Abstract

The Tatah Mesjid Village Government is obliged to carry out reporting and accountability for the implementation of the Village APBD. The Budget Realization Report shows that the financial performance of the Tatah Mesjid Village Government, Barito Kuala Regency is running well, but the success of the budget performance that has been achieved does not necessarily fully implement the value for money principle (economic, efficient and effective) so it is necessary to measure the achievement of the Village APBD performance. This research aims to measure the financial management performance of the Tatah Mesjid Village Government, Barito Kuala Regency using the value for money concept for the 2020-2022 fiscal year. The research method uses quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data was analyzed using the concept of value for money to measure economic ratios, efficiency and effectiveness. The research results show that the financial performance of the Tatah Mesjid Village government during 2020-2022 for economic measurements consistently shows results >100% with economic criteria. The efficiency measurement for the 2021 fiscal year of 97.07% is included in the efficient criteria because it is between 90-99%, however in 2020 and 2022 the results show inefficiency because the ratio is more than 100%. Measuring the effectiveness of village funds and allocation of village funds shows effective results. However, tax and levy revenue sharing shows less effective results because the ratio is <65%.

Abstract

Dengan diterapkannya teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan publik maka akan semakin banyak pelayanan publik yang menjadi lebih efisien dan praktis dalam terapannya. Tetapi dengan adanya penerapan teknologi informasi itu sendiri maka juga akan memberikan dampak pada pelayanan publik, baik dampak positif maupun dampak negatif. Maka dari itu kebijakan dari pengelola teknologi informasi tersebut harus sesuai agar dampak yang ada akan berdampak positif pada pelayanan publik yang diterapkan di instansinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Dalam Pelayanan Publik Di Kelurahan Jangkung Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam langsung kepada 5 Informan sebagai responden dan data sekunder diperoleh dari Kantor Kelurahan Jangkung Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam peneliian ini adalah mengelola dan mempersiapkan data, membaca keseluruhan data, menganalisis lebih data dengan mengcoding, menerapkan proses coding menunjukkan bagaimana deskripsi dan tema-tema ini akan disajikan kembali dalam narasi/laporan kualitatif, dan menginterpretasi atau memaknai data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Dalam Pelayanan Publik Di Kelurahan Jangkung Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong dikategorikan dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Abstract

Sejak tahun 2016 – 2022, pertumbuhan hutan lancer perusahaan farmasi di Indonesia cenderung meningkat. Sementara itu penigkatan harga saham tidak begitu mengalami perusahan yang cukup besar. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menelusuri bagaimana pengaruh dari faktor-faktor likuditas dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis jalur dan didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapart pengaruh yang signifikan antara likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham perusahaan farmasi di Indonesia. Current Ratio dan Cash Ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham melalui Earnings per Share (EPS). EPS memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap harga saham, sementara Net Profit Margin (NPM) memiliki pengaruh negatif. Hanya Cash Ratio, EPS, dan konstanta yang signifikan secara statistik.

Abstract

Reading is an important skill in learning English but sometimes students have some problems with the reading process because of their limited vocabulary knowledge, poor comprehension, and difficulty to recall information after reading. The teachers need to help the students to resolve these problems by creating learning media in teaching reading. Based on previous research, some researchers used story cubes and dice games as learning media by using the cube in pictures and cube in the shape of dice to improve various skills such as grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills, but there are no researchers discussed Question Cube by using questions in the cube as a learning media in teaching reading comprehension. Therefore, in this research, the researcher offered an alternative media which is a question cube media to teach students. The purpose of this research is to find out whether or not Question Cube is an effective medium to increase students' reading comprehension. In this research, the researcher used a literature review research method by collecting 30 articles taken from Google Scholar and ResearchGate. These articles were then sorted and analyzed to obtain data. From 30 articles that researchers have read, it showed that Question Cube media can bear positive change and improvement toward students' reading comprehension. In addition, it also played a considerable role in teaching vocabulary, boosting writing skills, and improving the learners’ grammar as well as other several benefits in EFL instructional process

Abstract

Di era pembelajaran yang semakin terdigitalisasi, penggunaan teknologi menjadi fokus utama untuk meningkatkan interaktivitas dan akses informasi. Namun demikian, aspek ergonomi dalam pengaturan ruang kelas dan peralatan sering terabaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan terkait cara mengatasi ketidak-ergonomisan di ruang kelas SMA Negeri X Balikpapan, yang mana sering mengakibatkan masalah kesehatan fisik seperti nyeri punggung dan nyeri leher. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah implementasi program pendidikan ergonomi kepada siswa dan staf pengajar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran tentang posisi duduk ergonomis dan penggunaan peralatan sesuai dengan kebutuhan fisik siswa. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi risiko masalah kesehatan jangka panjang serta meningkatkan kenyamanan dan konsentrasi selama proses belajar mengajar. Metode penelitian mencakup penyuluhan kepada siswa dan staf pengajar tentang ergonomi, evaluasi pemahaman dengan wawancara sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi, serta pre-test dan post-test menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur efektivitas program penyuluhan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan mengenai konsep-konsep dasar ergonomi. Hal ini terlihat dari persentase jawaban benar yang lebih tinggi yaitu 71.4% dibandingkan jawaban salah yaitu 28.6% pada post-test-nya.

