Abstract

This research addresses the gap in public sector employee performance models in Indonesia, which are still dominated by structural factors such as incentives, while the integration of values (psychological and spiritual) is rarely tested quantitatively. This research examines the influence of work loyalty, individual characteristics, and external motivation on employee performance, as well as the role of spiritual intelligence as a moderator at the Lubuklinggau City Agriculture Office. A quantitative survey method was used on 81 employees; data was collected through questionnaires, observations, and document reviews, then analyzed using simple linear regression, t-tests, correlation tests, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that all three variables have a positive and significant effect on performance, and spiritual intelligence strengthens the relationship between each variable and performance. The findings emphasize the urgency of a value-based performance framework that integrates spiritual dimensions into bureaucratic performance management practices. Limitations include a single-agency design, potentially biased self-assessment, and narrow scope. Nevertheless, this study contributes empirical evidence of the moderating effect of spiritual intelligence and offers a value-based performance framework that integrates psychological and spiritual parameters in the context of government organization.

Abstract

This article is the result of a study that aims to see how financial knowledge, financial behavior and financial attitudes affect the performance of insurance companies. Based on the results of previous studies, the results of the study using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and research published in journals published in Google Scholar, where the results of the study state that: Financial knowledge affects the performance of insurance companies, financial behavior affects the performance of insurance companies and financial attitudes affect the performance of insurance companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of hard skills, soft skills, and digitalization on employee job readiness and the mediating role of job stress at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Lubuklinggau Branch. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The results showed that hard skills, soft skills, and digitalization partially affected work readiness. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a considerable impact, indicating that work readiness is influenced by various skills that support each other. In addition, job stress is proven to act as an intervening variable in the relationship between hard and soft skills and job readiness. Thus, developing technical, interpersonal, and digital skills needs to be accompanied by effective stress management to improve work readiness optimally. These findings provide important implications for human resource management in the banking sector, particularly in enhancing employee competencies and work readiness in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana manajemen talenta, persepsi, dan keberlanjutan bisnis memengaruhi perilaku generasi milenial, khususnya dalam konteks industri kreatif. Generasi milenial, yang dikenal karena keterhubungannya yang sangat tinggi dengan teknologi serta kesadaran sosial yang kuat, merupakan salah satu segmen pasar yang penting dalam industri ini. Melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi berbagai faktor yang membentuk perilaku generasi milenial serta bagaimana manajemen talenta yang efektif dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan mereka. Studi ini juga menganalisis bagaimana generasi milenial memandang praktik keberlanjutan bisnis, yang semakin menjadi elemen krusial dalam proses pengambilan keputusan mereka. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen talenta yang baik mencakup pengembangan keterampilan serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perilaku dan loyalitas generasi milenial. Selain itu, persepsi positif terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis dapat memperkuat hubungan emosional mereka dengan merek, yang berdampak pada keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi para pelaku industri kreatif dalam merumuskan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk menarik dan mempertahankan generasi milenial, sekaligus mendorong praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Hasil dari pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan program pelatihan guru yang lebih relevan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa di sekolah dasar. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini akan bermanfaat tidak hanya bagi pengembangan kurikulum pelatihan, tetapi juga bagi peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang berfokus pada pelatihan literasi numerasi untuk guru sekolah dasar memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan upaya membangun kemampuan mengajar yang kreatif. Pelatihan numerasi dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam mengajarkan konsep matematika dengan cara yang inovatif dan kreatif, yang pada gilirannya akan memengaruhi pengalaman belajar siswa. Pelatihan numerasi yang dilaksanakan dari 2 hingga 9 September 2024 berhasil membangun kemampuan mengajar yang kreatif bagi guru sekolah dasar, meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang konsep matematika, serta memperkenalkan metode pengajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik. Melalui aktivitas kolaboratif, guru tidak hanya memperoleh keterampilan baru tetapi juga saling berbagi pengalaman, yang memperkuat komitmen mereka terhadap praktik pengajaran yang inovatif. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri di antara peserta, dan rekomendasi untuk pelatihan selanjutnya akan membantu memastikan bahwa dampak positif ini dapat berlanjut, berkontribusi pada peningkatan minat dan pemahaman siswa terhadap matematika di masa depan

