This community service initiative aims to enhance leadership skills among members of the organization, while also providing educational insights into the specific roles each member plays in advancing the Hima Management Study Program at Nahdlatul Ulama University Sidoarjo. The intended recipients of this program are the leaders and members of the Hima Management Study Program at Nahdlatul Ulama University Sidoarjo, totaling 30 participants. The methodology employed for this initiative involves a training approach that integrates educational components with interactive discussions. The outcomes of this initiative significantly contribute to fortifying the leadership acumen of both leaders and members within the Hima Prodi organization. This enhancement empowers them to effectively fulfill their roles and responsibilities, thereby upholding the organization's mission.

The aim of this research is to analyze the existence of organizational The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of developing the leadership character of the second generation through the organization. The objects of this research are youth organizations in Banjarpanji Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. The qualitative approach is used as a research method, and uses a type of qualitative descriptive research which involves information in the form of written and spoken words based on objects that have been observed. The results of this research include the village's ability to provide guidance to youth which is very necessary to increase the leadership and organizational potential of youth. This is very appropriate if the implications are implemented through the Karang Taruna organization as a very secure forum for young people. Apart from that, existing theories can also be adapted to field conditions. Basically, balanced collaboration will create sustainable positive forces that can help and have an impact on the entire development of village communities, through the role of the young generation. The younger generation will also be the next generation for the surrounding community to lead and bring about change.

Democratic leadership is a leader who makes decisions by involving the participation of members in an organization and decisions taken after reaching a mutual agreement. The research conducted aims to find out whether the leadership carried out is democratic and whether democratic leadership can increase the motivation of members of the Management Study Program Student Association organization. The research was conducted using qualitative methods using data collected in the form of observations and interviews with members of the Management Study Program Student Association organization, both active, passive, and proactive members. The results of the research that have been carried out are the leadership of the Management Study Program Student Association carried out by democratic leadership which is interrelated with its members through two categories including communication and decision making. Democratic leadership affects the motivation of organizational members because it can make members comfortable to organize and members can work with loyalty to the Management Study Program Student Association organization.

This research aims to analyze the role of leadership and communication in increasing the performance motivation of student organization members. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with in-depth interview data collection techniques. The research results show that leadership and communication are two important factors that can increase the performance motivation of student organization members.The head of a student organization has an important role in motivating its members. An effective chairman is able to build trust, reward and provide feedback to his members. Trust can be built through open, honest and transparent communication. Awards can be a form of appreciation for members' hard work and achievements. Positive feedback can increase work motivation by showing members that they are on the right track.Apart from leadership, communication is also an important factor that can increase the performance motivation of student organization members. Effective communication can help leaders to build good relationships with their members, increase work motivation, and achieve organizational goals.

