan metode tanya jawab menunjukkan terdapat perubahan pengetahuan sasaran dari yang kurang paham menjadi lebih paham mengenai penyakit hipertensi dan diet hipertensi. Selain itu sasaran juga antusias mengikuti semua kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir dan aktif bertanya mengenai materi serta menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah sasaran yang mengikuti penyuluhan sudah lebih mengetahui mengenai hipertensi dan diet hipertensi.

Abstract

This research aims to describe thematic hadith regarding the influence of the environment on students in educational development at school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using a literature study method collecting data from interviews, documentation, and relevant journals. The analysis was carried out by comparing the results of previous research and identifying general patterns and gaps in the literature. From the results it was found that the thematic hadith about the influence of the environment on students in the development of education in madrasas has a big influence on daily life and the future. with the thematic hadith teachers are greatly helped by the objectives and integration of Islamic values ​​in the Thematic Hadith Curriculum regarding the Educational Environment.

Abstract

This research explains the nature of human potential (jism, fitrah, reason, qalb and nafs), development strategies and their relevance in contemporary education. Human potential should be understood as an important aspect to detail its characteristics which are then synthesized in the realm of education and development strategies that direct human potential accurately and precisely in the realm of contemporary education. This research aims: 1) To examine the nature of human resources (jism, fitrah, reason, qalb and nafs) by detailing their characteristics. 2) Examining strategies for developing human potential in Islamic Education philosophy. 3) knowing the relevance of human potential in contemporary education. Data collection methods include books and journals. The data analysis technique uses a deductive philosophical method by examining various sources by synthesizing from general to specific. The results of the research are in the realm of human potential: 1) jism helps channel one's character through physical strength, 2) natural innate nature is sacred or the value of the oneness of God, 3) reason is a process of critical thinking power with rationality methodology. 4) qalb the final filter process of the thinking process in other words self-purity. 5) nafs tends towards positive morals with proper and accurate control. The development strategy is through education, teaching, ta'dib and training. Meanwhile, the relevance of human potential is to produce integrated scientific curriculum products.

Abstract

Humans are endowed with various abilities to develop themselves, one of which is cognitive ability that allows individuals to learn and solve problems. Along with the increasingly advanced era, the development of human cognition always experiences changes that become important discussions, especially regarding the factors that influence it. One factor that has a major influence on the development of cognition is the environment. This is in line with the Social Cognitive theory put forward by Albert Bandura, which shows a reciprocal relationship between personal cognition, social environment, and behavior. In addition, the Qur'an as the holy book of Muslims, contains teachings that are also relevant to the Social Cognitive theory, especially in terms of the relationship between humans and the environment and behavioral development. This study aims to interpret QS An-Nisa' verses 69 and 140 through a comparison of the interpretations of Al-Mishbah, Ibn Kathir's Interpretation, and Al-Munir's Interpretation, and to analyze its relevance to Albert Bandura's Social Cognitive theory. The results of the study indicate that the verses describe the importance of a positive environment and its impact on behavior, which is in line with the principles of Social Cognitive theory. This study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of how Islamic teachings, as reflected in the Qur'an, are in line with Social Cognitive theory in shaping good individual behavior and managing environmental influences

Abstract

The world continues to experience very rapid development, especially in the digital world, but in addition to experiencing positive developments it is also a sharp knife in the negative direction, especially for children and adolescents, they become more preoccupied with things that are not useful than having to do useful things such as learning and reciting the Koran. This study aims to see what are the causes of the decline in children's interest in understanding Islamic religious education, and how efforts to increase understanding of Islam through afternoon recitation activities. This research uses a qualitative approach, with primary and secondary data sources, data collection methods are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the decline in children's interest in understanding Islamic religious education was caused by several things: the first is that children have been influenced by gadgets, causing them to be lazy to recite the Koran because they are too cool with social media which makes them forget about time and obligations. The second is the wrong association. They make friends with children who do not recite the Koran which causes them to also be lazy to recite the Koran because they are influenced by their friends. then the third is the lack of supervision from parents. Parents are the most important part in the growth and development of children, parents need to supervise children so that children do not get the wrong association and are not addicted to gadgets. Parents must be role models and must be able to manage and control children. Then the last is, the weak Islamic norms set in the family. The family becomes a madrasa, the first educational institution for children, if the family lacks an understanding of the importance of Islamic Religious Education, children will not be interested in learning religion.

Abstract

This study aims to examine, describe, and analyze the actualization of the Merdeka Curriculum in the PAI (Islamic Education) subject for fourth-grade students at Muhammadiyah Darussalam Gendeng Elementary School, Yogyakarta (in the context of Bloom's Taxonomy). This research employs a qualitative method with a field research type. The research subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique, specifically targeting the fourth-grade PAI teacher at SD Muhammadiyah Darussalam Gendeng Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis used by the researcher involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the actualization Merdeka Curriculum in the fourth-grade PAI subject, viewed through Bloom's Taxonomy theory, shows that the material meets the needs of students based on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The Merdeka Curriculum, as an essential aspect in achieving educational goals, aims to enhance students' interests and talents and stimulate the development of their morals/character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap tingkat penjualan, dengan fokus pada pengguna kendaraan berbahan bakar bensin dan listrik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden yang menggunakan kedua jenis kendaraan tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, yang pada gilirannya berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat penjualan. Selain itu, terbukti bahwa pada  X1 tidak berpengaruh dan X2 terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dalam hubungan antara tingkat penjualan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan harus meningkatkan kualitas produk dan memperhatikan kepuasan konsumen untuk meningkatkan penjualan, terutama dalam industri otomotif yang semakin kompetitif.
