This development research aims to develop, test the validation, practicality and effectiveness of e-modules in improving students' critical thinking skills for plant physiology courses. The material used in the implementation stage focuses on the material of Nutrition and Nutrient Transport in Plants. The method used Research and Development (R&D) development using the Lee & Owens model development design. The research was conducted at the State University of Malang on students majoring in biology education semester 3 totaling 33 experimental class students and 33 control class students. The results obtained from material validation are 100% with very valid criteria. Furthermore, media validation is 95.47% with very valid criteria, practitioner validation with a percentage value of 97.27% with very valid criteria. Practicality test averaged 96% including very practical criteria. The effectiveness test was obtained through the e-module implementation stage with the Nonrandomized Control-Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design using the N-gain score calculation which was 0.70 with high criteria on experimental class. 0.29 for control class which was on low criteria. Based on the test results that have been carried out, the development of e-modules based on Problem-based learning in critical thinking skills is said to be valid, practical, and effective in improving students' critical thinking skills.

21st century education must be adapted to the demands of the times so that students are able to compete in the future. One of the 21st century skills needed in learning is critical thinking. Learning that supports critical thinking skills is the problem-based learning model (PBL). The problem-based learning model can have a significant effect on critical thinking skills. Students are required to have critical thinking skills to be able to compete competitively. One of the innovations in biology learning is the development of e-module of Substance Transport and Exchange Process to train students' critical thinking skills. This e-module development uses the ADDIE development model. The e-module of the Substance Transport and Exchange Process after being validated obtained a very valid validity, namely the results of media validation obtained an average of 95.5% with a very valid category, the results of material validation were 100% with a very valid category. The results of practicality are very practical, namely individual trials (one to on trial) obtained an average of 82.22% with a very practical category, small group trials obtained an average of 86.26% with a very practical category, practicality of biology education practitioners obtained an average of 100% with a very practical category. Effectiveness test to improve students' critical thinking skills. The average result of each indicator of critical thinking skills pretest is 35.86 and posttest is 59.78 which indicates an increase in students' critical thinking skills with N-Gain results of 0.3 with moderate effectiveness category. Data on the percentage of PBL model implementation showed an average value of each stage carried out of 91.7% with a very implemented category.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Waroeng Special Sambal customers in West Jakarta. The variables used in this study are product quality and service quality as exogenous, and customer satisfaction as endogenous. The sample selection used probability sampling methodwith incidental sampling technique and the sample in this study were 120 respondents who were customers of Waroeng Special Sambal in West Jakarta. The data processing method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using IBM AMOS 22 software.The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with an estimated value of 0.302, where these results prove that food and beverage products at Waroeng Special Sambal produce satisfaction from their customers. Then the following results show that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with an estimated value of 0.503, where these results prove that the services provided by the employees or the Waroeng Special Sambal facilities have resulted in satisfaction from their customers.

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the effect of online mass media literacy on civic engagement of student activists in the political field. This type of survey research with a quantitative approach. The population was 651 students and a sample of 90 students. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and simple regression. Online mass media literacy has a significant and positive influence on civic engagement in politics. The results of data analysis show the value of t-count is greater than the t-table (10,332>1,986). The significance value is smaller than alpha (0,000 <0.05). The contribution of Mass Media Online Literacy to Civic Engagement in politics in student activists was 54.8%, while the rest was influenced by other factors.

This study aims to produce STEM-integrated PBL learning tools on Ecosystems and Environmental Change material that are valid for training students' critical thinking and communication skills. Development of learning tools using the ADDIE model. The validation results of the learning tools developed were stated to be very valid based on the average rating of the learning design expert validators and field practitioners. The results of the paired t-test showed that there were differences in the mean scores of the pre-test and post-test student’s critical thinking skills. The average score for each aspect of students' communication skills is included in the good criteria. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that PBL learning tools can help train students' critical thinking and communication skills.

