Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Serang. Data diperoleh dari seluruh pegawai melalui kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan secara bersama-sama melalui lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, motivasi yang tinggi, dan kepuasan kerja yang baik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa memperhatikan faktor lingkungan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja sangat penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja pegawai di instansi pemerintah.

Abstract

Hadith as one of the main sources of Islamic teachings has a very important role in developing students' character. In Islam, reason is seen as a gift that must be educated to be able to think critically, rationally, and based on religious values, while character includes the formation of noble morals that are the basis of human behavior. This study aims to analyze the role of hadith in developing students' character and its relevance in today's life. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach through literature study, which involves an in-depth study of hadiths related to Education and character formation. The results of the study show that the hadith of the Prophet SAW provides comprehensive direction in character development through recommendations to seek knowledge and think critically, as well as building character through internalization of moral values ​​such as honesty, patience, and compassion. The synergy between Education and character not only forms intelligent and moral individuals, but also supports the creation of harmonious and civilized students. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating hadith teachings into the education system to create students with noble characters in accordance with the goals of Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

Fenomena thrifting atau jual beli pakaian bekas secara daring semakin marak di Indonesia seiring meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap gaya hidup berkelanjutan dan hemat biaya. Namun, praktik ini menimbulkan persoalan hukum, terutama terkait legalitas barang impor bekas dan potensi pelanggaran hak merek dagang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek yuridis bisnis thrifting online berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Merek dan Indikasi Geografis serta Permendag No. 40 Tahun 2022 yang melarang impor pakaian bekas. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif, melalui analisis dokumen berupa jurnal ilmiah, regulasi hukum, dan artikel akademik lima tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat larangan impor, penegakan hukum masih lemah akibat kurangnya koordinasi antarlembaga dan rendahnya kesadaran hukum pelaku usaha. Di sisi lain, tidak adanya regulasi khusus terkait thrifting online menimbulkan kekosongan hukum yang merugikan konsumen dan menyulitkan penindakan terhadap pelanggaran merek. Selain itu, barang bekas impor juga berisiko menimbulkan dampak kesehatan dan merusak daya saing industri lokal. Penelitian ini memiliki batasan karena tidak melibatkan data empiris lapangan, namun dapat menjadi pijakan awal untuk penyusunan kebijakan yang lebih komprehensif. Diperlukan pendekatan kolaboratif antara pemerintah, platform digital, dan pelaku usaha untuk menciptakan sistem perdagangan barang bekas yang legal, aman, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Bullying is a deviant behavior that has serious impacts on the mental and social well-being of its victims, particularly within educational environments. From an Islamic perspective, acts of harming others—whether physically, verbally, or psychologically—are in direct contradiction to the values taught by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This study aims to examine the perspective of hadith on bullying behavior and its relevance in shaping students’ character and social ethics. This research employs a library research method, with data obtained from primary hadith sources such as Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and other supporting literature. The findings indicate that bullying is strongly prohibited in hadith, as it contradicts the principles of Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah Islamiyah), the prohibition of harming others, and the obligation to uphold the dignity of fellow Muslims. The Prophet’s traditions guide Muslims to guard their speech and actions, avoid mockery, and build social relationships based on compassion and mutual respect. Therefore, the internalization of hadith values can serve as a fundamental basis for bullying prevention in educational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine emotion regulation strategies from the perspective of Hadith and their relevance to contemporary psychology. The main focus of this research is on three Hadiths that provide guidance on managing emotions, particularly anger: Hadith Abu Dawud no. 4150 on reciting ta'awudz when angry, Hadith Abu Dawud no. 4151 on changing body posture when angry, and Hadith Isnad Shahih no. 9630 on the prohibition of anger. These three Hadiths teach techniques that can help individuals manage their emotions effectively, such as seeking protection from Allah, changing physical conditions to relieve tension, and restraining from anger. From the perspective of contemporary psychology, these strategies resemble emotion regulation approaches found in theories such as cognitive reappraisal and emotion regulation strategies, which aim to change perception or physiological responses to negative emotions. This research also reveals how teachings in the Hadith can be used as a foundation to understand emotion regulation more holistically, integrating both spiritual and psychological dimensions. Through this understanding, the study highlights the importance of integrating Islamic teachings with contemporary psychological principles to create a more comprehensive approach to managing human emotions, particularly anger, in the modern world.

