Abstrak. Kehidupan abad 21 menuntut pendidikan untuk meningkatkan beragam keterampilan diantaranya berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi. Berdasarkan beberapa literatur menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi siswa indonesia masih berada pada kategori rendah. Problem Oriented Project Based Learning (POPBL) merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan bebeberapa keterampilan abad 21. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model POPBL terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi siswa. Jenis penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimental (eksperimen semu) dengan desain penelitian pretest posttest non-equivalent control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X-B sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran POPBL dan kelas X-C sebagai kelas kontrol dengan diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran PBL. Keseluruhan Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan ANAKOVA (Analysis of Covariance). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Oriented Project Based Learning (POPBL) berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan keterampilan komunikasi. Sekolah dapat menggunakan POPBL sebagai model pembelajaran baru untuk meningkatkan kegiatan pembelajaran dan memberi siswa keterampilan yang sesuai dengan era modern. Abstract. Life in the 21st century demands education to improve various skills, including creative thinking and communication skills. Some studies show that Indonesian students' creative thinking and communication skills are still in the low category. Problem-oriented project-based learning (POPBL) is a learning method that can improve several 21st-century skills. This research aimed to investigate the influence of the POPBL model on students' creative thinking and communication skills. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group, namely, a pretest-posttest research design. The sample in this study was class X-B as an experimental class treated with the POPBL learning model, and class X-C as the control class treated with the PBL learning model. The data obtained were then analyzed statistically by testing the hypothesis using analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The results showed that the Problem-oriented project-based learning (POPBL) model affected creative thinking and communication skills. For this reason, schools can use POPBL as a reference for new learning models to improve learning activities and student skills relevant to the 21st century.

This study aims to explore the influence of celebrity credibility in the context of celebrity endorsement on the formation of brand love and the role of friendship in moderating this relationship. Quantitative research methods were used, involving online surveys and structured interviews with consumers who have experience with brands that involve celebrity endorsements. Purposive sampling with a final 95 respondents participating in this research. PROCESS V3.5 for SPSS was chosen to analyze and test the hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that celebrity credibility has a significant influence on increasing brand love, and social influence plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between celebrity credibility and brand love. The practical implications of this study are the importance of selecting credible celebrities and using social interactions in marketing strategies to strengthen consumers' emotional ties to brands.

Purpose This study investigated the relationship between work-life balance (WLB), burnout, and job satisfaction, examining the mediating role of burnout. The study aimed to understand how effective WLB contributes to reduced burnout and increased job satisfaction, using the Conservation of Resources (COR) theory as a framework. Methodology The methodology involved a sample of 146 employees from two companies in Jakarta, utilizing stratified proportionate random sampling. Using MacroPROCESS for SPSS model no 4 to analyze the hypoyheses. Findings The results demonstrate that a positive work-life balance significantly reduces burnout levels, which in turn enhances job satisfaction. Furthermore, the study reveals that burnout mediates the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction. Suggestion The findings suggest that organizations should prioritize strategies and initiatives that promote work-life balance to mitigate burnout and foster higher levels of job satisfaction among their employees.

In North America The Salajiqoh dynasty originates from the Salajiqoh dynasty, also known as the Salajiqoh dynasty, is one of the dynasties that played an important role in the history of the Middle East and Central Asia in the Middle Ages. The Salajiqoh dynasty was founded by a group of Turkic peoples led by Tughril Beg in the early 11th century. In the Salajiqoh dynasty there were systemic devices that formed an integral unit and wholeness in a system of state government. This research includes the type of library research or library research. Literature research is a type of research based on the analysis and interpretation of data taken from written sources, such as books, journal articles, reports, papers, and other sources available in written form. The Salajiqoh dynasty was the first Turkish Islamic empire to rule the Islamic world. The power he held was so broad that it covered Central Asia and the Middle East – stretching from Anatolia to Punjab in southern Asia. The Great Salajiqoh Empire, which began to take power in the 11th to 14th centuries, was founded by the Turkic Oghuz tribe who embraced Islam. These devices constitute and form an integral unit and integrity in a system of state government including viziers, qadi, tax officials, close friends, intelligence, military. Science began to develop and progress during the reign of Maliksyah and his prime minister, Nizam al-Mulk. It was Nizam al-Mulk who initiated the establishment of the Nizamiyah (1065 AD) Madrasa (University) and the Hanafiyah Madrasa in Baghdad.

