Abstract

Permasalahan sampah plastik merupakan isu global yang berdampak langsung terhadap kelestarian lingkungan, termasuk di wilayah pendidikan dasar yang sering kali belum memiliki sistem pengelolaan sampah yang baik. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan di SDN 1007003 Batangtoru dengan mengusung tema “Plastik Bercerita: Potret Gambar Pahlawan dari Limbah Plastik Menjadi Seni”. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya mengurangi, mendaur ulang, dan memanfaatkan limbah plastik melalui pendekatan kreatif berbasis seni. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi mengenai dampak negatif sampah plastik terhadap lingkungan, pelatihan teknik kolase dan seni rupa menggunakan plastik bekas, serta pendampingan siswa dalam proses penciptaan karya seni berupa potret pahlawan nasional. Pemilihan tema pahlawan nasional dimaksudkan untuk menanamkan nilai cinta tanah air dan penghargaan terhadap jasa para pahlawan, sekaligus memadukan pembelajaran lingkungan dengan nilai kebangsaan.Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa mengenai bahaya sampah plastik, tumbuhnya kreativitas dalam mengolah limbah menjadi produk bernilai estetika, serta bertambahnya rasa percaya diri siswa melalui pameran karya seni yang dihasilkan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil menumbuhkan kepedulian lingkungan dan kesadaran kolektif di kalangan warga sekolah mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan sampah. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat praktis berupa pengurangan sampah plastik, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat edukatif, estetis, dan karakter. Harapannya, kegiatan ini dapat menjadi model inspiratif bagi sekolah lain dalam mengintegrasikan pendidikan lingkungan dengan seni dan pendidikan karakter bangsa.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the limitations of existing copyright regulations (Law 28/2014, 40/1999, 32/2002) which create a regulatory vacuum on the inequality of publisher rights as well as the juridical implications of Presidential Regulation 32/2024 on the responsibility of digital platforms to support quality journalism. Using normative legal methods with legal, conceptual, comparative (Australia-EU) approaches, and triangulation of Rawls's theory, Lex Specialis (Manan), Suzor through qualitative literature studies. The results of the study show that Presidential Regulation 32/2024 as a lex specialis legitimately operationalizes publisher rights via distribution priority (Article 5), revenue sharing of Rp105 trillion (Article 7), the oversight committee of the Press Council (Articles 9-17), revolutionizing the platform capitalism into collaborative co-regulation. The novelty of the research lies in the first Rawls-Lex Specialis-Suzor Triangulation analyzing Presidential Decree 32/2024 as Indonesia's digital constitutionalism fills the gap in the conventional copyright literature against algorithmic governance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee work discipline is one of the important factors in supporting the effectiveness and improvement of performance in government organizations. Various factors are assumed to influence the level of employee discipline, including leadership supervision, financial compensation, and the implementation of knowledge management that has not been optimally carried out. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership supervision, financial compensation, and knowledge management, both simultaneously and partially, on employee work discipline at the Krueng Sabee Sub-District Office, Aceh Jaya Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation studies, with the research subjects consisting of all employees of the Krueng Sabee Sub-District Office totaling 32 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships and effects among the research variables. The results indicate that leadership supervision, financial compensation, and knowledge management simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, each independent variable also shows a positive and significant effect, with knowledge management identified as the most dominant variable influencing employee work discipline. The coefficient of determination reveals that most of the variation in employee work discipline can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings conclude that improving employee work discipline can be achieved through strengthening leadership supervision, providing adequate financial compensation, and implementing effective and sustainable knowledge management. ABSTRAK Kedisiplinan kerja pegawai merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas dan peningkatan kinerja organisasi pemerintahan. Berbagai faktor diduga memengaruhi tingkat kedisiplinan pegawai, di antaranya pengawasan pimpinan, kompensasi finansial, dan penerapan knowledge management yang belum berjalan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan pimpinan, kompensasi finansial, dan knowledge management baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kedisiplinan kerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Krueng Sabee Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi, dengan objek penelitian seluruh pegawai Kantor Camat Krueng Sabee Kabupaten Aceh Jaya yang berjumlah 32 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antarvariabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pengawasan pimpinan, kompensasi finansial, dan knowledge management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan kerja pegawai. Secara parsial, masing-masing variabel independen juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan knowledge management sebagai variabel yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi kedisiplinan kerja pegawai. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar variasi kedisiplinan kerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kedisiplinan kerja pegawai dapat dicapai melalui penguatan pengawasan pimpinan, pemberian kompensasi finansial yang memadai, serta penerapan knowledge management yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance at Arei Outdoor Gear Store and to analyse their simultaneous contribution to performance improvement. The scope of the investigation focuses on employees’ perceptions of leadership behaviour, motivational factors, and work performance in a retail organisational setting. Design/methodology/approach: A quantitative explanatory research design was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 111 employees and analysed using multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests. Findings: The results show that transformational leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, with motivation showing a strong contribution to performance enhancement. Research limitations/implications: The study is limited to a single retail organisation and a cross-sectional dataset, which may restrict generalisation to other sectors and broader populations. Practical implications: The findings suggest that organisations should strengthen inspirational leadership practices and employee motivation systems to improve performance and service quality. Originality/value: This research provides empirical evidence on the combined role of transformational leadership and work motivation in enhancing employee performance within the Indonesian retail sector context. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyse the influence of appraiser competence, professional appraisal education, and technological adaptability on career development in the era of digital transformation at KJPP Firman Azis dan Rekan. Design/methodology/approach: This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires using a Likert scale and analysed using multiple linear regression supported by classical assumption tests. Findings: The results indicate that appraiser competence and technological adaptability have a positive and significant effect on career development. Professional appraisal education also contributes positively, both partially and simultaneously. Research limitations/implications: This study is limited to a single public appraisal firm, which may restrict the generalisability of the findings to similar organisational contexts. Practical implications: The findings suggest that management should strengthen digital competencies and professional education programs to enhance sustainable career development in the digital era. Originality/value: This study integrates human capital theory and digital transformation perspectives within the context of the appraisal profession in Indonesia. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

