Abstract

Cette recherche vise à développer des supports en français sur le thème "Présenter Quelqu’un" en utilisant le site web Coggle.it. Elle suit la méthode R&D avec le modèle ADDIE, limitée à trois étapes : (1) Analyse, (2) Conception, et (3) Développement. Lors de l’analyse, un questionnaire a été distribué aux élèves du lycée Pencawan Medan pour évaluer leurs besoins. La conception a permis de créer des supports interactifs via Coggle.it, et le développement a produit des documents validés par des experts en matériaux (87 %, très bon) et en médias (79 %, bon). Les résultats indiquent que les supports développés sont efficaces et applicables à l’enseignement du français au lycée. Ces outils interactifs offrent une approche innovante pour l'apprentissage du thème "Présenter Quelqu’un".

Abstract

Cette étude vise à analyser l'efficacité de la technique du jeu Stacko pour améliorer les compétences orales en français (production orale) des élèves de la classe 12 du SMAN 7 Binjai. La recherche utilise une méthode expérimentale avec un design prétest-posttest, impliquant 29 élèves comme échantillon. Avant l'intervention, les résultats du prétest ont montré une moyenne de 38,79, qui était loin des normes attendues. Après l'application de la technique du jeu Stacko, les résultats du posttest ont montré une augmentation significative, avec une moyenne de 80,17. Cette amélioration est également confirmée par un N-gain de 68%, indiquant une progression notable des compétences orales des élèves. Les résultats de l'analyse montrent que la technique du jeu Stacko est efficace pour améliorer la production orale des élèves, en créant un environnement d'apprentissage interactif et ludique. Ce jeu encourage les élèves à participer activement, renforce leur confiance et améliore leur fluidité, leur maîtrise du vocabulaire et de la grammaire. Ainsi, la technique du jeu Stacko se révèle être une méthode non seulement agréable, mais aussi efficace pour améliorer les compétences orales en français. Cette étude recommande son utilisation régulière dans l'enseignement du français pour obtenir des résultats optimaux, en ajustant le contenu et le niveau de difficulté en fonction du développement des élèves.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai sistem penilaian kesehatan bank syariah menggunakan metode CAMELS. Latar belakangnya adalah bank wajib memelihara tingkat kesehatannya sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Fokus masalah yang diangkat mencakup definisi dan tujuan penilaian kesehatan bank syariah, peringkat kesehatan bank syariah, sistem penilaian kesehatan bank syariah, komponen penilaian kesehatan bank syariah, cara menilai tingkat kesehatan bank, dan penting penilaian kesehatan bank syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai penilaian kesehatan bank syariah menggunakan metode CAMELS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan studi literatur, yang di mana mengandalkan data kualitatif dari literatur dan artikel ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode CAMELS bisa digunakan dalam sistem penilaian kesehatan bank syariah. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi semua orang untuk memahami mengenai kesehatan bank syariah.

