Rekayasa Genetikaa atau genetical modified organism merupakan sebuah hal yang baru di Indonesia sehingga masih perlunya pengaturan yang jelas agar terhindarnya dari hal-hal yang berbahaya seperti adanya keracunan, kerusakan tanah, dan munculnya penyakit. Dalam perkembangannya sampai saat ini, telah dikeluarkannya beberapa aturan dalam ruang lingkup Undang-undang, Peraturan pemerintah, dan juga beberapa aturan-aturan yang mengatur tentang penggunaan rekayasa genetika di Indonesia, Saat ini pengaturan tentang rekayasa genetika belum di atur didalam suatu undang-undang yang khusus padahal produk-produk rekayasa genetika ini sudah banyak di temukan di Indonesia mulai dari produk olahan sampai dengan tumbuhan yang merupakan hasil rekayasa genetika. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini akan melihat aturan apa saja yang telah ada di Indonesia terkait dengan rekayasa genetikaa dan bagaimana negara-negara maju dalam mengatur penggunaan rekayasa genetikaa.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif, dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber sumber bacaan baik secara primer ataupun sekunder, seperti peraturan perundang-undangan, jurnal, dan buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan topik permasalahan Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat memberikan tambahan wawasan untuk pengaturan penggunaan rekayasa genetikaa di Indonesia dengan melihat implementasi negara-negara maju yang lebih dahulu menggunakan rekayasa genetikaa di negaranya.

Shipping plays a crucial role in the efforts to achieve national objectives outlined in Pancasila and the Republic of Indonesia's 1945 Constitution. Naturally, the government plays a crucial role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly in an effort to realize this situation. through government agencies, specifically the Harbormaster Office and the Lhokseumawe Class IV Port Authority. This study aims to examine and demonstrate how the Inaportnet application's implementation of policies pertaining to shipping authorization management is carried out. The descriptive design of this study is combined with a qualitative research approach. A research approach known as qualitative research approaches the world as a whole through the lens of holistic, complex, dynamic, meaningful, and inductive reasoning. The Lhokseumawe Class IV Harbormaster and Port Authority Office has implemented the Policy for Issuing Sailing Approval Letters (SPB) in accordance with applicable regulations, but there are still a few obstacles in the way. The applicant's lack of comprehension of the procedures for issuing sailing approval letters (SPB) is one of the obstacles in issuing sailing approval letters (SPB) at Class IV Lhokseumawe Harbor Masters and Port Authority offices. IV Lhokseumawe is attempting to keep providing service users with information so that they can comprehend the procedure for issuing a Sailing Approval Letter (SPB). This research examines the circulation of narcotics in Aceh, which is increasingly very worrying. Narcotics in Aceh are now a real threat that must be considered by all components of society. The location of Aceh Province, which is in the Malacca Strait, makes Aceh a strategic area. so this is a serious threat to Aceh Province, especially related to smuggling and illicit narcotics. This study aims to find out how collaborative governance is used in carrying out the implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 8 of 2018 concerning the facilitation of the prevention of narcotics abuse in North Aceh. In this study, we used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach to gain a comprehensive understanding. The results of the research show that the dynamics of collaboration in preventing narcotics abuse in the North Aceh district are not good enough because there is no collaboration, so the socialization function that should be carried out together is not working and there is no joint discussion between parties to start a collaboration plan, so the goals of cooperation mandated in the qanun are not achieved. The process of promoting collaboration was null because there was no collaboration, so several parties urged the North Aceh district government to immediately take steps to realize this collaboration

The Lhoksukon sub-district office is a government agency that provides services to the community. Good service must be supported by professional, responsible, and competent employees, able to understand and carry out their main duties and functions in accordance with the given field. - Move in and take care of letters of recommendation. The reason is that some people who take care of incoming and outgoing letters of recommendation complain that they have to wait a few days to get a letter at the Lhokukon sub-district office. The approach used by the author in this study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The first step in optimizing public services at the Lhoksukon District Office is to utilize technology, namely the use of social media as a forum for managing incoming and outgoing letters and letters of recommendation. This is intended so that the services provided by the apparatus are maximized and can reduce management time to be faster, moreover the costs needed by the community will be more efficient, one of which is the cost of looting transportation between villages and community homes to the Lhoksukon Sub-District Office, North Aceh Regency. Barriers to the implementation of public services in Lhoksukon District, among others, residents do not understand population administration, lack of village employees, low Human Resources (HR), lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure, lack of electronic devices, because of public service standards.