Tujuan dan sasaran dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan siswa khususnya siswa kelas V di SDN 010085 Kota Kisaran tepatnya pada pemecahan masalah mengenai pecahan, terutama pada operasi hitung matematika kabatakur (kali, bagi, tambah kurang) pada materi pecahan. Pemecahan masalah matematika harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik pada pembelajaran matematika yang sangat berguna juga untuk kedepannya, maka dari itu peneliti melakukan penelitian atau evaluasi mengenai ini. Cara pemecahan masalah menurut Polya, yang mengevaluasi keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa, diterapkan dalam metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini. Metode ini memiliki 4 langkah yakni: memahami masalah, merumuskan solusi atau hasil, melakukan rencana, dan menganalisis hasilnya. Pengambilan sampel secara purposif digunakan untuk memilih subjek penelitian. Dari 12 siswa kelas V SDN 010085 Kota Kisaran, yang telah melakukan tes soal mengenai pemecahan masalah terdapat siswa yang mempunyai kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada kelompok Tinggi sebanyak 41,7%, kemudian siswa yang mempunyai kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada kelompok Sedang sebanyak 16,7%, dan siswa yang mempunyai kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada kelompok Rendah sebanyak 41,7%.

Abstract

UMKM Dapur Bunga Berbintang, a business engaged in the culinary sector, serves various types of products such as boxed rice and snack boxes wet cakes which require a more effective and efficient raw material inventory control strategy. The raw materials analyzed are Thai Cassava raw materials, consisting of cassava, cornstarch, coconut milk, and pandan leaves. The problem faced by UMKM Dapur Bunga Berbintang is the inappropriate control of raw material requirements. The purpose of this study is to understand the stages of controlling Thai Cassava raw materials according to UMKM policies and the EOQ model. The method applied in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data needed in this study are the total use of raw materials, ordering costs, storage costs, order frequency, and the time to obtain raw materials. The results of the study state that the EOQ calculation purchases 39.6 kg of cassava raw materials, 403.07 grams of cornstarch, 27.731 pcs of coconut milk, and 23.77 pieces of pandan leaves. The total cost of raw material inventory applying EOQ can save IDR 448,227. The ordering frequency obtained from EOQ is 5 times a year. Safety inventory of 5 kg of cassava raw materials, 54 grams of cornstarch, 4 pcs of coconut milk, and 3 sheets of pandan leaves. And the reorder time is 30 kg of cassava, 300 grams of cornstarch, 21 pcs of coconut milk, and 21 sheets of pandan leaves.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve students’ ability in reading the Qur’an through the Tilawati method at SMA IT Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah. The background of this study is the low level of students’ fluency, accuracy, and understanding of tajwid in Qur’anic recitation. Many students still experience difficulties in pronouncing makhraj, applying tajwid rules, and reading fluently. Therefore, an effective and systematic learning method is needed to enhance students’ Qur’anic reading skills, this research employed a classroom action research design consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection in two cycles. The participants of this study were students of SMA IT Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah. Data were collected through observation sheets, reading tests, and documentation. The Tilawati method was implemented through structured learning stages, including classical, individual, and talaqqi-based practices, supported by rhythmic recitation and teacher guidance. the results of the study showed that the implementation of the Tilawati method significantly improved students’ Qur’anic reading skills. Students demonstrated better fluency, accuracy in tajwid, and confidence in reading. The average score increased from the pre-cycle to the second cycle. In addition, students showed higher motivation and active participation during the learning process. Thus, the Tilawati method can be considered effective in improving students’ ability to read the Qur’an in Islamic boarding school environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource management and member motivation on member involvement in The Jakmania Cirebon community. The study used an associative quantitative approach with 70 active members of respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, while data analysis used the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS. The results of the study show that human resource management does not have a significant effect on member engagement, so organizational structural mechanisms have not been the main factor in encouraging the participation of supporter community members. Conversely, member motivation has a positive and significant effect on member engagement.
