This study aimed at determining the effect of school principal leadership and school committee participation on the performance of high school teachers in Muara Enim Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with correlational type of research. The study population of 768 people, namely high school teachers in Muara Enim Regency. The research sample of 263 people. The sampling technique in this study is cluster sampling (area sampling). Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that: (1) Principal leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Muara Enim Regency. (2) School committee participation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Muara Enim Regency; and (3) Principal leadership and school committee participation jointly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Muara Enim Regency.

The implementation of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) in accordance with the standard of the learning process is considered to be very relevant to the current conditions, where a crisis of identity and enthusiasm for loving the motherland is a national problem today. This study aims to determine the standard process in implementing PPKn learning in elementary schools. The location of the study was conducted at Gelumbang Elementary School 2 in Muara Enim Regency. This study uses a qualitative case study method (case studies). Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis uses qualitative techniques which consist of three stages of data analysis namely data reduction, display or presentation of data as well as drawing conclusions and data verification. The results of this study state that the facts of the learning process that includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning outcomes cannot be carried out thoroughly in accordance with the process standards set by the government. However, with maximum effort the learning process of PPkn can run effectively in a number of notes, namely the teacher must be more optimally managing learning.

The purpose of this research is to illustrate that ICT can be used as a source of learning that is very relevant in the digital age. The research method used is a qualitative research method with the type of literature study. The results obtained from research conducted that ICT has many impacts in the development of the learning process. Impacts generated by ICT are not only positive, but also negative impacts. However, in this research that was studied was one of the positive impacts of ICT, which was to become a source of learning in the digital age. Utilization of ICT in learning can optimize lifelong learning through distance and asynchronous mode where students can communicate independently at different times whenever they are online, as well as close the professional isolation space that has often been felt in learning.

This study determined the effect of the level of education, training and teaching experience partial and together on the professionalism of teachers. This research was quantitative with a survey design. This research was conducted in a high school in Zone III, Muara Enim Regency, with a 50 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. The validity test uses Pearson's product moment, while the reliability test uses K-R.20. The prerequisite test of data analysis used normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, while data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is an effect of the level of education, training and teaching experience partial and simultaneous on the professionalism of teachers from senior high school in Zone III at Muara Enim Regency.

The goal of this study was to find out if there is a partial or combined impact of leadership style and teacher achievement motivation on teaching performance. The participants in this study were 70 state junior high school teachers from Palembang City's Jakabaring District. Techniques such as descriptive analysis and data analysis utilizing the SPSS software were applied. According to the findings of the data analysis, the principal's leadership and achievement incentive have a partial and combined influence on teacher performance. This indicates that if the principal's leadership, achievement motivation, and performance continue to rise, with excellent leadership and achievement motivation, teacher performance will undoubtedly improve.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi ” Mengungkapkan pengalaman dan gagasan dalam bentuk cerita pendek dengan memperhatikan struktur dan kebahasaan” di kelas IX A SMP Negeri 4 Simpangkatis. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar menulis teks cerpen siswa dengan memanfaatkan media chromebook. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas melalui 2 siklus. Pada tahap kegiatan pratindakan, rata-rata hasil belajar menulis teks cerpen siswa 66,15. Setelah dilakukan tindakan siklus I, terdapat kenaikan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar menulis teks cerpen siswa menjadi 74,81, ada kenaikan sebesar 8,66%, lalu dilanjutkan dengan tindakan siklus II, rata-rata hasil belajar siswa menjadi 77.08, ada kenaikan sebesar 2,27%. Jadi kenaikan rata-rata hasil belajar menulis teks cerpen siswa dari tahap pratindakan sampai tindakan siklus II ada kenaikan sebesar 10,93%. Artinya rata-rata siswa kelas IX A sudah mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yaitu 75. Dari hasil pelaksanaan tindakan kelas pada siklus I dan II dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan media chromebook dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar menulis teks cerpen siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 4 Simpangkatis.

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan literasi baca tulis pada siswa kelas IV SD Negri 38 Palembang. Manfaat penelitian ini yaitu untuk terus meningkatkan kemampuan baca tulis pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 38 Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis metode penelitian deskriptif kalitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasaannya Kemampuan literasi baca tulis pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 38 Palembang sudah baik. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa dan semangat belajar siswa dalam penerapan kegiatan literasi yang ada di sekolah.Penerapan literasi baca tulis yang biasa digunakan berupa buku cerita hal itu dikarenakan siswa sangat menyukai hal-hal yang menarik seperti buku yang bergambar, oleh karena itu guru menerapkan kegiatan literasi ini lebih ke buku cerita atau kegiatan mendongeng. Dalam medianya atau bukunya peserta didik dibebaskan untuk membawa bahan bacaan dari rumah yang sudah mereka siapkan sebelumnya.

This study determined the influence of school-based management and teacher professionalism both partially and simultaneously on the performance of teachers of State Junior High Schools in Prabumulih Timur, Indonesia. The sample of this study were 135 civil servant teachers. Research data collection techniques 1) questionnaire; 2) documentation; and 3) observation. The research data analysis technique used the SPSS for Windows 21. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant influence of school-based management on the performance of state junior high school teachers in the District of Prabumulih Timur, Prabumulih City; 2) there is a significant influence of teacher professionalism on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri in the District of Prabumulih Timur, Prabumulih City; 3) there is a significant influence of school-based management and teacher professionalism together on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri in Prabumulih Timur, Indonesia.

The world of education continues to be demanded to be able to produce human resources in accordance with the needs of the community and employment in line with the development of technology and culture of the community. This study examines 1) is there an influence of professional competence on teacher performance; 2) is there any influence of pedagogical competence on teacher performance; and 3) is there an influence of professional competence and pedagogical competence together on teacher performance. The results of the study prove both partially and simultaneously there is an influence of professional competence and pedagogical competence on teacher performance. This research contributes to the teacher because the teacher is a very dominant and strategic element in the process of knowledge transfer. Teaching skills are a hallmark of the teaching profession. Achievement of learning goals and success in overcoming learning problems much depends on the ability or competence of teachers.

This qualitative study explored the principal's managerial in improving the quality of education in primary school. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Tungkal Ilir, SDN 10 Tungkal Ilir and SDN 18 Tungkal Ilir. The research instruments in this study were interviews. Qualitative data analysis is iterative and continuous effort. Three stages of data analysis were carried out, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study concluded that the principal was able to carry out managerial in improving the quality of education at the State Elementary School in Tungkal Ilir. The way the principal in fostering, directing teachers in the learning process is considered good through the principal's managerial. Besides that, the principal in carrying out managerial tasks has been able to overcome obstacles at school. This paper contribute to more deeply concern on principal’s managerial where we could have good quality of education.