Abstract

Abstract Jual beli online sedang marak dimasyarakat dan memunculkan system cash on delivery (COD). System COD merupakan system dimana barang baru dibayar ketika produk sudah sampai ke pembeli. Adapun pembayaran melalui kurir ekspedisi sehingga pembeli membayar barang yang dipesannya dengan uang tunai atau cash. Jual beli system COD terkadang menimbulkan problem dilapangan seperti adanya pembulatan pembayaran. Tidak adanya uang kembalian oleh kurir atau susahnya nominal pecahan uang pembayaran menjadi alasan praktek ini sering terjadi. Bagaimana status pembulatan pembayaran pada system Shopee COD menurut hukum ekonomi syariah? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa praktik pembulatan pembayaran pada jual beli online dengan system Shopee cash on delivery (COD) yang terjadi antara kurir dan pembeli boleh dilakukah karena jual beli tersebut memenuhi rukun yang meliputi orang yang berakad atau al-muta’aqaid (penjual dan pembeli), shighat (ijab dan qabul) dan objek barang yang diperjual belikan (ma’qud alaih). Jual beli dengan system Shopee COD juga tidak termasuk yang dilarang dalam Islam menurut sebab yang berakad dan sebab shighat. Pembulatan pembayaran pada jual beli system Shopee COD juga berlandaskan unsur saling rela atau ‘an taradin terhadap nominal yang dibulatkan. Kurir dan pembeli pada system Shopee COD menganggap pembulatan pembayaran merupakan hal wajar, karena untuk mempermudah kinerja kurir dan mempercepat proses pembayaran karena kurir tidak selalu membawa uang receh untuk kembalian. Alasan lain yaitu karena nominal uang yang dibulatkan tergolong sedikit dan dirasa tidak terlalu merugikan pembeli.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the contribution of local wisdom as a halal tourism attraction. This research is carried out with a qualitative research framework. Primary research data is collected by qualitative research methods, namely through observation, interviews, and documentation. Secondary data is obtained through the assessment of articles, books, research reports, documents, and other sources that are valid and support the theme of the research. Observations are carried out in the region and tourist attractions, while interviews are conducted to the Tourism Office and the managers of tourist attractions, communities, and tourists. The collected data is analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of this study show that Pekalongan City has the prospect of becoming a halal tourism destination because it has fulfilled the components of halal tourism (attractions, access, amenities, communication, environment, supporting facilities, and celebration). On the other hand, the attractions and attractions owned by Pekalongan City are interesting and diverse. Pekalongan City has a distinctive and unique local wisdom and can be an object and attraction of regional tourism. In addition, it is also supported by community security and creativity activities that support local wisdom as a tourism attraction. Culture, Islamic traditions, and local wisdom in Pekalongan City have not been maximally packaged into tourist attractions. The implication of this study is that the packaging of local wisdom into a tourist attraction will contribute to the development of regional tourism. The abandonment of local wisdom as a regional tourism attraction will negate Indonesia which is rich in cultural diversity as a differentiator with other countries in the field of halal tourism.

Abstract

Changes in state legal norms regarding the age limit for marriage have been implemented to reduce the number of child marriages in Indonesia. However, child marriage is still practised, especially in rural areas of Central Java. This paper discusses three main problems, namely the prevalence of child marriage in rural areas, the dominance of tradition and dogmatic understanding of religion, the impact of poverty and social media technology as factors influencing child marriage in rural communities, and the transformation of social engineering through education and economic improvement to overcome the problem. child marriage in rural areas. This legal sociology research uses a qualitative approach.  Data analysis techniques use interactive models. The study shows that the prevalence of child marriage increased by 300% after changes in norms regarding the age limit for marriage, especially in rural communities. This happens because child marriage in rural communities is a tradition passed down through generations. Traditions and religious norms understood by rural communities as allowing child marriage have become an unwritten legal system implemented by the community. Changes in state legal norms regarding marriage age limits have the potential to disrupt established social institutions, so that sociologically they are not binding as norms for rural communities, giving rise to an apathetic public response. Therefore, efforts to improve the education and economic systems with a holistic approach are very effective in overcoming the problem of child marriage in rural communities.

Abstract

Isu ekologi menjadi penting untuk dibahas, melihat kondisi saat ini yang sangat memprihatinkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas bagaimana relasi antara manusia dengan lingkungannya, polusi udara dan suhu udara ekstrim sebagai sebuah isu ekologi dilihat dari sudut pandang tafsir. Untuk menjawab hal tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research). Data-data diambil dari berbagai sumber teks kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat relasi antara manusia dengan ekologi dalam beberapa hal yakni pertama, manusia sebagai pengelola lingkungan dan sumber daya alam. Kedua, manusia sebagai subjek yang diberi amanah untuk merawat dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Ketiga, Bumi merupakan tempat tinggal dan tempat untuk beribadah bagi manusia kepada Tuhannya. Keempat, Bumi dan seisinya merupakan objek agar manusia mau berpikir tentang tanda-tanda kebesaran-Nya. Kemudian, polusi udara dan suhu udara ekstrim merupakan salah satu bentuk lingkungan yang tidak sehat bagi manusia. Beberapa ayat Al-Qur’an menyindir manusia terkait ketidakmauannya untuk berpikir dan merenungkan terkait ciptaan-ciptaan-Nya sehingga mereka tidak mau memperhatikan kondisi ekologi, menjaga,  dan merawatnya.  Padahal, alam raya diciptakan sebagai lingkungan yang nyaman bagi manusia.