ABSTRACT Background: Obesity is such a growing problem globally that an anesthesiologists must be good at regulating the management of their airway difficulties, in this review it is discussed whether the position of ramped laryngoscopy or sniffing is better for tracheal intubation which is still unclear. Objective: This review aims to determine the efficacy of tracheal intubation in the ramped or head up position and the supine or sniffing position mainly in patients who have indications of intubation difficulties in obese patients. Methods: The authors conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials to compare the ramped position with the sniffing position for tracheal intubation. We searched the Pubmed, Science Direct, Google Scholar, and the World Health Organization Clinical Trial Registration Platform until June 2022. The authors also conducted searches through citations by including randomized controlled trials, trials of participants requiring tracheal intubation in any setting, and those that compared tracheal intubation in ramped and sniffing positions, head up, and supine. Conclusion : This systematic review, which includes all available RCTs at two intubation positions, shows there are significantly beneficial benefits of a ramp position or head up position rather than a sniffing position or supine position. Thus, more research is needed to identify the advantages of one of these positions for trachea intubation especially in individuals with obesity as well as indications of intubation difficulties. Keywords : Obesity; Position; Intubation Abstrak Latar belakang: Latar Belakang: Obesitas merupakan masalah yang berkembang secara global sehingga seorang ahli anestesi harus pandai mengatur tatalaksana kesulitan jalan nafasnya, dalam review ini dibahas apakah posisi ramped laryngoscopy atau sniffing lebih baik untuk intubasi trakea yang masih belum jelas. Tujuan: Review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efikasi intubasi trakea pada posisi ramped atau head up dan posisi supine atau sniffing terutama pada pasien yang memiliki indikasi kesulitan intubasi pada pasien obesitas. Metode: Penulis melakukan kajian sistematis dan meta-analisis uji klinis acak untuk membandingkan posisi ramped dengan posisi sniffing untuk intubasi trakea. Kami menelusuri database Pubmed, Science Direct, Google Scholar, dan Platform Pendaftaran Uji Klinis Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia hingga Juni 2022. Para penulis juga melakukan pencarian melalui kutipan dengan memasukkan uji coba terkontrol secara acak, uji coba peserta yang membutuhkan intubasi trakea dalam pengaturan apa pun, dan yang membandingkan intubasi trakea dalam posisi menggenjot dan mengendus, kepala tegak, dan terlentang. Kesimpulan : Tinjauan sistematis ini, yang mencakup semua RCT yang tersedia pada dua posisi intubasi, menunjukkan bahwa ada keuntungan yang signifikan dari posisi ramp atau posisi head up daripada posisi mengendus atau posisi terlentang. Dengan demikian, penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi keuntungan dari salah satu posisi intubasi trakea ini terutama pada individu dengan obesitas serta indikasi kesulitan intubasi. Integrasi teknologi dalam organisasi meningkatkan pertukaran informasi yang membuat organisasi lebih rentan terhadap serangan siber. Laporan Publik Hasil Monitoring Keamanan Siber Bulan April 2023 Badan Siber dan Sandi negara (BSSN) menyatakan terdapat 27.476.788 anomali trafik dan tertinggi adalah malware sebanyak 14.235.050. Serangan cyber juga dialami oleh PT Meshindo Jayatama yang memiliki data informasi penting sebagai aset dalam mendukung kegiatan usahanya. Hasil wawancara dengan Presiden Direktur dan Manager Teknologi Informasi (TI) PT Meshindo Jayatama menyatakan bahwa telah terjadi serangan seperti Phishing dan Malware sebanyak 26 kali ditahun 2023. Dengan adanya serangan malware yang mengakibatkan terinfeksinya dokumen laporan perusahaan dan kerugian finansial yang disebabkan oleh faktor kelalaian sumber daya manusia, menjadi pertimbangan perlu untuk dilakukan pengukuran kesadaran keamanan informasi dan mengetahui area yang perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data yang disusun berdasarkan Human Aspects of Information Security Questionnaire (HAIS-Q) dengan kerangka kerja Knowledge Attitude Behavior (KAB) dan penskalaan prioritas menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil pengukuran kesadaran keamanan informasi pegawai PT Meshindo Jayatama berada dilevel “baik” dengan nilai 83,40%. Dari pengukuran tersebut, diketahui terdapat fokus area pada level “sedang” yaitu penggunaan perangkat mobile dan pengelolaan password. selanjutnya, Peneliti memberikan saran untuk diselenggarakan program pelatihan keamanan informasi dengan media yang menarik dan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan perlu diterapkan atau diperbaharui seluruh kebijakan terkait keamanan informasi perusahaan.

