Abstract

The use of QRIS, there are still challenges faced by MSMEs, such as lack of understanding oftechnology, infrastructure problems, and concerns about data security. Therefore, it isimportant to comprehensively analyze how the success of MSMEs can be measured before andafter the implementation of QRIS. The type of research uses qualitative research, with directinterviews with MSME actors in Musi Rawas Regency as many as 13 MSMEs. The level ofsuccess of using QRIS in Musi Rawas Regency The results found that in the success of usingQRIS in Musi Rawas Regency, there were several MSMEs that were successful and usedQRIS well. The level of success of using QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard)among MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Musi Rawas Regency can beanalyzed through various factors, such as ease of access, community acceptance, and supportfrom the government and related institutions. QRIS facilitates non-cash transactions, whichallows MSMEs in Musi Rawas to transact faster and more efficiently. Overall, although theimplementation of QRIS among MSMEs in Musi Rawas Regency still faces severalchallenges, the results of the study show that the success rate is quite positive, with theprospect of increasing along with the presence of more intensive digital education and supportfrom various parties. In addition, there is a difference in sales turnover before and after the useof QRIS. This can be interpreted that the use of QRIS in MSMEs provides a positive increasein sales turnover received by MSMEs.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of hybrid work systems, reward systems, and work productivity on employee performance in state-owned companies. Using the systematic literature review (SLR) method, this research analyzed 45 journals published on various academic platforms such as Google Scholar and Publish or Perish. With a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, this study investigates how the implementation of a hybrid work system that combines work from home and work from office affects employee performance. The research also explores the role of reward systems as a form of reward and motivation, as well as the impact of work productivity in the context of BUMN. The research results show that these three variables have a significant influence on the performance of BUMN employees, with the hybrid work system providing flexibility which has an impact on work balance, the reward system increasing work motivation, and productivity acting as a benchmark for the success of company performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial behavior, and hedonistic lifestyle on the financial management of students in Lubuklinggau City. This research adopts a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS application to analyze the relationships among variables. Data were collected from 100 high school students through a stratified random sampling technique to ensure representative results. The findings reveal that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior and financial management, indicating that students with higher financial knowledge tend to manage their finances more effectively. Furthermore, financial behavior also shows a positive and significant influence on financial management, suggesting that good habits such as budgeting, saving, and controlling expenses contribute to better financial outcomes among students. However, the hedonistic lifestyle variable does not show a significant impact on financial behavior or financial management. This indicates that although students may engage in modern or pleasure-oriented lifestyles, such tendencies do not necessarily determine their ability to manage finances. In general, student financial management is more strongly influenced by financial literacy and long-term financial awareness than by hedonistic lifestyle factors. These results highlight the crucial role of financial education in shaping responsible financial behavior and promoting sustainable financial management practices. Therefore, improving financial literacy and strengthening students’ understanding of financial planning are essential strategies to encourage efficient and sustainable financial management among young generations.

Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah respon yang lambat dari pelayanan pengiriman di J&T Tugumulyo dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan karena interaksi antara kurir dan pelanggan dalam pengiriman barang kurang tepat waktu sehingga tidak sesuai estimasi yang dijanjikan dan tertunda atau paket dikembalikan, belum ada pembaruan atau inovasi pada layanan yang ditawarkan seperti visibilitas merek di platformdigital, masih terdapat pemilihan brand ambassador yang tidak relevan dengan audiens target, masih ada beberapa konsumen mungkin merasa kebingungan dengan struktur harga atau biaya tambahan yang tidak dijelaskan dengan jelas sebelum transaksi dilakukan, ada beberapa konsumen ingin mengirim barang dengan ukuran atau jenis tertentu yang tidak sesuai dengan layanan pengiriman yang tersedia di J&T Cargo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keputusan konsumen memiki pengaruh besar terhadap kualitas pelayanan, digital marketing dan brand ambassador sehingga menunjukan nilai konstanta yaitu sebesar 2,621, nilai koefisien regresi variabel kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,349 satuan, nilai koefisien regresi variabel digital marketing organisasi sebesar 0,290 satuan, Nilai koefisien regresi variabel brand ambasador organisasi sebesar 0,354 satuan, dari hasil uji linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan progam Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Versi 20.Kata Kunci : kualitas pelayanan, digital marketing dan brand ambasador dan keputusan konsumen

