Abstract

This paper identifies one of Abu Ja'far's rules of ushul qira’at, namely reading ikhfa' if there is a consonant nun or a tanwin meeting with kha' or ghain. This reading is unique and distinctive considering that the majority of qurra' agree that the two letters are idzhar letters, not ikhfa'. By using stylistic-phonology as a tool in interpreting, it is concluded that the polemic is rooted in the different descriptions of makhraj and, there are those who categorize both of them as part of the letter khalqiyyah or throat, and some include it as part of the letter located at the base of the tongue. This difference has implications for how to read when meeting with a consonant nun or tanwin. The next implication of reading ikhfa' kha' and ghain in Abu Ja'far's qira’at is to present the harmony of sounds that are displayed in several verses. The sound is also not only a sweetener in the work of recitation, but also as a supporter of the meaning to be conveyed by the verse.

Abstract

Hari Wahyudi, English translation. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the company's waste control at the Prabumulih City Environmental Service. This research was conducted for three months using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that from the aspect of Organizational Characteristics, namely the form of supervision carried out by the Environmental Service through employees who worked in the field, it was approved and recommended by the Head of the Department of Environment. For specialized employees or field staff who carry out supervision, there must be a specialization to support better work abilities, as well as DLH employees in carrying out their duties, namely supervising companies that are directly related, more flexible and able to adapt, if this is indeed the case. not something urgent. For the Environmental Characteristic aspect, it is important for employees to adapt to the work environment, in this case, the Prabumulih City DLH employees must be able to adjust the conditions in the DLH office and also adapt to the conditions in the field in carrying out supervision in the hope that any decisions to be taken are right there. Aspects of Employee Characteristics, namely DLH employees in having good quality because they are in accordance with the educational qualifications and skills possessed, then also in carrying out employee duties ensuring that every company in Prabumulih City can progress but still ensuring the environment in the form of rivers, land and others does not damaged by pollution. As for the aspects of Management Policy and Practice, namely internal vertical and horizontal communication within the DLH Department, it is quite good, then communication with other institutions is also quite good. Then at the DLH Office, there are rarely awards given to employees, so it can be said that the reward system has not been able to stimulate employees to seek effective performance creation and performance and performance development.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the lack of optimal strengthening of character education through Pancasila student profiles for teachers in the field. The aims of this community service activity are to; 1) strengthen character and competence, 2) actively participate in planning active and sustainable learning, 3) develop skills, attitudes and knowledge, 4) solve problems in various learning situations, 5) be responsible and care about the surrounding situation and 6) respect learning so as to achieve educational goals. Based on the training that was carried out at SMA Negeri 7 Jambi City, this service activity received a positive response from the teachers who took part in this activity. This can be seen from the high enthusiasm of the teachers when participating in this training activity. The main thing that is done during the implementation of this service activity is that teachers who are training participants are asked to identify a problem related to character education through the Pancasila student profile. Then the teachers are given an understanding of the materials and problems related to strengthening character education. As feedback from this activity, the Education Coordinator and high school teachers said that they were willing to become target schools for various activities to improve the quality of education in their schools. The hope of the Jambi City Education Coordinator and the teachers at the Senior High School is that their school performance can continue to improve with the collaboration built with the Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi Islamic State University.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide an understanding of technical instructions regarding the implementation of voting and vote counting for the voting organizer group in Blorok Village, Brangsong subdistrict, Kendal district in the 2024 general election. This technical guidance takes place in 2 sessions in one day. In the first session of this technical guidance activity, material was provided regarding preparations before carrying out voting. Then in the second session material was given about the implementation of voting, and in the third session material was given about vote counting and an introduction to the Sirekap application. This technical guidance activity took place in the Blorok Village Hall hall on January 25 2024 with the number of KPPS participants being 56 people. This activity took place in an orderly, safe and smooth manner. Participants can properly understand the technical instructions for voting and counting votes in the 2024 general election by filling in the C-Results form.