To overcome various public problems is by issuing public policies, one of which is the problem of poverty which can be resolved by the birth of the Aceh Qanun on Social Welfare. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the Aceh Qanun on Social Welfare in reducing poverty rates in Gayo Lues Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method using techniques to obtain data through observation, interviews and documentation. This research used several informants who were determined using purposive sampling. The results of the research explain that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) for poor communities in Gayo Lues Regency has increased, although there are still Very Poor Households (RTSM) who have not received the conditional social assistance from the Family Hope Program (PKH) evenly. This is caused by policy factors, namely the limited budget funds for the Family Hope Program (PKH) allocated for poor communities in Gayo Lues Regency. There is misuse of targets or recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) who use aid not for education and health purposes, but instead use it for daily living needs. Obstacles that occur in the evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) for poor communities in Gayo Lues Regency are inaccurate statistical data because in the field data on well-off communities and data on poor communities is found, children in education who do not meet the 85% attendance requirement, there are obstacles in the process of disbursing funds due to data errors that do not match the data in the Bank, changing periods for village officials, there are still Beneficiary Families (KPM) who do not attend socialization or routine meetings, as well as diverting funds to buy basic daily needs rather than for educational needs.Untuk mengatasi berbagai Permasalahan Publik adalah dengan mengeluarkan kebijakan publik, salah satunya adalah permasalahan kemiskinan dapat diselesaikan dengan lahirnya Qanun Aceh tentang Kesejahteraan Sosial,. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Implementasi Qanun Aceh tentang Kesejahteraan Sosial Dalam Menurunkan Angka Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik memperoleh data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa informan yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Implemetasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) bagi masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Gayo Lues sudah meningkat, walaupun masih terdapat Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM) belum mendapatkan bantuan sosial bersyarat Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) secara merata. Hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor kebijakan yaitu terbatasnya dana anggaran Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang dialokasikan untuk masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Adanya penyalahgunaan sasaran atau penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) menggunakan bantuan bukan untuk kepentingan pendidikan dan kesehatan, tetapi digunakan untuk kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari. Hambatan yang terjadi dalam evaluasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) bagi masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Gayo Lues adalah data statistik yang kurang tepat karena di lapangan ditemukannya data masyarakat mampu dan data masyarakat miskin, anak dalam pendidikan yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan 85% kehadiran, adanya kendala dalam proses pencairan dana karena kesalahan data yang tidak sesuai dengan data di Bank, pergantian periode aparatur gampong, masih terdapat Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) yang tidak mengikuti sosialisasi atau pertemuan rutin, serta pengalihan dana untuk membeli kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari bukan untuk kebutuhan pendidikan.

This service is carried out as a form of joint responsibility of all parties, in this case academics to play an active role in the Prevention of stunting. This is a support for government programs to significantly reduce stunting cases in Indonesia. One effective effort that can be done is to support exclusive breastfeeding (ASI) in the first 6 months until the age of 2 years. The great benefits of breastfeeding for children's growth and development become one of the government's foundations to make exclusive breastfeeding one of the joint movements implemented in various ministry programs. Failure to breastfeed can cause a shortage of brain cells in children which will then affect the inhibition of the development of infant intelligence at a later stage. This service activity was carried out in several stages; (1) Coordination of preparation for the implementation of activities with Posyandu cadres in Tingkuem Village, nisam District, (2) Implementation of educational activities in the form of socialization on the importance of exclusive breastfeeding with several groups of pregnant and lactating women. This service is expected to increase the knowledge of mothers consisting of groups of pregnant women, nursing mothers and parents regarding exclusive breastfeeding and balanced nutrition for pregnant and lactating women.

Low student learning outcomes are a major problem in today's education world. This is also felt by SDN 101766 Bandar Setia, an appropriate learning innovation is needed, one of which is by implementing the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach. The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of the CRT approach in the Project-Based Learning (PJBL) model at SDN 101766 Bandar Setia to improve the learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 101766 Bandar Setia in the subject of Science on the material of the Human Digestive System. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in 2 cycles, covering 4 stages, namely: planning, action, observation and, reflection. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and tests with qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study showed that, in cycle I only 77.3% of students achieved learning completion. Then it increased significantly to 91%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the CRT approach is effective in improving science learning outcomes on the Human Digestive System material in class V of SDN 101766 Bandar Setia.

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students in Magnet material using digital-based snake and ladder media in grade V of SD Negeri 101766 Bandar Setia. The method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of 4 stages of activities in each cycle consisting of action planning, implementation of actions, observation/data collection and finally reflection. The subjects in this study are 24 students in class V of SD Negeri 101766 Bandar Setia. The instruments used in this study are multiple-choice test questions as many as 10 questions and an assessment rubric. The data collection technique uses direct observation techniques and uses quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research from the implementation of two cycles, where in the pre-cycle stage obtained student learning outcomes with an average of 65.83, then carried out the first cycle obtained a learning outcome score with an average of 75.42 which increased from pre-cycle to cycle I of 9.59. Finally, conducting cycle II obtained a learning outcome score of 82.08 which increased from cycle I to cycle II of 6.66. It can be concluded that the use of digital-based snake and ladder media can improve students' social science learning outcomes

This research began with the learning conditions that occurred at SD Negeri 101771 Tembung which requires students to be responsible for their learning outcomes, with learning that is always monotonous to package books, new innovations are needed in carrying out creative learning with a problem-based learning model. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through technology-based interactive quiz media, namely using a Wordwall application with a based learning model. This research was carried out in class VI A SD Negeri 101771 Tembung which was carried out in August 2024 with a research object of 32 students. The research was carried out with as many as 2 (two) cycles and 1 (one) cycle consisting of 1 (one) meeting. The results of the study concluded that learning with the problem-based learning method assisted by technology-based interactive quizzes has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes, characterized by the completeness of student learning in the second cycle. This increase is due to students' interest in using interactive quiz media and raising their sense of competition in achieving maximum learning outcomes. The application of this quiz method can increase students' motivation and enthusiasm for learning which has an impact on improving student learning outcomes.