Abstract

Character education is a fundamental aspect of shaping individuals with noble character. In Islam, the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ contain numerous character values that serve as life guidelines, such as honesty, trustworthiness, patience, justice, and compassion. This article aims to examine the hadiths related to character education using thematic and contextual approaches. Employing a literature study method, this research collects, categorizes, and analyzes hadiths concerning noble character, then correlates them with the current socio-cultural context. The findings indicate that the values in hadiths are not only relevant for forming Muslim personalities during the Prophet’s time but are also highly applicable in addressing moral challenges in the modern era. The thematic approach aids in systematically summarizing moral messages, while the contextual approach enriches understanding of the original spirit of the teachings. This study recommends integrating hadith-based character values into education as part of an effort to build a generation with strong ethics and integrity.

Abstract

The hadith of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) mentions three deeds that continue to benefit a person after death: ongoing charity (ṣadaqah jāriyah), beneficial knowledge, and a righteous child who prays for their parents. This hadith conveys a profound message about the importance of child education as a spiritual investment. This article aims to examine the urgency of children’s education from the perspective of this hadith by exploring the spiritual and social significance of having a righteous child as a continuous source of reward. This study employs a qualitative approach through library research, drawing on collections of hadith, classical Islamic literature (turas) such as the works of Imam al-Ghazali, Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, and Imam Nawawī, as well as contemporary references from nationally accredited journals. The findings indicate that educating children possesses a transcendental dimension, making it a form of ongoing charity for parents—especially when the child grows to be righteous and contributes positively to society. This research recommends that the concept of child education should not be viewed solely from a worldly perspective but should also be instilled as part of eschatological awareness within the Islamic education system.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including education. Arabic language education has not been exempt from the influence of this era. The utilization of digital technology in Arabic language learning offers numerous new opportunities, such as broader access, more interactive learning, and personalized learning. However, the digital era also presents several challenges, such as technological access disparities, potential distractions, and the need for adaptation by teachers and students. This study aims to systematically review the literature on the development of Arabic language education in the digital era using a qualitative approach. The review will focus on the challenges, opportunities, and strategies that can be employed to maximize benefits and minimize risks in implementing digital technology in Arabic language learning. This research has several important implications, including enriching the understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Arabic language learning in the digital era, providing valuable insights for stakeholders in Arabic language education, motivating Arabic language teachers to enhance their digital skills and integrate technology into their teaching, and encouraging parents and communities to be more involved in supporting Arabic language learning in the digital era. This study has some limitations, such as not deeply investigating the effectiveness of the proposed strategies, and further research is needed to delve deeper into various aspects of Arabic language learning in the digital era. Despite these limitations, this research is expected to make a valuable contribution to the development of Arabic language education in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru PAI menurut pandangan hadits. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah content analysis. Sumber data primer yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah hadits-hadits yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi pendidik. Sumber tambahan yang digunakan adalah buku, jurnal, serta dokumen lain yang relevan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 74 tahun 2008 terdapat empat kompetensi yang harus dimiliki seorang pendidik yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi profesional. Kompetensi guru PAI yang ditemukan dalam hadits adalah dalam ranah pedagogik guru harus mampu memahami psikologi peserta didik, dalam ranah sosial pendidik harus memiliki sifat toleransi dan bijaksana, dalam ranah kepribadian pendidik harus menjadi suri tauladan yang baik dengan mencontoh akhlak Nabi Muhammad saw., dan dalam ranah profesional pendidik harus mampu bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas dan kewajibannya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi acuan guru khususnya guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sebagai pendidik yang merujuk pada hadits sehingga memberikan dampak pada kualitas pendidikan dan tujuan pendidikan di Indonesia. Abstract

Era digital membawa perubahan signifikan dalam kehidupan peserta didik, termasuk dalam aspek moral dan spiritual. Kemudahan akses informasi yang tidak terfilter menuntut peran strategis guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru PAI dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai religius di tengah tantangan digitalisasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru PAI di sekolah menengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI berperan sebagai pendidik (mu’allim), teladan (uswah hasanah), dan pembimbing spiritual (murabbi) yang berupaya membangun karakter religius melalui integrasi pembelajaran kontekstual, pemanfaatan media digital positif, dan pembiasaan ibadah harian. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya literasi digital guru serta rendahnya kontrol penggunaan gawai di kalangan siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi digital guru PAI untuk mengoptimalkan pendidikan karakter religius di era digital.
