Abstract

Abstrak Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran pengenalan edukasi urban farming pada lingkungan Paud As sa’diah 3 taman kanak-kanak. Edukasi Urban farming adalah metode pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dimana anak-anak belajar melalui eksplorasi, pemecahan masalah dan kolaboratif dalam menghasilkan sebuah produk. Dalam konteks taman kanak-kanak, edukasi urban farming berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan kognitif, sosial dan motorik anaksejak dini melalui pembelajaran langsung dan kegiatan praktek langsung di lapngan cara mencampr media ,mengenal jenis-jenis sayuran dan cra menanam dan merawat tanaman. Pelatihan iedukasi urban farming ni dikembangkan untuk guru,orang tua dan kanak- kanan paud usia dini, dengan pemahaman teoritis tentang edukasi urban farming, metode perencanaan edukasi urban farming yang disesuaikan dengan perkembangan anak, serta strategi pelaksanaan kelas yang kreatif dan efektif. Pendidik dilatih untuk merancang program yang terhubung dengan kurikulum Paud As-sa’diah 3, melakukan pembelajaran berbasis produk, menilai kemajuan anak-anak dalam berpikir kritis, komunikasi dan keterampilan bekerja sama. Harapannya, pengabdian pelatihan ini dapat membantu para guru menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menarik dan bermakna bagi anak-anak, mendorong kreativitas, rasa ingin tahu, dan semangat belajar. Hasil pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan anak paud As sa’diah 3 melalui penerapan edukasi urban farming yang efektif dan berkelanjutan pada lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

The rise of modern lifestyles has encouraged the development of various ready-to-eat products that are practical and value-added. Bose corn is a traditional food from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) that has excellent potential to be instantized to overcome the constraints of long processing time. This study aims to analyze the technical and financial feasibility of instant Bose corn production as a local food innovation effort. The study was conducted in South Central Timor District using a case study approach with primary data through interviews and observations, and secondary data from related literature. The technical analysis showed that local raw materials are available with the potential for optimization through partnerships with farmers. The financial analysis showed a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp 95,219,988 (>0), an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 13.94% (>12%), and a Payback Period of about 5 months, making it feasible to implement. In conclusion, the idea of instant Bose corn production is worth developing as an economically valuable and potential local food product innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan persepsi mahasiswa berkaitan dengan pentingnya internalisasi pendidikan karakter di perguruan tinggi agama Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di prodi PGMI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa semester 4 prodi PGMI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara. Model analisis data yang digunakan peneliti menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yang terdiri dari tiga alur yakni kondensasi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menganggap bahwa internalisasi pendidikan karakter di perguruan tinggi sebagai suatu yang masih relevan untuk dilaksanakan. Pendidikan karakter dalam pendidikan tinggi lebih menekankan pada pendidikan nilai, pendidikan budi pekerti, pendidkan moral atau pendidikan akhlak yang tujuannya mengembangkan kemampuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dominasi oligarki partai politik terhadap dihapusnya sistem Presidential Threshold dalam pemilihan presiden di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konsep dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Pendekatan analisis kualitatif menjadi pilahan untuk mendapatkan penarikan kesimpulan secara deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pandangan teori oligarki sipil, sistem kekuasaan elit politik interdepedensi terhadap partai politik di Indonesia sehingga merusak sistem demokrasi yang adil dan berkualitas. Fakta ini dapat dibuktikan kemampuan oligarki untuk menentukan keputusan dan kebijakan publik yang berdampak terhadap jalannya demokrasi pemilihan presiden di Indonesia. Tidak jauh berbeda dengan teori oligarki penguasa yang memegang kendali kekuasaan politik yang memiliki implikasi kecenderungan untuk menyalah gunakan kekuasaannya demi kepentingan pribadi dari pada kepentingan rakyat. Dihapusnya Presidential Threshold dalam pemilihan presiden merupakan langkah progresif demokratisasi di Indonesia karena tidak ada lagi diskriminasi terhadap partai-partai kecil yang tidak mencukupi ambang batas untuk mengusung calon Presidennya. Dalam perspektif lain, tanpa adanya ketentuan Threshold negara Indonesia harus siap dengan pembenahan pembaharuan regulasi untuk mencegah terjadinya implikasi negatif seperti dominasi oligarki partai politik yang akan semakin menguat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah, dominasi oligarki partai politik sama sekali tidak menutup rapat pergerakan oligarki dalam pergelaran demokrasi. Oligarki partai politik akan mendominasi karena tidak adanya pengaturan Threshold. Implikasi positif yang dapat menjadi pegangan adalah menghadirkan pemilihan umum presiden yang lebih inklusif dan kompetitif. Implikasi negatif yang menjadi perhatian khusus terletak pada potensi terganggunya stabilitas pemerintahan apabila partai minoritas mampu memenangkan kontestasi pemilihan Presiden serta terjadinya polarisasi yang akan menjadi konflik horizontal di tengah-tengah masyarakat pada pemilihan presiden tahun 2029.