Abstract

Mathematics and Physics are subjects that are not only difficult for students but also difficult to do Teacher. To make it easier to understand the material, Geogebra software is used. In the community service, Geogebra training is given to high school teachers in the field of Mathematics and Physics teacher in Jambi City. The training was carried out online involving 10 lecturers and 5 assistants. The training consisted of 4 sessions carried out over 2 days by 31 Mathematics and Physics teachers. Training is divided into 2 classes for more effective. From the results of the training, the ability to use Geogebra increased by 38.05%. The average level of participant satisfaction with the implementation of the research was 4.15 in (a scale 5)

The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe and analyze the Evaluation of the Serasi Program (Save the Farmers Prosperous Swamp) in Upang Makmur Village, Makarti Jaya District, Banyuasin Regency; 2) To describe and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Serasi Program Evaluation (Save the Farmers Prosperous Swamp) in Upang Makmur Village, Makarti Jaya District, Banyuasin Regency. The results of the study stated that: 1) In the context, there are still many needs that have not been met in the implementation of the Serasi Program (Save the Prosperous Swamp of Farmers) in Upang Makmur Village, Makarti Jaya District, Banyuasin Regency. The condition of the embankment that is not too high, then the farmers are not compact in carrying out this program is a problem that must be solved immediately; From the input evaluation, it is known that the residents of Upang Makmur village as the implementer of the SERASI program have strong characteristics and a high commitment in making the SERASI program a success; Regarding the procedures in working, the residents of Upang Makmur village have followed all applicable rules; In the evaluation of the program, it can be concluded that the SERASI program in Upang Makmur Village has been implemented well, but not optimally, because there are still many things that must be improved in the future, so that the expected goals can really be maximally achieved. 2) The supporting factors in the Evaluation of the Serasi Program (Save the Prosperous Swamp of Farmers) in Upang Makmur Village, Makarti Jaya District, Banyuasin Regency are as adequate supporting infrastructure, the commitment and seriousness of the people of Upang Makmur Village in carrying out the program, the supervision carried out, and the clear program implementation procedures, the inhibiting factor is the condition of seawater that often enters agricultural land. The entry of seawater is also due to the condition of the embankment at several points that are not too high, so that seawater can enter agricultural land.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konflik dalam praktek pengeboran minyak illegal (illegal drilling) di Desa Keban 1, Kecamatan Sanga Desa, Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, analisis data dilakukan dengan 3 (tiga) cara yang meliputi kondensasi data, pengumpulan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemahaman konflik yang muncul dari kegiatan pengeboran minyak illegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori konflik Wahyudi, yang membagi konflik menjadi dua jenis konflik yaitu vertikal dan horizontal. Konflik Vertikal ditandai dengan adanya konflik antara pemerintah desa dan aparat penegak hukum dengan Masyarakat penambang minyak illegal, sedangkan konflik horizontal ditandai dengan adanya konflik antara Masyarakat penambang minyak illegal dengan sesama rekan kerja, Masyarakat yang tidak menambang minyak illegal dan pemilik lahan. pada konflik dalam praktek pengeboran minyak Illegal di Desa Keban 1 terdapat beberapa aktor yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini yaitu Pemerintah Desa, Aparat Penegak Hukum, Masyarakat penambang minyak illegal dan Masyarakat bukan penambang minyak illegal dimana memiliki perannya masing-masing dalam konflik yang terjadi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage, capital intensity, and profitability on tax avoidance. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and found 75 observations. This secondary data was analyzed using software evaluations 9. The results of the study show that leverage has no effect on tax avoidance, capital intensity has no effect on tax avoidance, and profitability has a negative effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

The Justice must be firmly maintained. This demand can not be modified due to it was closely related to the rights enforcement. The common paradigm in civil code perception makes judges passively work in civil cases handling. It can be seen in Article 119 HIR when the general court chief judge give a support as advice and help related to the formality or the terms of the lawsuit for the strike to be acceptable and meets the requirements of formality lawsuit against the plaintiff or attorney. Moreover , Article 130 HIR/RBG Article 154, required that general court chief judge attempted to reconcile the two parties litigant. Furthermore, in Article 132 HIR/RBG Article 156, the Judge has an active role to inform both litigants and provide an explanation to the litigants of their rights to take legal actions and the right to submit evidence on the court.Keywords : active judges, civil case

Abstract

This research aims to explore the development of human resources in the field of education. HR development is a series of activities aimed at improving the quality and abilities of employees in the organization. This is not just training, but also includes the process of identifying needs, planning, implementing and evaluating existing development programs. Human resource development is carried out in order to improve a person's quality, which in time will increase productivity. The results of various studies show that the quality of human resources is a determining factor in productivity. In the world of education, human resource development has a very crucial role. The reason is, the quality of education really depends on the quality of the educators. Teachers, lecturers and other educational staff are the spearheads of the learning process. The main aim of human resource development is to improve the quality of learning, so that it has an impact on increasing student achievement and overall school progress. Therefore, investment in developing educational human resources is an investment in the nation's future. By increasing quality educational human resources, educational institutions will become more advanced and developed.