Kegiatan pelatihan manajemen akreditasi sekolah merupakan bagian dari respon terhadap keberlanjutan penilaian mutu pendidikan secara periodik, konsisten, dan terus menerus. Tujuan pelatihan adalah untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan terhadap akreditasi sekolah/madrasah. Subjek pelatihan ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, serta tenaga kependidikan di SD Islam Hasanka Palangka Raya dan MTs Terpadu Berkah Palangka Raya. Pelakanaan pelatihan dilakukan secara klasikal secara tatap muka. Penyampaian materi juga difokuskan pada penilaian sekolah atau madrasah untuk memenuhi standar yang lebih substantif. berbasis IASP-2020 dan dibuat dengan fokus pada 4 (empat) komponen penilaian: kualitas lulusan, proses pembelajaran, kualitas guru, dan manajemen sekolah atau madrasah. Dengan pelatihan yang didapatkan, peserta dapat memahami materi pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan persiapan akreditasi sekolah/madrasah, menambah wawasan peserta pelatihan terhadap akreditasi sekolah/madrasah. Dengan materi yang disampaikan peserta mampu menerapkan manajemen akreditasi sekolah dan mempersiapkan akreditasi sekolah berdasarkan tagihan instrumen penilaian akreditasi sekolah/madrasah, peserta juga antusias mengikuti pelatihan sehingga memerlukan kegiatan yang berkelanjutan

Banana plants are a vital agricultural commodity in Indonesia, but Fusarium wilt disease (Fusarium oxysporum) significantly hampers production. This research aims to improve the quality and resilience of vegetative banana seedlings by selecting superior seedlings and vegetative propagation techniques such as budding, shoot cutting, and tissue culture management. The research used a randomized complete block design (RCBD) factorial with a combination of two factors, namely the addition of IBA and biological agents, with nine treatment combinations and three replications. IBA treatment significantly affected the initial emergence of shoots and leaf area, with the best result from treatment Z2 (IBA concentration of 1.5 g/l). The biological agent factor treatment significantly affected plant height, lower stem diameter, number of leaves, and hypothetical vigor index, with the best value shown by treatment B1. The use of IBA and biological agents can optimize the quality and resilience of vegetative banana seedlings, aiding farmers in enhancing the productivity and quality of agricultural products sustainably.

The tendency of Natural Science Learning, especially biology today is students only studying biology as a product, memorize concepts, theories and laws. Facts in the field also found that teachers have not empowered the students' potential. Consequently metacognitive skills, cognitive learning outcomes, and low student retention. It takes a learning model that can improve and empower the students' potential. The application of Reading Questioning Answering learning strategies combined with Think Pair Share may increase metacognitive skills, cognitive learning outcomes, and student retention.This study used a quasi-experiment approach (quasi experimental) with a design of non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The research was conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2014/2015 at the high school level in the city of Ambon. The application on the three schools was as follows: SMA N 4 Ambon: RQA, SMA N 5 Ambon: RQA combined with TPS, SMAN 14 Ambon: conventional.The results showed that there is influence of RQA combined with TPS learning model against metacognitive skills, there is the influence of RQA combined with learning model of TPS against cognitive learning outcomes, but there is no influence of RQA combined with learning model of TPS on the retention of students.