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pengaruh disiplin preventif dan lingkungan kerja eksternal terhadap kinerja pegawai yangdimoderasi oleh etos kerja di dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan kota lubuklinggau Dalam penelitian ini desain penelitian berupa penelitian kuantitatif.Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan jenis penelitian yang melibatkan pengambilan data secara statistik sehingga dapat dilakukan perhitungan dan inteprestasi yang dapat disajikan dalam bentuk grafik, diagram, tabel dan pengujian hipotesis. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Lubuklinggau berjumlah 42 orang. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Preventif, Lingkungan Kerja Eksternal, Etos Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of sales growth and leverage on financial distress with profitability as a moderating variable in a case study of cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2024. The population in this study consisted of seven companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of five companies with 11 years of observation, yielding 55 pieces of research data. The method used was panel data regression analysis with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach, and the moderating variable was tested using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) model. Both models were analyzed using the EViews program. The results showed that sales growth and leverage did not have a significant effect on financial distress; profitability was unable to moderate the relationship between sales growth and financial distress, while profitability was able to moderate the relationship between leverage and financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of hard skills, soft skills, and digitalization on employee job readiness and the mediating role of job stress at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Lubuklinggau Branch. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The results showed that hard skills, soft skills, and digitalization partially affected work readiness. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a considerable impact, indicating that work readiness is influenced by various skills that support each other. In addition, job stress is proven to act as an intervening variable in the relationship between hard and soft skills and job readiness. Thus, developing technical, interpersonal, and digital skills needs to be accompanied by effective stress management to improve work readiness optimally. These findings provide important implications for human resource management in the banking sector, particularly in enhancing employee competencies and work readiness in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of digital transformation and internal communication on employee performance, with human resource competence (HR) as a moderating variable at the Industry and Trade Office of Musi Rawas Regency. Using an explanatory quantitative approach, this study involved the entire ASN and non-ASN population of 53 employees through the saturated sample technique. Data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS, with regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) methods. The results showed that digital transformation and internal communication partially and simultaneously significantly affected employee performance. HR competence strengthens the relationship between the two independent variables of performance. The limitations of this study lie in the scope of a single organization and a limited sample size, so the results cannot be widely generalized. The findings provide a practical contribution to the public sector in designing technology and communication-based HR development strategies and enrich the literature on moderating variables' role in government organizations. This research is essential because of the integration of three key organizational elements, such as digital transformation, internal communication, and HR competencies, in one analysis model to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of work experience and skills on employee output quality, with work motivation as a moderating variable. The study was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Lubuklinggau City using a quantitative approach and an associative design. All 67 employees were selected as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression and moderation regression analysis (MRA) with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that work experience and skills positively and significantly influence output quality, both individually and simultaneously. Additionally, work motivation was found to strengthen the relationship between experience and skills with output quality, suggesting that motivated employees tend to produce higher performance. The limitations of this study include its narrow scope, confined to a single institution, and the limited number of predictor variables. The main contribution of this study is to emphasize the importance of competency development in a work environment that supports motivation. The novelty of this research lies in the use of motivation as a moderating variable in the context of local public sector organizations, which has been rarely studied.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia serta mendorong pengembangan potensi desa melalui pendekatan multidisiplin di Desa Sungai Pinang, Kecamatan Muara Lakitan, Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi, belum optimalnya tata kelola pemerintahan desa, keterbatasan pengelolaan keuangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes), serta belum berkembangnya sektor pertanian dan perikanan secara berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan yang dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), implementasi program, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan mencakup penyusunan Peraturan Desa, pelatihan pertanian ramah lingkungan, pengelolaan perikanan berkelanjutan, penyusunan laporan keuangan BUMDes berbasis digital, transformasi digital BUMDes, serta pembuatan website desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat, khususnya dalam pengelolaan administrasi desa, penggunaan teknologi digital, serta pengembangan usaha desa. Luaran kegiatan berupa dokumen Peraturan Desa, sistem laporan keuangan digital, website desa, serta peningkatan kapasitas kelompok tani dan pengelola BUMDes. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja BUMDes dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Dengan demikian, program pengabdian ini efektif dalam mendorong transformasi desa menuju tata kelola yang lebih modern, mandiri, dan berkelanjutan. Ke depan, diperlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program dan optimalisasi hasil yang telah dicapai.