Character education in schools is very important in forming students' dignified and socially aware personalities. One of the characters that needs to be instilled is social awareness, which can be implemented through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. This study aims to analyze the strengthening of social awareness characters in grade VI students of SDN 1 Samba Katung, Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan through the material "The Beauty of Helping Each Other" which is taken from the values in Surah Al-Maidah verses 2 and 3. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that PAI learning that teaches helping each other in goodness and avoiding sin and hostility can strengthen students' social awareness characters. In addition, the implementation of this material in schools has succeeded in encouraging students to help each other in various social activities, although there are still some students who have not fully applied the character. Thus, strengthening social awareness characters through PAI learning can create students who care more about others, appreciate differences, and contribute to a harmonious community life.

Quality education is a key factor in enhancing a nation's competitiveness in the era of globalization. Along with the development of time, digitalization in education has become an urgent necessity to improve the effectiveness of learning and school management. School-Based Management (SBM) and transformational leadership are two main factors in improving education quality; however, their effectiveness in addressing the challenges of the digital era remains a subject of debate. This study aims to analyze the influence of School-Based Management (SBM) and Transformational Leadership through Digital Transformation on Education Quality at SMP IBS Cirebon. The research method used is quantitative with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to examine the relationships between variables. The results of the study indicate that SBM and transformational leadership (p-value = 0.016) significantly affect education quality (p-value = 0.019). However, both SBM (p-value = 0.000) and transformational leadership (p-value = 0.002) were found to have a significant impact on digital transformation. Furthermore, digital transformation significantly influences education quality (p-value = 0.000) and also acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between SBM and transformational leadership with education quality. The findings of this study confirm that digital transformation plays a crucial role in enhancing education quality in the modern era. Therefore, schools need to optimize digitalization in management and learning to achieve better education quality.

Judging from the phenomenon that occurred at Mixue Cilincing, North Jakarta, researchers found an increase and decrease in the number of purchases at Mixue Cilincing, North Jakarta which affected their consumer satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Mixue Cilinicing, North Jakarta. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were consumers who had made purchases at the Mixue Cilincing, North Jakarta outlet. The sample used was 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS software version 25. The results of the study proved the results of the t-test of the service quality variable (X1) the t-count value> t table (3.532> 1.985) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results of the t-test of the product quality variable (X2) t-value count> t-table (6.060> 1.985) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the f-test of the consumer satisfaction variable (Y) f-value count> f-table (202.945> 3.09) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that service quality and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cilincing North Jakarta mixue with a value of 81.4%.

From the phenomenon that occurred at the Niti Dental Clinic Bekasi, Researchers found that the ups and downs of customers in carrying out medical treatment, especially dental treatment, is a problem at the Niti Dental Clinic Bekasi, so that resulting in customer satisfaction which is expected to stabilize the clinic’s income. This research was useful to know the quality of servis and price on customer satisfaction at Niti Dental Clinic Bekasi. The type of research carried out utilized descriptive quantitative. The population in the research carried out were patients who visited for dental treatment at Niti Dental Clinic Bekasi. The sample used was 127 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool utilized multiple linear regression. The result of the research determined that the result of t-test service quality for a number of hypotheses testing findings for service quality variables showed that the t-count value exceeded the t-table (9.464>1.657) with a significance level of 0.000<0.05, so that Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted. The result of the simultaneous test of the service quality and price variables showed that the F-count value exceeded the F-table (232.741>3.07) with a significance level of 0.000<0.05. So, it can be concluded that the variables of service quality and price simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction of 82,6%.

Income distribution inequality, unequal access to resources, and high poverty levels indicate that the current economic in Indonesia system still faces challenges in achieving social justice. Islamic economic principles emphasize the importance of fair wealth distribution through mechanisms such as zakat and waqf, which serve as social safety nets for underprivileged groups. This study analyzes the allocation and distribution of national income from the perspective of Islamic law, focusing on the implementation of zakat and waqf as key instruments in income redistribution. The research employs a normative-conceptual approach by analyzing Islamic legal sources and academic literature related to state fiscal policies from the perspective of Islamic economics. The findings indicate that optimal management of zakat and waqf can enhance societal welfare and strengthen economic justice. The government plays a crucial role in regulating and integrating Sharia principles into fiscal policies, including centralized zakat management and market regulations that prevent monopolistic practices and economic exploitation. As a recommendation, a professional and transparent zakat and waqf administration system is needed to improve the effectiveness of fund distribution.