Abstract

Self-medication is a practice that is often practiced by the public, especially to overcome common health problems. Self-medication can be done but it must be based on a good understanding and knowledge of the use of drugs and the risks that can be caused, especially when taking drugs that are combined with drugs that have different ingredients. Public awareness of self-medication is still low, this is due to the lack of information obtained about the indications and risks of using over-the-counter medicines. A Graph database is a model that can be implemented well to provide information because it can be visualized in graph form. The implementation of graphs for visualizing medicines to provide knowledge for the community when practicing self-medication is the right solution because it can present data and be well integrated. Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low level of student engagement, logical thinking skills, and collaboration in Indonesian language learning, particularly in the topic of affixes and conjunctions between sentences among fifth-grade students at SDN Sungai Miai 8. This condition was triggered by learning activities that remained monotonous, lacked variation, and provided limited opportunities for interaction. To address these issues, the PIJAR learning model (Active Learning, Collaborative Integration, Role Exploration, and Logical Rationalization) was implemented, combining elements of Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Jigsaw, and Role Playing. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in four cycles involving 15 fifth-grade students, consisting of 8 boys and 7 girls. Data were collected through observations of teacher and student activities, assessments of logical thinking and collaboration skills, and learning achievement tests. The results showed a significant improvement in student activity from 46% to 98%, logical thinking skills from 41% to 89%, and group collaboration from 41% to 91% across the cycles. Furthermore, the average learning outcomes consistently increased from 43% to 81%. Therefore, the PIJAR model has proven to be effective in enhancing both the learning process and learning outcomes in Indonesian language instruction at the elementary school level. ABSTRAKPermasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya keterlibatan siswa, kemampuan berpikir logis, serta kerja sama dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, khususnya materi imbuhan dan kata hubung antar kalimat di kelas V SDN Sungai Miai 8. Kondisi tersebut dipicu oleh proses pembelajaran yang masih cenderung monoton, minim variasi, dan kurang memberikan ruang interaksi. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini, digunakan model pembelajaran PIJAR (Pembelajaran Aktif, Integrasi Kolaboratif, Jelajah Peran, dan Rasionalisasi Logika) yang merupakan gabungan dari Problem Based Learning (PBL), Jigsaw, dan Role Playing. Penelitian berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilaksanakan dalam empat siklus dengan melibatkan 15 siswa kelas V, terdiri atas 8 laki-laki dan 7 perempuan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, keterampilan berpikir logis, kerja sama, serta tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aktivitas siswa dari 46% menjadi 98%, kemampuan berpikir logis dari 41% menjadi 89%, serta kerja sama kelompok dari 41% menjadi 91% dilihat dari siklus ke siklus. Selain itu, nilai rata-rata hasil belajar juga mengalami kenaikan yang konsisten setiap pertemuannya, dari 43% menjadi 81%. Dengan demikian, model PIJAR terbukti efektif meningkatkan kualitas proses maupun hasil pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to seek the correlation between students’ grammar mastery and their writing ability in descriptive text. This is correlational study was conducted to all seventh-grade students of a high school in Bangka Belitung, Indonesia as the population of the study as well as the sample since the number of the population below 50. This study used two kinds of test as the instruments to collect the data; a grammar mastery test which consists of 25 questions and a descriptive writing test. The Boardman scoring scale was used to measure the score of students’ writing. The result of this study showed the result of correlation coefficient computation was 0,305 and for the critical value from a significant level table 0.05/5% was 0,349. It is considered that the null hyphotesis (Ho) was accepted and the alternative hyphotesis (Ha) was rejected. In other words, there was no significance correlation between students’ grammar mastery and their writing ability. The writer found out that most of the students received good scores both in grammar and writing test but they had low scores in other aspects of writing such as; content, organization, word choice, and mechanics.

Abstract

Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris merupakan keterampilan esensial bagi siswa dalam menyikapi arus globalisasi serta kemajuan teknologi. Penggunaan Google Expeditions dalam menyediakan pengalaman belajar berbasis Virtual Reality (VR) dan Augmented Reality (AR) yang memungkinkan siswa menjelajahi berbagai tempat dan situasi nyata secara imersif. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini ialah untuk mendampingin guru dan siswa dalam penerapan pembelajaran dengan story telling berbantuan Google Expeditions untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris, sekaligus memperkenalkan inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan bertahap yang mencakup: (1) sosialisasi kepada pihak sekolah mengenai konsep pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, (2) pelatihan guru melalui lokakarya interaktif dengan praktik langsung, (3) penerapan Google Expeditions dalam pembelajaran story telling di kelas, serta (4) pendampingan dan evaluasi guru dalam menghadapi kendala teknis maupun pedagogis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi siswa dalam keterampilan berbicara bahasa Inggris hingga 85%, peningkatan kreativitas guru dalam merancang media pembelajaran digital, serta terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan imersif. Program ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi teknologi VR dalam pembelajaran dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih mendalam, inspiratif, dan menyenangkan bagi siswa, sekaligus meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran inovatif.

Abstract

This article explores the integration of StoryJumper, a digital storytelling platform, into English language instruction in Kampung Inggris Transmigrasi, South Kalimantan. Through a community service program, ten English tutors received training on creating StoryJumper content to enhance student engagement. Pre- and post-tests were given to participants. The results of the analyses indicated positive perceptions towards technology use in education, with participants recognizing its potential to foster student-centered learning to boost their learning motivation. However, technical challenges highlighted the need for additional support. The results suggest that digital storytelling can be a powerful educational tool in the classroom and out-of-class activities. This initiative could serve as a model for similar community-driven programs in other transmigration areas, promoting educational quality for every student.
