Abstract

Regional expansion in the Certificate of Ownership Rights is a concrete manifestation of Regional Autonomy. The process of regional expansion of the Certificate of Ownership Rights on land at the National Land Agency Representative Office of Batu Bara Regency is to make a letter of application for the process of regional expansion of the Certificate of Ownership Rights of land which is to be expanded at the Office of the National Land Agency Representative of Batu Bara Regency, then complete the documents. Requirements for the application for the expansion process of the Certificate of Ownership that want to be expanded at the National Land Agency Representative Office of Batu Bara Regency, after the application and requirements are complete, after that the Office of the National Land Agency Representative of Batu Bara Regency can process the application for regional expansion in the Certificate of Ownership Rights on the land applied for. The problem with the Certificate of Ownership Rights for land at the Batu Bara Regency Representative National Land Agency Office is that the position of the land is not in accordance with the existing application system at the Batu Bara Regency Representative National Land Agency Office, so that the Batu Bara Regency Representative National Land Agency Office experiences difficulties in expanding the Certificate of Ownership of land.Keywords: Expansion; Certificate of Ownership; Land.

Abstract

The implementation of inappropriate learning models can disrupt the learning environment, potentially demotivating learners, affecting their academic performance and overall development. The purpose of this research is to explore the effect of implementing GBL (game-based learning) in schools on learners' interest or motivation to learn. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying literature review and comparative study as methods. The results show that game-based learning can increase students' participation, improve students' learning motivation and offer additional motivation beyond what can be obtained from traditional methods.

Abstract

Sektor UMKM mempunyai peran yang sangat strategis bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh sektor UMKM adalah masalah pembiayaan dan permodalan. Alasan klasik yang selama ini sering diungkapkan pihak bank umum terkait pemberian kredit UMKM adalah belum memenuhi persyaratan yang diberikan oleh perbankan, Kehadiran fintech sendiri memiliki tujuan untuk membuat masyarakat dapat lebih mudah mengakses produk-produk keuangan, menjadikan transaksi lebih mudah dan efisien, dan juga dapat meningkatkan inklusi keuangan. Rumusan Masalah : 1) Bagaimana Implementasi Pengaturan Hukum Financial Technology Peer To Peer Lending terhadap UMKM di Indonesia? 2) Bagaimana Kedudukan Hukum Fintech berbasis Peer Lending dalam mewujudkan kepastian hukum Bagi UMKM?. Jenis penelitian: ini menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif yaitu penelitian hukum yang meletakan sebuah system norma yang memuat asas-asas, norma kaidah dari peraturan perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilan dan doktrin,. Penulis menyimpulkan : Implementasi Pengaturan Hukum Financial Technology Peer To Peer Lending terhadap UMKM belum terdapatnya manfaat kepastian hukum, aturan aturan yang telah dibuat masih sangat terbatas dan kedudukan hukum terhadap fintech pada dasarnya belum memiliki kekuatan hukum yang tetap karena masih terdapat beberapa resiko yang dihadapi oleh pengguna jasa ini salah satunya adalah UMKM, beberapa peraturan yang ada saat ini masih sangat rawan oleh karena itu untuk mewujudkan kepastian hukum.