Abstract

In language learning, students must have language skills such as oral comprehension, written comprehension, oral production, and written production. However, there are still many students who have low writing skills. This research aims to analyze the application of digital worksheets to improve student's writing skills and assess the feasibility of digital worksheets in the Production Écrite Débutante course. This type of research is development. The procedure used to develop media is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The methods used to collect data are observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. The subjects of this research are material experts and learning media experts. Data collection instruments use questionnaires and test questions. The data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research, namely the application of worksheets to students, showed significant changes in writing skills. The vocabulary indicator increased from 64.53 to 87.52. The grammar indicator increased from 56.83 to 87.33. The writing mechanism indicator increased from 81.69 to 92.35. The implementation results show that the average student learning outcome is 86.89. It was concluded that this digital worksheet can improve students' basic writing competencies. This research implies that the digital worksheets developed are suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

The learning approach is one of the most important supports for the success of the learning process in inclusive schools. Using an appropriate learning approach will make it easier for students to understand the material taught. This applies to learning for children with ADHD. However, in reality, in the learning process for children with ADHD, there are still inclusive schools that do not use effective learning approaches, especially for children with ADHD. Therefore, this research aims to find out how to use the Individual Approach in the Islamic Education learning process for ADHD students at the Tangerang Nature School Mekar Bakti. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study explain that the use of the Individual Approach in Islamic Education learning for ADHD students at the Tangerang Mekar Bakti Nature School includes planning, implementation and evaluation activities. Planning activities are prepared through initial observations carried out by the school and psychologists, this is done to analyze the initial condition of the students. Implementation of the Individual Approach in Islamic Education learning for ADHD students at the Tangerang Nature School Mekar Bakti is carried out using the Cluster and Pull Out model. In the process, the learning media uses flash cards, cellphones, puzzles and playdough. Evaluation of the use of the Individual Approach in Islamic Education learning for ADHD students is carried out routinely by inclusion teachers and PAI teachers who discuss the development of each ADHD child who is guided by the Shadow Teacher. It is hoped that this research can be a motivation for educational institutions for children with special needs, especially children with ADHD, in implementing an Individual Approach in Islamic Education learning.

Abstract

The environment is one's first facility to get any language, either mother tongue or second language. Arabic as a second language (foreign) can be obtained through the Arabic environment otherwise known as the "Arab Environment". The environment is very important in achieving speaking skills. This can be obtained formally or informally at a certain level of education The focus of this research: a) Speaking skills of Students of Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Sengon Jombang, b) Arabic language environment in Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Sengon Jombang, and c) The role of the Arabic language environment in improving the speaking skills of students of Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Sengon Jombang. In this study, the researcher used the qualitative approach to study the case.. This study illustrates the role of the Arabic language environment in improving the speech skills of the students of Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Jombang, daily activities, and supporting factors for the development of Arabic. Data obtained through observation, interview and documentation. Analyze data using data reduction, data presentation, and data collection. The results of the research obtained are: a) the ability of students to speak Arabic is extraordinary and very diverse, depending on the educational background of the students themselves, b) The Arabic language environment in this cottage is categorized as an active and effective language environment because students in everyday life always speak Arabic as their mandatory language, and there are supportive activities in the development in the field of Arabic, c) The language environment in this cottage has an important role in improving the speaking skills of its students, for example new students who are not familiar with Arabic will gradually get used to it, and can eventually speak Arabic actively because it often intersects with Arabic.