Abstract

Pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan digital marketing juga sejalan dengan upaya pemerintah dalam mendorong transformasi digital di berbagai sektor. Dengan memberikan akses kepada pelaku UMK untuk belajar dan menerapkan digital marketing, diharapkan mereka dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi di pasar. Keberhasilan dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan omzet dan daya saing usaha mereka, serta memperkuat ekonomi lokal secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif, yang dipilih untuk memahami secara mendalam pengalaman dan persepsi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil terhadap program pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan digital marketing. Pelatihan ini dilakukan di kabupaten KM, Sumatera Barat, yang dikenal memiliki banyak usaha mikro dan kecil serta potensi yang besar untuk pengembangan digital marketing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan digital marketing memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil. Sebanyak 86% pelaku usaha melaporkan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang digital marketing, mencakup pemahaman tentang berbagai strategi dan alat yang tersedia. Selain itu, 76% pelaku usaha telah beralih ke pemasaran digital, memanfaatkan media sosial dan website untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka. Meskipun demikian, 65% dari mereka juga mengalami kendala akses internet, yang menjadi tantangan dalam penerapan digital marketing. Di sisi lain, 73% perempuan yang mengikuti pelatihan merasa lebih percaya diri dalam menjalankan usaha mereka, menunjukkan dampak positif pada pemberdayaan gender. Akhirnya, 68% pelaku usaha melaporkan adanya peningkatan penjualan setelah menerapkan strategi digital marketing, yang menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepercayaan diri pelaku usaha, tetapi juga mendorong mereka untuk beradaptasi dengan tren pemasaran modern, meskipun ada tantangan yang perlu diatasi.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Kaizen Culture and Talent Management on employee performance, with Reward as a moderating variable at CV. Sumber Beton, Lubuklinggau City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 40 employee respondents. The results reveal that Kaizen Culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient of -0.519 and a p-value of 0.004. Talent Management shows a significant positive effect, with a path coefficient of 0.670 and a p-value of 0.000. However, Reward does not significantly moderate the relationship between Kaizen Culture and employee performance, as indicated by a p-value of 0.363. Similarly, Reward fails to significantly moderate the effect of Talent Management on performance, with a p-value of 0.455. These findings suggest that while Kaizen Culture and Talent Management directly affect employee performance, Reward does not strengthen these relationships and may even weaken them. This study highlights the importance of focusing on internal cultural and talent development strategies rather than relying solely on reward systems to enhance employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA and Market Value Added (MVA), on Stock Prices with Return On Asset (ROA) as a Moderating Variable in Household Appliances Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The independent variables used are Economic Value Added (EVA and Market Value Added (MVA). The dependent variable used is stock prices. The moderating variable used is Return On Asset (ROA). The population in this study is the Household Appliance Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2000-2021 period. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method with a sample of 6 companies during the 8 year observation period. The analytical method of this study uses quantitative and moderating regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that EVA has a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, ROA with EVA and MVA as moderating variables have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The current blended learning method, which mixes online and traditional classroom instruction, is appropriate for the epidemic. According to various research studies, blended learning benefits students by allowing them to study independently without regard for location or time constraints. This article explores and describes the use of the blended learning paradigm during a pandemic using a meta-analysis technique. The objective is to determine the effect of blended learning on learning outcomes; according to the conclusions of a research released in 2021 based on ten published articles, employing the blended learning approach greatly improved learning outcomes during the pandemic, with an effect size value of 1.21. Abstract

Climate change has become one of the greatest challenges of this century, affecting global economic stability as well as business performance and growth. Green investments are needed to mitigate these negative impacts, integrating sustainability into business operations which in turn can benefit companies in the long term. Green finance is key to ensuring sustainable business growth and effective handling of environmental issues. This research aims to examine how environmentally friendly finance can support sustainable growth and its impact on the global economy. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, relying on data from previous studies that are relevant to the topic. Data processing through thematic analysis aims to identify patterns and gain in-depth insight into the implementation and impact of environmentally friendly finance. The research results show that the implementation of environmentally friendly finance is essential for long-term economic stability and growth. Sustainability-oriented investments improve a company's reputation, attract investors, and support financial stability. However, there are significant challenges in its implementation related to internal resistance and regulatory barriers. Effective strategies involve cooperation between governments and international institutions to create supportive incentives and frameworks. Education and training for players in the financial sector are also critical to increasing understanding and skills in environmentally friendly financial applications.
