Wanita pada masa menopause mengalami penurunan berbagai fungsi organ tubuh yang menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan dalam menjalani kehidupannya. Diet pada masa menopause merupakan salah satu cara untuk membantu pengembalian energi tubuh, mengendalikan berat badan, dan mencegah kondisi tubuh yang semakin menurun dengan bertambahnya usia (peningkatan tekanan darah dan kolesterol). Beberapa tanaman tradisional dapat membantu wanita mengurangi keluhan kesehatan saat menopause, salah satunya dengan mengkonsumsi susu kedelai. Fito estrogen pada kedelai memiliki struktur kimia dan menghasilkan efek kerja seperti hormon estrogen yang mengalami penurunan pada usia menopause. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah quasi experiment dengan model one group pretest-posttest design. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 21 wanita berusia mulai 45 tahun dengan hipertensi di wilayah Kelurahan Pudakpayung Kota Semarang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah memberikan 2 gelas susu kedelai setiap hari (70gr) selama 7 hari berturut-turut. Pengukuran tekanan darah dan kolesterol dilakukan sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Rata-rata nilai tekanan darah sistole, diastole, dan kolesterol sebelum intervensi secara berturut-turut adalah 148,143; 91,095; dan 218,667. Sedangkan rata-rata nilai tekanan darah sistole, diastole, dan kolesterol setelah intervensi secara berturut-turut 139,476; 88,381; dan 218,048. Seluruh nilai terdistribusi normal dan hasil uji paired t-test untuk sistole diperoleh nilai p=0,043; diastole nilai p=0,293; dan kolesterol p=0,923. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian susu kedelai efektif menurunkan tekanan darah sistole pada wanita usia menopause, namun tidak untuk tekanan diastole maupun kolesterol.

Non-communicable diseases are global problems that needed special attention. One of the efforts in non-communicable disease screening held in Posbindu is to prevent the increase in mortality and morbidity rates. The active role of health cadres at Posbindu was needed, so encouragement was needed in screening risk factors for non-communicable diseases. The purpose of this community service was to increase the knowledge and abilities of health cadres in identifying risk factors for communicable diseases at Posbindu. The method in this service activity was cadre assistance, which consisted of educational and evaluation activities regarding non-communicable diseases and posbindu. The result was that the majority of the knowledge at the pretest had sufficient knowledge of 50%, and at the posttest, the majority of the knowledge had good knowledge of 59.1%. The conclusion of this community service was an increase in the knowledge of health cadres regarding risk factors for non-communicable diseases, as indicated by the pretest mean value of 9.95 to 13.59 during the posttest. In addition, cadres could carry out health examinations and screen risk factors for non-communicable diseases at Posbindu.

One of the issues addressed in the 2021-2024 Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) of Bima District is the lack of promotion and coordination efforts for local investment, which has resulted in low investment levels. The aim of this study is to elaborate on the strategies that should be implemented to enhance cross-sectoral investments classified into four categories: agriculture, tourism, industry, and mining. By employing EFAS and IFAS analyses, our study findings conclude that collaboration, coordination, sustainable maintenance, and solid academic research are necessary to boost investments in these four sectors. Policy recommendations for investment enhancement include strengthening the agricultural sector, tourism, industrial zones, and mining through support for farmer groups, collaboration with universities, infrastructure development, access to agricultural business credit through regulations, academic manuscripts, and integrated tourism area development, as well as investment cooperation with stakeholders.

Throughout 2021 the City of Semarang has experienced 88 floods in several different locations. In order for the community to become more independent in the health sector, it is necessary to develop active alert villages and sub-districts where one of the components is health cadres and Health Crisis Management. The community empowers itself through the active role of cadres. Communities prevent, mitigate/reduce the threat and risk of disaster impacts, and increase their ability to adapt, reduce risks, save themselves, and recover better. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge, attitudes, and preparedness of health cadres in dealing with floods as part of community empowerment. This study used a quantitative analytic method, with a cross-sectional technique. It was conducted from August to October 2022. The sample of this study was 35 respondents. The results showed that there was a relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of health cadres toward flood disaster preparedness (p = 0.04 and p = 0.027). The results of the study provide an overview of how preparedness must be owned by every family and health cadre in facing the possibility of natural disasters, in this case, floods.

Salah satu bidang pemanfaatan fotogrametri adalah fotogrametri jarak dekat. Fotogrametri jarak dekat dapat digunakan untuk keperluan merekam objek yang berada di bawah 100 meter. Fotogrametri close-up umumnya digunakan dalam demonstrasi 3D dari struktur, kendaraan atau ekstensi. Fotogrametri jarak dekat digunakan untuk menampilkan 3D Kawasan Pesisir Sembulang Kota Batam. Kamera yang digunakan harus melalui interaksi penyelarasan untuk menentukan batas bagian dalam kamera. Siklus penyesuaian dan penanganan informasi pada tugas terakhir ini menggunakan program Agisoft Metashape Professional v. 1.7.6 build 13524. Tahap menampilkan struktur terdiri dari stamping dan mengacu, mengerjakan dan membuat model 3D, mengubah susunan 3D dan menggambar model 3D.