Abstract

This article aims to formulate a collaborative theory of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) that can systematically and sustainably strengthen religious moderation in educational institutions. In the context of Indonesia's religious and cultural diversity, religious moderation is essential for fostering a harmonious and just society. This study employs a literature review method with a theoretical approach, analyzing concepts such as wasathiyyah, moderate Islamic values, and educational policies. The findings reveal that the implementation of religious moderation in education can be achieved through integrating tolerance values into the curriculum, optimizing inclusive teaching methods, teacher training, and evaluating students’ attitudes. The proposed collaborative IRE framework emphasizes the integration of Islamic, national, and socio-cultural values, while promoting key principles such as honesty, openness, compassion, and flexibility. Consequently, educational institutions serve as strategic spaces for shaping a generation that is moderate, tolerant, and capable of living peacefully in diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of authentic assessment in transforming students' religious competence in Islamic Education (PAI) subjects. The primary focus of the study is directed at implementing evaluation techniques that transcend cognitive boundaries toward the internalization of students' spiritual values at MTs Nur Rahma, Bengkulu City. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study type, where data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with PAI teachers, and portfolio documentation of 8th-grade students. The results indicate that the use of performance-based assessment, projects, and self-assessment instruments significantly captures the development of students' morality and ritual skills precisely. The transformation of religious competence is evident in the increased awareness of independent worship and academic integrity, which are more stable compared to conventional evaluation models. The main challenge identified is the administrative burden on teachers; however, madrasa policy support and parental involvement are key supporting factors for the success of this system. This study concludes that authentic assessment is a vital instrument in realizing holistic and contextual Islamic education within the madrasa environment.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the challenges faced by Thai students and the strategies they employ in Indonesian language learning in the BIPA program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS), where English is used as a Medium of Instruction (EMI). The increasing use of EMI in multilingual educational settings has created both opportunities and challenges for international students who are learning a new language through another foreign language. The research focuses on analyzing the types of learning difficulties students experience when EMI is used as the instructional language and the factors contributing to these challenges. A qualitative case study research methodology was employed, collecting data through semi-structured interviews and classroom observations with five Thai students participating in the BIPA program. The interviews were conducted to explore students’ perceptions of their learning experiences, while classroom observations were used to examine how students interacted with the lecturer and responded to EMI during classroom activities. The result indicated that students faced language challenges including limited English language proficiency, difficulty processing multiple languages simultaneously, and difficulty understanding explanations from English-speaking instructors. Classroom observations also revealed that students frequently used online translation tools and sought peer assistance to better understand lessons. In several situations, students relied on their classmates to clarify instructions and translate unfamiliar vocabulary into their native language. Despite these challenges, students developed various learning strategies such as using translation applications, collaborating with peers, and self-studying vocabulary. These strategies demonstrate students’ ability to adapt to a multilingual learning environment and actively manage their language learning process. These findings suggest that while EMI may create language barriers in multilingual classrooms, appropriate teaching strategies and peer support can help students cope with these challenges and enhance their learning experiences in the BIPA program.

This study discusses the implementation of multicultural Islamic religious education in PAI learning at MAN Seluma Bengkulu Province . Multicultural as a perspective can be a solution to mutual acceptance of differences, open to each other and maintain inter-religious harmony. This research aims to reveal How implementation multicultural values at MAN Seluma Bengkulu Province . In this study, the type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Processed data obtained through observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the implementation of multicultural values at MAN Seluma, Bengkulu Province is carried out in various stages, both the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage

Abstract

This study explores the concepts of celestial science education within the work of Muhammad Yunus bin Abdullah, a lesser-known Falak scholar in Indonesia, particularly in East Java, and his book "Risālatil Qamaraīn Fī Ijtimā’in Nayyiraīn." Classified as Taqribi Hisab Hakiki, the book undergoes an extensive content analysis, involving a literature review and qualitative interviews with celestial science experts. The findings indicate that the book "Wasīlah Al Mubtadi’īn Fī Tarjamati Risālatil Kamaraīn Fī Ijtimā’in Nayyiraīn" presents a comprehensive approach to learning celestial science, covering fundamental concepts, intricate calculations of the lunar month initiation, and detailed explanations of astronomical phenomena. Utilizing classical Arabic terms explained in Javanese Arabic (pego), the book maintains a connection with traditional celestial science while ensuring local accessibility. Emphasizing the disparities between sidereal and synodic months, the text integrates practical applications of arithmetic and trigonometric principles. Notably, acknowledging multiple sources indicates a broad approach to celestial science education, and the inclusion of practical information fosters a balance between theoretical and applied knowledge, aligning the study with both classical and modern perspectives in celestial science.
