Abstract

Sidoarjo district have an embryo maritime tourism destinations that can be a tourist destination for nautical Sidoarjo district. But, the maritime tourism still has not been exposed or promoted with maximum, so that there are many local communities, global and foreign that have not located a maritime tourism and the beauty of tourism destinations that are owned by sidoarjo. So necessary right to marketing and measurable tourist destination program. The purpose of this study is to find and testing whether integrated marketing communication influences attractiviness the embryo tourism destination, Whether integrated marketing communication impact on brand building tourism destination, and do brand building an influence on thr attractiveness of the embryo tourism destination. This research of quantitative research using a Partial Least Square ( PLS ). Population in this research is all visitors tourism in Sidoarjo district. A sample in the research used design probability sampling by choosing 80 visitors maritime tourism in the sample Technique analysis in research that is descriptive and statistic analysis inferential with the methods Partial Least Square (PLS). The research result explain that integrated marketing communication influences attraction, integrated marketing communication influences brand building , and brand building influences attraction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze aspects of strategic leadership through transformational leadership in order to prepare future leadership. This study uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, documentation and interviews. Miles and Huberman argue that steps that can be taken to analyze data descriptively include data collection, reduction, and data presentation. The results of this study explain that transformational leadership is participatory leadership when leaders and followers work together to achieve a shared vision and mission. With the implementation of transformational leadership, it is hoped that the responsibilities of the Sector Police Chief will increase at the Gedangan Police Chief, Sedati Police Chief, Buduran Police Chief and Porong Police Chief. Furthermore, the Police Chief is expected to be able to provide motivation and be an inspiration for his members to work as a team to achieve the same goal. Not only being an officer who maintains security and order in the unitary area, but also being a friend to the local community. Finally, the research findings explain that the police chief must always be creative and innovate because the key to successful leadership is not being rigid in his choice of style, but moving between different styles according to the demands of the situation. It is the flexibility and adaptability that will differentiate one leader from another

Abstract

Research is aimed to present the influence of the application of kaizen against the employee performance of tourism and culture gerbangkertosusila. Population in this research all of its culture and tourism dept. gerbangkertosusila 73 people, which amounted to and techniques of the sample in this research using a sample of the census. The, technique of collecting data obtained by the spread of kuisioner. The technique of linear regression analysis used f double by test and test it t as a test of an hypothesis.The results of tests indicating that the implementation of kaizen impact on the performance of employees of tourism and culture gerbangkertosusila. It showed that the better the application of kaizen to be implemented on culture and tourism dept. gerbangkertosusila will be able to improve the performance of tourism and culture gerbangkertosusila. The greater attention to the needs of company employees and the company will get reciprocal appropriate, namely productivity work yet.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan maupun secara parsial dari variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Maha Karya Putra Cabang Kabupaten Pasuruan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diambi melalui kuesioner, dan menggunakan teknik pengukuran Skala likert. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 4,765 dan nilai F tabel sebesar 3,147. Secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan memiliki nilai sig. 0,022 < 0,05 dan kepuasan kerja memiliki nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Diantara variabel bebas terdapat pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Maha Karya Putra yaitu kepuasan kerja. Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a behavior is done voluntarily and can provide a positive contribution to the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction partially and simultaneous on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees at PT.Kerta Rajasa Raya Mojokerto. This research used a quantitative approach The total sample of 70 respondents employees at PT.Kerta Rajasa Raya Mojokerto. The research indicated that the organizational commitment have a positive influence and partial significant against organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Mojokerto, Job satisfaction have a positive influence and partial significant against organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Mojokerto, and Is the positive and significant between variables organizational commitment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously on variables organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT.Kerta Rajasa Raya Mojokerto. The results showed that the variable organizational commitment and job satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and simultaneous the two independent variables also had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees at PT.Kerta Rajasa Raya Mojokerto

Abstract

Sektor industri di Sidoarjo saat ini telah berkembang dengan pesat khususnya pada sektor karena lokasinya yang berdekatan dengan pusat bisnis di Jawa Timur (Surabaya). Sektor industri kecil juga berkembang dengan baik, salah satunya pada sentra industri kerajinan tas dan koper di Kecamatan Tanggulangin, sentra industri sandal dan sepatu di Wedoro – Waru dan Tebel – Gedangan. Sidoarjo juga dikenal sebagai kota Bandeng dan Udang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari Logo Kabupaten yang melambangkan Udang dan Bandeng merupakan komoditas perikanan yang utama di kota ini. Pengabdian kepada Masyrakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan sertifikasi halal untuk usaha mikro kecil menengah di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Sertifikasi halal adalah fatwa yang keluarkan oleh Majelis Ulama Indonesia untuk menyatakan halal tidaknya suatu produk sesuai dengan syari’at dalam Islam. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan Participatory Action research (PAR) dalam pelaksanaannya. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan riset serta aksi partisipastif, yang selanjutnya dilakukan sosialisasi, perbaikan dan selanjutnya evaluasi. Pendekatan Participatory Action research (PAR) berbentuk siklus dengan empat tahapan tindakan setelah mengetahui permasalahannya, yaitu rencana, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terlaksana dengan lancar dan mendapatkan respon yang positif dari seluruh peserta, dan seluruh peserta dapat menyiapkan dan mengajukan dokumen permohonan persyaratan sertifikasi halal secara benar dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Business and trade become an inseparable part of Islamic life. The rapidly growing market in cyberspace is a challenge for business players in the form of goods and services to expand and develop their business strategies, namely in terms of marketing. The purpose of the research in this article is to find out digital marketing from an Islamic perspective. The method used is a literature review, which is a literature search both internationally and nationally conducted using the Google Scholar database, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, JIM (Journal for Islamic Marketing), which is about 40 journal articles and 10 books of full quality and medium that is considered relevant is used in this study. The results show that sharia digital marketing activities must be based on Islamic principles. The implementation of digital marketing in sharia is almost the same as the digital marketing principle, yet the difference is the application of the character of business actors accompanied by sharia marketing ethics following the principles as described in the previous discussion. The steps of sharia digital marketing taken are as follows: Creating a Website and Social Media Account, Branding, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Video Production, and Segmentation.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to increase the performance of the company through the blue ocean leadership and spiritual dimension. This research methods uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research was milenial generation employees who work for more than two years in Sidoarjo, there was 19.818 people. This research applied purposive sampling with number of 391 respondents and the data collection was provided through googledoc. The analysis in this research applied Partial Least Square (PLS) by using smartPLS 3.0 software. There were two specifications of the model used for PLS: outer and inner model. The result of this research found that blue ocean leadership have significant impact on spiritual dimension and organisational performance, and spiritual dimension have significant impact on organisational performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted at CV.Panda Food Industry Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership style on job satisfaction and commitment. The results of the analysis show that concurrent servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and engagement if the results are treated with a social support beta score of 0.961 sig. 0.000, sign. 0.000 0.05 shows that servant leadership has a significant influence on job satisfaction, while the results of the calculation obtained a self-efficacy beta score of 0.949 sig. 0.000, sign. 0.000 shows that servant leadership has a significant effect on work engagement.