Designing an English Syllabus for architecture students is important to match what they are studying at the university and their future job later. Through the syllabus, lecturers are aware of the mapping between learning outcomes, materials, teaching methods, and assessment and most importantly what students need in the future. English instruction for architecture students is included as English for Specific Purposes. In this circumstance, the lecturers must provide students with the students needs in their field, as outlined in the syllabus. To meet these requirements, the researchers conducted a Research and Development to develop an English Syllabus for Architecture students adapted from Borg and Gall (2003) including (1) needs analysis, (2) writing the product, (3) validating the product, (4) revising the product and (5) final product. Meanwhile, Language Program Development (LPD) by Yalden (1987) is chosen as the model of syllabus development. Thirty three architecture students, three architecture lecturers, and three architecture professional workers as alumni and stakeholder were involved. They were given a questionnaire, an interview, and a validation sheet to collect and triangulate the data. Then, the syllabus was developed, validated, and revised. The results showed that the syllabus of English for Architecture Students has been developed as an integrated syllabus, and it is feasible to use.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi pembelajaran matematika yang terjadi di sekolah, yang dapat memahami pelajaran matematika. 1) merupakan kelas yang paling konsentrasi dalam pembelajaran matematika yang perlu ditingkatkan. (2) adalah siswa berusia 16-17 tahun. (3) berada di kelas yang sama. Dari total empat kelas yang diperoleh dari rekomendasi awal sekolah, siswa yang kelasnya memenuhi kriteria yaitu kelas x IPA pada masing-masing kelas sebanyak 32 siswa. Kedua kelas ini dipilih setelah melalui tahap penyaringan berdasarkan hasil rekomendasi guru dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan catatan dokumentasi pembelajaran matematika serta diperiksa kesesuaiannya dengan hasil angket gangguan konsentrasi dalam pembelajaran matematika. ditemukan adanya perbedaan konsentrasi belajar matematika antara kelompok yang diberi intervensi dan kelompok yang tidak diberi intervensi. Kelompok yang diberikan intervensi memiliki gangguan konsentrasi belajar matematika yang lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok yang tidak diberikan intervensi, sehingga dapat dikatakan intervensi pengelolaan kelas efektif dalam menurunkan gangguan konsentrasi dalam pembelajaran matematika pada siswa SMA Negeri 3 Rantau Utara.

Coloring substances in food are generally classified into two categories, namely natural dyes and synthetic dyes. Rhodamine B is a synthetic dye which is widely used in the textile industry. The use of Rhodamine B in food can cause irritation to digestion, inhalation, and eyes. This research was conducted to detect rhodamine B content in tomato sauce by adding detergent. The design of this study was a qualitative descriptive study conducted on tomato sauce on the market. The test results for the presence of rhodamine B in tomato sauce with the addition of detergent solution showed that from 6 samples examined, there were 4 samples that had a color change from bright red to pale red. The color change indicates that there is Rhodamine B in tomato sauce. Positive tomato sauce contains the harmful dye rhodamine B using a detergent solution as a medium to determine the content of synthetic dyes qualitatively.

The advancement of information technology drives businesses to strategize to remain competitive. Retail businesses face challenges from changing consumer behaviors that prioritize convenience and speed in shopping, potentially reducing revenue if businesses fail to adapt quickly. An effective approach involves reanalyzing sales transaction data to identify consumer purchasing patterns, providing guidance for strategic decision-making. One effective technique is data mining using Market Basket Analysis models to analyze shopping baskets and identify correlations between items purchased. This model utilizes algorithms like Apriori and FP-Growth to generate association rules. Preprocessing the dataset to derive frequent itemsets, followed by applying association rules, helps identify significant correlations or patterns within the dataset. The Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms are applied with predefined minimum support and minimum confidence levels. Interpretation involves testing and verifying the discovered patterns against previous facts or hypotheses. The application of these algorithms shows their impact on the dataset size, as the chosen minimum support and confidence levels affect the number of association rules generated. Experiments with FP-Growth and Apriori algorithms indicate that using a minimum support of 0.02 requires longer execution time compared to 0.06. Using a minimum support of 0.02 and minimum confidence of 0.1 yields similar rules across different data divisions (30%, 40%, 50%, and 55% splits) of datasets containing 1200 and 2364 records out of 100% data. Both algorithms achieve 100% accuracy, demonstrating reliability and validity in discovering significant patterns within the same dataset

This study aims to analyze the characteristics and performance of silver nanoparticles (AgNP) synthesized using soursop leaf extract bioreductor modified with the addition of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) stabilizer as a colorimetric sensor for heavy metal ions. The synthesis of silver nanoparticles was carried out by reducing AgNO3 using soursop leaf extract (Annona muricata Linn) bioreductor modified with the addition of PVP as stabilizer. The results showed that the optimum synthesis volume ratio of AgNP synthesis was 0.7 mL of soursop leaf extract: 10 mL AgNO3 with the addition of 3% PVP stabilizer. The formation of AgNP was characterized by a change in the color of the solution from yellow to brownish with a surface plasmon resonance peak at a maximum wavelength of 438 nm. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy studies showed hydroxyl groups (-OH) and carbonyl groups (C=O) play a role in the reduction process of silver ions. Particle size analysis results demonstrated an average particle size of 71.5 nm with a polydispersity index value of 0.364. The results of the colorimetric analysis showed that the synthesized AgNPs proved to be highly selective towards Cu metal ions.