Abstract

This study aimed  to analyze the effect of the strategic orientation dimension on the  culinary business market performance  in Kendari City during the Corona Virus Disease Pandemic. The method used was descriptive quantitative with a non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling technique. The population was culinary business actors who still survive and have been running for the business more than 2 years during the COVID-19 pandemic. The  sample in this study only obtained 38 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research was  path analysis using SmartPLS VS 3.0. The results showed  an analysis of the strategic dimensions that have an aggressive attitude and had  significant effect on market performance so that culinary business actors can improve their market performance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study discusses criminal liability for perpetrators of the crime of smuggling imported goods in the form of ballpres, with a case study on the Stabat District Court Decision Number 182 / Pid.B / 2019 / PN STB. The main focus of the study is to analyze the application of criminal sanctions against the defendant, in this case the Captain of KM SEPAKAT GT 31 NUMBER 2805 / PPB, who was proven to have smuggling used clothes. This study uses a juridical-normative approach, referring to relevant laws and regulations such as Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2006 concerning Customs and Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The results of the study show that the application of criminal sanctions against the defendant was carried out by considering the juridical, philosophical, and sociological aspects. The judge sentenced him to 1 year in prison and a fine of Rp100,000,000.00, with the provision of 3 months imprisonment if the fine is not paid. This decision aims to provide a deterrent effect and prevent similar crimes from occurring in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leg muscle strength and smash skills of PB Kepahiang athletes, Bengkulu Province. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. The population in this study were athletes from PB Kepahiang, Bengkulu Province, Badminton Sports, totaling 22 athletes, while the sample in this study was 22 athletes. The instrument in this study was a leg muscle strength test and a smash test. Prerequisites of data analysis used were normality test with Lilliefors and homogeneity test. Analysis of the data used is the Product Moment Correlation analysis with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between leg muscle strength (X) on the results of badminton smash skills as indicated by rxy = 0.84> r(0.05)(22) = 0.423.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the barriers of Physical Education teachers in writing scientific papers at SMK Sekota Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with one shot case study method. The population in this study were Physical Education teachers at the Bengkulu City Vocational School, which amounted to 15 teachers. Sampling used a total sampling consisting of 15 teachers. The instrument used in the form of a teacher's questionnaire about physical education teachers' obstacles in writing scientific papers at SMK in Bengkulu city. The instrument in the form of a teacher questionnaire used has been validated by researchers with expert validation. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with percentages. The results showed that the physical education teacher's obstacles in writing scientific papers at SMK Sekota Bengkulu in the physical education teacher questionnaire with a comprehensive category that limited time in writing scientific papers with a percentage of 67% chose the answer YES while 33% chose the answer no. Then the category of lack of motivation in scientific writing with a percentage of 73% choosing the answer YES while 27% who chose the answer no. Furthermore, the category of lack of understanding in writing scientific papers with a percentage of 67% chose the answer YES while 33% chose the answer no.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the problems faced by physical education teachers in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at MAN 2 Bengkulu City. The location of this research was conducted at the school of MAN 2 Bengkulu City. This research is included in descriptive quantitative research and the population in this study are all physical education teachers at MAN 2 School Bengkulu City totaling 4 people. The results showed that the problems faced by physical education teachers in the online learning process (on the network) during the Covid-19 pandemic at MAN 2 Bengkulu City were in the hampered category. This is obtained from each category, such as in learning planning in this case the preparation of learning plans by the teacher by 75% stating it is hampering, the implementation of learning from home is known that 75% states it is inhibiting, and the assessment of learning from home is known that 50% states hinder.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the application of the continuous running game method in improving physical education learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Negeri 84 Bengkulu City. In this study, the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method was used. The subject of this research is the fourth grade students at SD Negeri 84 Bengkulu City as many as 28 people. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation sheets and student test methods. Analysis of the data used values ​​are (1) Pre-test and Post-test analysis, (2) t-test analysis of Student Learning Outcomes. The instrument for validating the student's continuous running game in the research used was the Linkert scale model. The conclusion of this research is the application of the continuous running game method can improve physical education learning outcomes with the results of the t-test test in the first cycle is the t test results obtained obtained t arithmetic > from t table with t count = 3.946 and t table = 1.703 and the second cycle is obtained obtained t count > from t table with t count = 11,199 and t table = 1,703. The application of the game can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 84 Bengkulu City on the subject of Physical Education.

Abstract

Cigarette smoke is one of the causes of air pollution which can have adverse health effects. The number of smokers in Indonesia has increased in the last 10 years, thus the high prevalence of smoking harms people's health. One of the significant impacts on thehuman body is on thecardiovascular system, i.e, increasing blood pressure. Data from the East Simeulue Health Service 2023 recorded that the number of people experiencing hypertension reached 1,344 people. The high prevalence of hypertension in the East Simeulue sub-district is in line with the high prevalence of people who smoke in this area. Therefore, this community service activity aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of the inhabitants of Amiria Bahagia Village, East Simeulue District regarding the impact of smoking on health and incidences of hypertension. This activity was divided into two sessions: a health socialization and a blood pressure examination. The result from the health examinations found that for hypertension 31 (34,10%) respondents and non-hypertension 60 (65,90%) respondents out of the total 91 respondents. Of the smoking status, there are 52 (57,10%) respondents were smokers and 39 (42,90%) respondents were non-smokers. It is hoped that the results of this activity will increase public knowledge regarding the negative effects of smoking and risk factors for hypertension in the population of East Simeulue sub-district. The knowledge conveyed can contribute to improve the quality of public health and reduce the incidences of hypertension in the community.