Tujuan peneletian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational learning terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi dan komitmen pada guru swasta yang berada di Kecamatan Sukodono, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel Guru Swasta di Kecamatan Sukodono, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Sampel ini diambil dengan menggunakan Cluster Sampling sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis konfirmasi factor pada pemodelan structural dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. 3.0. Teknik pengujian data yang ada pada penelitian ini meliputi convergent validity, Averange Variance Extracted (AVE), composite Reliability, Cronbach Alpha, R-Square dan Estimate for Path Coefficient. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Learning berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, Organizational Learning berpengaruh terhadap motivasi, Organizational Learning berpengaruh terhadap komitmen, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, komitmen tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menguji apakah job discription berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kerja, apakah kompetensi sdm berpengaruh kualitas kerja, apakah job discription berpengaruh terhadap emotional intelligence (EI), apakah kompetensi sdm berpengaruh terhadap emotional intelligence (EI), dan apakah emotional intelligence (EI) berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kerja. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh karyawan di CV. GREEN LESTARI Sampel pada penelitian ini memakai desain sampling probabilitas menggunakan menentukan 50 orang karyawan menjadi sampel. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian yaitu naratif dan analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). akibat penelitian menyebutkan bahwa job discription berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kerja, job discription berpengaruh terhadap emotional intelligence (EI), kompetensi sdm berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kerja, kompetensi sdm berpengaruh terhadap emotional intelligence (EI), selanjutnya emotional intelligence (EI) berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya perusahaan terhadap kualitas hasil kerja melalui supervision technical di PT Tirta Agung Plastik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Tirta Agung Plastik. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan PT Tirta Agung Plastik yang terbagi dalam beberapa divisi/bagian. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan dengan cara perhitungan statistik yaitu dengan menggunakan desain sampling probabilitas, sehingga responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Hasil Kerja yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai t statistik sebesar > 1.998 dengan nilai P Value sebesar 0.029. Selanjutnya Lingkungan kerja terhadap Kualitas Hasil Kerja melalui Supervision Technical memiliki pengaruh yang dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian nilai t statistik > 1.998 dan P Value sebesar 0.010, selain itu Budaya Perusahaan juga berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Hasil Kerja dengan nilai t statistik sebesar > 1.998 dengan nilai P Value sebesar 0.026, kemudian Budaya Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hasil kerja melalui Supervision Technical yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai t statistik sebesar > 1.998 dengan nilai P Value sebesar 0.000, dan Supervision Technical berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Hasil Kerja dengan nilai t statistik sebesar > 1.998 dengan nilai P Value sebesar 0.047.

Kepemimpinan religius merupakan segala hal yang menyangkut sikap, keputusan serta etika dalam menstimulus objek atau individu lain ( yang dipengaruhi ) dengan didasarkan pada spiritual atau ketuhanan. Lingkungan kerja sendiri adalah kondisi atau keadaan yang terjadi pada atmosfer di dunia kerja itu sendiri yang menyangkut suhu, ruangan pemimpin, gaji dan hubungan karyawan satu sama lain. kedua hal ini memiliki peran masing masing dalam terciptanya kesuksesan performa karyawan ataupun kepuasan dalam dunia kerja itu sendiri sehingga pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kepemimpinan religius terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kepemimpinan religius terhadap kepuasan kinerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kinerja, Kepemimpinan religius terhadap lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner dengan sampel 40 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dan desain penelitian dilakukan melalui partial least square (PLS) dengan software program SmartPLS Versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebanyakan hipotesis berada pada kategori tidak signifikan atau variabel tersebut memberikan pengaruh yang tergolong masih kurang baik. Dibuktikan pada masing masing hipotesis yang memiliki output nilai kurang dari t statistik tabel serta tidak sesuai pada taraf signifikan P value. Namun pada hipotesis kelima yakni kepemimpian religius memberikan pengaruh dan signfikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja

This study aims to examine whether the Effect of Preloved Shopping and Millennial Disruption on Lifestyle and Agility in the Millennial generation. Preloved Shopping is used goods that are resold in a condition that is still fit for sale and reuse at a lower price. It means used goods here are items that are not used and can still be used (Wisnuwardhani, 2015). Data collection was carried out using surveys and distributing questionnaires, and a sample of 100 respondents. The method used is descriptive quantitative analysis and the research design was carried out using Partial Least Squares (PLS) version 3. This is what is shown by the results of the research from Preloved Shopping which has a significant effect on Lifestyle and Agility on the contrary, Preloved shopping does not have a significant effect on Millennial Disruption.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between innovation capability, learning capability, and individual performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with well-being moderation, using the Case Study of "Freez Food Baby Porridge Sedat" product. A survey method was employed to collect data from 30 respondents comprising owners and employees of these SMEs. The analysis results indicate that innovation capability has a significant positive influence on individual performance through learning capability. Additionally, individual well-being moderates the relationship between innovation capability, learning capability, and individual performance. The practical implications of these findings underscore the importance for SMEs to develop innovation and learning capabilities as strategies to enhance individual performance, while considering well-being as a moderating variable. This study offers valuable insights for SME owners in designing human resource development programs focused on improving individual performance through investments in innovation and learning.
